Complaint number[protected] logged on 24th April 2017. it was closed without resolution on 28 April. A fresh complain is logged on 28 April. I have been following up with customer care every day since 24th April but not getting enough support and resolution except the statement that your issue would be resolved soon. new complaint number[protected].
