A Delhi High Court advocate representing RCOM called me today claiming that he had procured a complaint against me for not paying a bill amounting to Rs 842 for the reliance broadband connection [protected]. But I got it dis-connected in the month of November 2013 and paid all the outstanding amount at local reliance office while submitting the request for deactivating my account permanently. They then informed me they will close it as entire bill is settled and no further amount is due, But they didn't do it. Later on they claimed that I have unpaid bills. When I am not using the data card and had properly requested to close the connection why am I being tortured and why are news bills generated?

By the way I was a loyal customer to reliance broadband since 2008 and continuously paid all bills without any due. But now these people lost my faith in them. How can they continuously harass me with all their calls when I got my connection closed. Everyone knows that they will accept the request to close or deactivate connection when the final bill is settled which i did by walking into reliance outlet.

    I am newly ported the my number to reliance GSM before three weeks, all of the sudden they had barred my outgoing, incoming and data without any intimation.

    I communicated the customer care, they said the connection was disconnected because they haven't received my documents and so i want to resubmit it.I had spoken to the executive, it is total waste of time, 3 time call had been disconnected.

    everyday i m geting promotional calls from them not even a single call related to this.

    Then what is the need to active the new connection and to disconnect the connection without any intimation, this is totally unfair.

    chosen a worst service.

            I just want my money back with interest. The Bill no is[protected]. My connection was terminated on 9th Jan, 2014. The final bill was generated on 19th January, 2014. I will get Rs 1260.99 from Reliance but they are not returning the same. They claimed late fine(@2.5% per month or Rs. 100 whichever is higher) for the payment after due date, What about the late fine when reliance is delaying the payment? I want my money back as soon as possible already its too late. I have also attached the photo of the bill. The bill no is[protected]

              Hello, I have a Reliance 3g data card ([protected]) with an advance rental plan and using the service since more than 8+ months. My connection has been disconnected now (21-Feb-2014), when i called the care in morning they told me that GMC tracking portal have disconnected my connection (not sure what it this and why they did so) and requested me to contact the nearest reliance web world. Later, around 12 noon (21-Feb-2014) i did went to reliance web world to inquire to which the person (surname : pandey ) there told me that there is some problem with system and my connection would be automatically started in evening, no action was needed from my end, he did not provide any complaint number since the issue was a generic one (other people had similar issue). The connection did not start till evening. Again, i called up the care and they told me that my service was barred due to invalid documents, this is really disappointing. While activating the connection for the first time they already did a verification and it was positive how come after 8 months they realize the documents are invalid. Wasn't their responsibility to SMS me before disconnecting the connection so that I get required time to submit the necessary documents. This is big time inconvenience to me and my company. I have lost a day and salary of my employee since the work was not done.

              2. Why there was no intimation before disconnectiing the service?

                My Reliance Number is [protected]. I am facing a huge network issues in my locality (Sindhi Society, Chembur) from past 9 days. Every time I try to make a call, there appears a beep sound and the call gets disconnected. I was trying to lodge complaint to the customer care but in return I was getting a reply they will not lodge a complaint as its not a valid complaint. Finally after 3 days I was able to lodge one complaint. Complaint ID:[protected]. This morning they gave me a call saying your complaint is forwarded to other dept., and when I am trying to confirm calling on the customer care, they say your complaint is resolved. Am shocked to hear that and still continue to face the problem. I am a professional and currently because of being out of contacts with my clients, I am loosing out ample of revenue.                   Reliance 3g internet connectivity problem from last 120 days
                  All day 24 hrs clock wise running problem.

                  We toke customer care many times but no solutions from company side. Always
                  Customer care person told sir our network upgradation in proses so your 3g
                  Connectivity problem slove in 6 to 8 hrs.

                  But problem not slove only customer r wait & watch for solving problem
                  & west all customer is valuable money & valuable time for using
                  Reliance services.

                  I am not understand which type of network upgradation in proses for approx 120
                  Days long time.

                  All 3 g data recharge r 28 to 30 days validity after validity all balance data
                  R zero. So why i am pay 3g data service charge without use of reliance
                  Problematic data services.

                  I am also request to reliance communication please refund all my 3g data
                  Recharge payment in all my 4 - reliance mobile numbers.

                  But this all side r same talking sir our network upgradation in proses so your

                    i have purchased a new prepaid sim at SRIPERUMBUDUR, KANCHIPURAM DIST, TAMILNADU, Mobile numbers- [protected], [protected], while purchasing the sim dealer said that it will be activated with in 2 days but already 3 days gone and there is no response from customer care for activation. Yesterday i got the signal but no out going facility, if i dail a number its diverting to customer care but customer care executives are not attending the call/no response. Very poor service noticed at the begining itself.I think its better to throw out the sim/reliance and choose other networks. Regards Saravanan [protected]

                      For my prepaid mobile number [protected], 3 Days ago 16.02.2014 90rs deducted by you and after refund of that 90 rs.Again today 21.02.2014 104rs deducted by you.Calling customer care is of no use as there systems are down. This is pure loot and thievery in my opinion and Ambani/ Reliance should be ashamed of cheating their customers.

I paid money even though there was no connection for 3 months around. So, after keeping so many reuqests/followups, I have got money back on relaince account itself. I cancelled my coonection around 2.5 months back. Still, I am getting the bill sayind nothing to be paid.. but when am I going to get the credit amount I have got on my reliance account? Kept an email on [protected]@relianceada.com. received response that someone will call me to resolve issue in 1 businesday.                           Sir, i have recharged for Rs 246 (3g pack-2Gb data) on 07/03/2014 to this reliance no [protected]. But still have not received remaining 1GB data as promised to be send within 48 hours, upon contacting the customer executives for following days not satisfactory actions were done and i cant seem to contact the c.care now.( my no is being blocked). In the past too i have recharge for rs 123( 1gb plan for which i used to get only 500mb). I am compelled to complain here. kindly look into this matter, so that in future, this kind of fraud does not happen. Thanking you.

                            It is with much dismay and disgust i am writing this compliant. I had ordered for a Reliance netconnect data card online(reliance netconnect website). I subscribed for 3 months advance rental plan as a part of corporate offer from Reliance. I was asked to pay money online through a website www.savemoneynow.in, a link sent through mail by sales representatives. I paid amount of Rs 2199/- and was informed that i will get the device in 2 hours.

                            Just as said i received the device through a local sales person(Suresh) and forwarded my address and photo id proof documents to them for activation. The guy named, Suresh, assured me that device will be activated in a hour. But i found it to be inactivated even after 10 hours and this guy conveniently stopped attending my calls.
                            When i called from an alternate number, unknowingly he picked up and said he will activate in 10 minutes and asked for the plan i wished. I informed him of the advance rental plan i asked for and also of the money paid. To my horror, he said there has been n o communication from a so called “Bombay team” and he cant activate as he had not received the money from them. He also implied it is always the same with online dealings and refused to upload my documents… At one point he had the audacity to shout back at me for repeated queries as to when will i get it activated and why he has not attended my phone calls.

                            Now i stand with my device yet to be activated, whereas the customer care @[protected] and @[protected] keep asking me to call each other alternatively. The people who attended to me were pathetic repeating the same monologue “Documents not uploaded, We cannot do anything, Contact dealer” like a IVRS message. I am so disappointed and disgusted with the attitude of the sales person and also the customer care which says that it would help only if the document proofs have been uploaded by the sales person, which he has not done.
                            Looking forward to hear as soon as possible… But i swear i will never ever suggest buying a reliance data card for anyone, and i will in all my way stop a person from buying it even if he is unknown to me….                               Dear Sir,
                              I purchase the reliance data card which number is [protected] on 27th Oct 2013. it's activated on 28th Oct

                              2013 but due to 3G network not available in my resident and office, I call to customer care and they told

                              me for Seven days. same day on 28th Oct 2013, I return the data card to reliance store to close the

                              connection and purchase new HSD data card.
                              The Reliance Store person told me that my connection [protected] is terminated, no bill will generate because

                              no 3G network in your area.
                              When first bill i receive I went to Reliance Store and talked to reliance person whose name is RUPESH and he

                              again told me that your bill will wave off and your connection is already close.
                              but still I receive the bill, I again request to reliance store person about that bill, the Rupesh who sold

                              me the data card he left the Job. the other reliance person told me that go to police station and do the

                              FIR. why I do the FIR to police station if my data is not lost, i return the data card to reliance store on

                              next day of activation because I didn't get network in my office (Kamothe, Navi mumbai) and my home

                              (Kharghar, Navi mumbai).
                              Please help. the customer care person told me that pay the all outstanding than he will close the

                              connection.
                              1. if network is not available and i return the data card next day of activation to close the connection,

                              and reliance store person not close the connection why should I pay the bill.
                              2. I have several time request to reliance store that i receive the bill and I request him to stop it, he

                              told me that my data connection is already close bull customer care person told me that it's not close till

                              clear the outstanding of bill.

                              On telephonic it's resolved but still getting bill.

                              Yesterday I receive the bill again. why? I haven't use this data card due to no network and return the data card to reliance store and request him to close. but they haven't close the data card. they are used the data card. I will not pay any amount, because Reliance Store person cheated me.

                                When i submitted prepaid connection form at your reliance store (28/12/2013) (Naman Agency -Ashram road -Ahmadabad) that i cleared my all due with cash payment. This usage reflected in bill was not conscious usage, I need clarification that why my application was not considered & not proceed for prepaid connection ? your company have take almost two months to convert my connection, so in between this period if my usage is reflected then its not my problem, as a customer its not my responsibilities to switch usage, its your responsibilities to terminate services, I am not interested to use post paid internate connection since last two months so can you tell that i used ?. i will not pay any single Rs. due to only bad experience of service to convert postpaid to prepaid because four time i physical went & did follow up that when my application will converted for prepaid at reliance store to convert my connection. I dont need only regret the inconvenience kind ans for my application which is not converted from postpaid to prepaid for approx 2 months. i need detail clarification that why my application not considered on time after many reminder by email & my follow up at reliance store ?                                   Sir,
                                  I am using reliance Cdma service mobile No.- [protected] and was surfing the "freecharge.in" site for online mobile recharge . i just chose the power of Rs.45 in which it was showing their that for next 90 days i will be charged @1p/ per 2sec and i recharged it with order id-FCVW[protected] on freecharge.in site but as soon as i got the message on my cellphone it was showing that i will be charged @ 1.2p/2 sec. so i just called customer care of reliance regarding this issue but they just rejected my request and told that they just cant help me and cut the call. i am just feeling helpless at the moment .
                                  So i just wanna complaint against the reliance communication for misguiding the consumers. i want an immediate action in regard of this and compensation from company for faking the consumer and harrasing me.

                                    This is with reference to the conciliation noticed FINAL/CON/FEB/1799 of Rs 452/- that i have got today d 14.02.14 regarding Reliance dongle no. [protected]. I was using reliance dongle but due to speed problem I had terminated the Reliance Connection on 18th January 2013. I had paid to 100Rs.advance to terminate connection and the connection was stopped on dated 24.01.2013 but suddenly the connection had start it self from reliance. Then i had got bill on dated 11.02.2013 of Rs 352 till date 10.02.13 I had complaint to reliance web world located Dandia Bazar, Baroda-Gujarat. that i had not used any data till 10.02.13 so many times. Then they have told me you pay your bill just upto 24.01.2013 that is Rs180/-. Which i had paid on dated 02.05.2013. but after a month i received a messages from reliance of Rs 452/- which if I do not pay the outstanding amount then they will initiate legal action against me. I raised so many complaints to reliance service center (Dandia Bazar) regarding the same matter and they had given only complints no. which is not resolved yet. It seems Reliance Communication is hell bent on harassing its customers and forcing them to pay for service which they do not ask nor use. Here i attaching the our termination form as well as paid 180Rs/- cancellation proof on the same.                                       kindly submit my complaint regarding the activation of VAS TechzoneSMS, VAS TechzoneSMS subscription without my permission from reliance CDMA. reliance CDMA has activate the following vas services without my permission and deduct my Rs. 5 from my balance. kindly deactivate the following VAS and refund my money from reliance CDMA.                                       Lodge complaint with Reliance customer care. Use google to find email id of customer care. Ask him (1) to provide the list of service activated on your mobile (2) to deactivate all the services immediately.

                                      One would appreciate if your version on the resolution is posted here. This will help others... the VAS menace is widely prevalent and the same has been admitted by TRAI. Like you there are hundreds or thousands of victims.

                                        Hi,
                                        I lost my cdma [protected] on 13.2.2014. So I block the no .I purchased
                                        new sim & mobile on 15.2.2014 ( 5pm) in Coimbatore 100 ft reliance
                                        world. They told it will activated within 1 hour . But still not
                                        activated. For that I call customer care from my alternative no
                                        [protected]. But the person of speak me is did not give any respect and
                                        speak like stupid. Why my sim still not activate ? What action can you
                                        take against him ? Kindly send me the report no for my further
                                        processing. I attached his conversation. Don't treat customer like this
                                        by poor service. I surely take this to consumer court .
