I Khalique Anjum, am a registered user of your reliance(mobile no- [protected]; relationship number[protected].I had paid to reliance Rs. 1140 for this mobile number.

Service to my number was abruptly discontinued on 1st october, 2015(Service request no[protected]. I was assured that my network problem will be resolved within 15 days, but service to my number was terminated at the end of the stipulated period, i.e. 16th of October 2015,

Before terminating my number, I also visited the Reliance Web World on 15th Oct, 2015 to start the service on my sim card. They resumed the service and i make a outgoing call also, but my number is permanently terminated by the reliance next day(16th Oct, 2015).

When I called Reliance Customer Care they told me that my service has been terminated as per my request. I had not made any such request.I wasn't informed about any such action before terminating my service either through my registered e-mail or on my alternate contact number.

When I call the applet authority of bihar to verify my claim by listening the audio, what I have complained to your customer care executive and what he have did, she replied very rudely and told me nobody in reliance has rigt to verify the claim by listining audio, whatever written by my executive that's true, Sorry, I can't help you.(I have a recording of this audio also.)

I had attached this number to my bank accounts, aadhaar card, paytm and other social networking sites.I had given this number as my contact number while applying for jobs and business purpose.

I have suffered a serious economic loss and also physically harassed and mentally tortured by Reliance Communication, since discontinuation of my mobile service.


"There has been some misunderstanding by your customer care executive. So i requesting to Reliance Communication Limited to Kindly listen to my conversation with your executive to sort out this issue. Any effort on your part to solve this issue sooner will be deeply appreciated."

Note: Due to Reliance Communication I am visiting to Psychiatrist.

    On nov 9 i recharged in online to my reliance number for Rs.57.

    instead of topup my balance they give 2g data 400mb. i immediately rushed to call C.care they didnt give proper response. I have to call appellate desk every time, and im losing my other mobile balance.

    All i need is Rs.47 talktime as mentioned, else provide me waiver..

    clearly it mentioned 47 core talktime.. thats why i recharged in it...

      Sir,
      I had been using reliance broadband since 2011.In september15 i raised an online request cancel the services through customer care.
      Today i received an email from (Reliance ;) to appear lok adalat for paying an outstanding bill of rs 2741 at pune.
      When i called customer care i got to know that the connection has been already terminated. I even made the payment to my account by cash through one ofthe relinace web world outlets attached below
      Is the invoice. Not sure on what to do now. Its not possible to appear for it. I dont have anybody in pune to help on it as well.
      Any help on it greatly appreciated. It is really unfortunate to get a threatening email like this even though i have raised a request to discontinue with the service.
      I have been trying to connect with the customer service but each time they ask same information to validate the account. I just want the answer of 2 questions. Kindly call at the alternate number or answer to my emails.

      It took a month to get a representative from Reliance call me. Somehow issue resolved, however not at all satisfied.
      Never ever will go for Reliance.

          Without discussed with me previous request mentioned issue was solved. May I know who confirmed that issue was resoled. Yet I am suffering with same issue. Please discussed with me.

          Note: After frustrating I tried to close this number and then know that Postpaid security amount not updated in System they said no amount deposit. But I have receipt for same. Dhru Enterprise are not ready to accept.

          Need you help for below mail issue. I am continues follow up form 1-Aug-2015 but they reply proper manner & said you first name & address was same from fraud person then you need to pay the bill how has resided this address before feb 2012. Problem: As per appeal authority / document verify team my number [protected] MNP request reject (POI) due to First letter of name & address was same unpaid bill Mr Puneet Prasar i.e month of November 2011. He was reside same address as rented before Feb 2012. After Feb 2012 I have purchased this FLAT. Why I am responsible that bill because I don’t know who has stay there before Feb 2012 because I have purchased that flat Feb 2012 and applied new Electricity connection my name. I don’t know who had resided there before. You have clear check my electricity bill when Its was installed against my name March 2012 For your information: As per customer care executive & appeal authority team multiple team members requested visit nearest reliance outlet or where you submit the document they will help on this. When I have went Dhruv Enterprises Malviya Nagar Delhi outlet they said, Please contact appeal authority team they will help. In here every team move the ball other team. They said that your first name same you need to pay. CAN ANYONE tell How can match ID with NAME only. I believe you able to view to whom I talked at 9:45 AM[protected] Note: I believe you will able to view to whom I have spoken and how many times & what discussed on recorded call. I got call MR deepak (15/16 Sept 2015) from your end they said Please change you proof of ID for this number then your MNP possible or call me tomorrow will solve your issue permanent & close request at your end. They close request at your end with taking confirmation for customer. Is there any meaning raise complaint If close without taking confirmation.

          Note request: Yet my issue not solve everyonc move ball other hand.

            Sir, according to my mobile no. plan my call rate is 25 pisa per minute but they had charged me 1 Rs per minute.And hence reliance charged me 40 Rs for 40 minutes. I talked customer care they said that because of technical problem we can't check your problem. so what should i do???

                One of the worst service. Internet not working from 9th November. Whenever I call them they are telling that the problem will be solved within 24 hours but nothing happened, no one visited my place to check the connection and nothing is resolved. When I called them yesterday their staffs were talking very rude and doesn't show any respect to their customers.

                  I am here by to complain about the very slow net speed reliance telecom is providing and charging high amount of ruppees. I had complaint about the slow 2g speed i am getting, though i had recharged for 3g pack, the speed is consistent at 10 kb/s while it should be in mb/s . The complaint reference number is[protected], they say it have been resolved but i think it hasnt even been processed. Its been a month i have been getting 2g speed insteadof 3g, though have paid for 3g. So please see to it i get what i paid for. And i complained about this once but the other time they blocked me out.

                  As earlier i complaint about very slow net speed, after getting assurance from the company that the speed will be back from the next recharge, i got the recharge done and still i am facing the same problem getting very low net speed . The speed comes between 5-10kbps .Even after recharging for 3g pack. Please try better to resolve the problem.

                          I have received the bill for my land line no[protected] the number is dead since 4 months now i have done complaints but have got no response from your end till date no person has turned up even to fix the dead line their services are pathetic i have requested several times to do so, every time i call on the helpline no.they transfer it from department to the other and say this is not for landline, its for prepaid. their CSR are rude and dont understand half the things told to them. I dont understand how is my bill generated if my number is dead since more than 4 months now i want a detail of my bill summary for what i am being charged why do i pay if my service is not even workable on up.

                            Whenever I or my family members are on roaming and we have Reliance service on our mobiles, it shows fake full network but when we try calling them, then it says not reachable or the mobile is switched off although the mobile is on and it shows the network.
                            Also, many times in home network the call get connected to some other person and such cross connection mainly happens with Reliance only. Calls drops is also a major concern with this network.

                              I wish to complain about the mobile network connection for Relationship No. [protected]. No. Of Services provided: 07 and to your knowledge in all 7 mobile numbers provided by you we are facing the network issue. I would like to inform you that we have Corporate Mobile connections in our office and since last 6 – 8 months we are facing network issue. We have registered the complaint several times regarding the same but no action has been taken yet.I would also like to inform you that on 6th November, 2015 we registered the complaint and one of your executive told us that the problem will be resolved within 72 hours of the call. But unfortunately the issue still persists. We are into service oriented industry and we have to deal with the customers every minute. But because of the network issue we are unable to provide services to our customers on timely basis. This is really disappointing that the esteemed company like you is not responding and not resolving the issue as desired. We regret to inform you that We are not getting any proper service from you regarding the same and we are suffering as we are not able to receive or send messages or incoming and outgoing calls to any of our customers Please look into this matter and resolve the issue as early as possible.                                 A Pack has been activated without my consent to my mobile number [protected] and a certaim amount is being deducted from my man balance everyday. I have tried many times to contact reliance customer care executive but nobody did not bother to attend. In this regard, a complaint was already been registered vide ID No. 1173856 bt amount is being deducted regularly even after assurance to deactivate the pack & credit of amount. Plz look into the matter and get the needful done açcordingly to resolve the same. Further requesed to credit the deducted amount n stop the unwanted pack which has been inadvertently activated by reliance communications. I shall be thankful to you. Regards Rakesh Kumar.

                                  Hi, This is regarding the land line phone which I had issues and was resolved thru consumer forum. So taking the assuring from Reliance communication customer service I renewed / retained my land line connection. However again I face the same problem. I got a mail in my inbox informing that the no is over used and has crossed the credit limit. Im very much irritated with this service provider. Apart from that I also brought a plug and play wifi device for my home. The first free data is over only with the usage of whatsapp messages. The free data is not carried over to the next recharge. With minimal usage the data gets over and Im unable to use apps like Skype, hangout etc., I will stop using Reliance for my life time and also inform my friends not to go for Reliance connections. FYI, my land line reliance no is[protected] and my wifi data no is [protected].

                                  HI, I still have not received any call from Reliance customer service dept. I would like to highlight that the wifi data was purchased during 11th Month, but the free data has expired during 10th month as per the system update. This is totally unacceptable and I would like to have immediate response for my issues because of availing Reliance.

                                    I just switched to reliance 18 hours ago and it has been a torturous experience. I had to get my defective sim changed by paying a fees for micro sim. My data services aren't working. They say it has been activated and it is my mobile phone but I tried inserting the sim in three other phones. And to top it all, the network is horrible. I hardly have any network anywhere.

                                      I have paid by cheque for Broadband Connection on 20.05.2015 However after clearance of cheque Reliance informed that due to connectivity issues reliance will not be able to provide services and assured me money will be immediately refunded however till date no such refund has come around 6 months has already passed.

                                      Resolved after 8 (Eight) months i made regular calls but no proper response was available after that consumer complaint forum was quite useful and finally Reliance approached and refunded money after such a long time.

                                        With reference to the below mail sent to you yesterday, prior to sending yesterday’s Email I had spoken to one of your executives on customer care number[protected]Conversation ID:[protected]
                                        Your Executive told me that he will forward a request to the concern department to activate our Reliance Landline and the lines will be activated within 4 hours and we can drop our cheque in a drop box. Also, he told me to send an email on '[protected]@relianceada.com' requesting the same; which I did and still wondering if you guys too checked on the same. The Reliance Numbers are not yet activated as (False) promised by your executive, On top of that when I called on the same customer care number today your executive named Yogini attended the call (Conversation ID: [protected]). She informed me that yesterdays request of activating the numbers is not been forwarded only. And highly disappointing thing is your executive “Yogini” told me that if the payment is not reflected within 24 hours they will disconnect the lines again. I would like to ask you guys, Which bank reflects cheque payment within 24 hrs??? What kind of customer care you guys have? Do you guys even check the previous record of the high bill paying customers before taking a step like disconnecting the connection!! I do not think you Do!!

                                        It doesn’t seem helpful for customers at all. Your Executives come to office just to complete their work hours. Such a pathetic system! They are not even sorry for being at fault nor they have any sense that because of their irresponsible behavior customers are facing trouble. We are having more than 50 Reliance connections for our field staff. Such incidents are really pushing us to surrender all the Reliance lines and rather go for some professional Telecom Service providers.
                                        Have this problem ressolved ASAP. I am not even sure if my Emails are making their way, as I have not received any acknowledgment from you guys too.
