I wish to change my reliance number to airtel due my transfer to another state and i already tried a lot to connect with the reliance customer care for lodging a complaint for this. But, i did not get any response from them. It seems they don't want to port my number from reliance to airtel. So, i request you to solve this problem as soon as possible and make me sure to change my number.

I'm kiran from andhrapradesh, 18th August my gsm number [protected] changed to 2G to 4G, but still it's not migrated, no outgoing, incoming, only contacted to customer care number only, those cc executives replyed very care less answers, what will I do??

    Sir mene apne mobile number pr phle 93 rupees ka recharge kraya tha jisme mujhe 1gb/day 3g data milna tha 56 din ke liye. Yeh chl rha tha fir mene 14 august ko 70 rupees ka recharge kra liya jisme mujhe 56 rupee tt+ 1gb/day 2g for 365 din ke liye mila pr ab me jb internet use kr rha hu to mera 3 g data balance deduct ho rha hai or speed 2g ki de rha hai km se km mujhe 3g speed 56 din ke liye to do jiske liye mene recharge kraya tha. Customer care ko mail kra phone kra but 10-12 din me bhi koi single reply nhi aaya. Ek madam ne phone uttaya or kha aapki problem solve ho jaegi but nhi hui. Please meri problem solve kro please.

      On 15.7.17 i am lodged a request for Number Portability of my Mobile NO. [protected] but till date no response.
      I have two reliance 4g card at- chanasma (patan, Gujarat). there is poor network at my house location.there is good connectivity at chanasma highway. there is no connectivity at harij (Patan, Gujarat).so there is difficult for us to use free 4g network at my selective place

        I am receiving regular emails from given email id, as per my knowledge i have never used this number ([protected]). I replied a mail and asking for complete details of this number. But they are not providing and sending notice again and again. Please help.

        1. You had availed telephone/data card service from my client under caf no [protected].

        2. That you failed to adhere the terms and condition of the caf agreement by not making the payment of the outstanding amount in time and the same was not paid despite repeated, request, reminder and personal visit made by my client.

        3. That was on date an amount of rs. 1512 is due and payable by you in the aforesaid caf no to my client. However my client in the interest of good customer relationship intends to explore the possibility of a settlement, through process of conciliation and accordingly intends to refer the dispute to r j shaikh who would act as a conciliator for an amicable settlement.

        4.in case you are interested in settling the matter, amicably, and out of court, by the process of conciliation, as aforementioned, you are called upon to attend the conciliation camp, being organized at 14/12 malviya nagar near girdhar hospital girdhar marg malviya nagar jaipur
        On 22.08.2017 between 11 a. M. To 6 p. M.in case, however, you fail/avoid to come forward for conciliation, on the said date, the present invitation shall be deemed to have lapsed/rejected and in such event, our client shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you to their logical end for the recovery of its dues at your risk, cost and consequence. The present communication may also be treated as a final opportunity from my client, towards the amicable settlement.

            My reliance number is [protected] last month the bill generated 886 and my monthly rental plan is 349 and no boddy get confirmation about the new monthly rent and add one extra rent also without take any permission how they can change the plan, i am calling in customer care few times but no buddy can answer properly last night at 12am i am talking with mr. Anshul they dont have any authority to do the work and in night no one any seniour person are available.               Iam using rcom 4g lte tamilnadu simcard. My prepaid number [protected]. Iam facing net work issues. Iam recharge rs 94 pack. Iam getting 1gb 4g data perday. Internet was open reliance coverage area. But not opening aircel coverage area. Iam complaint customers care. But the problem still not solved. Iam using this number 4 months.                 Your so called 3g internet speed is slower than tortoise, i don't know why reliance calls it customer care when they dont answer our cal even after waiting for about 15 min and there is balance deduction for no reason and still no answer from your customer care service. [protected] here is my no. If there is still something left to dissatisfy me please do so. I recommended this network to everyone and many did change their network but now the service has gone way down.

                    I had visited the reliance mobile store no.9, hosur main road, electronic city, bangalore - 560100; to register a complaint in regards to network and inquiring about the latest offers for postpaid customers.

                    The representative by name karthik was not even aware of any offers or ready to take my complaint.

                    Karthik was so irresponsible, first; he denied to talk to me saying he is busy and later he was so rude that i had to leave the shop with out any info.

                      Dear sir,

                      My reliance dongle number was-[protected].
                      This is regarding reliance dongle wrongdoings and harassing me for money!!!

                      I was using reliance dongle net connect last year in 2015 i used the service for some months approximately may be from nov 2015 to june 2016.
                      I have paid the bills on time every month before or on the due date.

                      After some months reliance dongle service quality has reduced when i asked reliance customer care they were telling it is because of 4 g up gradation.

                      I asked them to reduce my last bill which i paid them because service was not proper and i was not able to use for some days accordingly they reduced and sent me the bill after that i paid that bill and from that date, i stopped using reliance service. Because service was not proper,

                      Immediately after i paid the last bill i carried my application to cancel my service to their rajajinagar rajkumar road, bangalore reliance shop.

                      But they have not accepted my application told me to cancel the service through customer care.

                      Accordingly, i had called reliance customer care and asked to cancel it. Initially, reliance customer care executives not registered cancellation request. After called them for 4 to 5 times one of their customer care executive even given me wrong cancellation request also!!! Because of this i was required to call at least 15 times for one week to cancel my service.

                      But for next two months received a monthly bill for the service which i have not used their service even for single second!!!

                      I refused to pay them the bill for which i have not used, till now i am saying the same answer to them. But they keep calling me and disturbing my work by asking to pay them money.

                      I refused it

                      They even provoked me to put the case on me i really astonished how companies trying to take and demand money wrongly from people!!!

                      Bigger surprising is two days back i have received the message am-legald that lokadalat summon sent to address.

                      Ha ha ha ha!!! 1

                      But i am not staying at that address where they sent!!!

                      Again they are provoking me they are going to start legal action??? What is this???

                      Is this legal action for what is it for that they were not able to make me fool or they were not able to rob me???

                      Now they again they provoking in a different route, sent me sms that, my c bill is affected!!!
                      What is this??? For their mistakes we require to suffer???
                      Are we staying in democratic country???

                        I had a post-paid number ([protected]) from reliance communication. I requested for porting of number to jio however my requests were ignored multiple times even after settling the balance in full (I deliberately kept the account balance due in negative so that there won't be any hassale) and submitted all document to jio retailer when the request were not entertained i finally wrote the email to reliance ([protected]@relainceada.com) on 25 march 2017 to terminate the connection as well as communicated my desire to terminate to customer care number.

                        I specifically mentioned them the the balance due is in negative and had cleared all the bills and that i don't want any unwanted bills in future and face harassment. I was aware that the company like tikona and reliance do not terminate the connection and keep on generating the bills and the same fear came out to be true when i started getting sms to my alternate number ([protected]) regarding non-payment of bill. I have been constantly getting harassed and getting tortured by reliance communication that a legal action would be taken.

                        The balance due amount is small but it is a matter of principle. Even after paying the bill amount in full and intimidating them that i would want to get the connection terminated immediately with all the bill amount being paid and also any amount based on pro-rata as was communicated by reliance customer care guy was also paid by me. But i am still harassed. Such an unethical behavior will not take you far and the customer will know how reliance communications exhort its customer to pay the amount which is not due on them. Hoping for a quick resolution and the end of torturous sms message threatening to take legal action which is causing me mental agony.

                        At the time of termination, i specifically said the customer care guy that i want a reply back in email that the connection has been terminated asn there is no balance due amount but never received any email from them and now they are taking advantage.

                          on 17/8/2017 i complaint to company by email cut off of the balance 30/- also contact on 198/30333333 againn cut off my balance of 30 rs on 20/08/2018, againt i mail and compaint by phone but they block my no than i will try from onther phone they pic up and hold up to 45 min appro and cut the call without resolving the name of customer care is mr sonkashi againt on 23/08/2017 they cut off my balance of 10 because my balane is 26 thatwhy they not cut baalance of 30 it is cheated company no one can belive it.. leave them up to god god give them punishment at last, the name of company is not more in the world its my belive god is present and see all the illegle cut off of reliane communication thanx my mo no is 9827369692 name pramod

                          reliance communication is goods but there service is 3rd class as customer care . they have not satisfied the customer and talk unusually . my no is [protected] they deduct my amount 30 twice, and not refunded me back. i complaint by email and also complaint to but they not solved my problem one of the customer care ex cu mr sonkashi who misguide me and when i give full information they have no ans to give me and hold my no [protected] about 45 minute and after this the:y cut off the call date is 21/8/2017 time is 3:29 pm holding time is 42:52 sec and cut my call . i am angrily dissatisfied this service and my balance cut off. twice i write email to company but no replay ...

Paid advance payment for security deposit rs: 600/-on rajahmundry store. Then start using my reliance sim calls ever time call drops, no signal & no inter net for data. I say complaint to costumer care from: 19/03 this people telling this gprs probliam so i teal gprs settings follow after your mobile switch off /on then ok. That way i will follow but not solve my probilm. More times i go to mobile store say sam problem & call to customer care repeat my complaint repeat and repeat and repeat………………….. As following this.

                            I will follow like this but nobody ken not replay & not solves my problem. But 14/03- sand the bill rs-270.17/-. After generation the bill start calls from pleas pay bill fast, pay bill, pay bill fast otherwise late payment charges to be applicable. But nobody talk with my complaint. I am also talk to this people fist solve my complaint then i pay bill. After few days may be 03/04/17 stop my outgoing services all and in coming services. After few days send second bill - 14/04/17 rs-614.89/-. And calling pay bill immediately. After 27/05/17 at 12:53 pm one lady calling from -[protected] from delhi. She his bill is pending is rs-750/- immediately pay anther wise i put police case according to bill. Reliance net people is irrupt like this my advance is also there, my mobile network is also gone bill was hunting to me nobody talk about consumers problem. When i take mobile connection reliance says unlimited voice calls are free, unlimited ms free 3gb data 4g. So i don’t use any data no more calls because your network problem. So pleas give me my mobil no: [protected] connection, solve complaint. I pay my bill which is my using i must pay. Pleas solve this problem as well as possible. I will send mails also but no reply.                             I can not receive incoming call in my reliance no. [protected](delhi) gsm. I am able to call but when someone call me it tell them the no. Is invalid its been a long time & trying to call customer care of reliance is like a useless thing no service from them

                                It is sheer negligence on part of the leading telecom company of yours i. E. Rcom, and mr. Ambani must not tolerate such negligence and lethargic response by concerned authorities handling my issue for reliance customer relationship number[protected] and mdn [protected] w. R. T. Previous sr nos.[protected] &[protected] dtd.12/07/2017 through customer care executive - daljeet kaur, which are still pending even after passing time a month and a week. And due to which today i made an appeal against the same vide sr no.[protected] dtd.21/08/2017 through customer care executive - mr. Salman to check the issue and get it resolved.in my initial complaints i had informed that without my consent the plan rgjalsa_297 was changed to retention_499 on 12/07/17 as soon as i came to know regarding same i tried to make a complaint through 198 but the executive had given me wrong and misleading information, afterwards at about 12:45-47 hrs my both complaints were taken by executive daljeet kaur - regarding wrong and misleading information provided by cce and another for changing my previous plan without my consent and without my demand, i was very happy with my previous plan i. E. Rgjalsa_297 and even i requested her to retain my plan as rgjalsa_297 and she had given affirmation of the same, but as my bill dtd.18/08/2017 showed the plan retention_499 i was shocked and hence made an appeal. Further i have demanded for 100% waiver o[censored]pcoming 06 consecutive bills as compensation to the issue, the same shall be debited from the salaries of responsible persons, which would be an exemplary punishment to those who are negligent and lethargic and bringing bad name to the reputed company of yours. I am a customer of your company since 2004 and i have retained this number since than, even many rival companies had approached me but i refused their offers with freebies. I'm not exaggerating the matter but there must be a discipline and any violation must be taken up accordingly.

                                Hence it is my humble request and a sincere demand that stern action must be taken against whosoever are responsible and fully waived off bills for next 6 months as compensation.

                                Please treat the matter on priority bases and as urgent. The e-mail trail is to be sent to dot & trai for n/a.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I want to file a complaint against reliance telecom. My number is [protected]. I recharged rs.70 on 14 august 2017 (8:30pm) which was supposed to give me rs.56 talktime. I recharged and received a message that u have been credited rs.56 and at the same time i checked my balance using ussd *367# but it showed there rs.0.
                                  And after half an hour i got a message that i have been subscribed to some vas for which i had not opted. On second day i. E. On 15 august i talked to one of the customer care representative (Around 9:00 am), he told me that the server is not responding and i may call after 2 hours.
                                  After that i called them once again at 3:19 pm sameday and got same reply that their server is not still responding. He again told me to call after 2 hours.
                                  Again i tried to call them at around 7:00 pm but then the blocked my number and i could not get in contact with any representatives.
                                  The had two numbers for customer care: *333 and 198. I tried called them till but i couldn't talk to them as they have blocked my number.
                                  After a lot of searching i got another customer care number which was given to the customers of j&k. I called them on 20 august around 10:00 am and then customer service representative told me that they don't have any packs for rs.70. I asked them representative to transfer my call to senior and she told me to hold. Even after 10 minutes my number was putted on hold and no one picked up the call. I had to cut the call and when again i tried to call them and as usual they blocked and i couldn't get in touch with them.
                                  Today i. E. 21 august i called them once again around 10:00 pm and got a reply that if you had called us within 24 hrs. After deduction we would have refunded the money but you called us after long time.
                                  I mean when i called them (After deduction) they told me to call after 2 hrs. And again after some hours later they told me same, was it my fault that their server is not responding that they are giving the same excuses today.
                                  At last, i would request you look in the matter.

                                  And for your kind information that vas was of rs.60 whereas I was supposed to have only 56 rupees after recharge. So observing this I think my account balance was meant to be in negative but it has 0.02 rupees.
                                  Kindly look closely into the Matter and resolve it again.

                                    I have paid 300 rs to Great India Communication, Govindpuri on 10th August through PayTm against new reliance connection, i have not received any receipt after following up with their office so many times and also not getting good response, [protected]

                                      My self xavier. I was using reliance data card 2 years before. They have changed the 4g so i was not able to use my cdma devise. I inform them to close my connection. After lots of struggles they closed my connection. (I called more then 10 times to cancel my connection.) and also they chaged extra amount of 660 for no usage of connection and force me to pay.

                                      Few month back they ask me to pay rs.600 so that they informed me that they will not go for legal action. I paid the extra amount also. Now again they ask to me to pay 857 rs. I don't know how its come.

                                        When called they told its accepted and later its not approved.

                                        Also 198 number is not connecting to customer care for complaint, i selected multiple option but every time they said dial *111# for self service, why anyone hell would call 198 for self service.
