I m Jogesh Mazumdar, from Guwahati, my mobile no is [protected].My mobile service was barred in 18th november, 2015 though i had paid my bill in 13 th November. Four messages were sent to me from 16 th to 18th where it mentions at the first sms that my bill amount is 1516.43, in the next sms of 17th it was mentioned as 2067.6 at 1.28 pm, in the following sms it was mentioned as 2274.44 at 5.23 pm and my outgoing calls were barred at 5.28 pm .i made this complaint yesterday at the no [protected] at 12 o, clock yesterday.your executive informed me that the bill amount which was sent to me was not mine .The call came to my another reliance no [protected] and ur executive informed me that my mobile would be reconnected within half an hour .But till now, it is not revived .From 18th to till today i had tried more than hundred times but my problem has not been resolved .I M SENDING THIS COMPLAINT FOR UR IMMEDIATE ACTION OTHERWISE I WILL BE COMELLED TO TAKE ANOTHER PATH.

Updated by monalisa gogoi i got a call few minutes back from a no [protected] .i m not
satisfied at all with ur service .ur representative informed me that i
have to pay another Rs 35 / which was due and then only i would get my
outgoing service .I must mention that i will not pay a single paisa to
ur company for reconnection of my mobile no.i will go to consumer
forum with my evidences to get justice because ur company harrased me
without any cause and my mobile connection has been barred since 17th
