Hello Sir,
I am permanent user of reliance, My Mob. No. is [protected].I am using a plan is college pack i.e. SUB MP0598.I have activated this plan 2 days ago but it is not activated and my money is deducted 2 times.Neither My plan is activated nor my money refunded and why rs.32 is deducted?
Dear sir if you can't give us proper services please don't deduct our my money without any purpose or reason.

I recharged my mobile with rs 64(unlimited r2r local calls), but no outgoing call is connected at once.and after received the call so many disturbance occurred in voice and call drop.         Hi am sankar my brother was 8 month back take a reliance postpaid plan with advance payment 2000 rupee. after two month he stop use sim. but now he get a email he need to pay around 2000 rupee. what is this without use service why should he pay that amount its completely fraud. reliance service you know one when all people raise voice against your company beacause you are doing completely wrong.

          Dear sir i had activated a pack known as "add on pack" on my reliance mobile no on 26th of Sept. 2015, after that i informed this to reliacare c.care, & he told me that this pack will be activated within 1-2 days, but pack haven't got activated, afterthat i complained many times by calling on 198 but the pack is still not activated on my phone, Today (2nov/15 9:19am) i again called c.c on *222 then the c.c RAJWANT told me that record is showing that a confirmation call has been rejected by my side, but i am 100% sure that i haven't got any call from c.care. Pack details" Rs-99/month in which they were giving free unlimited reliance to reliance local+std calls.             Dear Sir I have facing problem with Reliance since I have taken the connection. Firstly they had registered me with Wrong name as Sushil Singh instead of Sushil Kumar Sinha. I have made several request, but no response from the company. Then service issue of company. There is almost no resolution in this company for any customer complaints. Now the issue is the company has wrongly generated bills in my name in March 15 and I had made request vide[protected] on18th and reminder on 11th April and still the company has not reverted on the same. In the month of April I had discontinued the Reliance Broadband service and by then the company has also not generated any invoices in my name. On 10th of Nov I received a call vide cell no [protected] and the person is claiming that he is the advocate of the company and he is going to sue me in High Court Delhi if I will not clear the payment of Rs. 503. I told him that I owe Rs 445 from the company which i forgo as I not sure that this company will pay me back. Even then he didn't given me any time and continously threatened me to sue. However I forced to pay Rs 503 even though I have no outstanding to the company. Now After six month the company has again generated the bill in my name though I had discontinued the service in April. I have taken up this matter to their customer care even they are neither giving me concrete reply that why the bill is generated after 6 - 7 months nor given me assurance that my service is discontinued and advance bill no[protected] wrongly generated will get reversed. Only he has provided my a complain no[protected]. I as was sure tht Reliance will not provide me any solution I have recorded customer care conversation and will produce if proper resolution will not provided. Request your kind interventions to stop the company generating fake bill, stop harrassing and threatening calls from their representatives and assured me that the connection number[protected] is discontinued.                 Recharged with Rs.147/-, Rs.99/- and Rs.298/- for data but not charged and balance deducted. Also recharge with Rs.222 for bal on 18th. Accord to website information recharged all data voucher but not activated and all balanced deducted. Also without any activation the reliance use to activate some service and deduct the bal.                   I have recharged my mobile account with rs.193 (unlimited 2Gdata for 28 days).and his 2G network was too slow. After it i called consumer care no 198 for network problem at 09:42pm then he suggested me u can recharge 3G pack of Rs. 197 (1GB FOR 28 DAYS) on your no. with same validity then your 2g pack will not not expire u can easily run 2G and 3G pack both. then next day when i recharged 3G pack on it they cut my all data of 2G and 3G network and expired my both packs on same day. then further when i called consumer care no 198 .they said to me it was due to wrong details provided to you, by my employee and they are not refunding my balance and cut the call. when i further called he did not received my call. again when tried they said to me u have not called me FOR 3G recharge information and not refunding my balance.

                      Dear sir I am unable to send sms from my reliance sim card. I had call *333 and tell them the problem but my complaint is not resolved. I had called them 3 times on different days and each time they said your problem will resolved by 2 pm tomorrow, it is 4 days and problem is as it is. Also i had recharged my number with internet voucher ₹56 but I am unable to use internet. each time I connect to internet, browser says "Bad network connection, unable to open page".                           I had recharged my phone for Rs. 135 on date 22.11.15 at around 9.30pm. at the dealer's place the recharge is showing success but my account is not credited with the same. Now the dealer is not ready to recharge my phone as he says amount requested has been debited from his account. My Name is Bijender Singh (Contact No.-[protected], [protected]); I have recently purchased Reliance 3 Data card for net connectivity but facing connectivity issues and even after trying at different locations and at different times concern is still persisting. from starting stage using internet is very slow. I already raise a compliant in customer care, they informed to transfer compliant to technical team, and after some days they said replace your data card device at service center. they give me address of service center. when i reach there service center executive say reliance net is always slow . reliance give only 144 kbps speed. if you want more speed then purchase another companies device like airtel. please provide me good response on your behalf.                                   I am reliance gsm customer my no [protected]. i activat 100mb 3G data pack f rupee 9rs. n date 20/11/2015 i used 95mb data ..5mb data remain and my main balance 182rs ..at 11;'clock 20/11/15 ...one messeg come ...u r main blance is 6rs ..and my net balance is 5mb...i complain relience customer care, he gives a complain number and say ur complain will be resolve within 24hr, , still after 3 days complain are not solved

                                    I called on reliance customer service and my issue was not solved they transferred my call to senior supervisor and that senior answered me after 15 mins of hold. The senior answered and said "Reliance me call karne k liye dhanyawad". What was this rubbish I waited for 15 mins hold just to talk to him and what was it. Want solution.

                                      I m Jogesh Mazumdar, from Guwahati, my mobile no is [protected].My mobile service was barred in 18th november, 2015 though i had paid my bill in 13 th November. Four messages were sent to me from 16 th to 18th where it mentions at the first sms that my bill amount is 1516.43, in the next sms of 17th it was mentioned as 2067.6 at 1.28 pm, in the following sms it was mentioned as 2274.44 at 5.23 pm and my outgoing calls were barred at 5.28 pm .i made this complaint yesterday at the no [protected] at 12 o, clock yesterday.your executive informed me that the bill amount which was sent to me was not mine .The call came to my another reliance no [protected] and ur executive informed me that my mobile would be reconnected within half an hour .But till now, it is not revived .From 18th to till today i had tried more than hundred times but my problem has not been resolved .I M SENDING THIS COMPLAINT FOR UR IMMEDIATE ACTION OTHERWISE I WILL BE COMELLED TO TAKE ANOTHER PATH.

                                      i got a call few minutes back from a no [protected] .i m not
                                      satisfied at all with ur service .ur representative informed me that i
                                      have to pay another Rs 35 / which was due and then only i would get my
                                      outgoing service .I must mention that i will not pay a single paisa to
                                      ur company for reconnection of my mobile no.i will go to consumer
                                      forum with my evidences to get justice because ur company harrased me
                                      without any cause and my mobile connection has been barred since 17th

                                        Validity of sim card got expired on 19th Nov'2015 instead of expiring on year 2037 as it was showing previously on the life time validity sim. My number is [protected]. I also tried to recharge it for validity extension but recharge is keep on going failed. I also filed complaint to the reliance customer care but they havn't revert it back.

                                        I am not able to recharge my number- [protected] for validity pack .
                                        Both my validity pack has been bounced back .
                                        I have tried to recharge with Rs.82/- and Rs.58/-

                                        Now I have recharge for Rs.53/-, still I am not able to see the tower .

Dec 2015...as per the sms received from relience we recharged with 111 but validity didn't extend and service is stopped. Tried r reaching customer care many time and all the time I have different response. Plesse. Let me know if I can use my no anymore or not.if not how I can get my balence amount back.
