[Resolved]  Reliance Bigtv — In tv error 400 signal lost shows from last one week

From last one week our tv programs are not came. It shows error 400 as our account balance is rs.599/-. My smart card no.[protected]. So resolve the problem at the earliest please. My contact no.[protected].

Dear Customer,

We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.

Request you to do the below mentioned checks to resolve the poor signal issue:

1. If it is raining or cloudy in your area, try to change the channels and check, as this is a temporary phenomenon (only 10-15 minutes) across all the DTH operators during monsoon season. The issue will automatically get resolved once the intensity of rain/clouds is minimized.
2. If the issue still persists kindly check, if channel number 550 or any TS3 channels (channel list attached) are visible.
3. Confirm if the “IF” cable (black colour cable which comes from Dish and connects to back side of the Set Top Box) is properly connected and is not damaged.
4. If no damage is found in the cable, perform "Power Cycle" (Switch off the Set Top Box from the main power supply and Switch it on).
5. Finally confirm if the Dish is misaligned / has been relocated.

This issue occurs because of a slight dish misalignment which would require a technician visit.

After warranty period, service charge of Rs.175/- is applicable on registration of the service request, which will be levied even if the issue is auto-resolved or does not require a technician visit for any reason. If any part/ equipment is replaced or repaired then applicable charges will be levied.

i am getting no signal found message after recharging of 1499 for one year pack no support from costumer care kindly take care my cell number is [protected]
Getting error 400 from past 3 weeks on Reliance Big TV. On calling the customer care, I get a response from them saying that the issue will be resolved by that day evening and the call gets dismissed.
The problem is persisting and it is not yet resolved. Please look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

Iam getting error 400 and signal lost on my reliance big tv. around last 20 days there was no channels ...i repeat no channels are there...so if the problem is continuing i change my DTH service to any one GOOD DTH service .so please resolve the problem immediately...

I am getting error as signal lost (Error 400) & technical issue message from more than past two months. I earliest complaint number of times but no one take it seriously & does'nt resolve issue till now. Kindly resolve it earliest. No customer support is answering the call now. Kindly attend the issue at earliest.

last January 2018 I got offer message like Rs.1499/- for one year and Rs.2499/- for 2 years saying it will provide all channels along with pay channels. I recharged Rs. 2499/- in Feb 2018. I started getting all the channels including pay channels for 1 month. That means till March 2018.

After that, slowly 1 by 1 channels started getting disappeared and message saying 'there are some technical issue. We will resume shortly'.

From April 2018, I am not even getting single channels. Saying 'Error 400. Signal Lost'.

Till then I am keep calling BIG TV customer care (more than 50 calls). They keep saying, will resolve it in 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, some times wait till date 15th, 20th, 30th like this nonsense answer.

What is the real problem Mr. Anil Ambani. Why are you cheating people, enjoying with common people money.
I am really frustrated. Tell us directly when you resolve the problem. OR are you going to really solve the problem.
I was getting ERROR-400 signal lost issue, 1 week after new installation is done recently. Very very bad service, I never saw such in my life. When I call Customer care number[protected], they always say refreshing try after 30 mins, but it never worked. I was requesting them to send any technician, but they were not doing that also. I wasted my money, and it was lying idle with ERROR-400 screen. Today the same customer care number itself went invalid, and call just getting ended.

Customer care number is not working as it's suspending. My customer ID is [protected], iam getting no signal once I switch on the TV. Can you please look into the issue and also try providing us a correct customer care number to resolve the issue at the earliest.

None of the customer care number is working for big tv. Very bad & not tolerable. Going to consumer court against big tv flop show.
