Hi i have booked the reliance big tv on march 1st on offer day and i have paid rs 499
It's been 2 months now there is no news about installation and i tried calling customer and they don't have any idea and they only say that it will install.
I don't know whether they are fooling us or what.

I want to know what's the current status. If i do not get any confirmation on when the dth will be installed i will have to file a complaint on consumer forum.

I have complaint that recharge for 1yr subscription pack at 1499 but not provide service all channel get stopped please give me feedback on my complaint.
some channel are shown but after some days their no channel show on tv
that give us worst service
please take action on that service provider and telephone service also get stop
