    I REGRET TO INFORM YOU ONCE AGAIN THAT SINCE LAST FEW DAYS, I.E. 5/6 MONTHS LONG OUR MOBILE CONNECTION IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. BUT ON THE OTHER WAY WE ARE GETTING MESSAGES FROM YOUR VERY OFFICE(GUWAHATI) THAT YOUR BILL AMOUNT FOR THE MONTH IS RS...; NOW UNDER THE ABOVE CONDITION I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST YOU TO RECTIFY OR DO THE NEEDFUL IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT HAVING ANY FURTHER DELAY FAILING WHICH I, MYSELF & MY OTHER FRIEND CIRCLE INCLUDING MY FAMILY MEMBERS SHALL BE COMPLLED TO WITHDRAW OUR MOBILE CONNECTION FROM RELIANCE TO ANY OTHER SWEETABLE CO.

    RELIANCE TELECOM LTD — network failure problem

    Respected Sir,
    We have repeated appealed to the concern office at agartala and udaipur (TRIPURA) & also at customer care by [protected] for the problem that we r not getting the network at udaipur town (rajar bag), south tripura. although there is a customer care centre at our city and tower is also there. but i think due to poor network provision we are feeling very much disturb frequently. 1 minute is network there, again few minutes is no network... there are about 2000 consumer at our city. but they are overlooking the problem for long days.. there is network on the road and home ground( that is out of room). But maximum times it shows ''no network'' if we are at our room and if any one calls in emmergency network's reply is '' not reachable ''. what a strange !! we have repeated informed but failed. also facing call dropping in maximum times.
    So we pray and hope that you would be kind enuogh to take necessary steps to save our money and to keep contact with others immediately

    RELIANCE TELECOM LTD — Forced Subscription & Charges

    The company follows the system of forcibly activating any kind of services on the Mobile & instructs the customer to Unsubscribe thru an SMS if not interested. But after eventhough the Customer requests for Unsubscription, they do not accept & keep charging the costs.

    According to me , why should a customet be forced for such matters. How can Reliance directly activate such services without the customers requirements. Further why should customer make the Unsubscription request.

    The whole system is very unfair. People who use these Mobiles puerely for communication purpose without much knowledge are being completely exploited by Reliance.

    Some serious action should be taken against all such Service providers or business entities.

    here gsm network is too much down last 3 months, and lack of network my revenue is down 5 lakhs,
    I HAVE WORKING 7 BTS BUT ONLY WORK 2 BTS

        my no [protected] had been terminated automatically without any prior information. when i called customer care they told me to submit a copy of voter id & passport photo at the customer care & u will get a new sim in the same number along with your main ballance & net ballance. but baripada customer care agent told that the sim had been terminated & its not possible to re-issue a sim in the same no. then i again called the customer care & he fellow told that your sim had been terminated & its not possible to re-issue the sim on the same number..... why this variance ?????? why did u terminated my sim without any prior information?????
        Dear Sir / Madam,

        My name is Pravin Rai and I was having Reliance Post-paid sim with no : [protected] which I got from the Executive named : Surendra ( MB. No: [protected] ) as a company CUG (previous employer). This sim was provided to me at my previous Company office ( CMS Infosystem Pvt Ltd, 6 – Giribaug Soc., B/h Centerpoint, Alkapuri, Vadodara ) by Mr. Surendra. I left my company in month of September 2010 & thereafter one month I received a call from Reliance Communication, Race-course branch customer representative (Lady) & Mr. Surendra for bill-payment due to them. I talked with Mr. Surendra & customer representative and stated them the reason that I have lost my sim & also left CMS Company and I kindly request you to please block or terminate this no. : [protected]. Mr. Surendra requested me to pay the bill last time & committed to me that he will transfer this number to any other CMS employee and I will not have to pay anymore bill. So I agreed on his commitment & payed the bill on 26/10/2010 to my near reliance web world with Receipt No. : S[protected] though I had not used reliance service. But then also at the very next two month consequently , I was receiving Reliance Bill and calls from customer representative of Reliance Communication, Race-course Branch for the payment of bill. Now on dated 31/12/2010 an executive named Kavan Mehta( Mb. No. [protected] ) came at my house for payment of bills. I stated him the whole scenario that I was facing since last 3 months and queried him why should I pay the bill that I haven’t used. Mr Kavan told me that I have to give an application for deactivation or termination of sim: [protected] and make the payment for outstanding bill of Rs. 469. So I spoked to Mr. Surendra and he told me that he has not committed anything before and misbehaved to me and disconnected my phone. Thereafter I spoked to the Main official person sitting at Racecourse branch of Realiance Communication LTD - Mr. chandrakant ([protected]), and made the payment of my outstanding bill of Rs. 469 on 31/12/2010 alongwith Application for termination & requested him to take necessary action against Mr. Surendra. But I don’t think that anybody in Reliance Communication cares about the customer suffering.

        After the very next month, I am still getting bills from Reliance Communication. So I would like to request you to please guide me to file a complaint against Mr. Surendra & Reliance Communication, Race-course Branch that they haven’t guided me or requested me to give the application for termination of sim for which I have to suffer so much of inconvenience since few months & loss of Rs 469 + Rs. 160 that I had payed for the service which I haven’t used.

          This complaint is against Reliance Communication.I was using pre-paid connection of reliance.his executive call me and tell me a plan i.e 399 monthly rental and i will get full talk value of 399 and my reliance to reliance will be free all india and call charges will be 20 paisa/min local and 30 paisa/ min for STD.
          yesterday (12-june-2012) when my prepaid converted to postpaid ,i was told that my plan is not the same as i was told.my plan is 399 monthly rental and in which i will get full talk value and my call rate is 50 paisa/min for local and STD and my reliance to reliance is not free.
          The executive (Amit) number is [protected] cheated me to achieve his target..Reliance is totally fraud company.cheats their own customers.

              According to their website rcom.co.in there is an STV of Rs. 9 by which your call rates would change to Re 1.2 per 3 minutes. Even in roaming also, these rates would be applicable. I purchased this voucher online through internet banking using their website. But even after receiving confirmation sms, I'm being charged @ Rs. 1/minute (local) and Rs. 1.5/minute (STD) in roaming. My receipt no. is AMIR22819709 and mobile no. is [protected].

              I tried to call customer care at *333, the voice says this no. does not exists.

              I'm being cheated by reliance. I now plan to port-out of the network if this problem is not solved soon.

                Reliance GSM — automatically activated value-added service

                Hello Sir,
                I have purchased Reliance GSM sim card 2 weeks ago and applied for Do not Call registry in the application form.
                Now, yesterday my wife was listening radio on the mobile and we had set settings such that call will be received automatically when ear phone is attached.
                So, when we receive a call from customer care of Reliance the call was received automatically and incidentally my wife pressed '1' to switch the radio station.
                The computerized call from Reliance took as authorization of value-added service which I never used.
                Please help me to get rid of these services and help me to get back my money which Reliance has deducted.

                    HI,

                    I am one of Reliance Mobile subscriber and using mobile no. [protected]. Its a CDMA postpaid connection from Delhi NCR. This is a new connection, which is activated in 11th May 2012 only. But in a less a month time, I found that rather than a mobile connection, I bought one big problem for myself. I have following issues with this mobile connection.

                    1. First and foremost, my mobile services got terminated without any intimation, even after I paid my first bill.

                    2. I was trying to contact customer care, but rather than connecting to postpaid customer care, I am always getting connected to prepaid customer care. I have tried on *222, *333 and 198 (all 3 numbers) and there one even able to understand my issue.

                    3. At the time of activation, I have selected mobile number [protected]. As per Reliance executive its a process that initially my number will be [protected] and after 2-3 days he will change my number to selected one. But still my number is not changes, as committed to me.

                    4. I am not even getting any proper response from Reliance store and they are not ready to give any contact number. For any small thing, I have to visit there, which is not a easy task for me. Also my past experience is also not so good, as the service level over there is also same like Reliance customer care.

                    I understand that issue may occur when we are using any product/services, but it is very important to handle them carefully with ownership. I never find a single executive in Reliance, who can take ownership and resolve my issue It gives us more pain when we are not getting proper response and solution for our issues. The kind of services I have got today, forced me to move ahead and mail you. Otherwise I would suffer and no one will bother to help me out from this.

                        Sub:- Requested for cancellation of reliance netconnect service
                        Ref:- no. [protected]

                        With reference to the above I have sent email to the customer care reliance netconnect on the 1st week of April hoping that they will disconnect before their billing date 20th April. But they have taken 2 weeks to reply to my email. Customer care asked details of my billing address and DOB and I have sent my personal details immediately. I have clearly stated in my email that I am cancelling the service since I am shifting to Kuwait. Mean while customer care started harassing my family continuesly over phone for the payment of the bill. I have sent an email to customer care stating that no problem I will pay the bill and asked for the disconnection. I have received reply mail confirming that you pay the bill we will disconnect the services. I have paid the bill and felt happy on seeing that my netconnect has been disconnected. To my surprise I have noticed that reliance netconnect bill for the Month of 20th May bill I found in my mails. I asked my wife to contract the rel- customer care and inquire about the bill. When she inquired customer staff told her that the netconnect connection can not be cancelled since your husband must be present in person and added that the bills will be received every month even after the disconnection of service. I really shocked and rather surprised knowing in detail. I am awaiting for email from rel-netconnect. This is how these people become very rich in India and abroad. Now I do not know what to do since I am in Kuwait they are exploiting my situation. Please help me immediately and oblige.

                        Reliance — Sending bills even after disconnection of service

                        I and my Friend bought Reliance broadband data card around 6 months back.
                        the Data card Stopped working just after one month, we have been continuously calling the customer care to resolve the issue, but dint get any response from their side.
                        we paid monthly bill for around 850/- per head for 4 months without using any of the services, when Finally I raised my voice quite harshly, they assured me, they will stop the services and disconnect our connection, from then onwards we did not receive any bill communication from their side and as we have already stopped to use of the so called broad band Data connect.

                        suddenly after 3 months of this incident we both are receiving some calls from some reliance person to pay the bill of 1800+ which is pending from our side for the usage of their services in these 3 months.
                        Also we are receiving the SMS If we don’t do so, they will take some legal action against us.

                        I don’t understand what kind of customer services these people do provide, Would like to know what action we can take against them to avoid such SMS and calls.

                        Please suggest.

                            As we are using the Reliance broadband connection for past 11 months .In the month of April'12 ,we have planned to shift the house ,so we have given the shifting request for our broadband connection to our new resident ( shifted from " E" Door no to "H" ).I have called the reliance customer care executive to give request for shifting ,and our complaint number is Service Request ID[protected] ,request raised date is 9th of april .From the date of 9th April 2012 ,we have not used the broadband connection (disconnected all the wires ,waiting for your executive for shifting purpose ).But no one responding properly .

                            So many times ,I have insisted your customer support executive to do the shifting process,but no response .

                            They have taken two months to solve the issue ,last week (25th May '12 ) I have received the call from reliance executive ,he promised me to solve this issue within two days ,On the next day (26th May'12) One technical executive came to our home and shifted the connection.So we started using the connection from 26th May'12

                            For the last 2 months from 8th of April 2012 to 25th May ' 2012 ,We have not used the broadband connection ,because of your poor service

                            But you people are raised the bill amount of Rs.561.50 for April'12 Including the late payment charges of Rs.100 and Rs.785.40(including the shifting charge Rs.200) totally Rs.1446.90

                            [protected] to 18-4-12 : We have used the connection from 19-3-12 to 8-4-12 .On 9th of April '2012 we have raised the request to shift the connection ,But no response from your side .So we have not used the connection from 9-4-12 to[protected] days non usage of the broadband connection) need waiver for the 10 days

                            [protected] to 18-5-12 : We have used the connection ,as we are waiting for your service
                            So,Provide the waiver amount for this month too for non usage due to poor service ( 1month)

                            [protected] to 25-5-12 : we have not used the connection and 26th of may '12 we got the solution and the connection is given by the reliance executive.
                            So I request you to provide the waiver amount for the period 19-5-12 to[protected] days )

                            And also ,this is not our mistake ,and you are not taking that much care about the customer complaint ,and also put waiver for the late payment fee Rs.100( that too need waiver /its not our mistake )

                            And I m ready to pay the service amount of Rs.200 for shifting purpose

                            and also the usage period amount (i.e from 18-3-12 to[protected] days


                            As we have not using the connection , how can we pay the amount

                            I request you to rework the bill amount and put the waiver for the bill amount raised

                            Reliance Broadband — Bill Dispute

                            My billing account no is [protected].A lady executive named Rekha mobile no.[protected] came to our home and collected an amt.of Rs528/cash thru provisional Recept no.137261 on 18/7/07.But the amt has not been credited in our a/c till date .As a result ,my outgoing call to the attached telephone (no.3914823) has been barred.I have lodged complaint for several times and was assured to restore the servise in 24 hours and some times it has been restored but for a very short period.In this connection ,i met your local office billing manager, and he assure me that the paid amt (Rs 528/) was credited in some other a/c and now it has been corrected ,and i will have no problem in future,but again after a week our telephone has gone out of order.please look in to the matter ,as i am facing a lot of inconvenience because of it ,and if it is not possible then i will have no option but to switchover to other providers.

Actually the problem is this On 2nd of June I got a call from your Reliance tellecaller that Sir would you like to convert your prepaid number to postpaid with the plan 449.I agree with that plan and as they told me a person came to you tommorow to collect the money Rs 250/- and your documents on 3rd of June a person came with the name Sanjeev and he take Rs 250 and my document .And afterthat
                              From 3rd of June to today no one came for verification or all.As I call Mr. Sanjeev he will not attend my call any time.And as i called to tellecaller everyday they told me sir today before 8pm your number must be converted into postpaid.Kindly check the details and take some action please.

                                Actually I bought one reliance net connect modem on dec 20 2011 with the amount of rs. 2500/- (3 month unlimited use) after that work like prepaid without doing anything from our end likewise told and sold by Mr. Saravanan (who may be a sales person or dealer of reliance net connect). I asked him how it will be work like prepaid after 3 month without doing anything, he told me that is the offer of this modem we will send your date as mar 20 2012 to the corresponding peoples to convert it as prepaid. so you can use the modem after march 20 as prepaid.

                                so i bought the modem and i have used till mar 20. then i kept my modem safely to use at necessary times simply by recharging based on my requirements. but now i am receiving messages like,
                                Dear Reliance Customer Demand notice Generated against your non payment of HSD [protected] Rs. 1269/- shall be delivered shortly make payment on Online or Nearest Outlet and avoid Legal Action.

                                So I called to customer care and talked with them regarding the issue, they told you would have used some additional GB like (1147MB) after the date like that. oh ok then I told them that ok i am ready to pay rs. 500/- maximum like that. But they told me to pay full amount. I asked them,
                                Mam because of that person instructions i didnt use after mar 20. then why i want to pay rs. 1269/- please tell and resolve the issue, then she told ok we will calculate the money for your usage and send you via mail. then i told ok. but next day another mam called me from reliance head office and told you have to pay rs.1269/-.

                                I dont understand the complete problem, Please tell the solution for me to finish the issue smoothly sir.

                                Reliance Netconnect — requests for extra payments

                                Since having the net connect mobile internet connection I have had at least 5 occasions when my service has been disconnected for no reason. I pay every month for unlimited use and yet on 2 occasions have been asked to pay more money to be reconnected.Being a foreigner in India I am used to paying more than everyone else but I think this is going too far. On the last occasion my service was off for 3 days and we were told by the store in Trivandrum that it was head office fault and was asked to pay extra money which I refused to do. A friend of mine has had the same experience of being asked for more money but being offered no explanation what the money is for.


                                I have telephoned the call centre on a few occasions but they are of no use at all and seem to have no idea about the product or the service. I am now reconnected but have no confidence in Reliance at all. I have submitted complaints to the company but have never had any response.

                                I was having a reliance postpaid no.([protected] ), using since Mar-2012 until Sep-2012. but currently am not using it as my child thrown the data card into the Well while she playing. I have tried to cancel my connection many times online but no hope always i had receive the connection timeout error. when i was using it i was called the CC for poor data transfer rate and raised case for improve the data transfer rate by installing a new switch at my residential area. Almost i was paid around 900 Rs for every month just for few KBs(pls note even its not in MBs but reliance says unlimited ). fortunately i had lost it, meanwhile i have tried many times for cancelling my Connection online but every time failed. I also informed the same to the collection agent when they called me for bill payment for oct-2012, but didn't hear my request and didn't clarify anything on cancellation but now i am receiving calls very oftentimes for non payment of my bills.

                                what i would request is " I need the data usage report for the month of oct-2012 to nov-2012, if reliance is able to provide the data usage report for my connection definitely it will be the false or fake report as there is no data transfer happens from my data card to the outer network from the Well.

                                so please consider it as my cancellation request for my connection with - [protected] .

                                I am feeling very bad to tell every body about pathetic experience of reliance communication for the datacard number [protected].

                                I brought reliance 3G datacard on 23 Dec 2016. Till then I was facing continuous issue of internet connection on daily basis.
                                You can find many complaint was done and they were closed without solving my issues. They were just saying all time some working is going on to improve network.

                                Note: If not good connection is there then why we should pay bill. But I paid bill all the month that time.

                                After that reliance has started to upgrade the connections into 4G. I was also asked to upgrade my datacard to 4g. I refused at start, But later on reliance associates told me that no extra charge will be taken and there will be no change in the plan and pricing. Only on this statement (not plan and price will be changed ) I agreed.

                                Reliance has changed my dataplan to 4G. My datacard stopped working one problem. Then reliance also changed the plan and bill amount without intimating to me.

                                My datacard plan was 5gb day and 5gb night. I was paying 688 rs inculding taxes.
                                Now how reliance can change the pricing and plan without asking me.

                                After conversion to 4G network they started to charge me 1039 approx per month and I was not agreed for this as number has changed without my permission.

                                They have charged me for the bill of the below period:
                                9-6-2016 to[protected] => 688
                                9-7-2016 to[protected] => 2502 Wrong bill (should be 688 + 688 = 1376)
                                I also asked them to correct the bill and close the account on Aug 13 2016. They have not closed my account and added one month bill again.
                                At this time have paid them 1400 to settle the bill when I receive a mail from them to settle down it with 1400 INR.
                                Now they are gain asking me to pay 2002 INR again.

                                I will not purchase any post paid plan from reliance (bad network, bad customer care and bad ethics).

                                I am really repenting to deal with reliance.

                                When I have not received good service from reliance, accordingly I should not pay any money to reliance but still I have paid all month bill as per 3g bill price (688 per month). But still they are doing fraud with me.

                                I also will help to other not to buy any reliance product. They are really suck.

                                Please help me any one.

                                  This is regarding the bill of Reliance Net Connect data card # [protected]. I tried contacting customer care for the same but they are unable to assist me on the same because of some billing issue. Below is the list of events that has happened in past in context of above number:

                                  1. On 6th Jan 2012 I called Reliance customer care to terminate the services to above number Ref No. :[protected]
                                  2. On 31st Jan 2012 I cleared the payment by making a payment of Rs. 738.74, Transaction Ref No.: 15580751
                                  3. Even after that I kept on getting the calls for Payment reminder and bills on my mail id.
                                  4. I again called up Reliance customer care on 12th Mar 2012(Ref No. :[protected] for the same and informed them that I have requested for termination of my services even I am getting bills and Payment reminder calls. They assured that they will forward this issue to billing department and issue get resolved as well.
                                  5. Now on 19th May 2012, I again called up Reliance customer care Ref No. :[protected] for re-activation of my Data card but now they are saying that I need to clear my dues first and my services were never terminated, they were de-activated because of nonpayment. I gave them all the above information but they said that they don’t have privilege to sort out this kind of issue.

                                  I am not sure even after my request why my Net Connect card services was not terminated. I raised the termination request and system has log of this as well why I am being asked made the payment and now I am getting threatening call from Reliance as well to pay the bill.

                                  Reliance is telling me to bear the charge even if the delay/fault happened from Reliance to process my termination request dated 6th Jan 2012, Ref No. :[protected]. I was told that it takes around 15-20 days to process the termination request but now I am being asked to pay full month rent i.e. for period of[protected] to[protected].

                                  Also, I got the call from Reliance during Jan month after I raised the termination request that I have been given one month free usage because of my good payment record. Could you please help on this issue why that complementary offer is not considered in the billing?

                                    I recharged my number of Reliance (GSM) Smart on 03/06/2012 from an

                                    online site by an amount of 250. I got a confirmation message from

                                    reliance of successful recharge and i was given balance of 0.01 Rs. At that

                                    time i did not worried as i had some balance in my phone but after some

                                    time i realized that i have reached zero balance. I called customer care

                                    [protected] but it was IVR and they charge Rs0.5 for 3 minutes to talk to

                                    executives. There for i again recharged by Rs. 110 and then talked to

                                    customer care executives he said that they do not have any information of

                                    250 recharge on my phone i again called 198 another customer care

                                    number executive on this number confirmed that a recharge of 250 is

                                    received and they have given only given 0.01 rs against it for that he

                                    registered a complaint. SMS of reliance assured that my complaint will be

                                    resolved in 48 hrs. i Called again on 08 June 2012 for the followup on

                                    customer care another executive said me that i will be given only 0.01 Rs

                                    as their company do not have any voucher of Rs. 250.
                                    Here My point is these telecom companies keep on changing their

                                    voucher values as a customer it is very difficult to check every time what

                                    are available voucher in case if a customer recharge with some other value

                                    should not they reject the transaction because there are other valid

                                    vouchers like GPRS plans etc. which credit only 0.01 rs these plans also

                                    keep on change time to time. This company must be making Laks of Rs.

                                    by not giving talk value or other services to customers.

                                        i recharged my reliance number [protected] with 79 night calling pack ( R to R) on 2nd june before recharging i called *333 and asked them clearly that i have 29 voucher activated they told me no problem you can recharge with 79 and i got message after recharging that recharged sucessfully but on the 3rd june when i called reliance number my bal is deducted and i called 198 and asked them is my 79 voucher activated they say yes and i filed complaint with sr no.[protected] on same day for wrong charged, on 4 june i recieved sms we had checked and found all call charged correctly, then i agin called and asked them and after that they again filled my complaint and today i recieved sms agin with same excuse, today when i called 198 and ask them is my voucher activated they answer yes if my voucher is activated so why my balance is deducting for calling reliance number. till now i contact them atleast 50 times but no solution is come. i want solution that either 79 voucher work or they revert back my balance and 79 rs.

                                        I subscribed Rs.199 GPRS plan on 14th Sept at 11pm..I was charged Rs.199 at that moment..but when i checked my subscription status..there was no such plan activation update..and when i used the GPRS on my phone I was continously charged as per normal rates..when i talked to customer care...everytime there was a different response from customer care..i talked to customer care all about 15 times...each time they gave me a different excuse..even once i was kept on hold for 20 minutes..even one of the customer care told me that I have been wrongly charged and my money woulllld be refunndded..but still till today there is no response from that side...
                                        This problem is not first time with me...the very previous day i was subscribed to Rs.10 GPRS plan...that day also I was charged Rs.10 but there was not any plan activation..

                                        my mobile number is [protected]. last month i made a complaint regarding wrongly charged my complaint number was[protected],[protected],[protected]. according to that complaint my complaint was resolved by reliance. and at that time customer care executive said to me that my sms pack has be renewed till 11 september.
                                        but today in morning (6th september) i got an sms that my sms pack has been renewed and deducted my balance . but it has to renewed on 11 september .i am also complaining against network problem from last 3 months. but till now nothing has been done . they even do not register a complaint . i am totally frustrated with reliance services. please look into this matter
