Sir/Madam, In response to my previous complaint dated Oct 23, 2014 and complaint link: http://www.consumercomplaints.in/reliance-gsm-deactivation-of-vas-video-store-c9... I received a call from Reliance customer care executive who said that video store will be deactivated. It did get deactivated for 2 days but after that it got activated again on Oct 29, 2014 and along with it VAS techzone got activated. Now I'm not activating these services, I don't even require any of the VAS services, then why are these services getting activated automatically? Please stop with activation of all these stupid services and deactivate currently active VAS services. My phone number is [protected]. Satish Sehtya

    everytime when i open a msg on my phone it is written as you have charged 10, 150, etc amount for dream girl or any other service as i did't activate any service, , its \not only once it happens many times till now, , , i hate reliance and now will disconect the connection, , , there is only one network jiss pay log kare barosaaa wo hai airtelll roc kssssssssssssssssssss

Address ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟು reliance ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಮ್ ಕೇಳಿದರೆ ಬನ್ನೇರುಘಟ್ಟ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ Bhuvanesh Kumar ಎಂಬಾತ ಒಂದು ಸಿಮ್ಮಿಗೆ Rs 500 ಅಂತೆ 2000 ಪಡೆದು ೪ ಸಿಮ್ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ.. ಇದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಎಂದು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ.. ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದದ್ದು ಒಂದು ಸಿಮ್ ಆಗಿತ್ತು ೪ ಸಿಮ್ ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಲಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡೆ ಎಂದಾಗ ಬಳಸಲೇ ಬೇಕಾಗಿತ್ತು.. ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿಗೆ ಆಗಿತ್ತು.. ಆ ಸಿಮ್ ನಂಬರುಗಳು ಈ ರೀತಿ ಇದೆ [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] ಇದೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಬೇರೆಯವರು ಬಳಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ವಂಚನೆಯಿಂದ ನನಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ.. ಬೇರೆಯವರು ಇದು ನನ್ನ ಸಿಮ್ ಅಂತ ಅತ್ತಾಗಲೇ ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ವಂಚನೆ ಆಗಿದೆ ಅಂತ ತಿಳಿಯಿತು. ಈಗ ಅದಾವ ನಂಬರನ್ನು ನಾನು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ.. ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿರುವೆ. ಇದು ನನಗೊಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ ಆದ ಅನ್ಯಾಯ.. ಅವನಿಂದಲೇ ಹಲವರಿಗೆ ಇದೇ ರೀತಿ ಆಗಿದೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.. july 27 ಕ್ಕೆ customer careಗೆ mail ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೆ.. ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರ ಸಿಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ರೀತಿ ಮೋಸದ ಸಿಮ್ ನಿಡುವವವರ ಮೇಲೆ ತಕ್ಷಣಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿ ವಿನಂತಿ.. ಇತಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಿ ಗುರುರಾಜ್

        Dear Sir, I, Anand Vinerkar, Customer ID No.[protected] of Borivali W, Mumbai, is facing an issue of no internet connection since 3rd October 2014. I've made several complaints and right now tired of following up with customer care. I've written this to you, so that you can intervene and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Many in my area are being tolerant, because we understand that there might be genuine issue, but when we get confirmation from CC stating it'll start from tomorrow, we expect Reliance to be standing true to their claim. This statement I hear everytime I call CC. We as a loyal subscriber to Reliance Broadnet have been patient enough for now and we expect this to resolve immediately. Complaint No.:[protected] Appellate Complaint No.:[protected] If its not going to be resolved by this weekend, we all are going to apply for cancellation of services from reliance and get another ISP.           I used reliance data card for past 7 years from 2009 onward. Initially I would be post paid customer . Due to constraint on data usage, I moved from post paid to prepaid. I am using reliance huewai devices. On March 2014, my huewai devices is not working. On that time, I have data usage of 51GB. So I went to mount road reliance web world and validate my data card. They will check my device and said that it is not working. Your warranty period is over, So kindly replace your old data card to new data card. So I bought new data card ie ZTE Devices and activated old data card number. I got 5 network signal bar and speed maximum up to 2 mbps. After a month over, My new data card is not working. So i went to reliance web world mount road and adviced to check in nungambakkam branch. i went to nungambakkam branch and validate data card . they will accept ZTE Data card is not working and replaced it new data card ZTE Data card as warranty period. When i have returned back to home and check it, i got only 2 signal bar and it is not working well. So i went to nungambakkam branch and validate it and then they checked it, they will get 5 signal bar at nungambakkam branch and might be area has slow network connection and raise request to network team and they will resolve as soon as possible. From April month onwards, I am not able to connect reliance customer care[protected] . When ever i have checked with reliance web world, will raise request on behalf you, but problem is not resolve. I have around 50 GB Data . Validate is up to 15th oct 2014. After June month, i am able to connect reliance customer care number, But they will raise request and then told to me that back end team is working, kindly hold me for sometime. I have waited for 5 month, still now problem is not rectify and validate should be increased for 30 days ie . 15 nov 2014. Without network, how can i made utilize my data usage. Kindly help me and refund amount of Rs 10, 000 for data usage and data card amount. My data card number is [protected]. I have raised almost 20 to 40 request for complaint. Still now, I did not get any reply . They will point of contact as BOBAN C.MATHEW. But i am not able to connect directly VIA phone, email . They will give as rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com . 3000 Rs package for 18 GB Offer . So 3000 *3= 9000 + Data card amount is Rs 2500. I need only Rs 10, 000.

            First my balance of approximately 65.00 INR was cut on 27th or 26th of this month . Then after i had recharge of 68.00 INR in which i got 168 local and std minutes . Today i saw that i don't have any balance. And also saw that a VAS of Rs 3.00 had been activated without any permission and intimation . I want my all money as refund bback

              Recharged with a 3G Data Pack and Not even once got a 3G Speed on Surfing and Downloading. Maximum Speed I Get is 30kbps. Even Speed test says Speed Low. Complaint 5 times in past two weeks. 3 Times i recieved message saying problem resolved but yet Speed remained max upto 30 kbps only.                 Sir, I am a holder of IDEA cellular Service but 2 months before was a customer of Reliance postpaid service network and after portability from reliance to Idea I had Rs. 40.00 dues amount in reliance postpaid bill. But now I have cleared all the dues but my service is not activated since one month.i have send my request 2time in PUBLIC GRIEVANCES PORTAL.after 20 days I received a call from IDEA Cellular customer care that they cann’t help. Because the Number they transfer to Reliance Communication.But when I gone to Reliance Customer Care Office, they told that the Number doesn’t show in their site. Many call from PG portal that my no. has in reliance communication office. I can go to their office with my document. But I had gone several times to their office.They told that no number shown in their site. Now what can I do to take my number again. Because this was my 10years contact no.So kindly active my services within short period of time otherwise confirm me that when my service will activate.                     I have converted reliance netconnect+ postpaid into prepaid after clearing all my outstanding. I have got confirmation call stating that my plan has been changed. But after 3 months, I received bill from Reliance! They kept calling me to pay the bills and I told them that my plan had been changed before 3 months, at that time they told that I was right and they will not call again. But now, after 6 months they again billed me and now they logged legal complaint against me regarding the same! I have receipts of all the bills I have paid those cleared outstanding.                     No resolution yet. I emailed on their appellate authority regarding the same and they registered complaint with ID[protected] on 31st October. They told to resolve the issue with in 7 days. I didn't get any call from them regarding this complaint, instead I am still getting calls to pay the bill. Hilarious!
                    Still no proper resolution! Everyday I get calls from mumbai office saying that I have nothing to do now and all outstanding are cleared, and every morning I get calls from Ahmedabad office asking me to pay the bill!!! strage!!! What the hell you guys are doing?? what you want?? Can't you keep your system updated?? Why I am getting calls everyday if you are saying that issue has been resolved???

                      I AM USING RELIANCE 3G NET PACK WORTH RS 177(FB AND WHATS APP FREE). WHEN I CHECK BALANCE ON 23 OCTOBER 2014 IT SHOWS 3970 MB DATA AND WHEN I CHECK IT ON 29 OCTOBER IT AUTOMATICALLY REDUCE TO ZERO WITH A USAGE OF 500MB APPROX. AND MY BALANCE IS ALSO GET REDUCED FROM MAIN BALANCE OF RS 96.1. AND WHEN I TRIED TO FIRE A COMPLAINT THE DOEN'T GET CONNECTED MEANS THEY HAVE DECIDED TO loot ME IN SUCH A cheap MANNER. SO, I M GOING TO CHANGE THE SERVICE PROVIDER. PLEASE BEAWARE OF RELIANCE THEY ARE LITTERALLY GOING TO LOOT THE PEOPLE

                        i own a prepaid mobile no- [protected] issued by Reliance. This is to my extreme disappointment that i am writing today and decided to discontinue your pathetic, harassing, looting, useless service. As per your strategy you earn most on unwanted unexpected deduction of such useless services not by giving communication service. I told your “Customer careless useless Executives” that I don’t want any service from you other than talking on phone, applied DND still those deductions happened. 1000 of times send those “STOP Subscription” messages to diff numbers but NO use. And this is mental harassment you are doing to customers. Every time on as soon as recharge done deduction will happen and you when I try to call you customer care they will not pick phone for more than 1hr, always on hold as if you don’t value customer’s time at all. If by luck any “customer careless useless executive” will be on line he forces that customer only requested for those stupid useless valueless services. They will never refund. I recharge my balance only for talk never even for sms/data/Internet . but I will never get this balance for talk time. This is going on since last 1-2 years. And its extreme point when I am writing this complaint email. I don’t even want to call your useless “customer careless arrogant executive” and finally terminating your harassing pathetic service Every time, i get the number recharged, the balance goes to nil without any call/internet charge usage. This is now getting onto my nerves the way you are minting money and looting consumers. Today morning i got my number recharged for Rs 20/- and on same day within 3 hours balance vanished like before. I need details of deductions happened with complete supporting for the last all done. And refund as well. I have read reviews about your strategy and its really sad the way you are cheating the customers. I need urgent redressed to the matter failing which i would certainly take necessary steps this time.

                          Dear sir\mam, This is vijay patel I wants to lodge a complain against rcom support member below is matter. As i was using a reliance postpaid no [protected] and now stoped using it due to bad network n voice quality. Before stoping this number i called several time to close the connection bt they were giving me some alternate solution to use another sim along with this one which was causing more cost to me. Finally i decided to stop this number n when tried to pay bill then it was 1000 extra from my uses(1000 amt was generated for no uses what a fun). I stoped the payment and asked them to correct the bill but after a month i recieved a call from rcom support person for final settlement(a customer care lady and an other person, saying he is advocate(Sandeep not sure abt name) of rcom his contact no is [protected] )and after discussin and getting the below full and final settelment mail I made the payment of agreed amount ( Reciept no amip[protected]. As already i was communicated several time with rcom cc for invalid bill and finally i made payment which was valid for my usage. But after paying fnf amt and receiving below noc mail, still i m getting calls from rcom for paying some outstanding amnt. My question is, if i paid fnf against my whole bill(which was due) with a noc then how can it is possible that some seperate amt is due. I m getting call from below number.. After each new caleed I asked to Sandeep([protected]) and he said that he will take care of it and now I will never recieve any call from rcom related to this, but still I am getting call to pay over due amnt which is already paid from my side. I hope you will understand the situation and help me to teach a lession to them for such type of cheap service and activity . Below is copy of NOC mail from RCOM.                             Hi, I am a Reliance netconnect datacard customer since 4 years. My no is [protected]. I had been prompt in paying the bills also. I was not able to connect the datacard since yesterday[protected] evening. Today morning I called their customer service and they told me that my number has been suspended and I had requested for a conversion to prepaid. I have never requested for a prepaid conversion and I had paid my latest bill of Rs 1200 on 21st Oct'14. I had changed my plan from 10 GB to 40 GB, then why should I migrate to prepaid option??. They are telling I had given a request, but in fact I have not even thought of doing that as I am happy with post paid. I am now absolutely embarrassed and frustrated with these kind of things happening and I am not able to use the internet because of the mistake from their side.                               Dear Sir, My name is Karthick, mobile - [protected] from Chennai. My broadband is not working from 29/09/2014 to still to date (29/10/2014). I requested to resolve my issue on 29/09/2014 but still now they didn't resolve my problem so i requested to terminate the service. After few days back i got a call from mumbai team, they said retain service with us, we will provide good service and send a technical person to rectify your problem and reach you on Monday (27/10/2014) so i have put leave office and on Monday fully waited but i didn't get a call and person not visited my home so escalated my complaint to customer care. I got call on Tuesday (28/10/2014) told that will proceed your terminate process so before that technical person will comes and report to us then will action it but today i fully waited but i didn't get a call or person so i asked customer care on today (1.30pm), she told that technical person will reach you or call you within 2 hours but i have waited for 5 hours but they are not called me so again i called customer care and asked about my complaint and saying that within 48 hours you will get a call from mumbai team. i told to him that i have waited for a month but still now i didn't any action point from your end so still you are saying i need to wait means how long i need to wait i asked. so i need compensation for my patience and not resolving problem and wasted my own time. please onsider this as serious and give me a solution soon.                                 RELIANCE GSM has been deducting frequenlty from my balance for the VAS for which i have not subscribed.I enquired with their customer care and they too confirmed that i do not have any active VAS.But everyday for the past 3 months i have been charged Rs.3/-.I have complained atleast 10 times and even to the Reliance Appellate authority but in vain.When i call up 198(Toll-free complaint number) it takes a good 10mins to connect and then they say they can help only with the last 3days data.They do not guide where i need to go for the rest.I have all the sms for the past 3months deducting my balance and the mail I sent to Reliance Appellate Authority.Please help.Have had enough of this.I have received a few refunds and despite all this, deduction from my account is going on unabated.                                   My reliance number is [protected]. I have recharged with Rs 599 plan on 8th October, 2014. From 14th October onwards I am being denied the service. After repeated trying to contact 198 customer agent, I was able to complain him on 14th october but he didnt resolved my problem. After that the 198 service does not connect me to reliance agent.

                                    Hi Sir, I am user of Reliance NetConnect+ user with HSD # [protected]. I was used for more than a year while travelling outside of chennai. When I was using near my home I hardly get the signal strength and raised a request to then it was working fine for months. All of sudden in the month of june and july 2014, I wouldn't able to connect, when I called customer care, they said I am not in the 14.7 mbps zone and I will not get the High speed data connectivity. Instead of poor connectivity, and no connectivity for more than 15 days due to technical issues in the Thoriapakam area in the month of June/July I have paid all the amount promptly as per the plan Rs.1000 per month. Even though I have reached reliance customer care many times and failed to get a prompt response on the network issues. I stopped using it on August 2014 after paying the July 2014 Bill and requested to terminate the connection immediately. They asked me visit nearest Reliance Store. I have visited Adyar Reliance Communications and informed them. As I have paid my last bill and they said It will take 15 days to terminate the connection(not sure why 15 days to terminate). This frustration Continues when I received a bill for August month as well and my connection still active. I have called Customer care many times and said, I am not using it and informed nearest reliance store with proof. Due to busy schedule of work, I couldn't make a visit for 2 months. Last month when I visited the Adyar Reliance Store, It is shut down. Later I was keep on getting calls and messages from the reliance, I got demand letter and now they are threatening with IPC sections 406 and 415 E to pay Rs. 2413/- and giving me lot of mental stress. Could you please help me to get resolve this. Thanks Lokesh

Name Rohan Sinha Mob [protected] I have recharged my reliance no [protected] with 2g Data pack on 14th OCT with 178 recharge for 5 GB Data and my data balance was 7355.73 MB with validity till 12th Nov 2014. On 24th Oct I recharged 3G balance for 1 GB and promotional talktime of Rs 150. By recharge of Rs.247. And on the same day reliance has forfeited the whole 2G balance of 7GB in my account. Now my data Balance is showing only 836 MB balance valid till 22/11/2014. Kindly reverse the 2G data balance of 7GB in my account. AS 2G and 3G balance are two different services which I have opted from your services. Kindly do the needful ASAP. It is a really unethical way that you people are dealing with your clients.                                         I have been using Reliance Internet since a long time. It has the worst service in terms of organization. They have a really bad organizational strategy, and their customer support is the worst I have witnessed. First of all, their connection goes down every 2-3 months. Once it goes down, it takes at least 7-8 days on an average to rectify the situation. Finally on 29th August 2014, my connection was again disconnected. I registered a complaint on that day itself. Believe it or not, they took about 2 months to solve my complaint! But I didn't wait for them to solve my complaint. I disconnected their connection and moved on to another service provider. Till today they haven't disconnected my connection and keep sending me bills. I am really tired of these people, and just want to get rid of their service. I have called them thousands of times, dropped emails millions of times, now I don't know what to do. My subscriber id was:[protected]
