Iam jothi ramalingam i used reliance nettconnect no-[protected] and [protected]..i tried to revoke the connection before 3 months but the customer care service operators are not taking actions..now i received a legal notice from a advocate from reliance communication.. i have noted some of my complaints and referal nos.. [protected] on 27/6/15 ...[protected] on 7/7/15 archana ..[protected] on 15/2/15 to pradeep waiver and termination request no[protected] on 22/9/15 from no 59111 ..but still now my both of connections are in active..y should i pay money without using those data connections..???i did my part i asked them to cancel but they didnt ..if it continues i ll file a police complaint against reliance communication..my contact no is [protected]

    I have been cheated by reliance communication. They have sold their product on basis on lies. I have got wipod device from reliance communications in which they mention 14mbps internet where as its just giving me less then 100kbps and at times or most times it does not works. I need to take legal action agianst them please help me out. I have paid for yearly plan which is 7000 and i feel really cheated by reliance communications. Help me out on this issue. Thank you

    reliance have been cheating ppl like that for a long time. they do not have towers any where. they are sharing their towers with other n/w providers. so you never get net connectivity ever.. better to ask that rude agent to refund your money or approach the nearest consumer redressal forums... sue them then they would pay u ur money back with compensation

      Reliance Ruined customer here, Data card/MDN No. [protected] Name: Vishnuvarthan Relationship no/a/c no.[protected] Data card purchased (A.K associates t nagar) on 28.03.2015. Got malfunctioned in 15 days went to authorized service center referred by Reliance mobile store. Service center (Cell tech, egmore) promised delivery within 7 working days but got repaired after 25 days only nearly. Within these days I got calls from reliance that I need to pay the 1st month bill amout. I said “I haven’t used data card gave it to service center”. And they said, pay atleast Rs.300 to avoid suspension. Then I paid the amount and waited. As I cannot afford to pay without using data card to the fullest so approached mobile store. They said, “Waiver can be made with service job sheet. Hence got some service proof and gave it to mobile store. They said waiver request sent and wait. And they promised will get back within 5 days”. And they asked me not to use data card till get solution. No response from them till now, even after repeated contact. Actually they neglected my issue by not raising waiver request. Even I went directly and approached. They actually made request (that too doubtful/not made actually) on that day only I mean after my 1st visit. And somehow I got waiver request proof with complaint no. Note: they made notebook entry also. I tried to contact the store using telephone numbers but it’s all dead. I was really upset and did online search about the store address got some contacts from Haier service website with that address. After repeated contact, a person telling “now the mobile store is closed, shifted, changed to somewhere” and another time the same person (may have worked in the old store) telling “Im not working there”. See I’m an outstation and I got health issues I can’t go and approach appropriate every time directly. I ever have seen such a poorest network in my life. Because of your negligence, you have dragged me all these days. Now lost my data card (terminated), not even used for 1 month with fully. If your device worked, properly, serviced in time and if you had responded earlier, I would not have been dragged all these days. Tragedy is not yet finished; I used to make calls to customer care, and ask the status, complaint request and all. They are telling, we are not the right person, we cannot check (are we living in a stone age?) and asked me contact the mobile store or outlet but the beauty is mobile store is vanished. Till now I don’t have answer for my 1st waiver request. Now legal notice from pondicherry office came. I was so upset. They demanded me to pay amount for the correct usage. Then I paid the said amount Rs.1200/- with so much of struggle/agony for my usage by going directly and contacting complaint cell of Reliance communications, haddows road, nungambakkam. I met complaint cell officer too, told all bad incidents happened but all in vain. She is also telling no we don’t deal your issue contact the pondicherry branch. And I came to know that no complaint made by the mobile store from her. And you know I asked for No objection from them when I pay the amount. She said “no contact pondicherry office’”. Now for the rest amount i.e. unused charges for unused months, pondicherry legal office also said “we have made request, wait for sometime” I asked waiver mail or any proof for the request. But they said, no we don’t provide proof” second time I was disappointed with another fake promise from you. And I waited 2nd time for the waiver without proof blindly. And I also asked compension too from pondicherry legal office by reactivating my datacard and giving my unused data (remaining data), with extending days according to the service period. And finally, clearance from you. Now he is also not attending phone calls, no solution so far, going for personal work, 24 hours busy. He gave alternative pondi number. He is also not responding me. What do you think of a customer? Even at times, they are shouting at customers. No politeness at all. Is this a way to treat customer (poor, desperate)? Keep in mind, we are not borrower. We believe your network choosing but you? Consumers have right to be heard. Okay, now tragedy reboots with another demand notice from advocate from Chennai branch without checking technical details on behalf of Reliance communications, nungambakkam. And I contact the particular advocate. He is not accepting saying “you have to pay the amount”. He is also asking the proof of waiver request. But the pondicerry legal office is not giving proof what should I do? I made so much research, who is proper authority? Whom should I contact? Who could I believe? Whom to approach? Who would give solution? and all. Even I contacted Mumbai head office, said the issue. No response from them also. I finally, got appellate authority contact from online. Contacted, they also got complaint and said “get back in 7 days”. No calls so far. I called them again they are telling “complaint is still in processing” wait. Wait Wait Wait! How long? life long or what? I really don’t know what the hell is happening. No transparency at all. No one is responding properly. You have put me into mental agony. Because of you I lost my money, energy, precious time, health and all. If this harassment still continues I think I’ll have to take my issue to the consumer court. Where I hope I get clearance and even compensation for loss (because of your negligence) too. My loss Details because of your network: Malfunctioned Data card (terminated) (device cost 1000/-) not fully used bill amount 300+1200/- Phone call charges from my side sms charges Mailing net pack charges Scanning charges of docs referral My precious time My health Note: All attachments belong to reliance communications for your reference: 1.         I have recharged Rs 17 for Incoming call free and Outgoing calls to be charged oat Rs 0.13/sec as I am on Roaming but despite of being recharged my balance is getting deducted for Incoming calls and the Outgoing calls are being charged at a higher rate. Could you please resolves this issue and get my balance refunded that has been charged extra and make sure that this doesnot happens to me in the near future.

        I am unable to submit the compalint again at the provided link as it is a facebook link. Although I have notified customer Support regarding the same and have asked them to raise a complaint reagrding this. But I would require an assurance that such dedcutions wont happen or else I will be left with nothing but to port my no to some other network and get discontinued. I am using this SIM after an year thinking that the issues that happened with me earlier wont happen again but now I think I was wrong to thought of such thing as Reliance has started its problem on the very first day.

        I would like you to take action over this or else I would have to mail Regional Officer of kolkata to intervene and get it resolved ASAP.
        Please solve this issue ASAP. I do not want to face this same issues in the call Incoming/Outing from now onwards.
        I made the complaint yesterday to Customer care but still the Incoming and Outgoing calls are chargeable to me with no Roaming rates deduction even today. May I know, What are you doing sitting there or Why do you always have technical issues thereby harassing me.

          I am having an unlimited broadband plan of 2mbps/sec.
          In the month of October 2015, the net was not working properly( it was working only for 20- 25 minutes).
          that was even confirmed by their technician who called me and said "there is some issue with the battery so we need to replace the battery".

          I did the complaint more than 20 times using email, local landline number and even the toll free number but nothing happens. whenever i used to call they use to say it is in processing state.
          then they send me the bill for the entire month.
          I informed them that as the net was not working as even it is not properly resolved now also.
          so why will I pay the full amount. first resolve my problem they i will make the payment. Then at the end of the month they use to call me saying "pay the bill", i said once my problem is fully resolved i will pay the bill.and i even said that i should get some concession for my problem as entire month i faced the issue and i am still facing the issue.
          After i did the bill payment it works good for 2 days then again same thing continues...
          these guys are just big fraud. they will not listen to any of your compalint

            500007236759500007236759 1) It is been so frustrating any annoying that i have two postpaid connections then also i am unable to call on complaint no. 2)And hats off to your service that without using any MMS Services then also Rs180 is added to Bill and bill amount is gone up to 1000 this is last email fill my bill is not reduced to 500 then i don't have any other options left expect to convert into some other service provider.(Mobile No [protected]) 3)If i don't get any message from reliance then on what basis we are charging me fine i am not also able to contact the costumer care executive.That money also gets add every month 4)this is not first time that i am getting this kind of bluster and Magger bill from Reliance every month this case and billing Opportunity converts. 5)Please Look into this matter Otherwise i don't have any options left expect

                Hello Sir/ Mam, My self Rajesh From Karnataka, I am using reliance data card dongle, my plan is 5 GB in day/ 5 GB nigt ( speed 3.1 mbps ). as per the tariff plan the speed will be slow after crossed 5 GB . But in my matter When i crossed jst 1 GB speed will be reduced to 144kps till next cycle bill. Am facing this problem from last 5 to 6 months. For this regard i spoke wit reliance customer care people but nothing happend. I Have written a mail to customer care mail id for 2 times, there is no response from that end.                   I have numerous unresolved complaints within this sites itself. All Reliance ever does is respond initially (only for namesake) and then do not follow up. I currently use a Thunder1099 plan from Reliance Communication and my account number is[protected]. My connection is not working for the since 3rd October 2015. I am not allowed to log in itself. It states that "the username and password combination does not match." This is not the first time this same particular issue has risen. However the last time, the issue was resolved in 3 days time stating a server issue. This time however, it has been so for almost 2 months and since the 3rd of October i have not been able to reach Reliance customer care to even raise a complaint. Each time i call the customer care number, The call gets transferred to the executive and the executive picks up the call and instantly disconnects it. This is happened 7 to 9 times everyday since the 3rd October 2015. I need an executive to contact me directly at [protected] (after 5pm). After numerous attempts i have finally been able to connect to the customer care number and have registered a complaint which has not yet been rectified till date. This is not my first complaint. My previous complaints have not been resolved from Reliance Communications as well. On numerous calls to customer care not one single employee helped out. One employee in particular, (call placed today 17th November 2015 at around 6.45pm, and executive name is Vishakh (malayalam language)), the executive terminated the existing internet connection without any agreement from my side and just bluntly cut the call! He was very rude and did not provide any information whatsoever before doing what he pleases. He showed no Respect at all. I have no internet connection since 3rd October 2015. What is the point of paying for the connection when in reality there is no internet connection? I need a clear cut compensation for the period i am unable to use the internet connection due to a fault at Reliance Communications. There is a limit to how much a person can suffer! If this continues I am forced to sue the company for losses and grievances in High Court!

                    Dear Sir, This happen with me 2nd time with Reliance related to data issue...My name is Anshik Bansal and my reliance no.is [protected].My alternate mobile no. is [protected]. This time Reliance has wasted my Rs. 219 without any reason..First of all this time I recharged with Rs.219 on 15Nov which offers unlimited data for 45days. But they don't even provide that and only gives 30gb data..then I complained against it but no reply come up then by myself I recharged for Rs.9 1gb 2g data but their ussd codes now became a big problem now and they provide me Rs.9 100mb 3g data instead of that...because of their regular technical errors...Then due to this even they reduced my 2g unlimited data validity to 1day which was till 29th dec. and they made that to till 16th November Midnight. Then again I complained against both these ussd issues and for unlimited data issue then They even don't reply to mail...even blocked my registered no. on their all customer care number and that's see their biggest fraud they used to do with their users all time. Then afterwards I call to their apelleate authority today i.e. 17 Nov. and even they make me responsible for all such issues that I faced and In such a period they just said me to wait and wait and they waited me till 15min. and then In last replied that nothing can be done..for all of their technical issues..they made me responsible. Eventhough..I said them that I had all related proofs but as they are fraud they don't get ready and make me responsible for all their technical errors.Eventhough, This type of data issue has already happened with me before that with them and so from that time..I used to take snapshots and take all proofs with me to prevent myself from such fraud people.Sir please help me to get my 2g unlimited data back for 45 days with compensation of Rs. 500 because of their mental torchure to a common man. Please help me to get justice.Sir I have all the relevant documents..eventhough I have also emails, screenshots of their fraud and recordings of their customer care call services..how they don't pick up call and banned me.. which I can attached..whenver you need too...just Sir inform me on my mobile number [protected], I will send all the mails to your respective email address...But please get my Unlimited Data back Sir with Rs.500 as compensation for mental harassment and torchure.

Sir I have all these proofs because your customer care executives also previously held my complaint left for 25 days and then sort out and I got justice but at that time I don't have too much proofs.So from that time..with your network..for prevention I used to take snapshots of every activity. And please make your technical problems and ussd codes and your customer support work properly.. Because You can't think.. I purchased this sim a year back till then I complained you more than 20 times sometimes related to activating telemarketing services, unusual deduction of balance, data etc. and all time I got justice..but that can't be rule to always send you mails to get justice..Please.. !! And get my services back in my mobile with Rs.500 compensation + a sorry letter to me before 20 Nov. Morning. I will completely support you till that date. But contact me through Mobile No. as due to your fault.. I will not be able to access Internet these days..My no.'s are [protected] n alternate no. [protected].
                    Sir, Had you even seen emails which I sended on your's emails- [protected]@relianceada.com and delhi appeallate authority email-id in which I had attached all the related proofs which I have. Sir, Firstly go and check the server's timing and match it with screenshot timings..I am sure all timings will match as I had not done anything wrong...Even I never issue false Complaints..If you not provided my related benefit then that only means the Reliance Telecom is only the topmost telecom which cheats and fraud with its not-valuable customers.

                      Reliance communications does not heed to the request of its subscriber for termination.When we contact customer service number they take the after a long time and instead of termination they insist the subscriber to go for prepaid and other plans but they do not terminate.After some time they file case in consumer court and harass the subscriber for payment of bill.

                          Hi, My customer ID #[protected], complain/request no #[protected] I have requested for relocation of my connection from my old house to new . both house in same locality, around 40-50 house in between of these two house . My request is closed without engineer visit and without any call... reason given that" not feasible for connection "" I was explaining them that there is DP in every house also there is active connections in my neighbourhood, but they were not listening . they simply said area pin code 201012 ( Vasundhara ) is not covered, however I am and many other using reliance broadband at same location . moreover when I called local agent for new connection at my new house, he was ready to give connection in 24 hour where Customer care executive denied with silly reason . Customer care executive are worst, they don't listen what is logical or what is rubbish . I tried write email to [protected]@relianceada.com but they are happy to terminate my connection instead of resolving the issue. no one ever try to contact the local support engineers for this small relocation work . Reliance broadband customer care executive are responsible for losing customers, because of their rude behaviour with customer .

                          I am not sure if above comments from Reliance executive or any spam company who is collecting Mobile numbers .

                          I went most of the complain to Reliance broadband and found they are asking customer to update alternate number .
                          why do you need aleternate number ?

                          its not of Reliance mobile so don't worry it always has signal and coverage all the time, bit until you wont call how could you reach ?

                          apart from this I have missed call alert in case of not reachable or switched off, however I didn't get any notification of any call from your executive .

                          so please don't fool people by just asking for alternate number, you could send email as well which is updated in your database of customer information .

                          There is no use o[censored]sing this portal because when Reliance customer service is not responding email sent to "[protected]@relianceada.com " then one should not expect good service over third party portals .

                          conclusion : -
                          Reliance broadband is Good, but customer service is worst and Customer service executive are ooooffff don't ask me

                              I recharged with Rs. 298 for 6GB 2G data for 90 days over my Reliance GSM number [protected] on 17 November, 2015. I was provided talktime instead of the recharge made. The customer care executive says that there is no such offer now but the same is being displayed on the website. Please resolve the complaint by crediting the same data pack on my number with immediate effect rather than making false claims that such pack is not available now. Waiting for an immediate resolution otherwise I will be forced to take this matter to the District Consumer Forum.

                                  Reliance communication not only has pathetic network where the number is perpetually not reachable but also has extramly rude and bad customer service

                                  i had applied for mu nymber posrting postpaid connect [protected] from reliance to vodafone. The rejected my request 3 times stating bill outstanding.

                                  Dont they know if this is an active number naturally the current months bill will be outstand or is this atactic of customer harresment.

                                  Working people are not free waiting to go to their god for saken outlets (where people sitting cant service customers as they do not know what to do) all the time.

                                  So after 1 month of my request getting rejected 3 times for same stupid reson (as current months bill is outstanding) which is also of standing instrusctions they refused to port mu number

                                  i called the call center and said please convert from postpaid to prepaid so finally i can get rid of them. And the response " if you want to convert to prepaid it will take 5 working days. You will get sms and then go to a outlet give id/address and passport photo to get a prepaid sim" this stupid and ridiculous to begin with. But i still play along and said ok take a request . Its been 10 days am still waiting for the sms to come that my number is converted to prepaid...

                                  So now can someone from reliance please solve this issue or i will cancel the remaing 3 numbers that my family also uses.

                                    I made a 3G data recharge of 294 on 14th november 2015, in accordance with the message i received on the same day saying to get extra 1.5GB on the recharge of 294. after making the recharge i got a message saying only 300MB extra credited.i made a complaint to the customer care, they said the benefit has been already posted. the benefit has been posted but NOT COMPLETELY, only 300MB i received, remaining 1.2GB was not credited.
                                    is this some kind of joke, u are playing with the customers or what u offer is some bait to fool people around.
                                    please look into the matter as quickly as possible or stop sending such fooling offers.

                                      My balance is getting deducted continuously from my mobile number [protected].
                                      It is getting deducted in every 3/4 days, for Rs. 3 each time. Each time it gets deducted, I received message like - 'Amount charged for VAS USSD Services Rs:3.00'
                                      It is happening for a long time. For example amount has been deducted on 11/11/2015, 03/11/2015, 29/10/2015, 26/10/2015, 21/10/2015, 16/10/2015, 08/10/2015, 30/09/2015, 25/09/2015, 19/09/2015, 27/08/2015, 21/07/2015, 16/07/2015, 11/07/2015 etc. Amount has been deducted beyond these days as well, but I have messages on these dates about the deduction.
                                      When I contacted your customer care executives, they were unable to provide any information or solution for it. Rather they asked me to send a message to 121 typing 'STOP' to stop all the VAS services active in my number. I did the same, but received a reply that no VAS is currently activated in this number.
                                      So why my balance is getting deducted? This is really very poor service from reliance. Please provide resolution at the earliest.

                                      I have not received any response from reliance customer care after raising complaint. I can easily switch to another operator, but what about the theft done by reliance? This is the most unreliable company in India.

On[protected] at about 10:39AM, one lady of Reliance company made call me from telephone No. [protected] and asked me to visit reliance mobile store wherefrom device was purchased in order to rectify my name in record of Reliance company. On the same day, I have visited Reliance mobile store where I have met Sajinder Singh authorized dealer alongwith my address and id proof and asked him to rectify my name in the record of the Company and he asked me that device is running in my name or any other person. Ultimately he flately refused to rectify my name in the record of the company. I have made humble request again and again in order to rectify my name but he is not ready to correct my name and address. The system/record of Dongle/data modem no. [protected] be rectified in my name. NOTE:-Reliance mobile store is not issued the acknowledgement after filling the form for subscription Please look in to the matter.
