I am trying customer care no. *222 and being kept on hold for last 27 minutes. I am just keeping patience to see for how long a company like reliance can keep their customer on hold saying all our customer service executives are busy on other call and will attend to you shortly. It is 12.13p. M. Today i, e 13-9-17 and 29 minutes has lapsed listening to the same message.

    I recharged data pack of ₹93 two days ago... But it's not working... I tried all the customer care number but there isis no reply from customer care... I m not satisfied by the reliance customer care services... They don't take call... I tried customer care number atleast 3 days but there is no reply... Active my data pack otherwise i closed my reliance number.. My no is [protected]

        Dear,
        I recharge my reliance mobile no - [protected] with amount of rs 119 on 12/09/17, i check the benefit provide in rs 119 recharge in the website rcom.co.in before recharge, it is showing 600 local std minutes for a period of 28 days, after recharge i am not received the above benefit, instead i got 650 mb 2g internet data. I call to the no [protected] which is secretary office no but they refuse to hear my complain & told that they could not do anything. This is 2nd time i write the same complain as 45 days before i face the same problem. Please write my complain again & i request to take some action as everytime i get disturbed by it.

            I have a reliance sim with number ​[protected]. But illegally several times the balance deduct​​ed​ ​. When i tried to complain this to reliance complain no.198.​ ​its not working.
            When i recharge, the balance deducted. Thus i can not use this sim comfortably.
            Till date the total amount deducted near about rs 50/- or more.​

            My alternative contact number is [protected]. Please contact at this number if needed instead of victim sim.

              I received a call form one of this company executive before issuing bill no :wb[protected] dated 22-aug-17 that they give me new offer against my 199/ pack on higher price but i refused to take that pack and instruct her to do not change my plan but she talk to me so impolitely and told me that you have to take new pack, i said why? Then without complete telecom she disconnect my call.
              That time i was so busy and do not take this issue seriously.
              But after when i received the bill no wb[protected] i was totally shocked to saw bill amt rs 688.38/. Then i immediately contact reliance care and told them the whole issue. After they assured me that they solved this issue and told me to pay the bill according to old pack i. E 199. I paid my bill no according to their assurance rs 238/ on 06th sep' 2017.
              But after the bill payment according to their instruction, my outgoing calls are deactivated on 10.09.17.
              This company make fool to their costumer and make illegally money only.
              This is totally mentally harassment.
              After drooping mail regarding my complain they are even not reply to my mail and disconnect all the services and forced me to pay high bill continue service on my current contact number.

                I, mohan lal bahmani have many disconnection issues regarding reliance broadband. Even my broadband connection is not working from past many days.
                I tried to contact customer care but no one there picking my calls and nearby office of reliance also closed as saying by the contact on site. So i want to disconnect my reliance connection and am not responsible for any bills coming through mails.

                  I have received a mail from rcomdl. [protected]@relianceada.com and they have giving me warning for pay the unbill amount. I was not getting network in reliance mobile and i have made the payment for 2 months and for 2 moths the amount is still due and i am not ready for pay this amount. I got the below details for settle this case. I have contact as well and offer them that reissue my number and i will pay 50% of total due, it will aprox rs.800 then they has disconnected the call and tell they can't reissue the number. They are are fake

                    I am using reliance sim last 12years i converted Post paid to Prepaid after that without informing me my out going calls stopped than i had complained web store than started out going calls again after 2days my out going calls stopped for 12days with out any information and I had tried to call *333 and 198 i have not got any customer care person link. Than I have recharged net pack of 41 I used only 2days after that my internet facility stopped with out information. I had informed web store they are also not supporting. I had recharged 3times my balance is automatically cutting I am not finding any customer care for complaining these issues.and most of the web stores are closed.
                    lastly I have frustrated I have given MNP request to convert current service provider form reliance to Jio on 19/08/2017 but till it is not Processed.

                      I want to understand the reason for billing for the month of july and august when the phone number [protected] has been ported over to reliance jio on june 16th, 2017. I also confirmed the same after reaching out to reliance customer care and they clearly said that line isn’t active since june on reliance communications but the bill is still being generated. No action was taken even after multiple emails from my side as i am not in india i won’t be able to visit a store to settle it. If i can get a justification of as to what the charges are levied for and if they are correct i don’t have a problem paying for it.

                      Please let me know what the charges are for when the line was not active in the month of july and august, also since the same number ([protected]) is active with another service provider how it can be active with reliance communications as well.

                      Can I get an update on this complaint. Here is more detailed version with recent events:

                      I ported my number from reliance communications to JIO on June 16, 2017 and cleared all dues until that date (Rs. 1494 for bill upto June 8, 2017 and Rs. 230 for the period of June 9, 2017 to June 16, 2017). I was asked by their customer care to pay Rs. 230 to clear the dues so that the porting request can be processed. My number was active on JIO from June 16, 2017 but I got another bill from reliance on July 12, 2017 for the period of June 9, 2017 to July 8, 2017 for Rs. 1303. When I emailed them I got an email saying the line has been already terminated and you can pay your dues by visiting reliance store. I responded asking what the bill is for when the line was terminated on June 16, 2017 but never got any response. I called their customer care and they said that line has been terminated and although they understand my problem they cannot help as the line is no longer active. I could not visit a reliance store as I am not in India s kept asking updates over email. I got another bill after all this in August (July 9 to Aug 8) and on asking the same thing they adjusted some amount and sent another bill (Aug 9 - Aug 14) but no response on what the bill was for. Since then I am getting email notices from some reliance email address asking for payment of Rs. 2500 or they will take some legal action. I was finally able to get hold of one person on that email and after hearing all this he said that it doesn't matter whatever is the case you have to pay at least bill for July as it was generated otherwise he will send it to CIBIL. I asked him to send the same think on email which I haven't got yet. I told him that I am not going to pay any amount and he can take any action he wants to but I wanted to bring it to this forum to make sure that people are aware of the harassment strategy being used by reliance to collect for extra billing. I am sure there are others facing the same problem because the person I talked to paid least attention on the billing error and all he cared about was what he can extort from me by threatening to make a CIBIL update.

                        Last two time i have recharged 130.
                        First time it has been deducted 50.
                        Second time it has again deducted 2-3 times..

                        I want to know if i am not doing anything on my mobile, why some services is auto subscribed and deduct the money. And on top of it i am trying to call customer care, it never been connected. Somehow once i have communicated with them, they are saying we don't have record.

                        Now tell me, what to do. Will i get my money back or not.

                        If not, then give one clue why i will use your services.

                        I have received a call from [protected]. and after explained the issue he told that you will get your money back. so i asked to refund in my mob no itself but he told we will return on bank account only and he asked debit card details (Card no, exp date and CVV). after that he asked OTP also.
                        Just want to know one thing, if someone is transferring money to account, what is need for CVV and OTP. this only required if i am transferring money to another account.
                        then he told in that case you will not get return your money and i could not processed your complain.

                          Outgoing calls is de-activated from 11/09/17 in my mobile [protected]. As per customer care my last month payment is due. But my payment was debited from my credit card on 20/08/17 & the transaction id is txhc45088887. I also received payment acknowledgement sms from 52811 on 23/08/17. So, please do the needful as soon as possible.

                            Worst service provider...
                            Faced many issues
                            Already written mails to rcomm customer care and state appellate... But no response from them

                            I had already written mail to rcom customer care & state appellate authority - (Mr. Sachin, mr. Vishal & ms. Preeti chhabria) about my issue. Also i had a word with mr. Mahesh (Call center agent) who had called me on 27th aug. 2017 @ 5:30pm requesting to make bill payment.
                            Where i informed my bill is already paid of rs.350/- and rs.115/- is balance. From which rs.100/- needs to be waived off which are late fee charges.
                            Where mahesh assured me that he has registered my complaint and forwarded to concern team, who will remove the late fee charges. Post which only rs.15/- will be outstanding bill amount.

                            Unfortunately later on 1st sept 2017, early morning i received sms from rcom stating that outgoing is barred.
                            I called up rcom customer care at 198 at 1:55pm - spoke with agent ms. Pooja ahikar (From bhopal call center). Again i explained her about my issue & requested her to connect with her senior/manager. I waited on same the line is on hold from last 30min. But your stupid service officer is busy somewhere not coming on call back and your agent pooja is not even bothered to refresh the hold line & speak to me back.

                            Wow thing is on this call itself i received a survey sms for ms. Pooja... Do you guys think that call is over or customer is happy with this service.

                            I called up customer care, spoke with ms. Aditi jain (Bhopal call center) again she asked me to explain what's the problem.. again i explained her and requested her to connect with senior.. She wants me to be on hold again for some time while your stupid senior comes on line... They dont even know how much time will it take to attained the call...
                            Later direclty she kept my call on hold.. Saying plz wait while transfer... (I had already told her to not to keep my call on hold) — no one came on call after this hold of more than 15mins.. Where i disconnected the call again.

                            These both agents spoke with me, i had requested for senior. But no one came and call was put on hold only. Where i waited more than 20mins on both calls and disconnected.

                            * i had already sent mail to rcom for this as well on 1st sept '17... But non of your team member took effor to revert on this * no response from rcom on this kind of behaviour from their customer support and later just got one mail stating 100rs is waived of... As if they are doing a favour on customer.

                            I have not got a solution for online net banking payment issue. Also non of the mobile shop takes payment for "rcom postpaid"... Howevery i also visited "reliance digital store - nr sakinaka, andheri east" for bill payment which was having a long queue... Where only 1 guy sitting and doing all kind of rcom + jio sim work.

                            Also non of them took a effort to call me ever after getting multiple reminder mails from me

                              On 11september i gave a payment of rupees 500 for my number [protected] to shree satya care at dahisar mumbai which is not yet updated on reliance system as a result my payment is still due. Today i called on 222 for thrice finally it got connected and after long wait of 42 minutes executive got in touch to me but he also refused to register aa complain bcoz i was not having acknowledge of payment which was not provided by a dealer saying they dont provide acknowledge. Finally dealer called me and asked to take away back the money i had paid. I tried to check on online payment is also not working

                                      I am using a realiance postpaid no. [protected] the bill of my no. Is automatically deducted frm my bank account through ecs but they failed to update my deposits & now my outgoing is stopped for which i complained & they asked for transaction id of my account as a proof of bill i paid but dont knw what the hell is the customer care doing my outgoing is still stopped & nw even m nt able to call customer care. Nw tell me hw should i talk to them about my complaint. Such a poor service inspite of paying bills on time. I promise i will nvr recommend any one to buy realiance & will change my operator services also

                                        I had closed my wireless broadband dongle account long time back in dec. 2013 after making payment for last bill i received in december and contacted customer care to disconnect my services since speed was very poor in bangalore.

                                        However, to my surprise i noticed they sent me bill again for 2-3 months and when i sent them an email that after so many request you haven't disconnected my services and i'll go to consumer court they finally disconnected and sent an sms too with no more bills.in fact if i check the records usage is zero as well for the time when they hadn't disconnected since i was under impression they have disconnected and wasn't using their service.

                                        Now, after 3.5 years, i received this all of a sudden email from your advocate. Note that no prior email was send to me in all these years. This is scam or what??? See below it came in email and not as an attachment.

                                        Subject: legal notice for recovery of rs. 2438.21/-

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        On instructions of my clients, reliance communications limited and reliance communications infrastructure limited, i hereby serve upon you with the following legal notices:

                                        1. That you had subscribed to the telecom services being provided by my clients on the basis of terms and conditions of the customer application form which was duly signed and executed by you. Our client, reliance communications ltd. Have from time to time raised bills for the services availed by you.


                                        2. That my client on your specific request had agreed to provide the services as desired by you and in lieu thereof you had duly signed and executed the customer application form and other related forms duly agreeing to all the terms and conditions thereof. You by signing the caf had duly understood all the terms and conditions of the agreement and one of the conditions being that all payments with regards to the said services shall be made by you in time without failure or delay. Upon your agreeing to the terms and conditions of the agreement and by signing the caf form and other related forms, the aforesaid fixed line phone connection and a customer billing account number[protected] was duly allotted to you.

                                        3. That as per the terms and condition of the agreement, you were under legal obligation inter alia to make payments on time of the periodic invoices raised upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of the receipt of the said invoices from my clients, you have grossly failed to make the said payments. Due to the non - payment of your legitimate dues, my client was compelled to disconnect your aforesaid fixed line phone connection. Further as on date a sum of rs. 2438.21/- is due and payable to my clients, in this regard. It is further submitted that despite the agreement being entered by you with my clients, you have intentionally and deliberately breached the trust of my clients by violating the terms and conditions of the agreement which clearly amounts to a punishable offense under section. 406 ipc., by violating the terms and conditions of the said agreement you have also made yourself liable for criminal prosecution as well as of civil liability for recovery of the said amount which is due to my clients.

                                        4. That my client assumes that your conduct was intentional and deliberate by not making the payment to my clients after duly availing the services offered by them. This act of yours is indicative of a dishonest intention of causing wrongful loss to my clients and wrongful gain for your-self, inter alia amounting to cheating my clients which may culminate into a criminal offence punishable under section 420 of ipc with imprisonment or fine.

                                        5. That in the aforesaid circumstances, we have been instructed by my clients to demand from you immediate payment of the aforesaid amount of rs. 2438.21/- and to give you this notice, that if case you fail to make the payment to our clients the aforesaid sum of rs.2438.21/- together with interest thereon within 7 days from the date of the receipt of this notice, we have definite instructions from our clients to adopt appropriate legal proceedings, criminal as well as civil, against you in the competent court of law at your entire risk, costs and consequences.

                                        6. That as per the agreement you are also liable to pay 2.5% interest per month on the aforesaid amount from the date of default till actual realization.

                                        7. This legal notice supercedes any other legal notice (S) send to you for the captioned purpose on behalf of my clients.                                         8. That in case you already have made the requisite payment before the receipt of this notice, in that scenario kindly treat the aforesaid notice as withdrawn, provided the proof of payment details are sent to us.

I had sent mail to customer care but they didn't reply back. It seems person so called Manoj som had sent spam to emails.

                                        I replied on that email with all the details reg. bill payment and disconnection of my services. Never got any other mail back from him. Anyway I have heard anil ambani’s reliace is going bankrupt so probably they r trying to get money like this! LOL...
