Respected sir/madam,

Already have been closed my reliance data card [protected]. But still, some of the reliance customer care calls to me again they are said payment pending. Please solve this problem because i already paid the amount.

Below reference mail, i paid the due bill to reliance. But after 3 months some private number again asking due bill.

      I am very much upset becouse of your poor service. I wad cheated twice by your telecom company. Some service called (Anchalvideowsub service) and (Hdygobzsub14 service) activated and deduct my main balance. I want my balance back and stop your automatic balance deducting. Naither i get any service nor able to contact your care. There for i want your suggestion for what shuld i do now.

      Dea Sir My balance of atleast rs 25 has been deducted on my mobile number [protected] yesterday.sir please refund my balance
      I used reliance Broadband last 1 year. but connection is not working properly 1 month running good and next month not work every month has a same problem i called to reliance customer care but they didn't pick the call also every month they send me full amount bill...very bad customer support ...still last 15 days not working ..

        I have really hate from this balance deduction. Its 3rd time now that my balance got deducted. I got message just now that some service is subscribed for 7days and my balance deducted was 21rs, i dont have activated any service. Before also 2 times, my balance deducted but without service ans now reliance want basis for deduction so activated some service. Kindly deactivate that rubbish service and refund my balance of rs 21

          My contact no. Is [protected]. I have not subscribed any value added service than too rs.21 deducted from my balance. I have visited reliance gallary where executive guaranted me that your all vas are deactivated and no money will be deducted. Very next day again my money deducted. I have called on 198 but only recording started. No customer care person option.

          I am really very fed up with such problem. Really planning to port my number to other reputed company like airtel or vodafone.

            Concerned employee of reliance care office. Which infect
            Have created doubts in my mind that whether i

              I get charged for data usage with my active data plan of 1 gb per day. Worst customer service experience with rcom operator. Not able to contact with customer care, tried more than 20min call no one is picking up. Not getting any response from provider even after multiple complaints.               Alternative, no. [protected]. From last 3 days same thing is happening. After 12: 00 Am night is showing no data balance and balance is getting deducted from my account. Why no one is picking up phone in reliance care i tried no. of time. *333, 198, [protected]. It's better to close all these no. All are useless.
              I checked with my reliance no *129# .then I see 33 RC then get 1 GB +1 hour unlimited calls for 2 days then I recharge my mobile no but I get 250 sms for 30 days .I tried to contact customer care for more time but no respond .then I will decided to file a case on consumer court for my claim my reliance no:[protected]

                Deducting main balance by activating services without request on mobile no. [protected]. Recharge of ₹30 with tt23.09 at 20:12:39 on 09 sep 17 but by 23:00 only ₹1:425 left in my main balance which is against the trai consumer rights. Pls recover my money which has been deducted by levishing without request services from 01 aug 17 onwards as the service provider has deducted main balance many times after 01 sep 17. I contacted 198 before this in month of aug but no complain service of main balance deduction problems. Also penalise the service provider.

                Services activated without request on 10 Sep 17 amount credited but servuces activated without request on 08 Aug 17 at 11:19:13, 08 Aug 17 at 13:29:31, 10 Aug 17 at 12:35:14 and 15 Aug 17 at 15:27:21 and balance deducted against each is still pending.

                Service provider has cut balance credited on 11 sep17 between 11, 12 and 13 Sep 17 without request of any VAS. Pls look in to matter as they have becave habitual offender of deducting balance.

                Pls refer complain id 1694894 dated 11 sep 17 and update provided there on. The service provider seems to do his job of deducting main balance to achieve the target without request for any services. The money refunded against complain id 1694894 dated 11 sep 17 is deducted soon after credit after my update on complain. Pls investigate why the service provider upsetting me. Pls help in recovering my money against false services activated after 01 aug 17. Thanking you.

Recharge amount is lossing by unwanted services of the company, the customer has not get time to replay for your messages relating different services providing by the company in pre paid services. Company concider this inability of the customer as an acceptances. This number is using only for incoming and outgoing calls, other services may please stop at the earliest.

                    I keep getting a message from Reliance asking to pay Rs1804 or i need to be present at lok adalat.

                    They ask to contact a guy named Farhan but the guy never picks up the phone.

                    The fact is that i dont own a reliance connection of any kind.

                      It's been more than a month now that reliance communications has been deducting money from my main balance. Every time i do a recharge my main balance is being unnecessary deducted and it becomes nil within a day if i have recharged for amounts like rs 10 and rs 20. If i do a recharge of rs 80 or rs 100 it takes less than two days for my balance to become nil. I don't know why they are charging me. Their customer service is of no help as no one is available to listen to my complaint. I have been a reliance customer for more than 3 years. My phone number is linked with various things and it will be a problem to deactivate it. I would prefer to change my service provider but i have recharged my internet connection for 6 months. So changing my service provider is also not a feasible option. I would like my balances to be compensated. Please do look into this matter. If any more details are required than, i'm ready to provide it.

                        This is the email regarding the unnecessary balance deduction by reliance for my number [protected]. As i already communicated so many times for this issue of balance deduction but it has not been resolved yet, i can see daily my balance is getting deducted around 2- 4 rupees. Without any call and without any messages.
                        And i also checked that there is no vas activated for this number.

                        I did try calling reliance many times but my call is not getting connected from last 2 days and i have a concern for this as well. So i am writing this via mail.

                        My balance was around 800 inr but when i checked today it was 754 without any message of balance deduction. So i need the details of all my deduction.

                        And one more thing i would like to bring in your notice that when i spoke to one of your customer representative last time and ask to take complain but he was misbehaving instead of taking complain. He kept on saying that "call us in morning" that time only we take complain and help customers. But we all know that all customer services is available 24/7. You can listen the recorded conversation with my number.

                        I request you to please resolve this issue and return my all balance.

                          The offer was 70gb/70 days capping 1gb daily 4g.
                          Now my main balance deducted & my data balance is no where to be

                          These above number user are fraud asking for atm details & password...these type of atm fraud is increasing day by day... Government should take legal action against them...This complaint is also for people to get aware of these fraud not to share any bank details on phone to any unknown person...No bank verifies atm or account no on phone...

                              I was wrongly charged 20rs on08/09/2017 evening on my reliance prepaid mobile number [protected]. I also tried to contact reliance customer care but its not connecting. Some days ago also complained for my call is not connecting to customer care but can't get my problem resolved. Refund my balance, and do something so that i can connect to customer care at 198.

                                Sir, i'm using reliance prepaid sim, earlier i got a message for internet service that is i will be getting 1gb data /day for 70 days in 154rs., and yes i got that, after that i got one more message that is 1gb/day for rs.93. I got internet just for 24 hours, and my main account balace has been deducted and now it is zero, sir/mam please help me, i use this internet for my study, i am from very very poor boy, please return me the same please that is restore 56gb 1gb/day for 56days and my main account balance that is 45 rupees. Please look at this issue i will be very very thankful to you!!

                                  Am want to talk wirh reliance customer care so am dail 198 and *333 bpth of number with 3, 4 different reliance number's but every time my call was not connected to customer care am wait 4, 5 day and also daily take 10, 15 time try but call not working..
                                  Why this is not working??.. Is it not working for all's??
                                  Actually am got a massege from reliance recharge with 93 and get 56 gb 2g data for 56 day.
                                  But when am do 93 recharge am got only 1 gb 4g data for 1 day only.

                                    I am a customer o[censored]sing reliance mobile services. I am from mohali. Last time i recharge by 193 in which i got 1 gb/1 day for 28 days but after 23 days its not working. After some time reliance has give me same offer in 89 and i recharge it on 08/09/2017 at 9:44 pm and i use it till 1 or 2 am 09/09/2017 after that its not working. I check my data on *111*1*3# it will show 1091 mb left but. Its not working when i enable my mobile data in handset samsung - gts7392. I tried many times your customer care but drop my call every time. And 2 times its connected. But customer representative said system not working call after 2 hours after that every time my call was dropped. I dialed 30333333, *333, 198, *399. But all these numbers are not working. I also approach to reliance mobile store at mohali phase 5. But there is only a lady she always said i dont know about it and there is not our employee so you can come on monday. Same at phase-7 mohali store. So i feel myself chetead by reliance. There is only 89 recharge but i waste near about 500 rs. For my another sim recharge for internet and bike patrol. So please help me as soon as possible

                                      My post paid plan has got activated on 30 aug 17 and bill got generated on 7th sep 17. The bill amount is inr 727. I am shocked how company can generate 727 bill for 6 days. I went to reliance dealer store and he told me that apart from bill i have to pay 499 advance rental but he has intimated the same at the time to activation, i just want to know why should i pay 499 advance rental as same has not intimated to me at the time of activation by reliance dealer. My six days rental is only 127. Please provide me resolution asap
