Without notifyinh. I visited reliance store to activate number, reason that i crossed my limit, but i didnt ask you...

bill payment

Dear team,

My self sujith r i am having postpaid connection number [protected].in july 2017 i have paid 937.63rs its include advance payment also. I have contacted your customer care and they told that next month no need to pay that bill amount this advance payment will reconsile.

This month again i got the bill of 471rs. And your customer care team calling my number and immedetly pay the money otherwise connection...

packs deactivated amount not refund

I have called somany times to customer care but service is not available and i have to return nearly38/- from reliance sofar for non service withot my permission of activating packs, when pack is activated default i immediately call 155223 and after that pack is deactivated but amount not refund. mobile bill refund of excess payment denied

This is with reference to my mobile network service provider wherein i had requested for a port out and as per the mpn requirements
I was asked to clear the previous network provider bills i. E. Reliance communications ltd i was sent reminders in spite of this and i paid an additional sum of rs.440/-

The mail from reliance communications ltd dated 10 may 2017 clearly confirms the excess payment...

balance deducted due to unknown reasons

I do not know what has been going on with reliance lately. First, their service was bad and now, i cannot even connect to the customer helpline. I have tried many ways to contact with customer helpline but didn't succeed. Finally, i had to write down the complaint. Hope they look into my problem as soon as possible....

I received a call from swetha phone:[protected] stating that reliance are offering unlimited calls, mobile data for 8 months durations with rs.500 deposit. I accepted the offer and asked to send their representative.
Rahul phone: [protected] contacted me and gave a sim card with acknowledgement and collected rs. 500 from me on august 29th 2017.

My sim has not been activated till today. And no response from...

not able to port my reliance mobile number.

I purchased my no [protected] in april, 2017.

Due to the stupid network i wanted to opt for mobile no portability but as i send a message "port [protected]" at 1900, my balance is deducted and i get a new message from 1901 that says "dear reliance customer, your request could not be processed please try after any time. Thank you."

After there has been no change in the message after my 100 tries and 2-3 months of...

reliance recharge

I have made a complaint on 8th instant regarding recharge and not crediting the promised amount. Immediately on registering the complaint, one mr. Abhishek sharma, said to be the customer service executive, contacted me on phone and promised to refund the amount, but 4 days lapsed, but no action from the side of reliance. It is sorry state of affairs. Company should do the needful immediately.

postpaid reliance pending bill payment

customer care no. keeping on hold for 30 minutes and not replied

I am trying customer care no. *222 and being kept on hold for last 27 minutes. I am just keeping patience to see for how long a company like reliance can keep their customer on hold saying all our customer service executives are busy on other call and will attend to you shortly. It is 12.13p. M. Today i, e 13-9-17 and 29 minutes has lapsed listening to the same message.

I m not satisfied by the reliance customer care services... They don't take call... I tried customer care number atleast 3 days but there is no reply... unfair balance deduction

respected sir

I have a reliance sim with number [protected]. But illegally several times the balance deduct ed . When i tried to complain this to reliance complain no.198. its not working.
When i recharge, the balance deducted. Thus i can not use this sim comfortably.
Till date the total amount deducted near about rs 50/- or more.

plan changed without my permission and forced me to pay high amount

I received a call form one of this company executive before issuing bill no :wb[protected] dated 22-aug-17 that they give me new offer against my 199/ pack on higher price but i refused to take that pack and instruct her to do not change my plan but she talk to me so impolitely and told me that you have to take new pack, i said why? Then without complete telecom she disconnect my call.
That time i was so busy and do not take this issue...
