On 15 august my balance is rs69.43.
I m busy in my family matter from last one month and now the company did my balance zero even mostly my cell is off due to problem.
From Last 1 year I m complaining to reliance customer care and reliance gallery that why u unnecessary deduct my balance.When I saw my balance zero I called more than 15 times from 2 mobiles and they disconnect my call and not refund my money and even didnt connect to customer care, I think they block all calls.

    Baaki Companies kabhi 30 din se uper nhi lagati hai network problem ko thik karne ke liye jo ye Reliance Communication ne lga diya par problem whi ki whi solve nhi ho pa rhi hai inse ek bhi problem.
    Customers ka to paisa kha ke baithe hi hai sath mein Ericsson se bhi 1150 crore le ke baith gye hai.
    Paise ke bhookhe hoti hai aisi telecome companies jo customers se paise to le leti hai par services ke naam par kuch nhi provide karti.
    Main abuse nhi write kar sakta warna to inke liye puri galiyon ki dictionary likh ke baitha hu main.

    On gsm no. [protected] an unwanted value added pack be activated without my permission and my money is deducted from gsm balance so i want my money in my gsm a/c . reliance company had activated a value added pack which was not necessary for me .they have not sent any messages or any other information about the value pack on this no.

      Hi i stay at North villa bldg at Parel opp Kem hospital, we have one bldg which is next to ours and have installed cell towers on the top of the terrace ... I live on the 3rd floor which is the top in my bldg and can the towers right in front of our home... The radiation unit is installed at the bottom ground of the bldg... When I read that the towers should be atleast 30 to 50 metres away from the next bldg that when I thought I should complaint... Kindly look into this matter... Towers are placed atop of Saraswat Sadan at Parel opp Kem hospital...

      Today I recharged with Rs 10/- at the morning, AND at afternoon my balance of total rs 7/- deducted.This is not for the first time. stop cheating and give my money back.

        Dear sir
        Mera mobile no.-[protected] lagbhag 10 days se switched off tha. Date 11.09.2017 ko time 9:23 am par mobile switch on kiya aur ek call ki pata chala ki rs.63/- (Approx) deducted ho chuke hai.
        Ye kis tarah ki service hai. Ye sarasar dhoka dadi hai. Cheating hai.

        10 dino tak mobile band raha aur aapne mobile switched off se rs.63/- (Approx) kaat diye. Ye to chori hai. Nahi... Dakaiti hai.

        Again date 14.09.2017 ko bi rs.50/- chori kar liye hai.

        Sir me reliance communications ko 11.09.2017, 13.09.2017, 14.09.2017 and 15.09.2017 ko e-mail kar chuka hu but abi tak koi reply nahi diya hai aur nahi hi paise refund kiye hai.

        Reliance communications ne mere switched off mobile no.[protected] se rs 63/- + rs.50/- (Approx) kat diye hai. Ye sarasar chori hai. Fraud hai.

          Sub : 2g to 4g migration effect to my current internet pack rs.365 for 1gb / day 2g data validity 365 days recharged on 23rd june 2017

          Dear sir,

          Firstly, i have read news today that"reliance company has initiated migration of its customers in gujarat circle to an all 4g network, prior to expiry of 2g spectrum in that circle end september 2017".

          Secondly, i have current internet pack rs.365 for 1gb / day 2g data validity 365 days recharged on 23rd june 2017.

          Thirdly, i have received currently 2g to 4g migration offer 0f 90 gb 4g data for 90 days validity (Showing on * 129 # ussd code).

          Now, please clarify that, if i am forced to migrate from 2g to 4g network, what will happen to my current internet pack rs.365 for 1gb / day 2g data validity 365 days recharged on 23rd june 2017???

          I want reimbursement of my above subject current internet pack rs.365 for 1gb / day 2g data validity 365 days recharged on 23rd june 2017.

          Further please note that customer care number.198 (Toll free) is not working since six months.

          Kindly reply at earliest.

            Customer care executive does not support at all.

            Now I am not able to Reliance customer care executives.

            I have sent several mail to reliance communication but not reply till date.

            Reliance communication has registered my compliant ( number[protected] on 06/09/2017 but still unresolved.

              I am trying to generate upc no from my reliance number. I sent several sms to 1900 regarding port but didn't received it yet. I am from gujarat and voice services will stop here from 29/09/2017, so i want to change my operator. Also i tried to contact customer care but nobody pickup the call and call were disconnected every time. I have 3 connections of reliance and i want all my numbers to port in another operator. So can you please revert me back as soon as possible.

                I checked offers on *129# for my number [protected] and i saw rs 154/- recharge with benefits of 1gb/day 3g data for 45 days validity and i have got 1 gb yesterday after recharging but today i have got only 596 mb of data for full day as a message. I tried to complain for it but customer care representatives never received my call entire day an i am very much frustrated on this matter

                  I am simranjit singh having number

                  Today on 14 september you charged for your # services 15rs and balance deduct from main account.
                  I am totally frustrated with your services and deduction. Its my 3rd complaint from starting september 2017
                  On 31st august 2017 i recharged with 50rs.
                  But on same day main account of 39rs become zero.
                  When i posted complaint you refunded 39rs on 5septembr
                  But after an half hour again deduction made fraudently for # unknown sarvice and main account left 1.12rs only
                  Then again i complained but refunded only 15rs on 13 september.
                  But today your useless system again done the same and deduction made of 36rs from 31st august to till today.
                  Sorry mr. Ambani
                  What to say for reliance.
                  I have to say 1 word only

                    Sir, i myself govinda using your company sim with no [protected]. From last 1 month unwanted deduction of balance is taking place wrongfully, i also raise complain through 198 and they refund my cash but after 2days same thing is continue, i cal in 198 but can't contact with yr costumer help line due to your technical issue.
                    Pls refund my cash and don't repeat this type of nonsense bussiness otherwise i ll break the sim through it out.
                    It is my humble request take necessary action otherwise i ll also approach consumer forum.

                      I had reliance postpaid connection with no. [protected].
                      Relationship no. :[protected]
                      Tariff plan name : rgmnpcw149
                      Now the no. [protected] is ported out to another operator.
                      I had made the excess payment. The balance amount pending so far with reliance is of rs. 192/-.
                      I have requested reliance customer care through several mails & reminders for making the refund, however they are not responding. It's now about 75 days over, still waiting for the refund.
                      So please help me in getting the refund of rs. 192/-.
                      Attached herewith the bill for the purpose of evidence.

                        I am nit able to send any sms from my reliance gsm sim card even though i have enough balance to do so. I also tried to call customer care there was no representative to talk with.

                          I switched from reliance postpaid to reliance prepaid connection.

                          Before i switch to the prepaid connection i paid an advance monthly rental amount of rs 721.

                          The officials told me it will get back to you by cheque after o15 days. Now it's a 1 and half month elapsed and still, i am waiting for a cheque of rs 721.

                          My bill no - mh[protected]

                          Bill amount i paid - 1227 which includes advance monthly rental charges 721.
                          So requesting you to refund the same.

                            I am a genuine user of reliance. I was really happy and satisfied by the services provided by you. But its really sad and disheartening that i had to file a complaint regarding balance deduction this way. Cause i have tried calling all the tollfree alternative nos. O[censored]rs but didn't got any correct respond frm them... I dun know what kind of people u all r hiring these days, they dun know anythng also not happy to help. So my prblm is, from last 2 months as soon as i am recharging my phone no. [protected] the very next day my whole bal. Is deducted to 0.013 and they send any msg saying this this this service activated on ur no. To deactivate type this this... 1 tym i ignored then 2nd tym again it was same thing so next day i checked all the services and vas plans etc. That r active on my no. But it said 0 plans were active so i didn't recharged for 1 month and was using some other no. But yesterday when i recharged again for 40rs and today morning it deducted my whole bal. Plz luk after the matter asap.. Or else i will have to take any extreme step which i dun want to. Thank you!!

                              I was using reliance postpaid connection no. [protected] which bill not generated right, which is not use by me or other person from my side. And reliance give me plan of 65o rental, in this plan all call of local, std, 100 sms daily and unlimited 4g data, but compony charged extra amount of data usage, so kindly resolve my problem.. I was not use any extra charges.. When all calling and data is unlimited free then why this amount is charged..

                                I am not able to make outgoing and incoming on reliance [protected]
                                While doing outgoing error is "the voice mailbox for this number does not exists"
                                Also main balance is not reflecting when i dial *367#. It always shows main balance as 0.0 even though recharge is getting successful.

                                My alternate number is [protected].

                                My complaint is open for more than two months.

                                  I have activated 1gb/per day for 6 months (31-jul-2017) and rate cutter for rs.74 for 2 months (21-aug-2017) and top up for rs.70 (21-aug-2017). I have used only couple of calls in my mobile. Yesterday i have used my mobile data. Reliance charged and took from my main balance. As of now, my balance is rs.11
                                  I am activated internet data plan why they charged from main balance. Could you please provide me a call statement?

                                      Please note that only around 4 months back 2 of reliance officer came to me and and delivered one d-link 3g modem/router with the connection and took rs 2500/- for a plan 450/-. The same day he called me over phone and requested to take 750/- plan for better service, i accepted that also. But sorry to inform you that it was working at kolkata and while carrying out of kolkata then simply it became non functioning. Several time i contacted customer care but no solution received. Then i changed my plan to 450/-. Faced same problem. Then i requested customer care for discontinue my connection. The phone no of the officer who came to my house was [protected]. While contacted him then he told me to talk s k ghosh ([protected]), he added mr rajib on line, who surprisingly advised unless you choose the higher data plan it will not work. Then i asked when the dongol was sold to me why this was not told to me? He then replied you go to the with an application for disconnection and adjust security money rs 300 with your unpaid bill. Then i asked what will happen of my dongol for which you charge 2200/-? Unfortunately no reply. I hope this is a case of clear cheating with customer.
                                      My question to you is when a customer spend rs 2500 for internet use then is it possible to surrender the same within 4 months time. My data card no is [protected]. And my phone no is [protected]

                                        I have recharged rs.93/- on 26/08/2017 for data pack of 1 gb per day for 28 days validity. The data pack could not be given by the company upto till date despite of various complaints to customer care through mobile voice and email. But the response is only we are processing and will be sort out very soon from the last week. I am disappointed to get this behaviour of not responding nor providing the service by the company that validity period is about to finished and they are not providing the service from the day first.
                                        Please look into the matter and arrange to provide me my data pack from today itself.
