money deduction

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a regular customer of Reliance CDMA Prepaid since past 12 years and since past three month i am facing issues with reliance regarding vas. Daily one kind of vas service get activated on my mobile and they are deducting 10-10 rupies on weekly basis.. On daily basis i am calling on customer care desk but call is not getting connected. Even i have activated DND on my number but yet facing issues with Reliance.....

VERY POOR SERVICE - UNNECESSARY BALANCE DEDUCTION

RELIANCE IS THESE DAYS FAST LOSING ITS MOBILE CUSTOMERS DUE TO POOR SERVICE. TO MAKE UP ITS LOSSES, IT HAS STARTED CHEATING ITS USERS BY FIRST DEDUCTING A FIXED AMOUNT FROM THE PREPAID BALANCE AND SENDING A MESSAGE THAT THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN REFUNDED BACK BUT IN REALITY NO AMOUNT IS REFUNDED AND WHEN YOU AGAIN CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAY WE CAN'T HELP YOU IN THIS... WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR MONEY AND NEITHER PROVIDE WITH THE USAGE...

Deduction of Mobile data and balance

We have taken broadband service from Reliance communications. For the past 6 to 7 months we are not using the service as it was not working. I raised too many complaints and all were eyewash. Everytime when i call and tell them the internet is not working they immediately give the complaint. Few days after if i call and ask them regarding the complaint they will say it was closed because everything is working fine without getting the confirmation...
