I don't know how daring these guys at Reliance Broadband are, my broadband isn't working for more than 20 days now (since 5 February) and they are barely doing anything to fix it. I mail them and their automated bots reply the same freaking thing, moreover I am getting an email daily of the bill. In fact I got a new bill sent to me today with "late fees" and the bill for March added to it. Wow. Pathetic service. User ID:[protected]...

Regarding mob no [protected], my balance is getting deducting by rs 5 again n again, this has happened about 15 times, i have already contacted reliance and reliance said that this is a problem in reliance with apple users, we must refund ur money and will fix it soon but still this problem continues, i think this is the time of switch to JIO company as i didnt getting any benefit in reliance, instead my balance is gettting deducted and also...

I am so much disappointed due to this kind of issue. For the last several months the customers around jaipur near Chindwaji, in Chitanu kala, reliance incoming calls are not through and showing out of range while outgoing call are through. We are facing serious problem due to this and loosing important incoming calls. Kindly look into the matter urgently to avoid further hardships to customers .

I recharge with stv 149 on 22 Feb 2017 which provide 1gb data and unlimited loc+std call for 28 day that same benefit I get after recharge coz I check in *111*1*3# there show 1 gb data and receive msg also for free call but when I on my net my all balance deducted then next day my when I check data balance there show 0 after that I call customer care ur executive told me that 149 is frc that y I don't get any benefits for that then I ask...

I have complained about there network issue so many times but all they where saying is that they working on it and will rectify soon but till now there is no proper service from their side and even they not responding properly and not taking any action on it.. Its been more than 15 days where i am informing about my issue daily.. Still no proper resolution from their side...

I have recharged on my no [protected] (Jaipur) of rs 501 and in this scheme i got free calling of 3 months (Std also). But from yesterday at 2 o'clock when i call to anybody it simply says that "this route is busy". When i call to customer care he says that some technical problem is there and it will be communicable very soon. But more than 24 hour passed and the problem remains same. I have called customer care too...

I was using reliance dongle since 2015 and was frustrated with their service and seeked for disconnection in june 2016. When i visited reliance office i was told that i could call the customer care and further steps would be informed.

I had called reliance customer, they told me that they cannot disconnect immediately. I will have to clear the dues and then pay for the additional 7 days reliance is going to take for termintation....

Hello sir, i m older user of the your company but last 2 month im face lots of problem i got massage 198 all local & std unlimited calls and 3 & 4g data for 28 days but i doesn't get the benefits of the std calls. Regarding this problem i talk with customer care more time but they doesn't resolve my problem. Please resolve it.

This is very shameful to say or rather must be very shameful for your company "Reliance telecommunications" that it is the one of the worst company in providing services to end customers. "The company" cannot provide user satisfaction services, in fact problems o[censored]sers are not handled properly and perfectly, a wide communication gap between the internal team of company can be analyzed after using it's services which are mentioned...

On February 12 2017, I got a message about " Unlimited local+std calls & Incoming Roaming at RC $$$. Valid for 28 days; Recharge Today limited period offer; Reliance..
But Due to lack of time i made a recharge on the next day and offer turns into some promo balance and when i tried to contact the customer care their answer was it was valid only if you get recharged on that day..
So i Lost My Balance for the Special pack and...

Sir I am reliance user it often happens reducing balance from main balance. there will automatically activate different different to my mobile no. [protected] but this time I had recharge my with account 100 MB data and currently I have 2.81 MB data in my account. Day before RS 47-48 rupee dedected from my main balance. I had complaint for this problem. but my they said my balance isn't refundable.
