        My reliance MDN Number is [protected]. Yesterday on 3rd July, 2012 at 10:50pm I recharge my mobile with Rs.99 by mobile banking, recharge is succeed & I got a confirmation message with transaction reference number but data is not credited in my mobile account. Whenever I called to customer care on 198, they reply its happening because this number is of 3G Dongle. then I asked about amount returning, they told, it will laps.

            MIam sandeep and I have a prepaid connection of reliance([protected]) received an sms from reliance on 27 june 2012 of special offer on recharge of
            Rs.399 to get unlimited call for local and std on reliance mobile for one month.
            I recharged my mobile from a local shop the amount got deductd from the dealer's
            Balance . Later when I made calls and enquiries why my recharge value has not been credited
            To my account but no one gave a satisfactory reply. I am shocked that company like reliance
            is cheating customers through its s. ms.

              I am residing in Annanagar West, Chennai and have taken a Reliance Broadband connection with above ID.
              This service is ‘unavailable’ for the sixth day today. It went off around noon on Tuesday, i.e. 5th June 2012. Following are some of the recorded complaints:
              (1) [protected] at 3 PM on 8/6/12 (2) [protected] at 9.35 AM on 9/6/[protected] at 7.30 AM on 10/6/12
              There are many calls which are not recorded as customer care refused to allot complaint number. Even at 3.30 PM on 10/6/12 they refused to take a complaint. Even on 9/6/12 evening the ‘customer care executive’ refused to give a complaint number. Again on 10/6/12 and at 9AM on 11/6/12 ‘customer care’ executive refused to record a complaint and allot a number.
              On 8/6/12 a target time was fixed at 10.30 PM which was not met. Again on the morning of 11/6/12 the time set was 4.45 PM which also passed without any result. Telephone also did not work during the period 5/6/12-12.6.12.
              Customer Care says this disruption is due to ‘upgradation of service’ while the local technicians say ‘server is down’ and/or ‘cable is cut by road repair people’. Whatever be true, a delay of 7 days is unacceptable by subscribers. Whatever be the truth reasons advanced for such long delays for ‘upgrade’ and/or ‘repairs’ seems to be suspect. What is the need for such an ‘upgrade’ giving subscribers so much inconvenience?
              Finally the fault was rectified at 9 PM on 12.06.12. On 13.6.12 there was connection problems in the morning. The PC connects to reliance website but other sites were not available. Normal service is available from 14.6.12.
              This is the second time in last two months that Reliance Broadband was not available for more than 36 hours. But this one from 5-12 June is the longest ‘outage’ in the recent times. Even before the service used to become ‘unavailable’ for a few minutes to less than one hour but I did not complain about it.
              It appears Reliance is employing incompetent people. Subscribers suspect that the real problem was not ‘cable cut/upgrade’ but something else which the company does not want to disclose.
              I request Reliance to give rebate in rental for 8 days from 5th to 12th June 2012 during which period the internet service + telephone was completely ‘faulty’.

              Broadband — Unavailability of Telephone and Broadband

              I had applied for a connection with BSNL which comprises of a Telephone connection and Broadband (Combo). I was given a connection last week and was able to enjoy the services only for 2 (two) days from the date of installation and commissioning of the connection. I had been contacting the customer support[protected] and had been lodging the complaints. For the past one week I was given 6 Docket IDs. Nothing has been done yet and even without attending the defect, the dockets have been closed. The only thing I like about the customer support is that they close the docket promptly without taking any action.

              I was hesitating to have a connection with BSNL as I knew that the service being rendered is way too low from the level of customer satisfaction..


              Can someone do something about this....

                I had applied for a reliance broadband connection on 29/06/2012 and got the verification call on that evening.I was told that the connection will be installed in 1 or 2 days but 5 days have passed and nothing has been done.Earlier i had registered a complaint via phone by calling on [protected] and had recieved a call on 02/07/2012 that the connection will be installed on 03/07/2012.That day has also passed.Connection agent gave me the phone number of the installation team and they told me that it would take them some more days to install the connection.When i asked the reason,the person told me that i had applied for a 12 Mbps connection and they have never installed one in my area so it would take them time to get the equipment ready.But when i had first met the connection agent he told me that he had checked the connectivity and their will be no problem in installation as my house is 25-30 meters away from connection box and 80 meters is the limit distance.I had applied for a FREEDOM 999 plan.I had paid the agent cash Rs.1600 for the connection for which he made a Demand Draft.

                      Good Day Sir,

                      Myself Thomas, settled in Mysore. This is regarding a complaint i wish to bring into ur notice! I had started using reliance GSM sim card for almost 9 months. It has been frequently observed that my balance is getting deducted without my knowledge for unwanted subscription, which i have never activated! Each time, i used to call customer care and complaint it. Sometimes they used to refund it. It does not seems to look good. Even after i had repeatedly asked for verification, no action taken from ur side. This has made me very upset about ur service. I even told my friends too not to use reliance sim, since i have become one of the victim by using it! Hope u will understand customer feelings. Being a reputed company, these type of thing may spoil ur brand image. Request u to do needful.

                          I have Reliance Communications prepaid mobile. Whenever, i recharge amount, within a few hours, almost the entire amount is being deducted by the company by activating some unwanted sub services, without being subscribed by me. When i send SMS for un-subscribing of such services, a reply comes " try later. Not responding" etc. As a result, whenever i want to call on my prepaid mobile, there is nil balance in it and i am facing lot of hardships. This is nothing less than stealing the customer's amount by the company. This unethical and illegal deduction of customer's amounts should be stopped by the company immediately.

                              Hi my number is [protected] from patna. I am going to contact my lawyer for this case. However i thought i should check here first. Today 2 hours back i had a word with a reliace customer care rep. He spoke to me very rudely and in return i was also very rude. After the call got disconnected i receive 4 messages that your subscription has been activated without my consent they activated 4 service which included a 3G pack as well. I had a total balance of 141 but after all the activation it was only rupee 1. I am surprised to know the weak management of Reliance. How poorly they manage their customer care. I then called several reps and asked them to callibreate the calls and the see it for themselves the highhandedness by that customer care rep.No body was willing to help me and i felt so frustrated. I made 5 calls today and when i will ask for the senior they will put my call on hold and after few minutes disconnect the call. This case will be escalated to the court and media as well. I will not spare any one associated with this highhandedness. It is not a matter of balance deduction but very unethical. The incident happerned 2 hours back. Please find out the culprit other wise it will be public very soon that Reliance is a cheat company. I am so sorry about the poor people who don't know much abt the balance mobile sim n all. I regulary meet such people with the same complain that reliance is cheating on them and they don't know how to figtht fr it.

                                AFTER USING IT FOR SOME MONTHS AND PAYING THE BILLS REGULARLY, DUE TO SOME PERSONAL REASON, I HAD OPTED FOR THE TERMINATION OF THE RELIANCE NET CONNECT ACCOUNT.

                                ON DTD. 25/5/12, I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE PH NUMBER[protected], AND TALKED TO THE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE AND HE LODGED MY COMPLAINT AFTER SAYING, THAT "PLEASE DON'T TERMINATE, WE WILL CHANGE YOUR ACCOUNT ETC"
                                I WAS NOT INTERESTED AND FIRMLY REQUESTED FOR A TERMINATION,

                                ON DTD 25/5/12 MY HUSBAND SANJAY BOSE, ON BEHALF OF ME HAD APPLIED FOR AN IMMEDIATE DISCONNECTION OF RELIANCE BROADBAND CONNECTION NUMBER: [protected], THE CUTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ( MR. RIYAZ SAYEED) GAVE ME A COMPLAINT NUMBER ( COMPLAINT NUMBER:[protected] AND SAID THE CONNECTION WILL BE TERMINATED WITH IN 7 DAYS OR SO.

                                WE AGAIN CALLED ON 6/6/2012 AND TALKED TO MR.NIKHIL ( CUSTOMERCARE FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE), AND IN SPITE OF TELLING HIM TO CONNECT ME TO MS. SABEETA, HE DECLINED AND SAID, THAT WAS A MISTAKE FROM THE PART OF THE RELAINCE AND AN IMMEDIATE DISCONNECTION WILL BE MADE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                                Reliance Communication — wrongly termination of net connecte broadband+

                                the net connecte data card no. is [protected]. since june 2009. I paid 3500 for the card.
                                and there is no bill dues on my card, on the contrary i have Rs1500 credit in my account. But since last couple of month my service has been deactivated which according to the customer care for the reason not known to them. and during the purchase there was no clause that the card would get terminated for non-use for 2 months

                                These Bogus company behaved same with me..i given the request to termination.They said that the connection will be terminated in 7 working day.I thought it ill be closed.then i forgot this...after a month i received a bill and got the reminder from customer care to pay the bill.. i told that i already terminated the connection.But they said that you have requested us to active your connection fw days back.again i given request for termination.afgain same thing happened, received a bill.i was totoally frustrated about these bas**R*s..i went to reliance office personaly three times ..story never ended...Now i know how these basrardssss are getting welthy..

                                  Respected Sir/ Madam,

                                  This is a Problem that has aroused some months back. The problem we were shifting to a new house so that we want our Fixed WLL phone terminated. And it was done on February 22, 2011. We have cleared the final bill amount and had requested for the adjustable amount from our deposited amount of Rs. 1000. So the adjustable amount finally was Rs. 743 and it has not yet paid to us till now. After terminated process for the phone had got completed we had changed our billing address and we had also kept a request letter with the proofs of the present billing address to them.

                                  But I whenever go to the Reliance outlet no fool answers me in right way. Each and every person including the store manager will be having a very sleeping, careless and a very disgusting face. Not only me if anybody ask some question they wont give any answer that is because they are well trained. For example if anybody comes and ask a Query one person who was asked diverts it to other and in this way the prople will be waiting starting from the morning till evening.

                                  whenever I ask anybody about this query everrybody used to give a new number everytime and tell me to call to that. So the Persons are starting from the first visit are PAVAN KUMAR, BHANU PRAKASH, SREEKAR, and at last Thakur Man Mohan Singh. By calling everybody many times and they making me hold on the line for several minutes, I have lost almost Rs. 250 for them sake.

                                  One more thing is that the last person Thakur Man Mohan Singh has some memory loss I think so because Every time I call him he used to say that to call him if it is morning call him evening or if it is evening call him in the morning.

                                  I ask you a question why are you people so reckless. why your services are not good according to the company protocols.

                                  Bull to the India's Number One Network.

                                    I had mobile no. [protected], which got disconnected around 4 years back. on 27th June 2012, I got a call from no. +91 [protected] and a lady was talking over it, She said she is calling from DELHI HIGH COURT and there is a due amount of Rs.785 on this no. and if you don't pay the bill in next 1 hours, she will issue a notice right away with which she added "fir bhugat te rehna court ke chakkar kaat kaat kar" and was talking in such a rude and intolerable manner. When I asked her name and her chamber no., she said you have my number " aur is se jo kar sakte ho kar lo". Also, when we asked that we don't have any such dues, she yelled at me and said " I don't have anything to do with it and pay the bill immediately." Issue is also that when these mobile companies don't waste a day's time to take actions then how does the company wake up after around 4 years for collection. The only reason I could see on this is that nobody keeps such old records. That's why these threatening calls with the time limit of an hour or two comes to customers so that the customer have to pay to escape any actions against them. We never received the bill for such dues, didn't received any reminder and straight got a threatening call.

                                    Please take immediate action to stop this sort of harassment to me.

                                    we r getting threatening calls frm no [protected] dat they are calling from police station and pay the bill of reliance which is already benn settled before .they also took their phone frm our home after settlement .. as i have seen earlier also there are complaints regarding this number and it is of same type .. pls do the needful ...
                                    This kind of practice is being done everyday by TATA INDICOM, Reliance and Airtel. There is this bunch of hard core collection agents posing as court officials, policemen and advocates who keep threatening what I believe is dead accounts or disputed accounts as their commissions are higher. This kind of impersonation is illegal as these telecom companies are impersonating Police, Court Officials and Advocates and basically browbeating the innocent consumers into paying by scaring them of legal action. The other day, I heard a recorded call from one of these agencies with a wireless police message playing again and again in the background but later on the friend realized it was the same message being played all the time and the settlement amount was 2200/- Rupees for which the so called inspector from delhi police was threatening arrest. A serious action needs to be taken against such miscreants as these kinds of threats to old people, women and youngsters can create serious repercussions. One such no. from which all kinds of threats and abuses originate is [protected].

                                      This is Viswanath, [protected], here i am writing regarding Reliance Netconnect+ through M/s Mahadevi Enterprises. One Representative named Mr. R. Surendra Kumar from Mahadevi Enterprises visited my office in the month of April 2012 and marketed about the Reliance net connect+. He collected a cheque for Rs. 1200/- drawn from SBI, Barkatpura branch and numbered 765550 drawn in the name of “Mahadevi Enterprises”. This cheque was encashed on 17th April 2012. After receiving the cheque i got a call from Reliance Office, Mumbai regarding confirmation of connection, at that i asked for a day to confirm but i dint get any call from them for confirmation of connection, and i called and told cancel the connection, later i got a call for the reason of cancellation of connection. After i called up the representative who took the cheque to cancel and agreed to do so and told the refund amount can be sent through post to the given address but till today, I didnt received the cheque. There is no response from the representative Mr. R. Surendra Kumar whose mobile no is [protected]. and he also gave the franchise owner number i.e. [protected] and he is Mr, Anirudh and his number is always in engage. This is highly frustrating. Please take the necessary steps in this regards and ensure that I will receive back my money. My CAF NO is [protected].

                                        I have recieved a message that " Your subscription to CRBT has been renewed" and Rs. 30.00 has been cut from my prepaid a/c as i never knew about this CRBT service and I never activated or subscribed to such a useless and stupid thing. I tried to contact customer care service but my call is kept waiting for some minutes and then disconnected.
                                        Second thing is that it is disturbing mr no. of times per day by calling with a no. value added services which is useless for any one.
                                        I think it is a case of still from customers as the amount of money is being stolen from our a/c without our permission.
                                        I saw in this site, many complains were there regarding this useless CRBT services, and i don't know what results they got after giving complaint, so anybody can do a favour for me.

                                        around Rs 112(74+40+8).When i am calling to customer care to ask why they cut this balance,customer care executive reply that there system is getting upgrade.
                                        from last 3 day I am calling continuously they are saying "we can't tell due to system upgrade and please call after 2 hour" i don't know why they reply with the pre knowns answer>

                                        even they cut the balance of customer without any information. Don't know when relience system will go work properly.
                                        they have good offers but have this kind of cheap tendency to cut customer's balance.

                                        My RELANCE Mobile No. is [protected] . I am using this Reliance Smart GSM Services from 2009.During last day, I found that some deductions were made from my a/c. On lot of persuation with Reliance Customer Care, the problem wasnt resolved.
                                        Today I fond that some pack has been activated ON MY NO, caller tone has been activated without my permission.and decduction of RS 50 FROM MY account. I have contacted the Customer Care Services a number of times. But nobody is receiving my compliant. I hope you will kindly consider my request and arrange refund of the deducted amount from Reliance company, otherwise I compelled to quit the services of Reliance GSM.
