Your so called 3g internet speed is slower than tortoise, i don't know why reliance calls it customer care when they dont answer our cal even after waiting for about 15 min and there is balance deduction for no reason and still no answer from your customer care service. I had visited the reliance mobile store no.9, hosur main road, electronic city, bangalore - 560100; to register a complaint in regards to network and inquiring about the latest offers for postpaid customers.

The representative by name karthik was not even aware of any offers or ready to take my complaint.

I was using reliance postpaid number [protected] for few months. I have always paid the bill on time without any delays. When i thought of converting from postpaid to prepaid after 3 days of my bill generation date, i have completely paid rs 400 (Bill and 3 days charges) in reliance store.

After the bill payment, i was using the other sim of other network and continued with that.

My reliance gsm no has "data ki azadi" pack subscribed (rc 70) which gives 1gb 2g data daily for 365 days.
And as of 18/8/2017 i had around rs 209 as my account balance but the next day i.e. 19/8/2017 i saw that my account balance is zero and it seems like it had been deducted for data but i didnt even use that 1gb data.

The voucher gives me about 55 rupees main balance, since then i only make a single call of 6 minutes duration using the main balance, but reliance deduct about 20 rupees unfairly, then i call them & talk to their customers care representative, he said my i'll get my refund in 24 hours.
