Worst experience to handle customer

Inspite of raising repeated requests of not activating the VAS AD pay service and deducting Rs 21 from my pre paid account no - [protected], the amount has been deducted twice.
On 18th Nov they reverted rs 21 after i called but today 25th Nov Reliance again deducted the amount and after 3-4 phone calls to numbers *333 and 198 the reliance executives couldn't resolve the problem.
