Balance deducation

Above SIM remains suspended by RCom. So incoming calls are there but cannot make outgoing calls. On contacting, RCom advised me to recharge with R's.7 but it did not work. Then again advised to recharge with Rs 50 but it also did not work. Either RCom people do not know what happened to their system & how to rectify it. Please help me to get the SIM restored....
