My wipod is not working for the past one month. I contacted 4 reliance mobile stores in hyderabad. They could not do. I got he bill for rs.295/ (From aug8-sept9). Really fedup in contacting customer care personnel. Finally it says"due to unavaoidable circumstances, could not complete"etc and some nonsense. So i want to terminate the service from nowplease let me know what to do". Very hope less customer service-. I do not want any more...

You have no customer service representative doing their job they are good for nothing and dnt knw how to behave with the customer they just hang up on the customer ans ur helpline is a trash because calls dnt get connected and if they do ur executive drops the call

Is that the way u behave with your customers

You dnt have any good plan for the old customers like us

U only make plan for 4g usersbr...

Hi my over due bill was 371.72 rs. Which i paid today itself but my no. Is still barred nd the worst part of reliance is we can not reach to customer care i tried all the no. Im recharge is reliance gsm 87 rupees in this [protected] number. Full offer is not available in my number...
I tried your customer care number. I. E 198, *333 and others but no one picked the phone.
I need some information regarding my number and sim but no one in reliance communication group is to listen.
What i do? I waste approx 2 hours on customer care but no one picked the phone.....

First, i thought some temporary issue and was not home for few days but when i was calling customer care from last 3-4 days, but there is no response. Couldn't talk to representatives only. Customer care[protected] replied back to me that, representatives are not available this time. But it is saying all the time.
At least, people should talk to customers. Every month...

I recharged my reliance no, [protected] on 5th of sep 2017 with 130 talk time, post recharge i did not use balance for any call and any other services, my balance is getting detect automatically, even while receiving incoming call also balance got deducted. Tried to connect reliance care and complain no. As well but no response. Please help to get my balance back.

balance deduction of 21 rs

I have really hate from this balance deduction. Its 3rd time now that my balance got deducted. I got message just now that some service is subscribed for 7days and my balance deducted was 21rs, i dont have activated any service. Before also 2 times, my balance deducted but without service ans now reliance want basis for deduction so activated some service. Kindly deactivate that rubbish service and refund my balance of rs 21...

I get charged for data usage with my active data plan of 1 gb per day. Worst customer service experience with rcom operator. Not able to contact with customer care, tried more than 20min call no one is picking up. Not getting any response from provider even after multiple complaints.
