Dear Sir/Madam, I recently ported my number [protected] to reliance communications network and immediately realized lack of connectivity at my residence. I raised the complaint with sales person, customer care as well as appellate through email but there is no response or resolution of my concern. Even on phone, no one picks it up at the appellate office. I live in well populated area in North Delhi which is not expected to have such problem. I spent almost half a day without any mobile connectivity. I wish to port back to Vodafone connection which was 100 times better than this garbage connection. But helpless due to the 90 days restriction in re-porting the number. Appreciate if this message triggers any response from Reliance.

    This is for Deactivation of Data Card Connection# [protected] I have requested for disconnection of my data card back in February & already followed-up many times for not generating new bill. Not sure why still I am getting Bill for this. Amount was waived off in the past & I was assured my connection has been disconnected. But still again and again bill generates. Already followed with RCOMAppellateAuthority.[protected]@relianceada.com, but still bill generates. Please, make sure no bill generates in future.

      It has been 10 day, since I placed port out request. Reliance rejected my port out request. Later when I called customer care, they were like let me forward the call to senior executive. The senior picks the call and then hangs up. Reliance has given me the worst of service. Force activation is very common. Occurs every now and then. Customer care executive is no polite.

        Date-10.07.2015 Mobile no.[protected] I am using reliance no.[protected] Today on dtd 10.07.2015 again deducted balance of Rs.10.00 for VAS charges from above mentioned mobile no. What the reliance communication want why are you deducting amount without any reason as you saw in last complaint on dtd.08.07.2015. On that day they had deducted Rs.10.00 on from same mobile no.dtd.08.07.2015, Why are you deducting again and again. Refund my deducted balance on urgently.

              Hello all, I am reliance customer ([protected], Rajsthan )from past 2.5 months from the First day i am facing 3G speed issue at my home location. I made lots of complaint on customer care (198) and APPELLATE AUTHORITY too but my problem is not resolved yet. Your Technical team ask me to come and check problem at my home location but no body come to see and check problem. Both platform promised me to resolve the issue but the always closed my complaints not resolved. My Complaints Number Yet: 1.[protected] 2.[protected] 3.[protected] 4.[protected] 5.[protected] 6.[protected] 7.[protected] 8.[protected] And you have worst customer care executives then don't know how to talk and how understand complaints and customer problem. Customer care executive behave as like radio, only speak don't want to listen customer. so if you guys can help me to resolve my 3G speed then its better.               sorry to say you but your technical team is not supportive and they doesn't want to solve the problem .
              they just know how to close the complaint without resolve.
              this is i am saying just because of you can how many complaints i made only for 1 issue.

              And if i had another number then i never use worst reliance services.

              issue is not resolved. if issue was resolved that why i made so many complaints.
              You guys send a technical team and can verify that issue is still exists
              And i haven't said anybody that issue is resolved .
              Your customer care team is not saying truth.
              Even when i received sms that "Are you satisfy with complaint resolved" i always sent "No" . then how can you say that i m satisfy with resolution
              my new SR no[protected] is again processed with resolution.
              Still not getting 3G speed.

                My reliance broadband subscriber id is[protected]. I have been facing frequent disconnection issues for the last 6 months. It started when my old braodband modem stopped working and you replaced it witha new one. Sometimes my uptime in a day is merely 10 hours. Yesterday i didnt get it from morning till afternoon. I had already registered several complaints, but they just keep closing my complain without informing and without doing anything. Please replace the modem and resolve the complaint(Please replace the modem)

                  Hi Team, My Mobile Number is [protected] i have done the rechage of 210 Rs instead of 220 Rs of your Full talktime on 06th June 2015 i didn't get any balance and some blackerry service has been activated i don't have a blackberry phone also it was my mistake so i let it now again on 7th July 2015 my 210 Rs has been deducted stating that the pack has been autorenewed i had not given any request and i had deucted that service also when i call to your customer care they all are deducting the call I am using this number from last 7 years and i mostly do 400 Rs recharge every month this is the service you people give no help from customer care. This number is usually at home and it is used by my mom as i am working as a media professional so don't force me to escalate the matter to the higher authorities it is not the matter of 210 Rs its how you are looting the customer in the name of service.                     Sir/Madam, The VAS (Value added Service) of Reliance GSM is not active on my mobile number [protected]. They are deducting Re 1 at their wish. I deactivated VAS Pack many times even i have not opted for VAS service by messaging thru SMS, type "STOP" and sent to 155223. Even i got message saying Dear Customer, you are not subscribed to any VAS Packs, every time messaged to Stop. Customer care is not reachable. Please kindly take a note Reliance Communication is making money through fraud way. It is going to a new Big Scam by Looting many customers. Thanking you, Suresh Rao

                      I ported my number from IDEA to reliance. Porting was successfully done on 03-July-2015. I used the services for couple of days without any issues, and now suddenly on 07-July-2015, they have discontinued my outgoing services, and internet data usage. I tried calling their customer care number 198 three to four times, and every time there customer care people are busy and dont answer even after holding for 20-30 minutes. Then I dropped them an email about the issue, and they even didnt responded to that within a day. I need to send them another email, and then I got the reply. Now, they are saying the services are discontinued due to negative CAF (Customer Application Form). My question is if this was the issue, my number should not have been started or the porting request should have been rejected. What is the point in harassing the customer after the number getting ported. I am also attaching the screenshots of the messages that I got on my successful porting. And on the top they discontinued my services without any prior intimation. I just tried calling on 07-July Morning, and found that I cannot make a call. This has definitely caused me lot of trouble, and I would like to claim a reimbursement for this. Why should I again visit the reliance store, due to the mistakes that there executives might have done while submitting the documents. Because I submitted all the documents and photo as they suggested.

                      You guys are just pathetic.

                      Now you have turned off my incoming services as well..

                      Really I made a very big mistake of Porting to reliance.

                      I will make sure that I post on social media sites like facebook, twitter about the trouble that you guys have created for me.
                      This will help them to atleast think 100 times before even thinking to port to Reliance Communications, one of the worst service providers.

                      Due to you guys discontinuing my incoming services as well, I am not able to make any bank transactions, as I am not getting any OTP passwords or IVR call on my number.
                      I have incurred a heavy loss due to this, and who is going to give the compensation for this to me?
                      Today I went to reliance office, and have given the address again.

                      Please ensure that my number get started today only on urgent priority.

                      I have given them the alternate number [protected], and asked them to say the executive to call me if they dont find my place from the address that I have given.

                      Please ensure that the executive is aware of this, and you guys dont trouble me again with same stuff.

                        Hello sir
                        My gsm number is [protected] from rajasthan. I recharged data pack. But now i am unable to use because my interenet is not connecting. I reported customer care they hold my phone for 10 or 15 minute after that they say that there is technical problem in our system. Please call after 30 min. But when i call again they block my number. Even i called from 6 other number and from last 15 days they are saying that there is technical issue. We cannot retreive infromation. And then block my number. I called them with other 8 number and all number are blocked. So please resove my issue.

                          I registered a complaint regarding internet not working issue on[protected] some of their customer care representative praveen told me that sorry for the issue we will solve it in 24 hours the very next day a person came from their technical department as he was resolving the issue the building secretary stopped him and didnt let him clear the issue as the reliance have not paid their rent for the following some box which they have installed in the building from which they supply broadband connections to the customers again i called the reliance customer care they told that sir it will be solved in 2 - 3 days from that very day i have been complaining them but every time i get this same ans sir we will solve the issue in 2 - 3 days it has been 10 days now but still this company reliance have not able to pay their rent and still my internet is not working yesterday only i had a talk with their senior amit gaekwad he assisted me that the problem will be solved in 2 days now today he is saying sir i dont know how much time will it take
                          Very sad to hear that the reliance company has no standards now and they are so out of money that they are not able to pay the rent please i request that i get the money back so that i can change my connection to some good company like tata docomo

                              I had been using the above mentioned data card from past 5 years with a monthly rental of Rs.550/- per month. Suddenly in the month of Feb- Mar'15 my bill amount generated of Rs.1200/-. When asked for a clarification they disconnect the line. Post which they started harassing me over the phone calls though I kept asking for the details. I am willing to make the payment for the usage I have done.                               I am repeatedly asking for a computer generated itemised bill for the month of Feb'15 - Mar'15 from Reliance Communications. They are sending me an excel which is not trust worthy. I have made it very clear that until and unless I get the computerised bill to understand why did they changed my plan, I will not make the payments.
                              Still they are harassing me with mails and missed calls. Also their lawyer(as per informed by the caller) had called and threatened me. I am a diabetic and a heart patient.

                              Request you to look into the matter at the earliest.

                                No, and nor my problem hasn't been addressed to. nothing is sorted out neither my problem is addresses to. Some lady called to say that I must pay the three pending bills. Other than this she neither did apologised for the dead telephone(since last two years), nor did she assured about closer of the connection.

                                Is this the practice or business tactice of Reliance (or Ambanis) to squeeze out money from it's customers against a dysfunctional telephone connection?? Asking for money for a service which is not functional for over 48 months??

                                I had been trying to call your appellate authority Mr. Rahul Tandon and some one by the name of Daks Thakkar from Secretariate's office picked and after listening to my complaint and noting down my phone number[protected] he himself confirmed that the phone is lying dead over last two years. But immediately after that he all of a sudden started telling "sorry, I can't hear you and since there is no response from you I'm disconnecting the line".

                                This is the proof that all staff members of reliance communication Ltd., are specifically instructed not to register any complaint and not to attend to call that may result in Reliance Communication loosing pilferred money that they are looting from innocent subscribers/ customers.

                                If that is the case then I shall have no option but to approach the Consumer Court and sue RCOM of mal practice and looting and claim refund of Rs.14400.00 paid to them as monthly rentals since last two years even when their phone was lying dead.

                                As the Hindi saying goes "Laton ke Bhoot Baton se Nahi Sunte", so it seems RCOM too needs similar treatment to teach them the fair business ethics.

                                  As per my attached recharge receipt i had made a recharge of Rs 49/- in my reliance gsm number [protected] today i.e. on[protected].
                                  As per attached screenshot from your official web site i did my recharge of Rs 49 for rel to rel free calling with validity of 28 days as mentioned in your website but after doing recharge i am getting only validity of 6 days instead of 28 days.
                                  I also called to 198 for registering complain for the same & had word with one of your costumer care executive named Chaitnya.
                                  His response is totally unsatisfactory.
                                  It is therefore requested to kindly provide me the validity of 28 days as mentioned in your website.
                                  As this kind of cheating will definitely affects the brand value of Reliance.

                                    I received a message stating that rs. 10 was deducted from my balance for subscribing to the one97 vas service which surprisingly I DID not subscribe. I called up the call center to inquire into the matter. They informed me that the deduction was for the service that was subscribed and that nothing could be done now. They could only deactivate the said service which they DID. I think this is a big scam that is going on to loot the customers of their money by falsely charging them for bogus services. I would request you to put the spotlight on this malpractice. MY NO. IS [protected] as possible plz refund my money

                                      Hi, I recently (2nd July, 2015) opted for the Rs. 225 3g mobile internet pack. I seem to be getting a maximum speed of 66Kbps. I tried speaking to customer service guys (after having opted for the English Language option) who only spoke Kannada. It was only last night that I could speak to one of them in Hindi that he said he shall transfer my call to the Technical Department following which he hung up. I had patiently waited for over 6 mins to speak to them. It is somewhat disgusting to realise how Reliance survives with such policies. My phone number is [protected] and am based in Rajarajeshwari Nagar (Bangalore). I hope I do not have to go through the formalities of switching to Airtel (which offers 4g now at 3g rates).                                         Customer care support staff is worst. Data card service is even nastiest!!! My Reliance net connect Number is [protected], I already requested the Reliance customer care to disconnect my reliance net connect broadband connection on 29th June 2015. Complaint Number is[protected]. Customer care executive said that it would take 7-8 days to do it. Now today its 8th July almost 10 days and they have not done any disconnection. Instead of this they have sent new bill. Moreover very bad customer support/services, bunch of ignorant stupids are receiving calls, due to that I am unable to get my queries answered, I am really fed-up of this all this crap. Shame on reliance net connect+ customer care services!! Now I am moving abroad so want this disconnection as soon as possible, I have already paid balance rs 655, though I have requested many a times for this disconnection but still struggling.
