I regret to inform you that I am using mb no [protected] but last week auto activate vas services like shot formet gsm rs 5 and again short formet gsm rs 5 and 5 total rs 15 deducted from my balance when i call to Customer Care they not attained my call so I request you take action and Order regarding this issue and return my balance.     Sir/madam This is to inform u that i am the subscriber of reliance since more than 10 years.but i am forced to write this complaint because i have been getting wrong bills from last 6 months or so.i have made several complaints to customer care and the officer incharge to help me out with false bill issue but still not a single satisfying result. As per my tariff plan and terms and conditions all Reliance CDMA, FW/FIXED, GSM are not supposed to be charged for tha calls.but still i have been charged on this no.([protected]) continously for past 6 months and more.         I have GSM mobile prepaid connection by mobile no [protected]. From last 26 hours i have no signal in my cell. i tried to find signal manually but no Reliance signal is available. Please look up this matter, because due to this i am unable to make outgoing calls.

              did online reacharge for 296 plan, where it mentioned full talktime, but all amount was given as promo balance . i am not able to us wthat anount as currently i am not in my local circle . thus not able to use my 296rs of balance. it should be explicitly mentioned in case of promo balance. its a kind of cheating company is doing with their cuatomera leading to waste of money.

                I had recharged my mobile with 225 to access 3g services and after successful recharge i was unable to connect to 3g services. When i called to 198 for further help they told me that your sim has not yet 3g activated and promising me to activate my sim in next 48 hours, unfortunately they didn't activate my sim to 3g network, again i called consumer care now they promise me to activate 3g within 24 hours; and it pasts 72 hours. But i am still unable to connect to 3g network and also they sort list my no. to reject call list. here is those two complaint nos.[protected],[protected]. Is there any solution for my problem?

                      Dear Sir/Madam, I am reliance comminication user my mobile number is [protected]. We have complianed about times of GPRS not working to which we always get to hear " DUE TO CODING ERROR FROM OUR SIDE IT IS NOT WORKING, WITHIN 48 HOURS IT WILL START" but even after so many complaints its still not working. Finally we decided to port the number to airtel but it was rejected because of over due payment. I have paid all the dues i dont know why they have rejected. Plz look into the matter.                             We have 3 connections at home (two are post paid and 1 is prepaid) and none of them are working since morning. We have tried to call our friends using reliance connection from an another network provider its showing "the number you are trying to call is switched off" and when we asked them on their alternative number they said its switched on and even its not working at their end too. I have tried to call customer care on 30333333 and [protected] from different provider it comes as "the incoming facility to this number is not available". Please check the issue. Its very inconvenient. Thanks

                              It is awkward about reliance communications' customer care that they have deducted Rs. 45 on 9th of Nov and I registered the complaint within half-an-hour from the time of deduction. Registering the complaint, the person who attained the call on the customer care mentioned that it was a system failure issue and your deducted amount will be refunded in the next 6 hours but they haven't. I called again but they are repeating the same thing and not refunding my amount till now. I need a strict and swift action against the company.

                                I am using the Reliance broadband services o[censored]ser id :[protected]. I have complained many times but they didn't resolve it yet. First time I issued case on 8th Oct, than on 16th Oct complaint tt no.: CNM[protected]. And status of both the cases they changed to closed without acknowledging me and without resolving any issue. Worst I faced. Than again on 1st Nov. I logged a new case complaint no.:[protected] and than called daily to seek the status, they say it will get resolved by today or end of the day. but they are unable to resolve it yet.I talked with their managers. In mail also they told to resolve it by 5th but than too, they are unable. Am facing a lot of problem due to this and got a loss of 10000 due to this net not working from over a month.(8th oct - till now). Thanks, Vivek Ojha

                                  mai reliance sim use karta hu mera no block kar diya hai aur maine reliance me complain log kiya hai mera complain no.[protected],[protected] hai aur time period se jyada time ho gaya hai abhi tak no activate nahi hua hai unko call karne ke bad bolte hai ki wait karo ho jayega., koi time period nahi dete ki kab tak ho jayega. mai bahut parishan hu reliance ke service se, bahut hi ganda service hai reliance ka.

                                    In advanced 3 month rental plan (paid in advance for 3 months) - monthly bill generated. My datacard number is [protected] My 3 months advance rental plan is valid upto 28/09/2014 and I have paid for next 3 months advance rental plan in advance on 25/09/2014. I have received a bill for September month, which is billed from 11/09/2014 till 10/10/2014. How is it possible to bill from 11/09/2014. Becos my plan is valid upto 28/09/2014. And also next 3 months plans has been activated on 05/10/2014. Bill have been generated till 10/10/2014. Bill amount is 2778.47 and reduced 1350 which I paid for next 3 months and asking to pay 1279.00 now. Today is the due date for bill and if not paid there is fine too. When contacted customer care they registered complaint and it will take 5 days to it seems. Still they didn't confirm about payment. Very Poor response from customer care... Looking forward for quick response.

WE ARE HAVING A HUGE LOSS IN OUR BUSINESS DUE TO POOR NETWORK IN OUR OFFICE.                                         Dear Sir, This is inform you that i was using a post paid no of reliance communication. But sir few time ago I have received my bill of rs 900 then I wasgo to reliance web world for closed this sim card with full and final settlement.then there executive say me this no not be closed here you can go thatipur webworld. the I will go thatipur web word the he say you go jayendraganj store forfull and final settlement. Then I was go in next web world for bill paid he say today we cant closed your no. you come next day on Monday then when I go on Monday he say today we don’t have for closed form. So sir I want to know that who am I I am not a servant of reliance company. I really feel stress from reliance web world behavior. Now reliance company call for bill payment so sir why I should pay that amount. because he harassment me. I am not a defaulter but they guys make me to do default so my request you to please solve this issue because I don’t want to do default I can pay my bill today but first they start my no. and apolize to me. I really hate this services parameter of reliance company because that time we take new post paid connection they promising for giving good services but that time we closed connection he behave like this. So please help me out in this matter what I do. My old sim card no is [protected] I was visited at reliance on 3 aug 2014 and I have received sms of 804 rs. due Now you can call me on [protected] for further assistance Thanks & Regard Sanjay rajgeer [protected] |
