my reliance sim no. is - [protected]
reduction of my sim balance is going on continuously.
last week (21 june) balance deduction was 30 rs.
again at 26 june balance has deducted 30 rs and 10 rs. (total 40 rs).
i am not able to understand why reliance is activating services in my sim without my permission (automatically).
so i requested you to pls help me to refund my total 70 rs. balance.

    I have Reliance GSM mobile, my balance is deducted illigally.even i dont activate any service but
    some services got started and my balance deduce and if i tried to call customer care its impossible that my
    call will connect.

      Hi,

      I recharged my mobile number [protected] with Rs. 99 after checking it online (rcom site via link http:/www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/Rworld/Html/Mobilenet.Html#an2) for GPRS.

      But instead of gprs, some home zone plan (HZ_300) is activated. Last time also same happened with me but I DID not complain that time. I dont need any hz_300 pack. I need internet pack of rs.99 which I usually recharge. Activate internet pack on my number. Thats it.

      I want this to be highlighted & escalated to higher authorities to take proper action. Waiting for reply.

        My Reliance Number is [protected].
        I am facing a huge network issues in my locality (Sindhi Society, Chembur) from past 9 days. Every time I try to make a call, there appears a beep sound and the call gets disconnected. I was trying to lodge complaint to the customer care but in return I was getting a reply they will not lodge a complaint as its not a valid complaint. Finally after 3 days I was able to lodge one complaint. Complaint ID:[protected].
        This morning they gave me a call saying your complaint is forwarded to other dept., and when I am trying to confirm calling on the customer care, they say your complaint is resolved. Am shocked to hear that and still continue to face the problem. I am a professional and currently because of being out of contacts with my clients, I am loosing out ample of revenue. Kindly sort this out.

        This is in regards to my complain for the WORST POSSIBLE RELIANCE
        NETWORK SERVICES.

        I am their subscriber from past 2 YEAR .2014 till now. During
        this postpid I had raised multiple complains regarding the network
        availability at my official area. To my surprise, everytime I got
        the confirmation from different executives to resolve the issue in
        couple of days time. But, all in vain.

        Kindly treat this mail as an important escalation for my complain.
        Hope I will get the proper, quicker & visible solution for the same.

        Please help me in resolving the issue as RELIANCE is not at all supportive.

          It was all going very well until the month of February this year.
          I got a call from Reliance explaning me about the newly launched advance 6 months rental plan
          wherein if i pay 6 months rent in advance i will get a good discount. I happily paid Reliance for that plan
          but that was the beginning of absolute harrasment from Reliance. In the month of May they deactivated
          my connection. When i called them,they said i havent paid the bill. I went to Reliance office in Mathura twice.
          They said there is some technical problem due to which the money that i had deposited was not there in my account.
          And so, they raised the bill and subsequently deactivated the connection because of so called non-payment of bill.
          They called me cheat and accused me of stealing. This is what you get once you've paid a 6 months advance to the
          company. Even the local office is of no help.I somehow managed to get the connection started but then they deactivated ]
          my connection once again citing the same reasons. My business depends a lot on internet and in this city ,we do not have any
          options. I have been losing business beacuse of Reliance. It is so ironical that a company which has it's name as 'Reliance'
          is not reliable at all.
          Folks, think twice before buying reliance. Because, even if you pay them and they give you the receipt, chances are that the workers
          there might take the money. although you have the receipt to prove it otherwise, but they take so long and also create so many issues
          that you would start wondering if you just sold your life to reliance.
          My plea is falling on deaf years till now.

                i submited all documentes and local address but my simcard not working last three day

                Relilance GSM Simcard — Not Working Of SIM Card

                I Purchased a GSM sim card of relilance but after 2 months it has been temporary out of service. they told me to submit documents i again submit my docs [Driving License Xerox] but they are telling me that it's not a valid identity proof you've to submit election card also, but i cant' do it because my Election card is in M.P. and it's not possible to bring from there, although all service provider are giving there sim card only on the basis of driving license xerox so why reliance is not taking this. It's is a government authorized identification and address proof.

                Pls help me

                  Dear Sir/Madam, I am anuj kumar from saharanpur(UP).Sir I am using a sim card(cdma)([protected]) of reliance company from last seven years.when i bought this sim card and reliance cdma mobile the seller had told me that the network range of this company will be excellent in your region and at that time the range was good but now from more than one year the network range of this company in my village is very poor so no one can make a call without interruption though this company network.Sir I have complaint about this matter many times to reliance customer care executives and also in reliance web world saharanpur.Every time the officers of company told me that this problem will be resolved with in a month but the problem still remain same. Sir more than 20 peoples are facing same problem in my village and more than 500 peoples in my territory.sir please do some thing and suggest me what should I do?

                      I have been using my Reliance number [protected] since[protected] and all of a sudden, my number has been disconnected so I am in trouble
                      taking this issue. I have been out of India for 3 months recently I asked many times to resolve this issue and get me my number back in prepaid or postpaid but no solution has been provided properly.

                      Please solve my problem by giving me this number as early as possible. My ALTERNATE NUMBERS ARE : [protected].

                      I am facing several issues because i have to retrieve my one of my password and the password is sent to my mobile number.

                      This number is also registered with various sites. I want to activate that number at any cost please help me.

                            I purchase a Reliance net connect Data card from reliance store kottarakara on 2-8-11 & i submitted my license copy, photos as my id proof for activating the same. But after few months i recognized that my proof is not submitting and the same was activated by another person's name . due to this i have several problems faced and i contacted the customer care, reliance web world etc.

                            as per the instruction from customer care i re submitt the id proof but the kollam reliance web world executives didn't receive them and insult me.What can i do??

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have purchased reliance data card 7 or 8 months back . My account was suspended on 26th october 2012
                            I donot why they they have suspended without any notification. I called customer care and they told you have to submit the ID proof again. why this mess is happening ? I donot know .
                            I have given my passport photo copy to the retailer who has sold the reliance data card ...

                            My point is why they are disconnecting the internet without any notification ?????

                            if they would called me and told that you have to submit the id proof again i would have done that...instead they disconnect the connection straight away...

                            This is not fare for Reliance ...

                                1 ) This is to bring to your kind notice that I have been harassed by Reliance for the last 7 days. I bought my 3g data card on 12 june 2012 and submitted all my documents. After that, my Internet did not start functioning so I went to Reliance Web World in gopal complex Ranchi ( Jharkhand) . I was ensured that all the necessary formalities had been completed and the net would start working pretty soon. Till 18 june 2012 there was no solution (in between I went to Web world one more time to try and resolve the issue). I went to Reliance Web world for the third time and then the net worked for one day i.e. 20. June 2012 . After that, it stopped working again on the next day. This is to bring to your kind information that I had applied for Rs around 400 hundred unlimited plan. The net is still not working and I do not have any idea about where to go and what to do. My reliance data card number is [protected] I have also called the customer care many times. But no any result .
                                2) second problem is my device is not working in others sim card why?, before this problem our device is working with in others sim. inthat time i am socked why my device not working in others company sim cards.?

                                  i have reliance prepaid number [protected]. i have recharged my account with rs 30 top up at reliance main office in sector-5 11 market dwarka.on 18 jan at 12.57 pm(according to your confirmation message).i have received you confirmation message but on the contrary i did'nt get any amount credit to my account though my balance was in positive unit before recharge. for the same i tried costumer care but no one picks the call.. i have even contacted to reliance workers AT RELIANCE COMMUNICATION in dwarka but the said to contact customer care..for that i have came to you to help ..pls take care of it as soon as possible.
                                  I ve been using reliance 4 a long time now... N i m not satisfied by the service i get...I often used gprs ...I pay 303 pm to get acess n still i ve problems like the internet is 2 slow..Sum timer i dont get to use the internet for days due 2 network problem ..Its so aonoyin on pnp of that i see ads of reliance sayin that it has best network in the country...Thats more annoyin...N hence 2 conclude i threw my reliance sim n got that of vodaphone ...Trust me its much better

                                  For the past few days i was getting regular message from reliance group whenever i wanted to check my balance that " ON E-RECHARGE 121 GET RS 121 TT & 121 LOCAL MINUTES FREE VALID 7 DAYS"
                                  But when i recharged i got only promotional balance of 121 for 7 days and not 121 talktime. When i enquired about this the customer care people said that you will get only promotional balance and not the main balance. The behaviour of the executive was also not good. I request you to pls take note of the same and resolve my problem.

                                  But i am unable to get the full talk time, Please do let me know when will it get resolve ????????????/

                                  Same is the problem with me...they have to specify that this is promotional balance and not Main Balance...those mother[censored]ing confusing advertisement make us puzzled..
                                  Yesterday on 26th march2012 i got massage from rcom related to recharge that in 111 rs get full talk time of 111 rs. but when i recharged after 15 minutes. I got only 98 rs. After that i talked to customer care and complaint registration department they told me scheme was over on 20 march that was not my fault because i got sms from rcom my cdma mobile number is [protected]. at last want my rest of money back form rcom. They cheated me.

                                  Exactly the same thing happened to me today on 02-NOV-2012 when i recharge my reliance no. [protected]
                                  I recharged online with Rs.94 CDMA internet pack.I got this message "dear custmer, this plan cannot be used in conjunction with your current plan."
                                  I called customer care but they said they cant do anything!!Reliance is going the fraud way!
                                  I want my refund.
                                  i got an offer message today (5/01/2014). Message was recharge today for 251inr and get 770 local minute for all then i recharged for 251inr and i got 770 minute only for reliance to reliance .what was that i want 770 minute for all networkunless i dont want reliance sim and please deactivate my number as i want other network which dont offer these type of cheat messages.

I requested customer care of reliance to register complaints but straightaway denied . Please refund my excess recovery of balance from my number [protected].

                                      I have not yet requested and allowed for any of the add on service provided by reliance service provider,but they have activated unwanted services and deducting money,which is really a consumer cheating process.I kindly request to make all the services to be deactivated and refund my money orelse atleast dont activate any of the services in future.

                                      Recently they have activated callertune without my permission and deducted the amount and no any response even after sending SMS for deactivation and another thing is that,the customer care number in jamshedpur is nonresponding one.
