i simranpreet singh banga from raipur (c.g). i taken your zero monthly plan with lumia handset of rs 2200 for 24 months...am not getting your 3g data speed. i cant use internet its very slow downloading speed is 10-15kbs/s...that's your 3g speed i cant use youtube also...please resolve my problem as fast you can...or cant then refund my amount ... my cell no-[protected]

    I have newly shifted from BSNL to Reliance and experience has been terrible. My susbscriber id[protected]. Speed I am getting as per my thunder plan 699 is ok. But every now on then it is showing no internet access. I have many important net banking related works but my Internet is not working since 24 hours. Called customer care but answering machine always says all executives are busy please wait, even after waiting 25-30 mints. response is same, all executives are busy. I ma fed up with reliance. If same problem continues I am going to shift again to BSNL.

I have more than twenty times call in your customer care for regarding network problem but no any action of my problem. So I heartly request to you, please kindly solve my network problem.         Hi,

        From last couple of days I am facing a weird problem. Whenever I try calling someone its saying
        insufficient balance, whereas there is balance of 18 rupees in main bal.
        I am very disappointed after experiancing this kind of sub standard
        service from reliance. I think relaince should take some good steps to
        solve this problem otherwise the only choice for customers like me will
        be to switch to some other service provider.

          1 month ago it is deactication due to rworld miscommunication problem,
          i used it 15days before deactivation, also recharge well, but suddenly it was deactivation,

          i contacted both customer care ( online and webworld) but not got the solution, they are ready to give me this no as postpaid, but i wan it prepaid as i have before.

            Hello to All,

            My Phone Number :[protected]. Really very surprising thing for me that my phone is almost dead and nobody can take it seriously. Last one and halfy year I listen that shortage of material shortage of material. I don't know when this shortage of material issue completed. Have again launched complaint. Complaint numbers are complaint no :[protected], complaint no :[protected]. Nobody can visit the home and complaint has been closed. I have talked to Kota Rajasthan engineer and he asked that i have no complaint. What type of system going on. Customer executive told i do not do anything. I dont know why you are not providing new handset. Last 8 -10 years i am using this connection and paid payments regularly. Now This month bill i need to waived off. Why your staff not taking any action. if i dont pay bill they always called sir payment is due but when any compalint than no body take responsibility. Look Chain emails still same position. Really too much surprising that its largest telecom company. My old parents have tension regarding to phone they visited reliance care center nobody give positive response about this instruments. We have no order to change the instruments.

            Look this matter if you have time its pending last one year five months.

              Reliance has given their franchisee to outsource people who are doing fraud with others.They came to my home and told a lucrative offer when I asked for a reliance postpaid connection.They sent a person to my home for verification and charge for 300/- for the entire process, after one week they give me a SIM but didn't activate that after that when i called them after some days.Their phones are switched off and.Even if i am calling reliance customer care they are not supporting me and asking me to contact them and the number which i chosen has been assigned it to someoone else. I registered a complaint in Reliance forum but i didn't get any response.After 15days i got call again from some other reliance person saying that sorry for previous trouble and we will activate your number again, they said choose other number and no verification required and also they registered wrong address. After few days i got a call from them that your number has been activated but i didn't receive an SIM this time and they told me its in continuous use.When i called Customer care they are saying we can't deactivate sim now and it will take 15 days. PLEASE HELP ME OUT.If any wrong activity is being done from my registered number then who will be responsible for this? Thanks, Shivam Dixit

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                i have received the call today (12th June 2014) around 1:10 PM from Reliance Communications executive.He said that i have balance payment around 460 rupees so i am not able to connect my broadband Internet.he also said that Reliance Communications had sent balance payment sms to my old phone number.so customer care executive was telling that it is not their fault rather it is my fault that's why i have to pay rental of that period also for which i was not able to connect Internet.

                i have following questions to Reliance Communications :

                1. if they sent SMS to my mobile for balance payment then why not they sent email to my registered email ([protected]@yahoo.co.in)?
                2. why theirs customer care numbers are always engaged when i tried to contact them since 2nd June 2014. i had called them more than 100 times.many times i had holed the phone about 20 minutes but always phone was busy.who is responsible for this? Reliance Communications executive casually said that we will see this issue and improve our customer care services.i am agree that they will improve their services but what about my last 12 days for which i didn't use the Internet connection because your customer care was not properly functioning .Otherwise 11 days before my problem would have been solved. today i have paid remaining amount whatever customer care executive said to me but i need rental waiver for period of 2nd June 2014 to 13th June 2014 because in this period i didn't use Internet connection.so why i should i pay rental for period i didn't use Internet connection.
                3.very interesting point after lodging the case in consumer court on 6th June 2014 they are taking action on 13th June 2014.again delay from their side.very bad.

                Consumer court please ask them for waiver for the period i have not use the Internet connection.After their action you can see that they are making mockery of the court.I request you please call their customer care service you will find how Reliance Communications works.They must get punished .They are looting money of poor Indians using their political power.

                  dear sir/madam, i have registered a co, plaint before two days reg balance detected for unknown service which is not activated. on 05.06.2014 again reliance communication is detected rs.3.00 for the same service. my number is [protected]. reliance communication service is very worst. return my balance which is detected till 05.06.2014 as soon as possible. thank you

                    Respected Sir 26 rs were deducted from my reliance number [protected] I recharged my cell with 60rs on 30 Apr 2014 and I got a full talktime of 60rs thereafter again I recharged my cell with 60rs on 28 May 2014 So total I got 120 rs balance On 29th of May 2014 I activated 94 rs mobile net pack via sms and got 1.5GB of data usage and the remaining balance was around 26rs Today when I checked my balance I was shocked to see there was no balance in my account I tried calling customer care but they are not giving any proper response and they have blocked my number Please refund my balance ASAP

                      I have Reliance Data card and the No : [protected] ( Relationship No.:[protected] taken in my Name and currently I am not using and i have billed every month. And from Reliance few people called and told they will file a case in Delhi court. If I am not paid the amount within 4 pm I need to pay Rs.9000 or more. I have informed from reliance persons by telephone call to settle my old payment Rs.1000/-. I paid the settled amount and went for cancellation. But again they asked me to pay 750/-.                         BALANCE DEDUCTION BY RELIANCE GSM

                        Respected Sir,

                        I want to inform you that I am customer of Reliance GSM of mobile number [protected]. I do online recharge of Rs. 55 on 6-5-2014. Some balance is used by me till[protected]:00 pm and Rs. 48 is left in account but
                        when I checked balance on[protected] then its shows Rs. 0.03. This mean that approximate 48 rupees deducted wrongly from my balance.

                        Now, I kindly requested you to please take action against him and told him to refund my balance.

                          The mobile service shelter and other antennas erected on roof top of our building, have caused heavy leaks and our top floor members are very much annoyed and planning to go police as well as Municipal Authorities (BMC). We have been trying to contact the responsible person but every time we end up calling some person who is either not competent enough to take decision and every time promises to send some senior person or does not simply cares. We do not know the working of your organisation. We are not able to trace and identify the concerned person who can really help us.                             Dear Sir/MadamAs I am customer with Reliance Broadband and i started facing a problem with my connection . I then registered a complaint with reliance customer care on 26th May 2014 ( Complaint No - [protected]. But even though issue was not resolved they closed my complaint without Fixing my issue as "Resolved" . However my Issue was not resolved. I again registered a complaint with the same issue on 2 June 2014 ( Complaint No[protected] and even though with numerous of complaint there was no response from them and even they had a courtesy to call and respond to my complaint. Hence I then spoke with all the responsible people related to my issue. I also contacted Area Manager so that i could get some assistance and TAT to resolve my problem as this Internet is my bread and butter as i have online business so that means if there is no Internet mean my business is closed and i suffer financial loss. I have explained almost everything to all those person and representative i spoke with but no one had any solution. And the person i spoke (Name - Sudhir ( Technical Engineer ) - ph [protected] ) now this person said it might take 10-15 days but he was not sure even after that my issue would be fixed or not. Then i spoke with other rep who almost ignored and spoke immensely unprofessionaly as if they don't care - name are given Below - naven :- [protected] / vanis :- [protected] / vinod :- [protected] / jyoti kaul :- [protected] . I won't to point out here when i spoke with this rep named below ( Sudhir and Vinod ) they told me do what ever you want to do, no matter where you complain it won;t effect any thing to me . Though this was in strict profanity . Which anyone would not like to listen when you are paying for the service. I am all freaked out with this kind of behaviour with Services and their Rep . Please do needful.

                            i took reliance net on 22 nd june .earlier net was working nice.after some time around 5th july net stopped working.i complained to the authority which installed it.. they fooled me for about 10-12 days saying that it would be fixed.his is really pathetic that service of this esteemed company is worst.
                            i am really angry with the service i am getting .i hope now some action is taken .my reliance id is[protected]

                              I have a reliance GSM connection bearing number [protected]. I stay in bangur na gar, Goregaon west . I have not been able to access my connectivity for past 4 days now. I have lidged complaint numerous times and yet they don't seem, to realise the problem . Imagine 4 days without a connection. All my colleagues and work friends are pissed off. I am tired and will change my connection next month. I am tired of this organization which dosent take my problem seriously. i loose lot of money if my phone dosent since i am a free lancer. i hate reliance. Learnt a lesson of my life.

                                  Dear Sr/Madam I am siddharth, and using a lo of time reliance sim, previously i was pre-paid sim but since one year i am using a reliance post-paid sim ([protected]) Gandhinagar Gujarat region. i did a lot of time but reliance communication team is ignore my complain.if my reliance bill 600, and i;ll paid 400, in this condition reliance customer-care calling me every 10 mint, but i'll complain network problem they asked what's you mobile number and my adedress my location, they asked stupid and foolish question . i submit my allotment and office id card, there are mention all thing.                                   i am using Reliance post paid and i am paid regularly bill, on date 4th june2014 i ahve wrote also network and service is not allow seen on my mobile, but reliance team is not working properly.

                                    I'm Mustaque Ahmed Chowdhury a new user of Reliance GSM Service. I'm using this Connection ([protected]) May 2014. Now I'm in C/o-V.Krishnappa 1st Floor East Facing House No.4 No.74/4, opp shantiniketan School Billekahalli, Bangalore-570076. I'm not getting network from my room. So I complained call center (198) so many times. Now adays I'm facing the same problem. So, please resolve my issue as soon as possible. Let me know any further quary.

                                      My Mobile No is [protected]. And balance will deducted every day. I complain more time but when i complain then they return balance. Next day they deduct balance again This process is continue from last 2 month please resolve this problem

                                        Dear Sir, I am feeling lethargic just because of reliance services. I filled the complaint as on 20 May after seeing this was not working the complaint no is[protected], but till now its not working. Is we are paying for half hour services or for 24x7 ??? I am really upset by your service team. even the customer care told me to go for any other alternative.
