I asked customer care on 13th Jan, 2017 to cancel and terminate the my number [protected] and they said it will be closed by payment the current due. I paid amount on the day itself . The reference number for the discussion with the customer care are[protected] &[protected]. Now I am seeing they sent the new bill for the current month. I already asked to terminate the number. When I contacted them again today they are telling the same thing to pay the current due to cancel.
I really don't know why Reliance is doing such worst thing. I am ready to join to take this worst company to legal action.

    Im from guwahati assam, my mobile no is [protected]. I'm using a reliance SIM but from the beginning my main balance was deducted in the name of vas service. I was complained in customer care before they assured me that it will be never happen in future, but today again they deduct my Balance from my account. It's really ridicules. I always recharge my balance and they deduct it . I never activate any vas service till now. So I request u plz kindly return my money.

      My mobile no. is [protected].I have been using reliance postpaid connection for around last one year, earlier my plan was of Rs.699/- per month which i changed to Rs.499/- per month on 11th Feb.2017. As per the plan unlimited incoming and outgoing (local+STD) for one month and roaming incoming & outgoing (local+STD)unlimited for one month plus 2GB mobile data free for one month and 3000 SMS`s free for one month was indicated.
      As my billing cycle is from 27th of every month to 26th of next month So, as the bill has been generated for the month of february 2017 (27th jan to 26th feb) i was supposed to be charged on pro rated basis as per the plan (699/- and 499/-).The bill has been generated for Rs.1575/- and I have been overcharged.
      As per the plan of 699/- from the date of 27th jan to 10th of feb i should have been charged for Rs.350/- plus taxes and as per the plan of Rs.499/- from 11th feb to 26th feb the amount should be Rs.266/- plus taxes as per pro rated basis. Now the issue is i have been over charged with Rs.959/-(excluding taxes) and when I called the customer care they did not listen to me and asked me to pay Rs.500 immediately for which I denied as i wanted the explanation for being overcharged. They barred my STD calls. I have Wi-fi installed at my house and stay at my house 24*7 so use of mobile data is very less and rare so there are no chances of exceeding mobile data and also i dont send SMS's.
      All I want is a proper explanation for being overcharged. I can't make STD calls now and my work and personal life both are getting hampered because of it. I request you to look into this matter and get it resolved ASAP.
      For your reference i am attaching the screenshot message of changed mobile plan.
      Your kind attention in this regard without any delay would be highly appreciated.

        I am surprised to note that VAS has been activated and renewed several times as a result heavy amounts has been deducted by the company from my mobile no. [protected] without my consent.

                I am not able to place an call to other networks instead of Airtel rest of the networks call responding network buzy or wrong number and even could not connect Reliance customer care.                   I have been suffering due to reliance postpaid connection from past three months. i hope i could explain all what happened over here.

                  I was a reliance postpaid costumer till last month then i switched to BSNL.

                  my rental for the connection was 599 INR but i have been getting bills over 1400 INR every month so i called customer care to change my plan if not then to put a porting request. i was not aware but consumer care person told me that i have been charged for roaming and i am suppose to have free roaming in the plan.

                  Now i asked her to change my plan or take porting request, now she said that she will change my plan to 299 plan that has roaming free and also will take complain for over charging. Now i came in roaming thinking that all is good. next month again i was charged 15000 (i don't remember exact amount but it was more then this ). i called again after all frustration that please tell me outstanding bill and i really want to port as i cannot take so many charges for so many month with no complains taken from my side.

                  Ultimately with lot of payment from my side for no good reason and my suffering with reliance customer care they finally took my porting request.

                  i cleared all my bill of that month, paid 500 INR extra as i knew that reliance love to charge extra.

                  i ported my number to BSNL. i confirm with reliance customer care again if anything is left from my side and due payments absolutely anything. person on customer care said all good sir we have accepted your requested from here and no DUES are left.

                  Now a week back i received a phone call from delhi saying that reliance communication is filling charges against me for not paying my bill and that call was from some lawyer.

                  I called all customer care i could reach, no one responded. once i got connected to a customer care and he said that i have to contact to local branch. i said that i am in a village called dharmasthala and nearest outlet is 98 KM from here, please give me at least landline number of your outlet so i can talk and resolve this matter.
                  reply that i got was most frustrating as he said that he dont have authority to give any number and i have to go all the way to near by city and contact local outlet.

                  I took a day of from my job went to near by city and after talking to local outlet he said "we dont have any information related to your account, you have to visit our main branch in Mangalore" and my reply was " are you guys kidding me, please give me landline number of your main branch so i can talk to them. reply i got was same that we dont have authority to give number. What the hell...

                  Now i am tired and frustrated and writing this complain. please dont do this to any customer of yours. I have never been treated this way in my whole life.

                  please resolve this matter ..call that i got from delhi who wants to file court case against me

                    on 24-2-17 i by mistake recharged a wrong number of rs500 by using paytym.
                    i had contacted paytym, they said transaction is successful and to contact the operator and i even contacted operator they say as the recharge is done through paytym nothing can be done .
                    i dont know how some one else enrich at the expense of my and neither reliance customer care nor reliance appellate authority are providing a solution to me.

                      Reliance converted my cdma number in gsm without intimated me.Now I am not getting proper network and data on my number.I have also changed my handset but problem is same.My 198 complaint booking number is also barred by Reliance and every time giving same reply that it will be started within 48 hours.My outgoing calls are also blocked.Very poor services.Please provide me Mr Ambani Number.

                        Please rectify fast no one responding, what the staff doing, i was not satisfied with this network .pls kindly rectify the problem
                        I used Reliance gsm([protected]) prepaid last 4 years. They gave offer 151 recharge UL calls for 28 days. But offered only one week. So manytimes i called customer care, they didn't connect my call. Then I could live chat. The Executives told system problem and no previous datas. They having only 3 days datas. My amount and main balance are waste.

                          I got the msg tha CHILL 54 has been activated
                          I checked the plan details which was

                            I'm very disapoint to say that when I go to your reliance store to convert my postpaid number to prepaid number staff of yours said that sir you have to come on the same day of your bill cycle than I came on that day than she said sir you have to pay your outstanding bill which I paid and next day I got a mail that your bill has been generated for this month, I got shocked and I went to your store and asked your staff that when I paid you the whole outstanding bill in cash than how my bill has been generated than she said sir your number has not been converted and you have 2 days outstanding due which is rs102 sir you have to pay that amount when I said it's your fault why should I pay than she verbally abuse me.
                            Sir I am very shocked to see her rude behaviour I have never seen in any telecom department such an irresponsible and mannerless staff.
                            Sir I am using your services for a long time and never face any problem before this incidence . Such kind of your staff will tarnish your companies image.

                              i have recharged my Reliance prepaid gsm connection with Unlimited 152 plan in which we get reliance to reliance unlimited call and 1000 minutes to local STD alll calls.
                              When i have recharged i made call to off net call (other) mobile to operator said this root is busy again and again (is root ki sabhi line wyast hai)

                              When i called Reliance Customer Care 198 they would not get. they said reliance customer care me call karne ke liye sukriya

                              Dear Sir/madam, Please help me out i am very depressed that my hard earn money is just wasting for nothing which i have not even used a single rupee.
