Reliance Bigtv — deducted my 499 rs no confirmation email or message | |||
Even it's same problem as below, i paid money for the pre booking of reliance d2h of rs 499 for single connection after payment i don't see any confirmation message how can such a big company can be so irresponsible after this incident i realized it's not only problem with my transaction it happened to many people and customer service number always throw message as busy whatever time you call. I would wait for this month if i don't get response i would file case against company for irresponsible service. Was this information helpful? | |||

Since 3days I am trying to contact reliance big tv to shift my connection to my newly shifted house through toll free no. Which is provided by them.. But even I am able to contact them.. Some times they told that no network.. Some times call disconnecting.

I have applied for much published Big TV offer for 2 connections .After much follow up I got registration number.I have been told connections will be done in some 15-30 days.Now I am still waiting.The customer care is never picked up.I started doubting etos of company.This they are doing at start what will happen after connections? I urged them to maintain name of organisations RELIANCE by following professional service.If I am not getting in next 15 days then I will asked for returns.
