Hello Sir,

This is Sangram. I have been using Reliance NetConnect+ connection for approximately an year, Started on Feb 2011 and wanted to disconnect it on Feb 2012.

I have made payments regularly (at the End of every Month). I was promised with the speed of 3.1 MBPS for this connection but I have hardly availed this speed (Experienced good speed during initial 5-6 months). Whenever I gave call to Customer care after 5-6 months, they used to say that there network is going to improve at my place then I will get good speed. Still I waited for few more months that Speed will be improved.
Finally, I have made a call on 21st Feb and 23rd Feb to ask them to discontinue the services as my bill cycle ends on 27th of every month. Customer care agent told me that they will initiate the process of disconnecting the connection and in order to discontinue the services I have even mailed to them stating that
"Thanks for your service. My Rel net connect+ no. is [protected].
I am using Reliance net connect+ since last Feb (Feb 2011), but from few days now I'm really very disappointed with the speed experienced.
I was promised with the 3.1 MBPS speed but rarely had I browsed with such speed. I have checked speed several times at speedtest.net, but per my observations I always found miserable speed. I called cc last month, registered my complaint. Some instructions were provided on call and processing agent was about to send setting which would enhance speed, till date I haven't received any settings and I'm finding it very difficult to continue.
I would like to iterate as I said on call, I'm being offered with good internet package with lower charges. So I would like to discontinue with the service. Please consider this request at the highest priority and close it.
Kindly feel free to call me(from 17:00 IST on weekdays), in case any clarifications are required.

Sir, requesting you to have a look into this matter as now-a-days, I'm receiving message, call to Pay fake bill of 2064 otherwise they will drag me to court and asking me to meet at some place for setteling the matter. As I have stopped using services but they are still charging me for the services.
Calling and messaging daily are making me feel harassed and uncomfortable.

Please suggest me proper action from my side. Awaiting for your reply, please drop me mail/suggestion to sangram.[protected]@gmail.com. This would be a great help. Thanks in adv.!

Hello Sir,

Sangram here.. I'm stil receiving a call from some number and she is forcing me to pay bill.
I'm replying her with gentle note that I have connected you and we are dealing with problem and providing the required inputs.
She is very recultant and stating harshly to go with legal prosecution, seems that caller belongs to recovery department and calling me time and again.

Hello Sir,
Still I'm receiving calls but with baseless conversations. Looking for permenant fix as these calls are very frustrating and misleading.

      my name is jaskaran singh....my mobile number is [protected]....this was number was ported in Reliance GSM from AIRCEL.....
      first of all this number was activated by a delay of 10days after the AIRCEL discontinued its services on 2nd of june......number was activated around 12th of june.....now the number has been activated but i cannot recharge my mobile number since the day of activation of mobile number by Reliance GSM.........i have requested RELIANCE STORE employees at amritsar and customer care a number of times but all in vein....i had contacted reliance store employees on 14,15, 16th of june and on 16th off june they told me that they had forwarded complaint and this problem would get solved by evening...and again i contacted them on 18 and 19 june but no action has been taken yet..therefore outgoing on my phone is not possible due to failure of recharge........
      kindly solve my problem.......

      Reliance Mobile — cannot recharge

      i had brought a new rim sim on 16th of february , the sim got activated the next day but when i recharged of with rs 85 , i received a recharge of 1 paise . then i activated rs 11 sms pack but again i received a recharge of 1 paisa only . summing it up i only got a recharge of 0.02 paise . please help me to recharge .

          Sub : Reliance communication is sending bill to the suspended data card. Customer service is very worst.

          I bought a Reliance data card some months before. The agents told that the data card is an 3.1 Mbps speed and I can get minimum of 2 Mbps speed.
          But I didn't even get 512Kbps.

          After some months I planned to close the data card. I called reliance customer care asked to close the data card. They asked me to go to Reliance communications showroom in person.

          I went to the showroom and submit the request. The person from showroom didn't give any acknowledgement and told that I will get a call from Reliance and it will be closed within 15 days.
          Later I didn't get any call from Reliance 2 weeks. Then I called Reliance customer care again and asked about the status but they said they do not have any update on this and asked me to give complaint again. I asked them to take request to close the data card in the same call.
          After 2 weeks also I didn't get any response. Then I made call again and given complaint and request to close the data card.
          Tough I had given request multiple times over call and 1 time in person. But my data card didn't close.

          Meanwhile my data card was suspended and I didn't use it.
          But they keep sent bill for Rs.1567/-.

          One guy from Reliance called me about this payment. I explained him everything but he threatening me to pay the amount.
          Two days before Reliance has sent 'Notice from Advocate' and threatening to pay the amount for data card Rs.1567 for that suspended data card.

          ”சைபர் சாத்தான்கள்” என்ற கட்டுரைத் தொகுப்பு மின் நூலாக மாற்றப் பட்டிருக்கிறது. பின்வரும் இணைப்பில் தரவிறக்கம் செய்து கொள்ளலாம் அல்லது தளத்தின் வலதுபுறமாக இருக்கும் புத்தகத்தின் படம் மீது ‘க்ளிக்’ செய்தும் தரவிறக்கம் செய்யலாம்.

          ”சைபர் சாத்தான்கள்”

          சைபர் க்ரைம் குற்றங்கள் குறித்தான இந்தக் கட்டுரைகள் 2009 ஆம் ஆண்டு புத்தகமாக ”சைபர் சாத்தான்கள்” பெயரில் உயிர்மை வெளியீடாக வந்தது.

          கல்லூரியில் இறுதியாண்டு படித்துக் கொண்டிருந்த போது ஒரு ‘ப்ரொஜக்ட்’ வேலைக்காக சைபர் க்ரைம் குறித்தான தகவல்களைச் சேகரிக்கத் துவங்கியிருந்தேன். இவை முதலில் அந்திமழை.காம் என்ற தளத்தில் தொடராக வந்தது. எதிர்பாராத மனிதர்களிடம் இருந்து வந்த மின்னஞ்சல்களும் தொலைபேசி அழைப்புகளும் இதனை புத்தகமாக்கும் தைரியத்தை தந்தது.

          கட்டுரைகள் எழுதப்பட்டு கிட்டத்தட்ட மூன்று ஆண்டுகளுக்கு பிறகாகவே நூலாக்கம் பெற்றது. அதாவது இன்றிலிருந்து கிட்டத்தட்ட ஆறு அல்லது ஏழு ஆண்டுகளுக்கும் முன்பாக எழுதப்பட்ட கட்டுரைகள் இவை. எழுதப்பட்ட போது இவை அதிகமான உழைப்பைக் கோரின. நான் பணியாற்றிய நிறுவனத்தில்- (அதுதான் கல்லூரிப் படிப்பை முடித்து பணியில் சேர்ந்த முதல் வருடம்) ஜனவரி-மார்ச் மாத காலங்களில் அந்த ஆண்டில் ஊழியர்கள் செயல்பட்ட விதத்தின் அடிப்படையில் ஊதிய மாற்றம் செய்வார்கள். எனக்கு அந்த ஆண்டு மிக மிகக் குறைவான ஊதிய உயர்வை அளித்தார்கள். அதற்கு எனது மேலாளர் சொன்ன காரணம் “சைபர் கிரைம் பற்றிய புத்தகத்திற்காக அலுவலக நேரத்தை நீ பயன்படுத்திக் கொண்டதான புகார் இருக்கிறது”.

          இந்தப் புத்தகத்தால் பொருளாதார ரீதியாக எனக்கு ஒற்றை ரூபாய் கூட கிடைக்கவில்லை. ஆனால் நான் அந்தப் பலனை எப்பொழுதும் எதிர்பார்க்கவில்லை.

          கோயமுத்தூரிலும், சேலத்திலும் தலா ஒரு கல்லூரியில் சைபர் க்ரைம் பற்றிய வகுப்பு எடுத்தது இந்த நூலுக்கான அங்கீகாரம் என்று நினைத்திருந்தேன். சில மாதங்கள் கழித்து சிங்கப்பூரில் தமிழ்வழியில் பயிற்றுவிக்கும் கல்லூரிகளில் Elective Module ஆக பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்கிறார்கள் என்று கிடைத்த தகவலே எனது உழைப்பிற்கான உச்சபட்ச மகிழ்ச்சி.

          மற்றபடி இந்தப்புத்தகம் இதுவரையிலும் எத்தனை பிரதிகள் விற்றிருக்கின்றன என்ற தகவல்கள் என்னிடம் இல்லை.

          கணினியுலகில் ஒரு விதி இருக்கிறது. எந்த ஒரு தொழில்நுட்பத்திற்கும் ஆயுள் அதிகபட்சம் இரண்டு அல்லது மூன்று ஆண்டுகள்தான். இந்த புத்தகம் எப்பொழுது காலாவதியாகும் என்று தெரியாது. ஆனால் அடிப்படைகள் அப்படியேதான் இருக்கும் என நம்புகிறேன்.

          புத்தகமாக வெளியிட்டிருந்த உயிர்மை பதிப்பகத்திற்கு நன்றி.

          ஈரோடு மாவட்டம் கோபிச் செட்டிபாளையத்திற்கு அருகில் உள்ள கரட்டடிபாளையம் என்னும் சிற்றூரில் ஏப்ரல் 10, 1982 இல் பிறந்தேன்.

          பள்ளிக் கல்வியை கோபி வைரவிழா மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளியிலும், இளநிலை பொறியியல் கல்வியை (BE) சேலம் சோனா தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்லூரியிலும், முதுநிலை தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்வியை (M.Tech) வேலூர் தொழில்நுட்ப பல்கலைக் கழகத்திலும் முடித்தேன்.

          தற்பொழுது பெங்களூரில் வசித்து வரும் எனது ”கண்ணாடியில் நகரும் வெயில்” என்ற கவிதைத் தொகுப்பும், “சைபர் சாத்தான்கள்” என்ற கட்டுரைத் தொகுப்பும் வெளியாகியிருக்கின்றன.(புத்தக... விலையில்லாமல் மின் நூலாக பெற விரும்பினால் கீழே உள்ள படங்களின் மீது சுட்டவும்)

          நவீன கவிதைகளையும், நவீன கவிதைகள் குறித்தான கட்டுரைகளையும் இலக்கிய இதழ்களில் எழுதி வருகிறேன். இந்த வலைத் தளத்தில் சிறுகதைகள் உட்பட எனக்கு விருப்பமான வேறு சில துறைகளிலும் எழுதுவதுண்டு.

            my reliance prepaid mobile no is [protected], i am using this no. from last 2 years. from last 2 months reliance has started deduting my balance by Rs. 10/- after every two days. every morning and evening i has to check my prepaid balance and if there is any deduction on that day then i call to 198 and get my balance restored. I always ask reliance customer care to stop all the services activated to my no. so that in future there should not be any wrong balance deduction. Then all the time they reply that all the services has been stopped and noe there would not be any wrong deduction. but still everything is same and nothing solve. i am mental problem of checking balance every now and then, calling to 198 and even then not getting my problem solved.
            some of last deduction as i remembered are:

            on 11.06.2012 Rs. 10/-
            on 14.06.2012 Rs. 10/-
            on 16.06.2012 Rs. 10/-
            on 19.06.2012 Rs. 10/-
            problem still continues..


            please help me to get this problem solved.

              my number is [protected].today is 19 june 2012,i have activated a 52 rs internet pack in my prepaid but i got a message but no data usage so i called up at ccare and talk with the agent so he told me that there is no pack of intermet of rs 52 we have a pack of 51 rs so i told him that why i get a message i[censored] dont have a any 52 pack so why that recharge is possible it should be shows a invalid recharge and not ready to lodge my complaint as there is no process for that ,that a very shameful thing for that huge company,money does not matter but for a huge company its a shameful thing

                full talk time is not recived on my reliance mobile number [protected] i am recharge with 100 but only 86 rs. is recived in my account

                I RECHARGED MY NO.[protected] ON 25 OCT 2010 WITH RS 23 & RS 125 ON 29 OCT 2010 AND NOT YET RECETVED ANY TALKTIME & MY COMPLAINT NO.[protected] IS STILL UNDER DILEMMA.

                Reliance GSM — Not received full talktime

                3 days ago i had got message that on a recharge of 50 rs ,get full talktime of 55rs.Immediately on the same day i had recharged my account with 50rs but still not got the remaining balance.also yesterday i had recharged my account with 19rs for 1paisa per message scheme but has not been activated yet.

                I made recharge of Rs.110 through online and got Rs.105 instead of Rs.110.
                On internet it was shown that you will get full talk time on recharge of Rs.110.
                I need my remaining amount.

                  I am using Reliance Net-connect + Broadband prepaid data card No. [protected] since last two years and have been complaining to Reliance Customer care on the phone as well as on the mail regarding excess prepaid balance deduction from my prepaid balance. But other than getting a standard replies, my problem has not been solved.
                  On the advice of Reliance customer care executive I have disabled Auto Update and Firewall on my laptop. But even in the case of normal browsing my prepaid balance is deducted sometimes @ 5 MB per min. When I close all the windows and just net is connected many MBs of prepaid balance is deducted. Sometimes when my days are good, then only it consumes prepaid balance at Normal rate. Executives at the customer care no.[protected] have not been able to solve it and few honest one have advised me to switch to post paid, as I will keep facing such problems in the case of prepaid connection.
                  Due to this I am forced to use this data card in Emergency only as one never know when 50-60 MB will be deducted in few min. I will be grateful if some one can help in this regard.

                    I am using the reliance broad band service for the past one year. On Saturday approx[protected].15pm ., i was connected the internet throw my LAN port using reliance Fixed line LAN card(no modem) directly . Suddenly a big sound with lighting sparks and burning small came from my laptop LAN card. after that laptop got complete dead. the LAN port of my laptop and reliance card socket got melted and burned.

                    Its my company laptop of lenovo T400. When i check with our technical person they said hard disk, motherboard and data all gone. Its my 3 years worth of work inside that laptop, but all gone. I raised a complaint with reliance regarding this on Saturday 11.30pm(approx) itself. complaint number[protected]. No one responding me till now , i am calling and begging them even higher officials.Till now no one visited, i got a feed back from customer care there was a server problem the case was updated like that,now they simply say problem with my laptop, I know there is lot of time to hide the problem from their side.Sir they do poor service and no reliability. i am just crying inside what can be done.

                    After long time today the Reliance 27/6/2012 8.30pm one technical person came and verified the issue.                       Sir,I had recharged two times on03/04/12 but recieced only one recharge of Rs.75 on my mobile number account [protected]
                      from which i recieved only one recharge through transaction number :MSPG[protected](I recieved recharge for this transaction)&MSPG[protected](this recharge was invaini.e.
                      not recharged to my mobile number account).

                      Sir, When I enquired about my failed transaction id I found that amount from my bank account has been deducted and credited to reliance communication with payment id:.

                      Sir,I also tried my best to resolve this problem but not get any satisfactory reply.Sir,When I tried to contact to customer care I didn't get any appreciable reply and abused by customer care executive.Sir,these type of misconduct should be tightly punished.

                        Hello Sir/Madam,

                        Reliance Communication does not give a right information of top-ups on its website because of which I have recharged with a wrong amount.

                        According to them, Top-up of Rs.37/- is used to reduce STD call rates to 25p/min and it it applicable for Gujarat, Bihar & UP which is not mentioned in its website.
                        Similar top-up Rs.36/- is applicable for all STD calls to 30p/min and all over india.

                        Now I had recharged with Rs.37/- and need to call other than above mentioned states. This is completely cheating with the customers.
                        We never call to customer care every time for every recharge or top-up.

                        Reliance company should provide complete information in its website.

                        Consumer court should take strict action against Reliance Communication.

                        I am facing the problem of automatically SERVICE ON since last one month and charges for that service are deducted from my account.
                        It happens 8-10 times with me and times I have made complaints 2-3 for it and 1-2 time I got my balance.
                        But since Deepa wali when I tried to communicate with customer care executive then call get disconnected.
                        I have tried 15-20 times but always I got disconnected.

                        In UP so many customer facing the problem that when they recharged their phone(prepaid connection) then after sometime their balance got in minus. When they made complain your service representative did not give proper response. if they talk then they say it won’t be happen in future but after some time they faced same problem they make again complain but same answer they get.
                        After some time they get frustrated and they deiced to quit from Reliance.
                        It happen with my father and 2 cousin brothers.

                        Please tell me:
                        what they can do for it?
                        is it the right way that Reliance Communication deals with the consumers.

                          I am Mr.Abrar Jaffer Customer of Reliance Communications LTD.My Mobile No is -[protected].I am being Misguided and cheated by the reliance telecom company as I recharged with Rs26 on[protected] at12:20 PM.I should have got the benefit of the scheme as I had received the SMS by the company regarding the same.But for My surprise I neither got the benefit nor I did get the balance.So,When I called up 198 Helpline they told that you won't get the benefit as it is one time applicable and you also won't get the balance.They even didn't register my complaint.This is a case of clear cheating because if the scheme was only for one time the company had to state in the SMS that it is applicable only once rather then misguiding the customers and eating away Rs 26.
                          I request the court to take strong action against the company as this is the case of misguidance,fraud and cheating.

                          I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH RELIANCE BROADBAND SERVICE.
                          RELIANCE EXECUTIVE SOLD ME A LINK BANDWIDTH OF 256 KBPS INTERNET CONNECTION.
                          WHEN THE LINK WAS THROUGH IT SHOWS 75 KBPS IN PROFILE.DURING THE DOCUMENT
                          COLLECTION AFTER GETTING THE CHEQUE THE SALES PERSON TOLD ME TO SAY YES FOR 75 KBPS BANDWIDTH DURING THE VERFICATION CALL WHEN I OBJECTED HE CONVINCED ME THAT IT IS THE DOWNLOAD SPEED BUT YOUR BROWSING SPEED REMAINS 256 KBPS ONLY.NOW WHEN I RAISEDTHE COMPLAINT TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER THEY GAVE CALL FOR THE PLAN CHANGE.ITS AN EXCELLENT TEAM WORK DONE BY RELIANCE.SO BE AWARE OF THIS TYPE OF FRAUD.

                          Reliance Communications — Fraud and Cheat case

                          I am using customer Id :[protected]. I have been using Reliance Broadband Internet connection from past 6 months or so and now I am very disappointed by the wrong information given by one of your Pune representative for which they are charging me Rs 3130.61 for every month.

                          Actually i wanted to Terminate my account on 23rd of April cause i was moving to Bangalore for my summer Project for month of May and June 2010.
                          But on telephonic conversation between Pune internet representative ( name don't know, cause every time some new person calls) and myself. he told me that he can suspend my connection for next 2 months without any monthly internet charges but he told me that i should not tell this condition to mumbai head team.

                          Then he made a conference call between he( Pune Representative) , myself and Imraan ( Mumbai team) and on his suggestion and T&C , i made my Termination Id canceled(Termination Id[protected].

                          But now Reliance team is sending me bills for month of May which nobody had used for that month and according to his T&C no bill should come to me.

                          Now if i send mail to customer care , they send me mail saying we cannot find Pune Representative name and kindly pay your bills. Is this the way you treat your customer and Dont you have Pune representative name in your database/ Cant you find the details of his name from Termination Id between all 3 o[censored]s.

                          i bought new samsung corby speed touch screen handset on d 23/4/2010 .tax invoice no 87182. i bought this handset because company offered two months free mobile tv connection . i simply used this free mobile tv for just 15 days only then i received a sms your bill is Rs1700 above and i got amazed how can it be i called relaince custumer care they told me the data chares have been levied on you .Then why should company advertise two months free mobile tv connection and so on...

                          Reliance — Cheating case

                          I had received a call yesterday regarding activation of voice chat.
                          On disconnecting the call the service got activated (hats off to the person who has written such a code) and 30/- was deducted.

                          On calling the custome care which gets connected by luck,that person is denying to refund and blaming me for activating the service.

                          For activation ,we have to press some number and then again on confirmation the service gets activated.In my case disconnecting that call activates the service.

                            I was informed by reliance executive that my connection will be terminated within 48 hours – as of May 26 2012.

                            But I am again getting hard copy bills to my residential address stating that still I need to pay bill amount –as such I use your reliance connection still.

                            I demanded a clear explanation – which was not provided and I wish to take action legally against Reliance services – for harassing me for the past 8 months (from nov 2011 to till date) to pay the bill for the terminated connection.

                            It’s been more than 8 months I have been struggling to reliance – to get my connection terminated – I don’t know the reason why the executives @ customer care mislead me with wrong information

                            I have not seen a worst customer service like this – troubling the customer to pay for the services which you never provide

                            I have paid enough amount to reliance – for which I don’t even use the net connect – for only reason of closing my account – but I now think this might be a fraud work to cheat me on saying – “you pay the bill – we terminate “ – for every 2 months

                            I definitely need a clear statement – I don’t don’t need any timeline/any service request saying that will be terminated in 48 hours – In this due course, my connection should have terminated.

                            After their luthergic responses and bad customer service, I get frustrated and lodging this complaint.
                            And am not here to waste my money – for the services which I never take

                            Below are the list of mails I get from reliance net connect for my service termination request for my connection [protected]. I was informed that my connection would be terminated in 10 days after I pay the O/S amount – which I paid in April last week – and got a confirmation from your side for payment on May 11th.

                            Please please please let me know whether my connection has terminated or not. Because every time I ask for the status, the executive logs a new request rather resolving the existing – and states that my connection suspended. I was not able to believe since I got an experience with Reliance – after requesting for termination in February for the 1st time , and even I paid the bill they did not terminate the connection and to my surprise I got a letter to pay my O/S later by April - for the connection which has been de-activated.

                            So please tell me the status of at least any one of the below service request which you promise to be resolved in 5 days.

                            My name is Infant Gerald Prasath . J and I too face the same problem. First the connection is horrible that I had forcec them to cancel it.
                            Secondly after closing all the accounts after 6 months I get a hge bill for 3389 Rs. I am not afraid of thier harassement and I too would like to pursue the case.
                            Unlike you my friend, I do not have the papers, but since I pay almost all bills via either checks or using Credit Card, I can pull up my statements. Also the company has to pull out its record to show when I cancelled the connection. If they can pull that out, they know they are loosing stage for I would have paid the full amount.

                            3389 might not be a huge amount, but I want to go to court to settle this. Indians are afraid to go to the court and get intimidated by threatening calls. Infact there is law not to threaten customers. I am going to take this really seriously as the next step relieance is going to take would send Rowdies to my house. I am willing to fight this case to which ever level it goes and even if I have to spend more money in court thatn 3389.. This is pure harassement and somebody has to fight back

                                Sir,

                                I have a GSM prpaid reliance no -[protected]
                                This is to report that after recharging the phone (topup) a vas service was automatically activated for which Rs 59/- is being periodically deducted every month. On being contacted, the customer service informed that the service is called CNBC super combo pack. I have recently caught two instances - on 16th june and 17th march 2012 when Rs.59/- was deducted. Other details could not be given by the customer care unit after repeatedly asking them how the service got activated since I have not activated the service.

                                It is very strange and convenient of the customer service to repeatedly tel you that their systems are down. Moreover, they never give any message that the deduction for the service is due. The amount is simply deducted from the account. No confirmation message is sent to the subscriber for deduction of the amount also. It is therefore clear that the company wants to cheat the customers and deduct the amount from them without their knowledge. I request you to kindly take up the matter with the company & get the amount s been deducted since my last recharge refunded.

                                Also there is no convenient process for deactivation of the service. While the activation happens without our consent, to stop the service they asked me to them call back for any deactivation of service.


                                The above service later checked by the customer care only till february has costed me Rs. 59*5 (months) = Rs. 354/-

                                Apart from this, i also was having a blackberry prepaid plan (BBPRBIS398) on this no. until last month. When i last recharged, the plan never worked and after numerous calls to customer care it was found that the service was down and there was no TAT given in terms of how long will it take to have it restarted. Due to the constant disatisfaction, i requested for termination of plan and refund of the Rs. 398/- for the plan. I have only on the 14th of june recieved a message that the plan stands deactivated. There is no communication from reliance about the refund.


                                Please have this looked into on urgent basis .

                                  I have been using prepaid reliance cdma connection from last 10 years.i have not activated any of the services but last 5 month varies back activated without my knowledge and they have deducted rs.30 from my main balance.And the most important thing is that even in this month they have deducted money from my account, ).This way they have deducted 5 times in 5 month.now i do not want any kind of services in my no.Kindly deactivate all these services as soon as possible.

                                    My balance Rs.30 have been deducted on 13.06.2012 unnecessarily. i did not receive any SMS in connection with this deduction. I tried customer care number but invain.

                                    Kindly, revert back the balance of Rs.30 which was deducted due to automatic system response.

                                    Reliance GSM — unauthorized deduction of balance

                                    reliance have deducted balance of rs 400 within 2 weeks,,, either rs 60 or rs 30 at a time.
                                    instead of complaining again and again regarding unwanted calls and messages,,,, no action has been taken.

                                    Reliance — Unauthorized balance deduction

                                    Dear sir,
                                    i am enjoying the the excellent tariff from reliance GSM, but i'm facing a problem o[censored]nauthorized deduction of my balance amount for some automatic package activation, please note that it is Fifth or Sixth Time i got this SAME problem. For all the time when i tried to make the complaint in customer care, they give the reply that " The packages were activated by the * code request from Your phone". How they could talk so irresponsibly.How such a multi-digit code is generated and send from my mobile for more than a couple of time without my knowledge, since i'm the only person handle my mob?
                                    I already made a complaint in this forum for the SAME Reason before a few weeks. I would like to know How you could force a customer to subscribe packages and withdraw money without his/her permission. If it is a technical mistake, why didn't you correct it? I think so many people facing the same problem. I'm demanding Reliance to give back my balance amount they taken from my account without my permission, Rs.10 on 21/04/2011 and Rs.2 on 22/04/2011, and also never repeat the same mistake. I don't want the partial balance return as you given in the previous case. I want to get the full amount you deducted without my permission.Please also note that i faced this problem when i was admitted in an Hospital. Reliance signal strength is very low where i'm residing.                                     Reliance Smart GSM — Unauthorised Balance Deduction

                                    My name is Ranu De Barik & my cell No:[protected]. From the last few days balance have been deducting without any reason & my knoledge. Why this is happening, I dont know. If I ask to customer care executive, they tell "it has done by me & balance cannot be refunded". I think these persons think that they are the clever & we are bloody fool. But it is not the fact. I want my balance back to my phone immediately otherwise I will shift to other service keeping the same no & will take serious step.

                                    dear sir,
                                    my mobile balance was deducted unauthorizedly without any intimation to me . when i called , i was surprised to know , company has deducted balance for starting web services . i was stunned as my handset is a simple one and it doesnt support gprs . even they didnt intimated to me . i was held up on line for time and i had to pay additional for talking to customer care ..
                                    i am surprised what would happen to vulnerable section of poor , labourers , illiterates , who dont know what to do in these situations . it is a great irony our PM talks of welfare schemes and financial inclusion and these billaniore companies cut the throats of these disadvantaged people .

                                      I am a subscriber of reliance communications for couple of years. I have been regularly paying the bills.My number is [protected].
                                      Despite regular payments the collection agency of reliance makes incessant calls for collection of bill. Since I travel, i have to receive the calls on roaming too. They keep changing the number from which they call.
                                      I have personally requested them to stop calling me, since i am a regular and punctual customer. They continue to do it.
                                      I have sent three to four emails to the company, but have not received any communique from them.
                                      Now they have issued me a legal notice under section20(2) of legal services authorities Act 1987(pre litigation no. 5588 of 2012). contending that i have availed of their service and not paid for it.
                                      I seek assistance for better customer service.

                                      I am reaching to you in protest. I am a reliance customer ([protected]) for some years now. I have been

                                      But what is annoying is the manner in which your company goes on harassing postpaid customers for payment of
                                      bills. I have been complaining about this behavior with everyone at your [protected]@paud road,pune. They seem
                                      to be equally disturbed about it and helpless.
                                      It seems that the company has its own set of rules for DND. Its own collection agents do not follow the DND and
                                      keep calling in incessantly.
                                      I have not paid my bill for the month in protest. You can disconnect my connection and adjust my deposit.
                                      And mind you Mr. Gandhi, my bills are in the range of Rs. 1000/- Not a big amount isn't it.
                                      If i do not receive any communique in my favor I will take it as company policy to harass the customers.

                                      I have reliance netconnect with "unlimited usage" plan. But, I was unable to use the services properly for 3 days (Oct 3, 4, 5). I called you call-center and reliance representative acknowledged that the problem was on your side. He also mentioned that I would get a credit since the problem was at their end.

                                      I have not seen any credit/ refund in my bill. So, I raised this issue to call center. Since they could not resolve it. I have written 4 emails to "Appellate Authority" for MAHARASHTRA state, Mr. Samir Gandhi.
                                      In-spite of writing repeated emails there is NO response to my concern.

                                      Please help, as this seems like a simple case of charging the customer for no service provided.

                                        I am a regular customer of your Reliance Shop, Kochadai, Madurai Mobile[protected].
                                        To day I have redeem my points, they have confirmed it is 79 and value of Rs55 can be purchasable. they adjust from purchase bill, but because of system enable they have told will be taken later. They called me after some time in 16.30 hrs and infor points were available only 10, so they ask me return the amount. Please check with the real status and confirm were it was lasted. I am a regular buyer and not used that points so far.
