Reliance Bigtv — reliance big tv installation not done after 45 days

Hello sir,

I have registered for reliance bigtv connection. My booking id is 14511131. Reliance digital tv is claiming that they will do installation within 30 to 45 days.

Already 45 days gone, still, there is no information about installation. It looks like reliance digitaltv, such a big company doesn't follow that they have claimed.

Please do needful so we can enjoy tv at our home.

BIG TV is not working and it is displaying Error 400 even when I have adequate balance . Additionally the customer care is not reachable. Height o[censored]nprofessional-ism and openly cheating customers.

Booked for a connection on march 2st based on the news spread in all famous newspapers of india, commitment date was 30 -45 days. 47 days have crossed, till now there is no update from reliance. I saw facebook posts all are facing similar problems, even existing customers are scolding reliance.

The blody big TV DTH owner cheated me I paid of 1999Rs for FAC package 2 years but he not able give the service to public he is cheated and looted public money now we call the coustmer, but only busy beep sound will coming nobody pick the phone

From last two days reliance big tv is showing no signal message . All channels are now unavailable because of it. What happens to the dish tv network. More customers from my neighbourside had also this no signal problem in their reliance big tv
