Hai I had applied for Reliance Broadband on 5th Octo 2015. After 50 days I was told that the internet cannot be connected and I will get my refund back. For the past five months I have been contacting the sales person but have not received the refund till now. He says his job is taking the money not refunding it. The customer care Email ID of reliance broadband [protected]@relianceada.com is autogenerated and even replied back "We regret the inconvenience caused" to a blank mail !     Hi, We are using Reliance broadband from last october. But the connection was down for the past 20 days. We are continuously raising complaints from the Nov 3. We were calling reliance customer care and raised almost 10 complaints till now. But there is no proper response and the problem is not solved yet. Please take proper action on this and do solve this problem as soon as possible. We could not use the internet for the past 20 days due to connection failure, So Reliance should have to reduce the postpaid bill amount for these 20 days.               This is about the complaint i have lodged two months ago about my poor coverage of high speed signals of reliance3
              broadband prepaid dongle.thay haven't solve it and evey time i have talk to them for taking feed back on it they says
              "jaldi hi aapki problem solve ho jaye gi hamne apki complaint higher priorities par forward kar di hai" . i am not able to understand thier stament till now what does this really mean.months have allready have past and at least have forwarded my complain on higher priorities about five to six times to thies network team but till now no one have come here to check it and solve it.
              what does this really mean RELIANCE COMPANY IS MAKING FOOL OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WHAT THEY ACCLAIMS.
              MY ONLY REQUEST IS TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM OR GIVE MY MONEY BACK.

                I was a reliance post-paid user few months back but I am not a reliance customer any more but still I get repeated calls from regarding payment of bills. Customer Care Representatives (including its Recovery Executive) calling for bill payment (saying legal notice has been issued for not paying the bill) . THOUGH, I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE SAID BILL AND SEND THE SCAN COPY OF THE RECEIPT TO THEM ON SEVERAL EMAIL ID (e.g. [protected]@relianceada.com, nicolas.[protected]@gmail.com, r.comdelhi.[protected]@relianceada.comm jmc.[protected]@gmail.com) AND ALSO TOLD THEM ON PHONE SEVERAL TIMEs but they are not updating their records and not sending me “No Due Certificate”. Calls were also received on my home landline and other family members from reliance customer care. Why the customer service agents asking to pay extra money without verifying my payment details?? PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! stop calling on my number. I was a reliance post-paid customer a few months back and because of irrational bills and such issues of customer care people I ported my number to other service provider and I'm so happy with the decision but these people still troubles me using different numbers... Please make them stop calling on my number. The same has also been forwarded to Customer Care of Reliance. But they are unable to resolve the same as I have ported the number.

                  I am facing serious issue regarding activation of value added services in my mobile no. [protected]. When we called customer care they rfubd some amount but some amount are non refundable as given below . Amount Charged for VAS ShemarooVP Rs:10.00 Current Main Balance : Rs:198.92 No services are activated by me and reliance is not giving refund. I am very much upset with customer care responnse . please take this issue

                      On 28th May I purchased a HP Laptop. The sales executive offered me an additional two-year manufacturer's warranty apart from the regular one-year warranty. I accepted the offer and paid for the same.
                      Now after 6 months I am getting reminders from HP to renew my warranty. I took up the issue with them and showed them proof of having paid for an additional two-year warranty. They confirmed that this additional two-year warranty is not given by them. I got back to Reliance Retail store and checked with them. The manager now says that this extended two-year warranty is given by them and not by HP. This is outright cheating of innocent customers.

                        who is one of the Rliance CDMA poor customer who is getting fooled by your customer service stating all kind of reasons to barr my number.

                        I have been tring to get in touch with customer service more than 24 Hrs, Finally one of the Reliance Service Representative Mr. Vijay who was one call with me today have given me a reason that I have called 75 different numbers on STD, and been used for commercial purpose.

                        For your Kind information, I have not made even a single STD calls from my number [protected], and I do not have any thing to do commercially as am an Airline Employee.

                        I need a proper justification for blocking my number or I shall raise the complaint against your network and face the consequences and need proper service as promised your retailer and customer service on a plan of local unlimited and I have been paying all my bills regularly…

                          Reliance broadband is not working from last 8 days. I have complained 3 times, they just that it will be rectified in 24 days. Once a technician came, he didn't checked anything and just told that the problem in some fiber cable, i cannot do anything and whole society is facing same problem due to this. We 'll get a reply that ur server staus is down nd sorry for inconvenience which we don't know. And they say we can't promise any deadline. Atleast they will have to follow the complaint rite?? Nd reply status to us that this progress has been made we are having difficulty nd it will take time. Nothing has been done. I have got. 3 times line to act each time it's d same case. It's so pathetic service. And when i asked Chandigarh Reliance office mr. Balbir, then he told me I'm not responsible for this issue.How to can resolve this issue. i do not understand...

I had been using an Airtel Sim, the existing number was converted to the Reliance Number, due to their valuable services which they promised me at the time of changing the connection from Airtel to Reliance. My Number is ([protected] ). I am a very busy business man, and is into my existing business for quite some time. I haven't ever faced any issues till thie relationship with Reliance. Unfortunately, the Reliance communications have blocked my outgoing calls all of a sudden without prior information or reason and simply remained irresponsible for a long till this date. I have been losing my business on everyday basis, due to this. Even after mailing & calling them up for a support, they never bothered to respond. I am really humiliated because of their attitude. Thereby, I would request the forum, to kindly help me in getting this issue solved, and ensure that, i migrate back to my Airtel service provider.                                   Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  I Jan Reddy, having number [protected], Reliance is deducting my balance without activate VAS USSD Services, VAS Sftfmts STalk, ShotformatsGSM, Hungama GSM, and ETC.., How could the all these subscriptions activated automatically.

                                  Kindly deactivate VAS Services from my phone.
                                  From last week onwards my balance deducting around 06 Rs details are 30.10.2015 charged VAS VideoStore Rs 1.00, 13.11.2015 VAS Shtfmts STalk Pack Rs 5.00, 17.11.2015 VAS Hungama subscription Rs 10.00.

                                  Please refund my deducted balance Rs 16 Kindly look into the matter and help me overcome this problem.

                                    I am the holder of Reliance No [protected] CDMA post paid plan . On Dt.17.11.2015 Requested call center *222 in night 10.20 pm. Approx. And asked them to activate my ISD ( inter national call dialing ) service. . He said " after three hour it will start . He made quest for the same . " Full night passed . In the morning[protected].00 am again I complained, one lady told me after half an hour it will activate . NO RESULT TILL NIGHT 10.30 PM. . I again complained in night 10.30 pm. And I shocked to hear that the person on phone said " SIR, FIRSTLY YOU PAY MONEY WHICH IS DUE TO YOU, THEN ONLY YOUR REQUEST WILL BE CONSIDERED . " I asked him there is no bill / no demand notice / no t more usages, then for what I should have to pay . Bill generating date is every month 20th, how I get an dream . He played with me and said he is transferring line to other person, and put me on hold for more than 10 minuets. I disconnected and tried again, the other person also said the same things that you pay the due first and then we will activate the request . What is this HITLERSHAHI ? As an provider he has to give me the full service . On whose request Reliance has de-activated my ids services ? I am facing big problem

                                      Most Pathetic Service!

                                      Several Complaints raised before your appellate authority still you cannot convert my father's CDMA number into GSM!

                                      I have been talking with your appellate authorities since first week of October'15. Before that I was breaking my head with the customer care and different Reliance Centres in Mumbai.

                                      I have been talking with many of the executives of your appellate authority viz. Rupali, Anis Baig, Sneha Bhansode, Anurag Singh including their Senior Mr. Bharat.

                                      All of them just make false promises that the matter will get resolved and raise the complaint for non generation o[censored]PC code.

                                      All the complaints raised by me are marked as resolved by your employees writing that I have not disabled the message signature option (while sending 'PORT [protected]' to 1900) in spite of telling them thousand times that my message signature option is off!

                                      Shame on your service! Your 'Satisfactory Rating' Indian Consumer Complaints Forum is just 1%!!

                                      Even I request all the executives to tell Mr. Bharat to call me but he never reverts back!

                                      Also I requested them to port my number to Vodafone but that also cannot be done because even that requires UPC code!

                                      I am completely helpless. My business is affected because I cannot use the new GSM smart phone which I bought!

                                      Also I am thinking to complain against you in Consumer Court if the problem is not resolved within next 10 working days.

                                      Do remember that my father is your pioneer customer since the start of Reliance Telecom services and since he is not educated, I (his son Sahil Shah) is writing this mail to you.

                                      After all the harassment, mailing to their consumer complaints email, posting the complaint on Indian Consumer Complaints Forum, they converted my father's number from CDMA to GSM. Most pathetic service ever!

                                        I am using an internet postpaid dongle for the no [protected] it is not working for last 15-20 .all the bills have been paid according to the bills issued and are also reflected on your site.according the site it is being shown that their is no outstanding amount .On talking to customer care executive it has come to light that the services have been suspended because of financial reasons.MAY I DARE TO ASK YOU WHY THE SERVICES HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED WHEN ALL THE BILLS HAVE BEEN PAID.
