Sir i booked my reliance big tv dth on 13/03/2018 and my booking id is 14521999 but today 4/8/2018 after five months not instal and no contact me by you please insure that when my set top box will install from. Paramjeet singh mo no [protected]. sir i want to done it as urly as possible thanks

I paid 500rs as advance for the Reliance Bigtv but till today they haven't installed they crossed their 46 days deadline and I am not able to contact them through their customer service number please help
