Last 2month your company continue activated the vas services and deducted my balance. And i complaint it but no one refund my balance. If this issue not possible to resolve by your company. So, tell me then i'm going to port this number to another mobile network. Because your company behaving like a thief daily deducted my balance and activated the foolish services.

I am abhishek shukla and i was given request for port my number [protected] after that one of your executive called me and she offer me 1347 plan in which she provide unlimited local & std calling plus roaming incoming and outgoing free plus 20gb 3g or 4g data plus 3000 sms free for 4 months.
But after activation of this plan the benefits are not same and my call become chargeable. So i will not pay these...

I am apparao from rajahmundry; i am taking a new mobile no: [protected] post-paid connection from your network on -17/02/17. Paid advance payment for security deposit rs: 600/-on rajahmundry store. Then start using my reliance sim calls ever time call drops, no signal & no inter net for data. I say complaint to costumer care from: 19/03 this people telling this gprs probliam so i teal gprs settings follow after your mobile...

As we had to shift our residence at the end of may. And also opted for cancellation of connection. Also paid the bill for the month of may. But now a month has passed and people still call for bill payment of june which we haven't used at all and moreover when we try to connect customer care no-one is available. What should we do? Why should we pay for june when we don't even stay there and we had asked to cancel connection?...

Hi i have not used ur 4g services uptill date and nor purchased a 4 g dongle... I have paid for full year 7000 rs for yearly unlimited plan for old cdma services but they have discontinued my service in between and they are also laible for stopping the service in between how come u can charge if i have not purchased new dongle and nor used it... I was using postpaid number [protected]. Last few months am not using the services. The due payment of the number is paid through reliance care Udhampur J&K on 10 July 17. but till am getting warning msgs.
Request pl resolve it.
Now the service of the sim is stoped, But after payment of due amount am getting some warning msgs regularly. I regreat for delay of payment......

I requested for number porting, so got call from customer care and she insisted to continue with reliance and assure that they will resolve network problem and in same plan they will provide add on 4g service. But now they are asking for 4 month advance and worst case they discontinued outgoing services.
I have called customer care and ask them for reason they just keep my call on hold and disconnect after 45 minutes. It's happens...

I am rajesh j. Wala. My reliance prepaid number is [protected]. As per discussion with dev vrath on reliance customer care number 198. I have subscribed to rs.93/- 4g net pack for 28 days with daily 1 gb pack but my rs. 93/- balance is finished within 3 days and company got deducted from the main account. I contact to customer care and given complaint but not response from their side. They keep my phone on hold for long time and then disconnected....

I have requested for disconnecting my internet data pack which cost me 195 per month which was served and was confirmed on call and on message but when the bill was generated the bill had still my internet data pack charges included and even after calling reliance customer care number the coordinator disconnects the call when asked about it.

My self hardik singh. I am from faridabad. I port my airtel no. [protected] to reliance on 20th of may. I submitted all the documents photos to them but still not activated. I also registered the complaint on rcomappellate. Authorityharyana and from 20th of may to 12th of july i am taking a round of reliance store and check in the mail still not resolved my issue.

I paid my postpaid bill in sundarapuram reliance mobile store of 700 rs they didn't give my any bill and now they have closed the store i contacted customer care and they have no answer for it my no is [protected]

My 700 rs is with reliance and they are not waiver of money nor process my port request

On 22/12/2015 i purchased a dongle mdn [protected] after viewing their
Website about download speed which was shown as 3.1 mbps and their
Salesman mr. Amar came to my home with the dongle and assured that
The speed of download will be 3.1 mbps. I paid him rs. 1500 for the dongle
And three months advance rent and he installed the dongle in my laptop
And went away assuring that the dongle will be activated...

I surrendered reliance data card in the year 2015 and made complete payment of rs. 2451 in the month of april 2016. The services were formally discontinued by reliance. Still, i am getting the message and a legal notice through e-mail to make the full payment of rs. 2451 to avoid legal procedures. Daily these people are sending mesages that i have failed to make teh payment after several...

The connection had problem from the beginning and the executive had sold it by giving all the details of false offers, anyways had asked this service to be terminated.
But even after completing the final settlement of bill payment, i keep getting these calls and messages from reliance to pay the bill else would have...

4 months back i change my sim idea to reliance.in 1 week coming many problem to my sim. I try to customer care no 198. But its not going to customer care person.

I wants to immediate solution to my mobile no - [protected]. I want to 4g data in 6gb. One person told already give 6gb data. But now i am using 3 gb data only.

Already i give a complaint to my network access. I want o immediate...

I call number [protected] and talk 36 seconds only and reliance communication charges for this call 15 rupees.
When i call customer care at 198 then they tell me you call a international call then we charges 15 rupees.
And i say tell me which international number i call then they said disconnect the call and they put my call on hold.
I call again but not responding anyone.
