Out going calls bared. When I was call to any number, then Voice is coming, "This Root is busy " from[protected]. Somany times calls tried to your customer care people's. But problem not resolved. Plz solve this outgoing calls problems for any network.

    Dear Rcom team,

    Facing issues from last 07 days. My Rcom number i.e [protected] is got barred from last 07 days the reason found from customer care is that my contact number got barred because by new address not found. Discussed with customer care found some body from reliance team reached to our doorstep and nobody found.

    In that case you can ring before reaching some house or send text message very disappointed with rcom.

    Just broke the faith of last 02 yrs

    After explaining the issue the worst point is my incoimng got barred, no msg able to receive not communication.

    Before raising the compaint in cunsumer thought lets inform you first.

      Dear Concerned,


      This is with regards to the R Com postpaid sim for which I had made a transaction of 380 INR which was paid to your vendor BR solution on 19th february 2017. Further to my interaction with the above said vendor, I wish to cancel the request and I demand full refund of the money that I have paid since I am utterly frsutrated with the service provided by your equally disgusting vendor. When i made an attempt to call the custoemr care to activate the sim and to register a complaint on the snail speed, I could hear someone saying to cut the phone in a rude manner. How dare he? It is because of custeomr like me that you people are earning money and making business and sustaining in this competitive market and you guys have the audacity to disconnect my call without any resoution and with such a tone? Is this how you treat your customer? I pity those cusotmer who still have faith in R com. I would suggest you to either change your vendor or to improve their services. I hope this gives you a chance to improvise on your horrible services and to provide me a resolution as soon as possible or you are giving me an opportunity to log a complaint against you for the mental harrasment and the trauma i had to go through for making a huge mistake of even considering to purchase sim from you people.

      I did not recieved any such call stating that " I need to visit to the store for further assistance".

      LET ME KNOW WHAT IS THE RESOLUTION U R GIVING...

        I have use reliance broadband (CUS ID[protected] from last 8 month but they have provided very poor service, internet not functioning well. as the connection frequently down 2 or 3 days continue in a month.
        When I contacted to customer care there is only one answer wait for 24 hour’s but not provided any solution .Now my connection is down from 21st of Feb but they have not solved any problem.

          Currently i have plan in the same number 599 and the date as on 28/01/2017 i was given request of plan change 599 to 350 through Reliance store at podar arcade surat gujarat.

          Before 3-4 days back Reliance mobile bill received with the existing plan and not yet plan change same as has given request for plan change not yet change plan in current bill.

          So i request to you please change the requested plan and confirm me on urgent basis. Request to you change my last bill amount as per 350 plan.

              I would like to inform you that your local team members are cheating a lot with customers as I’m suffering a lot since very long .

              I had tried so many times to contact with your local team but no one is bothered to resolved my concern, only they are asking for payment .

              They don’t take customers pain, as you will check I’m not using services 3-4 month back due to SIM missed at home .

              I have received the mails regarding the bill & reverted to your local team but they never entertain the my reverts .

              After that I got a notice mail which is totally wrong as issue with your team, however I had discussed with your team member Mr. Nitin Soni as per notice mail & made the payment as he had confirmed for pay the 1600 Rs. rest he will waiver but rest amount hasn’t waiver, I again contacted him but could not be connected .

              Also I had received a call from your Chandigarh Number & request for SIM delivery at my home address but its still pending .

              After that I had received so many calls from Number –[protected] which is belongs to your local collection vendor & I have spoken with, Shivani, Annu, Riya (two, one is tecaller & 2nd one TL) .

              I have informed to all of them for my concern but every next day I receive the call from new person from same number & when I ask to speak with senior than they disconnect the call .

              I m looking for support from your side if possible otherwise I have to switch to other operator, I m also employee in service industries since 10 years but its really very bad exp I have ever .

              Asked to someone for call me who can listen my problem & take strict action on this as I m suffering a lot

              I had received the call from Mumbai Nodel Team 2-3 days back from No –[protected] & I explained my issue .
              But issue is still not resolved yet & still I’m receiving the call from No –[protected] & one no also given to me from this vendor side – [protected] which is not responded every time when I m calling

                I don't know how daring these guys at Reliance Broadband are, my broadband isn't working for more than 20 days now (since 5 February) and they are barely doing anything to fix it. I mail them and their automated bots reply the same freaking thing, moreover I am getting an email daily of the bill. In fact I got a new bill sent to me today with "late fees" and the bill for March added to it. Wow. Pathetic service. User ID:[protected]

                  Regarding mob no [protected], my balance is getting deducting by rs 5 again n again, this has happened about 15 times, i have already contacted reliance and reliance said that this is a problem in reliance with apple users, we must refund ur money and will fix it soon but still this problem continues, i think this is the time of switch to JIO company as i didnt getting any benefit in reliance, instead my balance is gettting deducted and also users cant activate packs with USSD codes except rs 9 pack

                        For the last several months the customers around jaipur near Chindwaji, in Chitanu kala, reliance incoming calls are not through and showing out of range while outgoing call are through. We are facing serious problem due to this and loosing important incoming calls. Kindly look into the matter urgently to avoid further hardships to customers .

                              Dear Team,

                              I reside at Mumbai, everyday I have to travelk at Vasai, Palghar. There it come in roaming state & while calling get respond as "can not able to connect at this moment please call later". I have made the recharge of Rs. 50 but still not getting any respond. Facing the same issue from last 15 Days. Yesterday I have call on Rcare ([protected]) paid number, they have told me there is some network issue from one week & will get resolved within half hours, please do restart after half an our and check.

                              Still It does not work. my Reliance no. is [protected].once come in local area i.e. entered within mumbai circle its working fine. As we ;eft the mumbai circle getting the error, can not able to call or receive.

                              Sir, mera postpaid connection tha, jiska advance billing paid karta tha. per mera number terminate kar diya gaya. aur mera advance billing ka paisa bhi nahi mila . mera number [protected] ka complain hai. krupiya isper kuchh karwaai kare.

                                My Reliance GSM No [protected] has been deactivated. you are kindly requested to reactivate that number. AS this number has been deactivated without any information by the company. It was done once before too.                                   My complain is, I m having unlimited local and std plan, although I m charged 20p per minute, according to my previous plan, so I requested ur customer care executive to deactivate my all plans except the unlimited std and local plan and data balance, but I am not getting any solution after waiting 2 days, and I am unable to speak customer care executive by dialing 198 or *333 . so I did live chat . but didn't get any result. So kindly solve my problem .other wise I will go to consumer court, it is not a threatening . it is what I m going to do, if I won't get any reply or solution . thanking u Anshuman Gupta

                                    I recharge with stv 149 on 22 Feb 2017 which provide 1gb data and unlimited loc+std call for 28 day that same benefit I get after recharge coz I check in *111*1*3# there show 1 gb data and receive msg also for free call but when I on my net my all balance deducted then next day my when I check data balance there show 0 after that I call customer care ur executive told me that 149 is frc that y I don't get any benefits for that then I ask give me refund if I can't get any benefits for that recharge but the say sorry we can't refund also so it means u cheating ur customers ...
                                    Solve it ASAP coz I have last way go to consumer court

                                      I have complained about there network issue so many times but all they where saying is that they working on it and will rectify soon but till now there is no proper service from their side and even they not responding properly and not taking any action on it..                                         Dear sir,

                                        I have recharged on my no [protected] (Jaipur) of rs 501 and in this scheme i got free calling of 3 months (Std also). But from yesterday at 2 o'clock when i call to anybody it simply says that "this route is busy". When i call to customer care he says that some technical problem is there and it will be communicable very soon. But more than 24 hour passed and the problem remains same. I have called customer care too many times but there is no positive response came from that side.
