I paid 4 months advance plan rent again and again asking for payment and sending bill every month bad services getting from reliance.my mobile no is [protected] every month they are asking some thing . i called in call center but no reply i get .and my calls are getting bard they say first pay when we will see. after that i went to kottayam office they told to pay some amount then also i paid after that they told to call call-center. for complaint....

I using reliance gsm services (M. No. +[protected]. I have made several complaints to reliance customer care for balance deductions
On first instance, i.e.[protected] when Rs.45 deducted customer care executive agreed to reverse the charge but dint get any balance. Later, called several times, emails, registered complaint with appellate authority as well but no response or action on company's behalf.

My main balance deducted from my account with out any information and I can't reach to customer care executive.Yesterday I had recharged Rs40/- for talk time but the morning of today I found that my all balance was deducted.Please resolve this problem otherwise I will change my network from reliance to other network. We have wireless phone in which we have inserted reliance sim ([protected]). For first 1 month everything was going well but suddenly after that there was no network in the phone. We took the phone outdoor on second floor then it was catching network. We have taken this number for commercial use and displayed it on hoardings for customers but now it has become useless for us. I have recharged my account in two times 14 september at night and 15 september at morning. When i am recharging my account recharge is done but after some time my balance is deducting automatically. Facing this problem i am not able to call anyone because balance is deducting. If you are not solve this problem so i can blocked this sim and buy any others company sim like vodafone airtel idea etc. So please solve this problem....

Sir my land is given to the rent for the reliance tower stablishment. Last 18 months i didn't get any rent from the company. I have recharged my mobile for twenty rupees on 12/09/17. But just a day later my mobile recharge i got a message of balance deduction for the unwanted subscription of a video. My whole balance was deducted for no reason. I tried to communicate with the customer care service to unsubscribe that activated service by calling on198 many times. But my call was not connected. The first message that i got was on 13/09/17...

A message came to my phone telling that there's special offer for me: if i recharge with 93 rupees then they'll give me 1gb 3g data per day for 56 days. Soon after i recharged my no. With 93 rupees by paytm at that particular day, and the recharge was successful, i received a confirmation message also that i'll get 56 gb data for 56 days. But i'm not getting that... Instead i received another message telling that 1gb 3g /month has been activated...

I was a consumer of 3G data card from Reliance Communications during[protected], i discontinued in April 2014. Last bill i paid was for May 2014. After few months, i received a call from a RCom representative that i did not pay my last bill, i told him that i did pay it and i also have the receipt, he asked me to visit the Reliance Store and i did. I m busy in my family matter from last one month and now the company did my balance zero even mostly my cell is off due to problem.
From Last 1 year I m complaining to reliance customer care and reliance gallery that why u unnecessary deduct my balance.When I saw my balance zero I called more than 15 times from 2 mobiles and they disconnect my call and not refund my money and even didnt connect...

Baaki Companies kabhi 30 din se uper nhi lagati hai network problem ko thik karne ke liye jo ye Reliance Communication ne lga diya par problem whi ki whi solve nhi ho pa rhi hai inse ek bhi problem.
Customers ka to paisa kha ke baithe hi hai sath mein Ericsson se bhi 1150 crore le ke baith gye hai.
Paise ke bhookhe hoti hai aisi telecome companies jo customers se paise to le leti hai par services ke naam par kuch nhi provide...

Hi i stay at North villa bldg at Parel opp Kem hospital, we have one bldg which is next to ours and have installed cell towers on the top of the terrace ... I live on the 3rd floor which is the top in my bldg and can the towers right in front of our home... The radiation unit is installed at the bottom ground of the bldg... When I read that the towers should be atleast 30 to 50 metres away from the next bldg that when I thought I should complaint......

Mera mobile no.-[protected] lagbhag 10 days se switched off tha. Date 11.09.2017 ko time 9:23 am par mobile switch on kiya aur ek call ki pata chala ki rs.63/- (Approx) deducted ho chuke hai.
Ye kis tarah ki service hai. Ye sarasar dhoka dadi hai. Cheating hai.
