Reliance Bigtv — no transparency | |
I have pre-booked 4 reliance big tv offer for Rs. 1996 (rs. 499 each) which gives and offer of free 1 year of 500 channels. I have made the payment successfully. Yet there is not any confirmation regarding the payments. I got neither SMS nor email. I waited for few days thinking it will be confirmed. But nothing came, so i call their helpline but this helpline made me more suspicious as their line is very inefficient. When i call the helpline [protected] it keeps repeating "PRESS 1 FOR ENGLISH HINDI KI LIYE DO DABAIYE" endless repetitions. You have to call again and again to connect it to customer care. When you get connected to customer care it make me more suspicious as their voice are hardly audible and keep cutting in the middle of the call. No matter how many times you call them it remain the same. How can i say this Genuine with all these situations? Was this information helpful? | |

After payment by Debit card of Rs 499 haven't received any confirmation message or email.
