Already, i submitted the proof to change my post paid sim card to prepaid in the reliance store on 1st September. They said call 59059. but call was not going for past 1 week. because i can't use that with post paid also i can't pay any more. also i got the mail for payment. already i paid for used data's in the store and i sent the mail to customer care but no reply. So please do the needful.

    I have done recharge for 150₹ as full talktime.

    And I kept 134₹ as Balance for sometimes. I didn't use that sim for some time, kept only for incoming. Today I got know that my amount got deducted.

    Am trying to reach customer service, no use at all. Am not at all reached. Just pathetic service am getting.

    I raised complaint through instacare app, I don't think they will respond back on that. Not even getting any SMS for that request.
    So am writing here.

    I really not understanding how and why this kind of deduction happen. I didn't get any experience like some extra amounts added to my account without any reason.
    Why such a big brand cheating cheapest with customers money.

    I won't recommend any one to use RCom. Such a cheating.

      From 29 Sept no voice or sms.so I have to port to any other network to be able to retain my no.

      But on 3 september I did a recharge of 786 (1gb/day for 6 months)..I want refund of that amount because when I port it will lapse.
      They should have stopped the recharging services if they were to stop their network.

      Can't contact customer care on phone as they say they r in emergency.
      This is frustrating.i just want my money back.

        I have an offer of 1gb/day 3g data for 28 days on rc93. So I recharged my number [protected] with rs 93 . but after recharge a massage came to my inbox that 3g data 1gb/month for 3 month credited into your account. Shame on you reliance. You cheated all your customers. I also noticed someone complained about same problem in this forum. So kindly solve my problem.and also I can't connect to reliance customer care. All customer care numbers not working.

          SUBJECT: LEGAL NOTICE FOR RECOVERY OF RS. 6978/-

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          Under instructions from and on behalf of our client i.e. M/s Reliance Communications Ltd., A Company incorporated and existing under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 having its Office at Kubera Park, A1/B18, near Lulla Nagar Chowk, Pune 411040, we hereby serve you with the following notice:


          1. That our client is engaged in the business of providing Telecommunication/Data Services to its various subscribers against which our client gets consideration. You the Addressees has applied for Mobile or Data Card Connections with our client after submitting all the relevant Documents required for the said purpose with our client.


          2. That the said request of you the Addressees was duly accepted by our client and you the Addressees were allotted with Reliance Internet or Voice Connection, vide CAF Number CAF No [protected]. The said connectivity vide Billing Account Number was activated by our client for you the Addressees and since then you the Addressees has been using the said numbers to the full and complete satisfaction of you the Addressees and therefore, availed the Telecommunication Services of our client along with all ancillary services subscribed by you from time to time, through the said number.

          3. That our client has been raising its bill upon you the Addressees from time to time with respect to the Telecommunication Services availed by you the Addressees. But you the Addressees always delayed/ defaulted in making of the payment of the outstanding amount on one pretext or the other due to which the said connection was disconnected by our client on account of nonpayment by you the Addressees. As on today, a sum of Rs. 6978/-, is outstanding and remains payable by you the Addressees to our client as per the records maintained by our client in the ordinary course of its business. It may be noted that despite repeated communications with your Officials, you the Addressees have failed to clear the outstanding dues towards our client till date and the same is still payable by you.

          4. That in these circumstances, you the Addressees are hereby called upon to make the payment of Rs. 6978/-, within a period of 5 (Five) days from the date of receipt of this legal notice. In case of non-compliance of this notice, we have clear and definite instructions from our client to take proper legal action against you the Addressees before competent court of law at your own cost, risk and consequences for recovery of the aforesaid amount along with penalty and interest calculated from the date when the same had became due payable by you the Addressees to our client.

          5. That our client also reserves its right to take legal action Against you the Addressees before the concerned Police Station and /or the concerned Court of Metropolitan Magistrate for registration of FIR for the criminal offence of calculated fraud committed by you apart from taking further civil remedy for the recovery of above stated amount due and payable by you to my client. You are hereby further called upon to pay a sum of Rs.5500/- (Rupees Five Thousand Five Hundred only) toward this notice charges.


          Please take note that non-payment of the Mobile postpaid connection Bills will downgrade your Credit Score which may impact your ability to have financial assistance from any financial institutions.

          That you the Addressees may contact the Authorized Representative

                I paid 4 months advance plan rent again and again asking for payment and sending bill every month bad services getting from reliance.my mobile no is [protected] every month they are asking some thing . i called in call center but no reply i get .and my calls are getting bard they say first pay when we will see. after that i went to kottayam office they told to pay some amount then also i paid after that they told to call call-center. for complaint.

                  I using reliance gsm services (M. No. +[protected]. I have made several complaints to reliance customer care for balance deductions
                  On first instance, i.e.[protected] when Rs.45 deducted customer care executive agreed to reverse the charge but dint get any balance. Later, called several times, emails, registered complaint with appellate authority as well but no response or action on company's behalf.

                  Recharged my no. again on[protected] and again balance Rs.21 deductedon[protected].
                  customer care not taking calls, spoke to KALYANI, appellate authority (REF NO. [protected]) as per her she couldn't check previous transactions or appellate mails so no resolution.

                  No email replies, no action for balance deduction. appellate couldn't check transactions or repling to emails. worst of customer care services i am facing.

                      Hi,

                      My name is angshuman gayan and i hold a reliance gsm (Currently prepaid) connection with number [protected]. I migrated from postpaid (Reliance) to prepaid (Reliance) w. E. F. 17th jun 2017 (Relevant documents attached).

                      The complaint i want to lodge is that i have been receiving outstanding postpaid bills from reliance even after clearing dues before migrating to prepaid. It may be noted hereby that, it is not possible to migrate from postpaid to prepaid without clearing dues.

                      As per the last postpaid bill that i received, the bill period is (Highlighted in the relevant attachment) is 20th jun 2017 to 5th jul 2017, a period when i was holding prepaid connection (Not postpaid). I wrote to reliance gsm customer care at [protected]@relianceada.com and rcom. [protected]@relianceebill.com (Screenshot attached) but received no response.

                      I have received 2 sms from rmlegald since yesterday; the messages insist on paying the outstanding amount of inr 155 to avoid legal action.

                      Interestingly, one of my friends has also been receiving similar communication. Has reliance communications got data in its record book corrupted?

                      Please help to get this matter solved as soon as possible. Thank you

                        We have wireless phone in which we have inserted reliance sim ([protected]). For first 1 month everything was going well but suddenly after that there was no network in the phone. We took the phone outdoor on second floor then it was catching network. We have taken this number for commercial use and displayed it on hoardings for customers but now it has become useless for us. We have done compaint from where we took the sim he tried few things like changing the sim with new sim but nothing worked. He told that the signals of the towers are weak and nothing can be done.
                        Its my humble request to you to please look into the matter and atleast inform us that is the issue resolveable or not?

                          I have recharged my account in two times 14 september at night and 15 september at morning. When i am recharging my account recharge is done but after some time my balance is deducting automatically. Facing this problem i am not able to call anyone because balance is deducting.                               Sir my land is given to the rent for the reliance tower stablishment. Last 18 months i didn't get any rent from the company. I suffering from few disease last november 2016 so i can't visited my bank than after go for bad rest. Last days i visited my bank i didn't found any rent in my account. I am the person of 89 year old yhis the only way of my survial my sons are farmers didn't get any benefits in this year crops.                                 The company automatically subscribed vas & deduct money. Previously like this way they had deducted around rs.90/-, only rs.3 returned back. Last few days again they had started same things. They are deducting rs.6 /- per day this time. I had called customer care but no response. I mailed them but no response. My phone no [protected]. How many days will they steal our money?

                                    Hi team,

                                    I have recharged my mobile for twenty rupees on 12/09/17. But just a day later my mobile recharge i got a message of balance deduction for the unwanted subscription of a video. My whole balance was deducted for no reason. I tried to communicate with the customer care service to unsubscribe that activated service by calling on198 many times. But my call was not connected. The first message that i got was on 13/09/17 at around 1:53 pm. After that message my whole balance was vanished. Inspite of that deduction the next day i got another message indicating the deduction of 21 rupees in due for the exactly​ same unwanted subscription.

                                    No one has respond yet from the Reliance Communications. They don't care about the customer. The feedback is 0 rating and its one of the worst telecom service provider.

                                      A message came to my phone telling that there's special offer for me: if i recharge with 93 rupees then they'll give me 1gb 3g data per day for 56 days. Soon after i recharged my no. With 93 rupees by paytm at that particular day, and the recharge was successful, i received a confirmation message also that i'll get 56 gb data for 56 days. But i'm not getting that... Instead i received another message telling that 1gb 3g /month has been activated for 3 months!
                                      I'm so perplexed and exasperated with this absurdity of reliance communications.
                                      And i urge them to please resolve my issue or give my money back.

                                        I was a consumer of 3G data card from Reliance Communications during[protected], i discontinued in April 2014. Last bill i paid was for May 2014. After few months, i received a call from a RCom representative that i did not pay my last bill, i told him that i did pay it and i also have the receipt, he asked me to visit the Reliance Store and i did. The store helpers assured me that it was a misunderstanding and it will be taken care off.
                                        In February 2014, i received a call from some Ms. Swati Sharma, a lawyer from Delhi, representing RCom, she threatened me that i will be filed a case against because i did not pay my bill. I told her that i had paid the last payment already and it was not reflected in RCom's records, i sent her the receipt on her Email(i still have the record of it), after looking at the receipt, i was assured by her that it will be taken care of and i dont need to worry. Recently, in May-June, i received a final intimation cum demanding notice from some legal firm Parshuram Kamble & Associates, Pune on behalf of RCom that i have to pay or i will be filed a case against in court. I was deeply hurt by the language used in the mail, it said that i have avoided payments by malafide intentions, which is not true at all, i always provided them proof of my payment. Also that i have not replied to their calls repeatedly, which is also not true, i never received many calls from them but notices of threats in emails. I, then told the lawyer from Parshuram & associates, which was some Ms. R J Shaikh, that i have already paid it, she asked for the receipt and i did sent the same to her 'Whatsapp' (which i have the record of). She assured me that it will be taken care of and i do not need to worry and i can ignore the mails received earlier. By that time, i also sent mails to Reliance customer care with the receipt copy and also to Reliance Appellate Authority Jaipur. I received call from an executive and he assured me that it will be taken care of and i dont need to worry.
                                        After all that, today i receive another email from Parshuram Kamble & Associates, from another lawyer Ms. Nisha Shinde, that i will be filed a case against in Jaipur court on 18th September if i dont pay them today. I called the lawyer and told her all i have been through, she again assures me that it will be taken care of but i dont trust assurances anymore, which are the only things i've been getting since the last 3 years.
                                        Also the RCom dont have any record of my last payment, may be the store did not pay them? may be some other reason, but i do have the receipt and they have acknowledged the same yet i keep getting harassed since the last 3 years by foul and non ethical language on the pretext that i am a cheater.

                                        I just want it to go away because this has been haunting me for 3 whole years, eating my mental peace and dignity, while i am not in the wrong.
