Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a regular customer of Reliance CDMA Prepaid since past 12 years and since past three month i am facing issues with reliance regarding vas. Daily one kind of vas service get activated on my mobile and they are deducting 10-10 rupies on weekly basis.. On daily basis i am calling on customer care desk but call is not getting connected. Even i have activated DND on my number but yet facing issues with Reliance.....

RELIANCE IS THESE DAYS FAST LOSING ITS MOBILE CUSTOMERS DUE TO POOR SERVICE. TO MAKE UP ITS LOSSES, IT HAS STARTED CHEATING ITS USERS BY FIRST DEDUCTING A FIXED AMOUNT FROM THE PREPAID BALANCE AND SENDING A MESSAGE THAT THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN REFUNDED BACK BUT IN REALITY NO AMOUNT IS REFUNDED AND WHEN YOU AGAIN CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAY WE CAN'T HELP YOU IN THIS... WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR MONEY AND NEITHER PROVIDE WITH THE USAGE...

on 24th of October suddenly my balance and data balance both were deducted from my account. I had called customer care of reliance but they gave excuse that there is some technical issue call us after some time again I called them but same excuse.
