I had asked for a Rs. 850 plan but Reliance people activated Rs 849 plan.
850 plan - 1GB during day and 10GB during night.
849 plan - 3GB through out the day.
I was not informed that they have activated the wrong plan.But my bill came according to the 3GB plan i.e. Rs 4000 while it should have been Rs. 850.
I have lodged so many complaints at reliance but they did not reply to the mail.On phone also they say that...

On 3re february 2012 i've taken a new prepaid [sim] connection of reliance mobile from kolkata, number is [protected], before activating that retailer has talked with their help line regarding the mobile 3g plans, they told him to do frc Rs.103[terrif will be 3gb for 30 days] after that i've paid him for sim 30+103 for 3G frc and 55 for full talk time total rs188. Dear Sir/Madam,

I got Reliance prepaid SIM Card since long time. Somehow the company has activated some scheme and Rs. 30 is deducted every month without my knowledge. I am unable to know still how and why its been done.
