    I have been receiving threatening calls from someone pretending to be a policeman and someone pretending to be a lawyer from rcom about recovery of some amount they claim i owe to rcom.
    I had an internet connection with rcom
    No. [protected] few years back my plan was 300 rs per month when reliance changed my plan t0 1500 per month without information i requested to change my plan when they refused to take my complaint i told them to stop my my connection.
    Now i have received a mail from a lawyer named manoj som. Kindly tell the company to stop harassing me.

      I am using reliance prepaid number [protected]. I got my balance wrongly deducted on 13/09/2017. I got deducted 35rs from my account. When i tried to connect reliance customef care my call is not connecting to them. Earlier i also registered my complaint about my call doesnt connect to customer care but cant get my problem solved. Kindly gety balance refunded as soon as possible

          Thanks for support, the issue was resolved temporary and the deducted amount got refund. The service request number is[protected] for this issue.

          Now again i am facing same problem and money is getting deducted daily on my reliance prepaid mobile number ([protected]).

          Kindly look into the issue seriously and resolve the issue permanently.

              Every time I recharge my phone you are automatically subscribing ridiculous VAS without my permission and my balance is being deducted without my notice and I'm fed up of this this, I'm going to PUBLISH ABOUT THIS IN EVERY NEWSPAPER about your fraud techniques and recommend every one not to join reliance,
              Within a week you are deducting my balance when ever I recharge my phone, unsubscribe my number from all the value added services and refund my all the balance deducted in last two times this week, or else I'll go to CONSUMER COURT if my balance isn't refunded

                Its really annoying, i got frustrated now. Best ever bad services i ahve ever experienced. Its been 100's times or three months i am trying to contact customer care, call got disconnected automatically. I recieved a bill with advance payment, i paid you guys barred my no. Without notifyinh. I visited reliance store to activate number, reason that i crossed my limit, but i didnt ask you to add advance bill payment, but you did and barred my number for exceeding the limit value. Its ok i can understand but again no communication medium, no one responds frustrated now.

                I have to file compalint in consumer court so that you will pay for my time and harrassment. You are a big giant it wont bother you but as i am consumer it will bother you.

                  My self sujith r i am having postpaid connection number [protected].in july 2017 i have paid 937.63rs its include advance payment also. I have contacted your customer care and they told that next month no need to pay that bill amount this advance payment will reconsile.

                  This month again i got the bill of 471rs. And your customer care team calling my number and immedetly pay the money otherwise connection will disconnect. So that i am a perfereed customer of reliance, you have to treat like this.

                        This is with reference to my mobile network service provider wherein i had requested for a port out and as per the mpn requirements
                        I was asked to clear the previous network provider bills i. E. Reliance communications ltd i was sent reminders in spite of this and i paid an additional sum of rs.440/-

                        The mail from reliance communications ltd dated 10 may 2017 clearly confirms the excess payment and had committed to pay within 60 days (Mail attached below for your kind perusal)

                        On reminding them after 60 days of non-payment i received a mail stating that since my services are terminated they cannot / will not process my payments.

                            I received a call from swetha phone:[protected] stating that reliance are offering unlimited calls, mobile data for 8 months durations with rs.500 deposit. I accepted the offer and asked to send their representative.
                            Rahul phone: [protected] contacted me and gave a sim card with acknowledgement and collected rs. 500 from me on august 29th 2017.

                            My sim has not been activated till today. And no response from agent when i call them.

                              I purchased my no [protected] in april, 2017.

                              Due to the stupid network i wanted to opt for mobile no portability but as i send a message "port [protected]" at 1900, my balance is deducted and i get a new message from 1901 that says "dear reliance customer, your request could not be processed please try after any time. Thank you."

                              After there has been no change in the message after my 100 tries and 2-3 months of calling uneducated customer care number and visiting customer care center in mumbai.

                              I sent an email to the reliance office about the situation.
                              They assured me that they will solve my problem but still its been almost 2 months and they have not contacted me.

                              I have still not got that upc so someone having authority do contact me.

Few days back when i switched it on, it was telling that my number became invalid. I have written down mail to reliance over it and did not got any reply. I am called cc since almost a month but i kept on listening "due to some cirmustances our services are not active". Now 3 days back my no got assigned to some other person. I have talked to that person and he is ready to transfer the sim back to me. Can you let me know the formal process for it

                                    I have made a complaint on 8th instant regarding recharge and not crediting the promised amount. Immediately on registering the complaint, one mr. Abhishek sharma, said to be the customer service executive, contacted me on phone and promised to refund the amount, but 4 days lapsed, but no action from the side of reliance. It is sorry state of affairs. Company should do the needful immediately.

The said services were provided by our client in pursuance of the terms and conditions and you have specifically agreed and undertook to pay all service charges in full without any deduction, set off or withholding with respect to the services availed by you.
