[Resolved] Reliance Communications — again balance deduction and blocking me from whichever customer care number i'm calling

After complaining here i search new no of customer care then one representative had received my call kirti she said they will refund money but they didn't and also again today they have deducted 7 rs and not refunding me and the new no which i tried again also blocked me i am fed up with customer service they are deducting my balance daily plz do something
