One of the worst service. Internet not working from 9th November. Whenever I call them they are telling that the problem will be solved within 24 hours but nothing happened, no one visited my place to check the connection and nothing is resolved. When I called them yesterday their staffs were talking very rude and doesn't show any respect to their customers....

I am here by to complain about the very slow net speed reliance telecom is providing and charging high amount of ruppees. I had complaint about the slow 2g speed i am getting, though i had recharged for 3g pack, the speed is consistent at 10 kb/s while it should be in mb/s . A GSM operator (IDEA) has claiming that reliance 2G (GSM)services will be terminated from 16th Dec 2015.I am little bit confused whether it is marketing propaganda of rival operator or have such truth in it. In such a scenario a e-mailed sent to reliance customer care remained unanswered....

I just switched to reliance 18 hours ago and it has been a torturous experience. I had to get my defective sim changed by paying a fees for micro sim. My data services aren't working.
