Reliance Bigtv — no booking confirmation

On 2/3/2018 i prebook for reliance digital tv but i haven't got any sms or email of confirmation after booking reliance digital tv connection. I had also paid the booking amount. My transaction id for booking for a purchase worth rs499.0 on pos reliancecomm at reliancecomm txn# lt[protected]. I tried to call on customer care service but each time i called there was no response from both of there customer care numbers.
