User id[protected] Complaint Id[protected] Date- 10 Nov 2015 Regarding- Internet no working due to Wire Malfunction in Distribution Box. I am explaining the situation in brief points- - I instantaneously called the costumer care[protected] with i saw malfunction in my broadband wire from the distribution box. - The Support guy i talked to was ignoring my condition and arguing that it is a problem with my wifi router - the wire is still hanging in the street, broken. - i called daily at least 3 times, and the only reply i got was to wait for next 24 hours. - i even had a conversation with Pradeep- Senior Floor Incharge, who gave me a very satisfying answer that the repairs will be conducted very soon. - After 16 calls in total, the complaint was marked solved at 3:41 pm on 15 july 2015, but the wire was still hanging in the street, broken. - and a new complaint was registered at the very same time, without even telling me and providing me the complaint ID. Complaint ID[protected] Date- 15 Nov 2015 Regarding- The same thing. - As i stated above, a new complaint was registered at 3:41pm with any information to me. - After 7 reminders and endless call waiting, the wire still hangs in the street.

    Dear Sir, I have recharged my reliance no. [protected] on 6th of November with a 2G internet pack of Rs.219 with a validity of 45 days but after using it for 9 days my internet net pack validity has reduced to 10 days only, now it is showing till 16th of November which is supposed to be last till 20 December as per the given plan. This is ridiculous of you guys to cheat your customer like this even the internet speed is also poor on top of that you guys have reduced my internet validity. Could you look into this matter & get this resolved asap. I need my internet pack validity back, if this not happened I will deactivate Reliance services & get this number port to some other network & would never suggest anyone of my friend to use Reliance service.       I was unable to connect to internet for last few days and on inquiry I learnt that my mobile no. [protected] has been suspended. As of now my 3G balance stands at 1508.71 MB and valid till[protected]. Before knowing about my suspension I could recharge for talk time in order to contact Reliance customer care service. After connecting once or twice I no longer can connect to customer care! THE REASON FOR SUSPENSION not intimated to me. I have unused balance of 1508.71 MB+ TALK TIME. If the account was suspended how come I was allowed to recharge? There’s no reply to my email.

      Received an email on 19/11/15 from Reliance advising me to recharge with FRC 22 . I did as advised but the recharge failed. It was rejected because of suspension. I informed Reliance through email about this but there's no further communication from them. There's no doubt people there are very negligent and very arrogant.

          Hello Sir,

          My Name is Manoj Kumar My Wipod No is [protected] (Subscriber Id). I bought This Product in October 13th. and after 1 month they generate a bill. bill amount 273. now i also paid this bill. but if i asked Reliance customer care they told me your bill also pending i have all evidence bill pay date 13 nov 15, and receipt number PMT[protected], payment mode E-Recharge, Status paid.my account no is[protected]. i trying many time to contact customer care exe but they always register a complaint. and complaint automatic show resolve. but my problem not solve yet. my wipod speed 4kbps now. Sir Please do Something. i take a discussion we don't buy any product regard reliance in future. really very fraud company. they not give any type of services.they make fool. if i said to deactivate my wipod and return my bill amount they said we don't refund any money. now sir please help me how to resolve this issue asap.

            Hello reliance

            I am with reliance for over 10 years since inception of reliance -my reliance datacard (Said to be broadboand) number is :[protected].

            When i changed a plan all that happened is wrong explanation of the plan and plan changeover is made while 3 gb costed approximately 900 inr and the bill while resolving was used upto 6 gb in constant belief that reliance would care as normally i used to speak with them due to long customarization of 10 years.

            After the plan change issues were not sorted out i have been fighting withr reliance inforcomm for 6 months while no solution is effected only penalty's increased while the solution is on hang.
            I kept silent without paying the bill.
            While other telecom carriers in my area offered 5 gb for just 400 inr, why should i pay reliance 2300 inr for 6 gb of 2 months total utility.

            I am ready to remitt the actual which competetive rates offer- not which reliance target against a longing customer than be a consumer.

            I want the bill to be paid but after resolving and hearing what i say- as a 10 year long customer with reliance and with history o[censored]sage and payment i have paid reliance more than 1.5 lakhs in total with gold customer status.

            With the arrogant behaviour of reliance executives whom i communicated i put off remittance until i am heared about the grievances

            I just ask them one thing - reliance closed all retail stores in my area, why? Why they cannot retain customers in my home town.
            I am still using their voice services provided in the belief the will hear me, it was my attitude to retain patience for ambani the gentle and noble businessman.

            Not to the executive staff who are dumb and never hear anything.This is not good for reliance at any cost.Already lost a host of reliance customers in thanjavur zone, recharging their cdma mobile is too hard here.Still i am maintaining it.

            My question to reliance were as follows?
            How wrong did you compute the cost per gb/to the privileged customer? Does 6gb=2300 ? While i get the same gb of internet with persistence at 10-30 kbps max speed in normal traffic free hours - and in traffic hours i would get 10 kbps at random.

            I lost 20, 000 worth o[censored]sd (400 usd) when i opened a trade and the connection went out for minutes will reliance pay for it?
            Why should i apologize reliance- while they cannot even hear a customers voice-while things happen around.

            I am fighting for the cost and service at prompt rates.
            I am ready to pay the actual cost for their bill in this regard -500-750 inr max on usage of 6 gb of internet.As i ever stated i am ready to pay the real cost not the hiked one of the privileged customers.

            You can collect your device back and adjust the cost(It's a broadband modem which i paid -for my postpaid connection) you can recover it and adjust the cost.

            Raising a legal notice, calling through are unwanted for a privileged customer who is fair in his approach.
            I want reliance to re-establish their business in thanjavur as well.

            I want a clear solution to my case.

            (Reliance is worst in caring the existing customer while they hunted only new customers with offers while the existing customers were plundered- an instance for this i purchased a 1x laptop adaptable modem device from reliance for which i paid 4900 inr -while the same device is handed free for hdfc customers-while i am overpaying)i paid upto 3000 inr for 2 to 2.5 gb o[censored]sage with reliance. Earlier).

            Reliance is not reliable in this aspect.Rather to go worst please contact me and resolve through my standard mail id connected to my datacard number- serve messages on that one and try to resolve i am ready to pay the real cost/affordable cost which should be charged on a privileged long standing customer.

              10 nov, 13 nov, 15 nov 2015 on the name of different VAS like VASone97, VAShungama and so on which i have never subscribed 10 rs deducted from my balance...till now around 70 rupees has been deduceted asking customer care twice about it, they only apologise and reply that VAS will be deactivated, but deduction is still going on please stop these services and refund my money mobile no [protected]

                dated 15th nov. 2015 moarning i miss my mobile phone [protected] near karol bagh, , and i call customer care and he stop my sim and customer care girl say me today is sunday all reliance store is closed tomorrow you going your near reliance store issue new sim and the sim charges is 25 rs. And submited all personal documents id and picture etc.

                Dated 16th nov 2015 i am going to karol bagh thana near reliance store and reliance store person talk me very rudely and and ask me sim charges is 100 rs. And fiting with me . I pay emergeny 100 rs. Please do action karol bagh reliance store

                  I am staying in the address 2/132, Dhanakoti Raja Street, Ekkattuthangal, Guindy, Chennai-32
                  In front of my house there is a Reliance Communications office. They are starting generators when power goes off.
                  It is really a heavy generator so that if it starts my home shakes. My baby starts crying when it starts.
                  These stupids have 4 to 5 gensets out of them they use my house side generater only. They are not using silensers also.

                  Before I come to this home many people in that area gave police complaint against this.
                  But Company people gave money to police and instead of taking any action police scared us.

                  We are not able to live in that area because of this sound, Facing live hell.
                  Kindly take some action on this people and stop this noise.

                    I am calling the reliance customer care for past 4-5 days daily and spending about 30 minutes every time complaining about the non working internet connection. The customer service is telling me different reasons of non working connection, and promising that the issue would resolve asap (within 24 hrs). But the fact is that the internet connection is still not working. The junior management is not letting me speak with senior staff, except for one occasion when the senior staff promised of the good service, but later on I found that it was a false promise. The worst customer service I experienced. They do not care for customers, and at one time when I said I do not want such service, the representative said "ok, then go ahead and request for disconnecting the service". I am already looking for options, but just wanted others to know what they will get into if they go for Reliance Broadband Internet connection.

                      Hi,

                      I am Girish, recharged my data card([protected]) on 30th Oct for Rs.501, a 3 day package. The speed was very low (Max 5 Kbps) and raised a complaint regarding the same and one of their executive informed me that some technical work going on and the issue will be resolved by 9:00 PM.The issue never resolved and complained about the same on 31st as well.The executive raised a complaint and she told me that it will take 48 Hrs to rectify and answered me that they will provide me extended benefit for the package.
                      Monday 2nd Nov I checked the update and informed me that it will be resolved and shall get a call from Mumbai office, I didn't receive any call and checked the connection as well, on 4th Nov I spoke with their executive she told me that they have approved a extended package and due to some issues, it is not reflected in my account.She raised a complaint and told me that will be informing me regarding the day, when i can used the internet.

                      On 6th of Nov, I received a call from Mumbai office and told me that my pack is getting over today, I asked them about why didnt they informed me and explained the whole problem.
                      On last Friday, 13th of Nov I received call from Reliance after I commented on Twitter regarding their service few days back.They informed me that they cant provide me any service since they have benefited me the service.

                      I humbly request you to take action against such unlawful and unethical practice and black, list this company for cheating a customer.

                      I don't see any solution from your end, since you have made it clear that I was "Benefited".

                            Dear sir /mam The compliane is about reliance 3 dongle(broadband data card).the reliance company acclaims the speed of 3.1mbps but i am not able to connect it via reliance 3 signal (hsd signals). only signal available are hybrid, but with it speed is 5 kbps to 10kbps. The reliance is just not accepting my complain and they are saying that network is running at optimum level but it is totally wrong. i haven't been able to connect my high speed network till now from the date of buying. please help in solving out this problem.if they cannot solve it then they must refund my money with applicable fine according consumer safety act. my reliance 3 dongle no.                             i am not able to understand thier stament till now what does this really mean.months have allready have past and at least have forwarded my complain on higher priorities about five to six times to thies network team but till now no one have come here to check it and solve it.
                            what does this really mean RELIANCE COMPANY IS MAKING FOOL OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WHAT THEY ACCLAIMS.
                            MY ONLY REQUEST IS TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM OR GIVE MY MONEY BACK.

                                  I made recharge on 15-nov-2015 at 11:40 AM to my ported Reliance CDMA number [protected] for rs 63 1GB and reliance call 10 p/min, I used promocode Hey75 on freecharge, but I donot know what happen.I didnot get 1GB benefit and my internet pack 1GB didnot activate. Moreover I am not happy using freecharge.I am not sure whether recharge is successful even though received message that recharge is successful

                                      I purchased reliance dongle internet on 3/10/2015, just and just only because they had 999 unlimited internet plan named : truly unlimited. When i went to purchase the plan at their outlet i made sure that they have that plan. I confirmed many times with their rep. I was charged 1250 at their gandhi bazar branch in bangalore even though their website was showing the cost of 799. But now when i am using it. their speed has reduced after the usage of 40 gb. (while buying it i confirmed that there will be no caps) This has been done after the next day i paid my first month bill. their customer support redirects me to their store and in store they redirect me to CS. This is a fraudulent behavior from the reliance end . They have shown me a good package while buying and have activated a WORTHLESS PLAN. I kindly request you to take action on them.
