Hi,
I am Girish, recharged my data card([protected]) on 30th Oct for Rs.501, a 3 day package. The speed was very low (Max 5 Kbps) and raised a complaint regarding the same and one of their executive informed me that some technical work going on and the issue will be resolved by 9:00 PM.The issue never resolved and complained about the same on 31st as well.The executive raised a complaint and she told me that it will take 48 Hrs to rectify and answered me that they will provide me extended benefit for the package.
Monday 2nd Nov I checked the update and informed me that it will be resolved and shall get a call from Mumbai office, I didn't receive any call and checked the connection as well, on 4th Nov I spoke with their executive she told me that they have approved a extended package and due to some issues, it is not reflected in my account.She raised a complaint and told me that will be informing me regarding the day, when i can used the internet.
On 6th of Nov, I received a call from Mumbai office and told me that my pack is getting over today, I asked them about why didnt they informed me and explained the whole problem.
On last Friday, 13th of Nov I received call from Reliance after I commented on Twitter regarding their service few days back.They informed me that they cant provide me any service since they have benefited me the service.
I humbly request you to take action against such unlawful and unethical practice and black, list this company for cheating a customer.
