I am reliance GSM customer, My mobile number is - [protected]. I want to file a complaint regarding about the poor services of this company, I have never activated any of the value added services but these services are automatically becomes activated on my number and amount is used to be deducted from my main balance, and now I am fed-up of their services as this has happened frequently many times with me.

my reliance prepaid number is [protected]. since my last recharge of50rupees, my balance is being deducted everyday, without any prior notice. i have not activated any value added service or anything like that. i request you to refund my balance within 48 hours, or i shall not continue using reliance services. thank you....

I am one of Reliance Mobile subscriber and using mobile no. [protected]. Its a CDMA postpaid connection from Delhi NCR. This is a new connection, which is activated in 11th May 2012 only. But in a less a month time, I found that rather than a mobile connection, I bought one big problem for myself. I have following issues with this mobile connection.

This is regarding the bill of Reliance Net Connect data card # [protected]. I tried contacting customer care for the same but they are unable to assist me on the same because of some billing issue. Below is the list of events that has happened in past in context of above number:

I have taken a CDMA sim of Reliance in August 2011. It was running suddenly its incoming and outgoing calls is closed without any information either through call or any message. No any costomer care number is accessible from other number. It is remote place there is no any store/ministore so that we may start the Sim.

Kindly consider this email as my formal complaint against the poor service & unfair treatment to the customers by reliance web services. Unfortunately I am user of reliance net connect+
I want to put my concerns across you and expecting some action to be taken.
I am using reliance net connect since 7 to 8 months, I had some billing related concerns as my bill amount was exceeding the plan amount (Rs.499)...
