Myself manish from kanpur. (Currently in firozabad)

Once again, vas activated automatically on [protected]. Again this vas activation debited rs.20 from my main account, i am not understanding why this ridiculous things happening. Why you are not fixing this bug from your system.

Vas activation message detail is

"you have been successfully subscribed to bwoodmaniasub21 service for 7 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 4069 to 155223 (Toll free)."

Can you please stop this non-sense automatic vas activation forever and refund my money of rs.20.

    There is deduction of rupees 12 from my main balance having number [protected] on 12/07/2017 for subscription of a service which i didnt subscribe.
    This is not for the first time i am complaining about the deduction of balance without any subsciption, this has became the regular habit of reliance telecom.

    Kindly solve this issue as fast as possible..as it has became a regular duty of your telecom department to deduct balance without any subscription.
    Its not my first complaint i am complaining it to you.
    Its all about your service., if this is not going to be solved in future then i surely port my no. Into any other operator.
    my number [protected] within four days three times you people are subscribing some value added services even though i didnt subscribe for that and you are deducting my money. toady also u did the same thing and deducted my 14 rs money. now i decided to choose for port as i cant tolerate this nuisance.

      Dear sir i bought two new connection

      Your tariff plan is : rgfwpjalsa395
      Account id/relationship number :[protected]
      You gave me in the plan there is no internet
      And i never took any services like vas
      But in my bill relience added 1200 rs for vas and 360 rs for net
      Relience added net services without any information. I am ready to pay real bill
      Of my both connection but i will not pay any single rupee of this wrong bill. I am always asking about ref no if i requested for this services from customer care but they dont give me ref no. Many time i requested to customer care regaring this but not take any action this so i did not pay any amt for this. But at this time many calls come from your hand and they are abusing like mere picwade me dum nhi hai etc.
      So please i requested to you. Please take an action against reliance. I have no problem to pay a legal bill of one month

        The reliance services are not upto the mark. Kindly tell me why my balance is deducted everytime i recharge it. And vas activates automatically without making me noticed. I tried customer care every time call disconnects without reaching to executives. Where should i complaint then?

        I am a reliance user. I was not using my sim for some days and now I am unable to make calls and neither receiving any incoming calls and messages. I complained the local customer care about this, they said my number is allotted to someone else.I kindly request you to take some action to solve this problem immediately.

          [protected] sim card at indore, madhyapradesh on 08.07.2017 but i can't able to use outgoing & incoming call during bad network, i was also complaint to reliance custumecare and company not giving solutions. I have also using other network operates to same place, here other network operaters are providing good network services but only reliance are not focus his network.

          I apply to suspend this mobile no., but upto this time it is not suspended.
          As per they request, i put full payment and attach with complain request but after that they not terminate this mobile no.[protected] . i talk with customer care they say there is no any request for terminate this number.Please help to resolve this issue.

            Hello there,

            I'm continue getting message like :
            After repeated follow-up you have failed to pay rs. 1368 caf[protected] pay today to avoid legal procedure contact priya singh[protected]

            While i already paid amount and i have sign receipt of reliance store person.
            Also when i call customer care, the say they cant help go to store, i go to store and they say no is allocated to someone else, and also they didnt find any due on my reliance no "[protected]".

            So current condition is i cant even repay the amount to anywhere as no one is accepting the amount, and i continue to get legal threat message, i even talked to person who is sending message, but is is not picking up my phone.

            Whats going on reliance...

            I am a costumer of Reliance mo no [protected] .in march they told me that we activate the plan 399 ple don't let our service but till now they charged 499 as before. When I complained against it they are playing with me and disconnect My no showing non bill payment. And blocked My no in costumer care.

            I have switched to reliance 4G network, and my plan is 299, I am using service since last 10 days and today (08-July-2017) my bill is generated with amount Rs.738.
            How it can be possible, please check asap.

            Also, there is network issue as well, every time call is disconnected and the voice is also not clear while making call.

              Greetings!

              From the last 2 months i am receiving the legal sms's that "pay today rs.1156 caf[protected] or else be present at kanpur court on 8th july contact j prasad [protected]". I visited reliance store on 30/june/2017 and asked the person for the current status of my connection ([protected], caf[protected] that i have already disconnected on nov 2014, reliance person confirmed me that my connection is not working... Its already disconnected from jan 2015 and you have to pay balance rs.1156 as your disconnection request was processed on jan 2015.

              I would like to bring to your attention that the balance was paid even though 3 months was taken to process my deactivation request and the amount was added into a new bill.
              This bill has been paid on 30-june-2017, i am attaching the receipt for the same, now my problem is that after a fortnight of payment of the complete bill and texting the person j prasad i am still receiving the sms for the balance due, which is really harrassing. And to further complain please note that the number mentioned is a fake one as no one picks up the call.

              Please make arrangements and rectify your records so that i do not get any further such sms in any case.
              Lookign towards your earliest response and confirmation of the same.

                Last 2month your company continue activated the vas services and deducted my balance. And i complaint it but no one refund my balance.                   I am abhishek shukla and i was given request for port my number [protected] after that one of your executive called me and she offer me 1347 plan in which she provide unlimited local & std calling plus roaming incoming and outgoing free plus 20gb 3g or 4g data plus 3000 sms free for 4 months.
                  But after activation of this plan the benefits are not same and my call become chargeable. So i will not pay these extra amount because this is not my fault.
                  So i request you please do the needful as soon as possible otherwise i will close my number from reliance.

                      My number is +[protected], i am customer of reliance communication from more then 10, i am never satisfied with service of reliance communication, but due to rss member, i suffered lot of loss from this company. They never want to solved my complaints regarding their network problems, because they understand that india is their own property and they can do whatever they can want!!!

                      I am surprise yesterday that, they have block my service due to unpaid bill of my old landline number +[protected]!!!

                      I have already paid more then my dues amount because i want to close this number due to very poor network of that number services, but now today they my my previous due is balance so they block my phone calls, how can they block my calls without any notice?

                      I have surrendered my number before more then 5 years and i have paid all dues (More then real bill), then how can they block my phone calls?

                      Why they have not send me any due notice from last 5 years and today they say that my previous dues is balance, they have never call me not giving me any massage and without any legal notice they have block my phones calls, this is their gundagiri? What they are believe?

                      I want to take strictly criminal action against this reliance communication, how can you help me for to make criminal case against this company?

                      I need proper action and if i not getting proper action / reply from your side i have to go to media and open this gundagiri of reliance communication company!

                      I need your support and now you know hat "achhe din aa gaye hai"

                      I request, don't underestimate power of comman man, i wish you remembered this!!

                        Iam abhishek. My number is [protected].. My issue is that everytime i recharge my phone.. My balance is deducted without any reason.. I have talked to the executives many time.. But they give # reasons and just manipulate.. Yesterday.. I recharged my accpunt with 193 rs which is a net pack... And i recharged 50 rs caller pack.. But in the night my account was deducted with 36 rs.. And i dont know what ruthless service are you providing.. You are esting the money of your customer... I want my issue to be solved as soon as possible because this is not the first time

                          I am apparao from rajahmundry; i am taking a new mobile no: [protected] post-paid connection from your network on -17/02/17. Paid advance payment for security deposit rs: 600/-on rajahmundry store. Then start using my reliance sim calls ever time call drops, no signal & no inter net for data. I say complaint to costumer care from: 19/03 this people telling this gprs probliam so i teal gprs settings follow after your mobile switch off /on then ok. That way i will follow but not solve my probilm. More times i go to mobile store say sam problem & call to customer care repeat my complaint repeat and repeat and repeat………………….. As following this.

                          I will follow like this but nobody ken not replay & not solves my problem. But 14/03- sand the bill rs-270.17/-. After generation the bill start calls from pleas pay bill fast, pay bill, pay bill fast otherwise late payment charges to be applicable. But nobody talk with my complaint. I am also talk to this people fist solve my complaint then i pay bill. After few days may be 03/04/17 stop my outgoing services all and in coming services. After few days send second bill - 14/04/17 rs-614.89/-. And calling pay bill immediately. After 27/05/17 at 12:53 pm one lady calling from -[protected] from delhi. She his bill is pending is rs-750/- immediately pay anther wise i put police case according to bill. Reliance net people is irrupt like this my advance is also there, my mobile network is also gone bill was hunting to me nobody talk about consumers problem.                           You'r customer service team is contact me yesterday. She tolled, you must pay rs-750/-. Then you connection convert to prepaid. Ok. What about my advance payment rs-600/-. I say complaint to costumer care from: 19/03 this people telling this gprs probliam so i teal gprs settings follow after your mobile switch off /on then ok.                           I will follow like this but nobody ken not replay & not solves my problem. But 14/03- sand the bill rs-270.17/-. After generation the bill start calls from pleas pay bill fast, pay bill, pay bill fast otherwise late payment charges to be applicable. But nobody talk with my complaint. I am also talk to this people fist solve my complaint then i pay bill. After few days may be 03/04/17 stop my outgoing services all and in coming services. After few days send second bill - 14/04/17 rs-614.89/-. And calling pay bill immediately. After 27/05/17 at 12:53 pm one lady calling from -[protected] from delhi. She his bill is pending is rs-750/- immediately pay anther wise i put police case according to bill. Reliance net people is irrupt like this my advance is also there, my mobile network is also gone bill was hunting to me nobody talk about consumers problem.                             As we had to shift our residence at the end of may. And also opted for cancellation of connection. Also paid the bill for the month of may. But now a month has passed and people still call for bill payment of june which we haven't used at all and moreover when we try to connect customer care no-one is available. What should we do? Why should we pay for june when we don't even stay there and we had asked to cancel connection?

                              Hi i have not used ur 4g services uptill date and nor purchased a 4 g dongle... I have paid for full year 7000 rs for yearly unlimited plan for old cdma services but they have discontinued my service in between and they are also laible for stopping the service in between how come u can charge if i have not purchased new dongle and nor used it... I have not renewed any services from u... It was yearly plan prepaid plan... [protected]... Pls check it on ur system...                                 Request pl resolve it.
                                Now the service of the sim is stoped, But after payment of due amount am getting some warning msgs regularly. I regreat for delay of payment...

                                  I requested for number porting, so got call from customer care and she insisted to continue with reliance and assure that they will resolve network problem and in same plan they will provide add on 4g service. But now they are asking for 4 month advance and worst case they discontinued outgoing services.
                                  I have called customer care and ask them for reason they just keep my call on hold and disconnect after 45 minutes. It's happens 5 times.
                                  I don't want to continue with reliance services and they are forcing to pay additional amount as advance to stop services.

                                    I am rajesh j. Wala. My reliance prepaid number is [protected]. As per discussion with dev vrath on reliance customer care number 198. I have subscribed to rs.93/- 4g net pack for 28 days with daily 1 gb pack but my rs. 93/- balance is finished within 3 days and company got deducted from the main account. I contact to customer care and given complaint but not response from their side. They keep my phone on hold for long time and then disconnected. Many times i try to contact customer care but in single ring mobile was disconnected. I think they purposely blocked my number. They will make wrong commitment. I also complaint given to reliance gallery then also they are not taken any action. This is cheating and totally harassment to me
