Reliance Bigtv — reliance big tv installation status?? | |||||
It is submitted that i pre-booked reliance big tv online on 03.03.18 by depositing rs. 499/- vide # z[protected] (Id. 12526644; lcmp[protected]. It was intimated that the connection would be installed within 30-45 days. But even after more than 3 months have elapsed, i have never heard about it. Even after repeated attempts, the customer toll-free[protected] do not respond. Kindly intimate the status when the same would be installed. Or is it a fraud?? Your early reply would be welcomed, otherwise, it would be assumed to be a fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||||

A pre booking was made to Reliance Digital TV on 01.03.18. The Invoice/Receipt no is DL[protected] and Transaction Reference No. is LPMP[protected]. They were supposed to install in the month of April 2018. Now the month of June 2018 is almost going to end. There is no further communication from their side. All your contact nos. are non functional indicating a fictitious company is in operation. Thousands of complaints i see every day on numerous forums clearly indicate that a large scale fraud has been committed and the company plans to decamp with crores of rupees they have already collected from unassuming customers.
