reliance activated wrong plan and hence the wrong bill

I had asked for a Rs. 850 plan but Reliance people activated Rs 849 plan.
850 plan - 1GB during day and 10GB during night.
849 plan - 3GB through out the day.
I was not informed that they have activated the wrong plan.But my bill came according to the 3GB plan i.e. Rs 4000 while it should have been Rs. 850.
I have lodged so many complaints at reliance but they did not reply to the mail.On phone also they say that...

Issuing SIM card without consent and forcing customers to pay the bill

Lack of speed

Deactivation of Scheme

I got Reliance prepaid SIM Card since long time. Somehow the company has activated some scheme and Rs. 30 is deducted every month without my knowledge. I am unable to know still how and why its been done.

No Information of change of validity of Rs 55/- top up
