Sir, I am a holder of IDEA cellular Service but 2 months before was a customer of Reliance postpaid service network and after portability from reliance to Idea I had Rs. 40.00 dues amount in reliance postpaid bill. But now I have cleared all the dues but my service is not activated since one month.i have send my request 2time in PUBLIC GRIEVANCES PORTAL.after 20 days I received a call from IDEA Cellular customer care that they cann’t help....

Broadband suspended without any intimation

wireline broadband not working

Reliance Broadband and landline not disconnecrting my service

Now the problem is.. whenever i connect the dongle to pc and connect the connection.. the data starts consuming automatically at high speed (150KBps to 200KBps) even i m not using the net, downloading, browser, nothing..system updates are off.. i can see in task manager... non of the programs running but the data is consuming...
