This is from Somnath Guha Neogi.My Reliance GSM prepaid number is [protected].For the last 4 or 5 months I have been getting a msg on 11th
or 12th of every months regarding renewal of a monthly sms pack.
I sent deactivate message several times before.

The msg was like this...

"deact sms5p" to 53739.

Yesterday I have got a same renewal request and sent a deactivate message
today itself.

I immediately got a response from the same number like this

"No default configured".

As a result like the other previous months I am expecting that my account balance
would be deducted by Rs 14.

Please do something with this.

I don't want any value added service for my number.

ON DT.[protected] RS. 20/- DUDECUCTION FROM MY ACCOUNT AFTER THAT DAY WHEN I TRY TO COMPLAIN IN COSTUMER CARE FROM THAT DAY I CANT CONNECT COSTUMER CARE. I AFTER THAT I APPLY FOR MOBILE PORTABILITY, BUT SERVICE PROVIDER DON'T GIVE ME PORTABILITY CODE AND BLOCK MY NUMBER UN AUTHORIZED I RECEIVE THE PORTABILITY CODE FROM THE COSTUMERCARE BY CONTACT THEM. I ALSO APPLIED IN THE VODAFONE MINISTORE FOR FOR RELICE TO VODAFONE MOBILE PORTABILITY ON DT.[protected]. BUT FROM TO THAT DATE NEITHER RELIANCE GIVE ME SERVICE NOR VODAFOE. MY NUMBER IS NOW TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE. BUT WHEN I CONTACT RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID THAT YOUR NOT SUBMITTED YOUR DOCUMENT , WHEN I GO TO RELIANCE MINI STORE TO SUBMIT THE DOCUMENT THEY CHECK MY NUMBER AND SAID WE CANT KNOW WHY TOUR NUMBER IS BLOCK. ABOUT 13 TO 14 DAYS SERVICE PROVIDER BLOCK MY SIM TILL TO DATE.
    SIR PLEASE HELP ME TO CONTINUING MY SERVICE.

      I have applied for a new broadband connection and the collection agent got the cheque for Rs. 1500/- on 22nd Jan 2012 (Sunday Night) and informed that the connection will be given within 3 working days.

      I got a verification call the next day but the connection is not given till now. Couple of instances I have received a call asking whether the connection was given, and when I mentioned that it was not the case, they informed that they will ensure this will be installed quickly.

      But till date, the broadband connection is not installed, I have sent 3 e-mails to the Nodal Officer, but still no action taken.

      Hi,

      On 6th of February 2012 one of your executive named Ashok Kumar sent another representative Santha Kumar to my residence and collected 1200 from me promising that he will provide me the Reliance Broadband connection by the very next day and the same will be activated within a day or two. He gave me an acknowledgement which was in the form with the CAF No - [protected].

      Right from the day on, I haven't heard back any thing from him and abusing me when I tried calling his number. Till date I haven't received Broadband connection and got a verification call on 10th February 2012 from [protected] at 7:30 pm, I really don't think that this call was from Reliance Broadband as 7:30 pm is not an appropriate time for any verification or marketing calls.

      On 12th February 2012 I raised a complaint by calling the Reliance Customer Care [protected] at 10 am and been informed that will get a call back within 24 hours and again 13th February 2012 morning at 10:30 am I raised another complaint by calling the same number and been informed the same regular statement as will be receiving a call within 24 hours. Not even received a single call regarding this till now and I don't know where my money is.

      Sent mails to [protected]@relianceada.com and [protected]@relianceada.com and got a standard response stating that will reply within 24 hours. Spoke with your Nodal officer on 14th of February with the same standard response.

      I'm now feeling cheated in the name of Reliance Broadband and I need this to be addressed ASAP.

        I was De- activated the Missed call alert service via the SMS <UNSUB> to 51234 on Last month till now dt. 9.2.02 my service not De activate .also two time I called up the Reliance customer care executive they are not Cancel my service and also deduct Rs. 15/- on my prepaid balance. This service last two month I m trying to de-activate but they can’t solved my problem, still I m facing the problem

        As per last conversation with reliance customer executive dated 9.02.2012, we are De- activate your service and back refund your balance before 24 hours but still I don’t have received any balance from your sight.

          I have sent the porting request in the prescribed format to 1900 at least 10 times, but no response at all. When I called Reliance CDMA customer support, the agent tells they haven't received any porting request SMS! I tried sending the SMS with acknowledgement option, and I got a confirmation SMS indicating successful delivery of my porting request SMS to 1900. And when I provide wrong mobile number in the SMS, there is an immediate response from 1901 indicating the incorrect number. That means the system is working, but I suspect the service providers tweak their systems so that it doesn't respond to porting requests. Isn't this illegal, and against the TRAI directives?

            Dear Sir/Madam, Reliance is one of the premier telecom company of India now slated for world recognition. I was a very big fan of the brand RELIANCE and enjoyed the following services for over 4-5 years now. Wireless Broadband account number-[protected]. Mobile -[protected]. I purchased a new connection of wireless broadband named netconnect+ on 22 dec. 2012 with a advance rental plan by paying RS 2477 from reliance web world, bharti artist colony, vikas marg ,new delhi -92. Mr. Ravendar kumar who is F.C.A. there, deal with me n assured me that 3G is not working properly in INDIRAPURAM where i want to use it n suggest me to take netconnect+ whose speed is upto 3.1 Mbps and on average 2 Mbps can be recieved normally.Everything was normal there and I reached home with that connection, It takes several hours for the activation and no customer care executive was there to help me when I called up in customer care, the reason behind that is the sysyem down problem at your end, finally after many attempts successsfully i activated that connection after 3 days of purchase,Ravinder (F.C.A)-[protected] , who give his no. to contact if i got any problem in activation don't recieved my any call in that 3 days, after activation I see that the SPEED is 0-20 KBPS ONLY. I CAN'T understand what hapeen to the speed that was promised about 2 mbps by Reliance web world. I complained about this on the very next day thats 27 DEC. 2012. but MR. Rohit who is team leader there told me that there is a conjestion problem in some areas and it can be in proper speed in 1 or 2 days. The problem remain same in the day or night whenever i go for the use of internet. I called up in customer care on 29 dec. 2012, MR. PRASHANT recived that call n assured me to sort out the problem in 5 days, no complain no. was given by them. The problem was increasing day by day as i cant use internet properly and a simple work on net takes many hours to complete.Finally on 14 JAN. 2012 I REACHED to your WEB WORLD with DATA CARD AND MY LAPTOP and show the 0-20 kbps speed to MR. ROHIT(TEAM LEADER).They make a case of the problem whose no .is[protected] n promise me to sort out the problem in 5 working days. As all the staff n seniors are liars of this web world, nothing was done at there end ,I only recieved 2 calls in these 5 working days who suggest me to change the mode of connection, delete temporary files, disk clean up etc. but thats not effects the speed of broadband. Again on 27 Jan. 2012 I went to your web world and ask them for the proper solution as the speed of broadband was same at your web world and in the other laptop of your web world.It was again promised by mr.ROHIT KUMAR that the problem will be sort out in next 5 days and our ENGINEER will visit at your place AND sort out the PROBLEM. Again I recieved same calls from customer care who suggests the same thing earlier but I convince them that I do each n every thing, but the problem of speed is same and not increasing even more than 20 kbps.Moving further I called up in NODEL OFFICE for this total incident that happens with me,they give ME a complaint no. again on 30 JAN. 2012 THAT IS[protected], and again same fake promise of 5 days to remove thet remedy. After COMPLETION OF 5 DAYS THAT IS 4 FEB.2012 I WENT AGAIN WITH MY DATA CARD N LAPTOP TO YOUR WEB WORLD AGAIN,here I meet a new person MR. AJAY KUMAR who is STORE MANAGER there, HE ADMITS THAT THE MAIN FAULT IS IN THE DATA CARD,I THANK GOD N THANK TO MR. AJAY KUMAR WHO DETECTS THE PROBLEM BECAUSE ALL OTHER PERSONS IN THAT WEB WORLD ARE MAKING FOOL TO THE CUSTOMERS BY LYING THEM N BY FALSE COMMITMENTS. BUT IN THE EVENING I SEE THE REAL FACE OF THAT STORE MANAGER WHO DETAINED THAT DATA CARD FROM ME TO CHECK IT BY THE SERVICE CENTER.MR. AJAY KUMAR WAS ABSENT IN THE EVENING WHEN I REACHED AT 6 PM THERE TO COLLECT THE DATA CARD BEFORE HIS DUTY TIME THATS 6:30 PM. AGAIN MR. RAVINDER AND MR. ROHIT WAS THERE.THE DATA CARD WAS SHOWING SAME SPEED 0-20 KBPS BUT THE SERVICE CENTER DECLARES THAT THE DATA CARD IS PERFECT. THE REASON BEHIND THE ABSENCE OF MR. AJAY KUMAR IS THE COMMITMENT THAT THEY MAKE WITH ME TO CHANGE THE DATA CARD EVEN AFTER THE WRONG DECLARATION OF SERVICE CENTER. I CALLED HIM MORE THAN 100 TIMES ON HIS NO. THAT IS [protected].GIVEN BY HIM ON THE RETAIN LETTER GIVEN BY HIM WITH A 1 DAY TIME TO RESOLVE THE MATTER.ON MONDAY I CALLED UP AGAIN TO MR.AJAY KUMAR TO KNOW ABOUT THE DATA CARD , THEY TOLD ME THAT A SOFTWARE UPDATE WAS DONE BY THE SERVICE CENTER AND ITS SPEED IS NEAR 1 MBPS AND I CAN COLLECT IT FROM WEB WORLD. BUT TODAY WHEN I WENT TO WEB WORLD TO COLLECT MR. AJAY KUMAR AGAIN ABSENT TODAY BUT NO ISSUES FOR THAT , MR. RAVENDER CHECKED DATA CARD FOR ME AT YOUR WEB WORLD AND AGAIN IT SHOWS THE SAME OLD SPEED OF 0-20 KBPS, I LOST MY PATIENCE TOTALLY AND WENT TO CONSUMER FORM OFFICE AT SAINI ENCLAVE.BUT THEY SUGGEST ME TO GIVE A LAST INFORMATION TO THE SENIORS -

            - Also, please suggest a redressal forum to inform other customers such that they don't face similar issue. Above all, My simple point is before i go to consumer forum i must try to understand the relevant factors to harass a customer and not do anything.

              i'm using reliance gsm SIM card. company automatically detected my balance on Tuesday at 07:07pm and after my request they told me that my no. had no any service. but after sometime at 09:26pm company send me one message about my service detection. but i don't know about this service how to active and deactivate.
              sir from my no [protected] has been detected 1+3+5 rs yesterday
              please refund my balance.
              it had done before so many times
              so i requests you to please not to detect my balanceagain
              in emergency i feels difficulty too much.

                  I had asked for a Rs. 850 plan but Reliance people activated Rs 849 plan.
                  850 plan - 1GB during day and 10GB during night.
                  849 plan - 3GB through out the day.
                  I was not informed that they have activated the wrong plan.But my bill came according to the 3GB plan i.e. Rs 4000 while it should have been Rs. 850.
                  I have lodged so many complaints at reliance but they did not reply to the mail.On phone also they say that what can we do.Now they have added fine and bill has gone upto Rs.7000
                  Please help me get the right bill.

                  Netconnect Broadband — Reliance Netconnect Billing

                  Reliance Netconnect Broadband guys are some of the worst money-grabbing sods you'll ever come across. I got my Netconnect Brodband connection ( 3.1 mbps ) just two weeks ago ( Rs 1099/- per month with a 10 gb usage capacity per month ) and just received a call stating that my bill for the last two weeks amounts to Rs 4500/- There's no way in hell I'm going to pay the bill. I made numerous attempts to sign mysel[censored]p on their portal in order to track my internet usage and even that didn't work. Calling up customer care in Bombay was of no use either. The rep didn't know what he was talking about. Now I'm advised that Reliance will not take back their Datacard ( costing Rs 3500 ). Furthermore this card cannot be used with other service providers like Tata Indicom and BSNL. My avdvice to anyone keen on a Reliance Netconnect Broadband connection is ...please don't get taken for a ride like I did. Reliance's service sucks and the working in customer care suck too. Should the Collections team send any of their agents home, I'll tell them to take back the data card and stick it up their arses. They'll not get a single penny from me.
                  I am using netconnect since two months. My plan is 1750 per month with 15 gb download free. And my credit limit is 4700. But to my astonishment, I got a bill of 7500, I immediately raised complaint for excess billing and even if bill crosses my limit why connection was terminated. But my connection was disconnected now. I need internet desperately; I paid this amount but will followup my complaint.

                    I was using Reliance Datacard last year for almost eight months , An executive from Reliance called me over the phone and offered a postpaid sim card .He said that it was a special offer for their existing datacard customers.

                    I said i didn't need any sim card especially a POSTPAID sim , as i am using vodafone sim card for the past six years.But a week later i received a mail in register post and it had a sim card in it wrapped in a pamphlet.

                    At the end of the month they started sending me the bill for the sim along with the bill for the datacard.I only paid for the datacard but they stopped the datacard service telling me i didn't pay the bill.

                    Now it has been about six months since the incident and every month they just added the amount to the bill and now it has reached about Rs.1555.yesterday they sent a court notice threatening to take legal action against me.

                    Never once have i used the sim card ,I have complained several[6] times to the customer care but they didn't respond properly and told me to go to the reliance store nearby. When people from Reliance store called me [every week for the past 2 months] i have politely explained them and they are asking me to call their custimer regarding it.

                    I haven't given any written or verbal consent for the Sim card but they have sent it and are now trying to extort money from me.

                    Kindly provide help or guide me as to what i should do to regarding this issue.

                      Hi,

                      I have been using Reliance CDMA phone:[protected] from thee last 5 years.

                      Now I wanted my number to be ported out from Reliance to Airtel as TRAI has give us thee facility to change operator withe retaining thee number.

                      I am very sad to say theat thee operators are not following thee TRAI regulations.

                      I generated thee UPC code from reliance sometime in January and submitted all my documents to Airtel . After 15-20 days when I contacted bothe thee customer care theey told theat thee UPC code had expired and I need to regenerate thee code and resubmit my document.

                      I did thee same and resubmitted my document on thee same day when UPC was regenerated. On thee last day o[censored]PC code to be valid (15the day after UPC code generation) when I contacted Reliance customer care theey told theat thee porting will be done by today midnight.

                      The next morning I was shocked to see theat my number was terminated from Reliance and was not active in Airtel. I went to bothe thee Reliance and Airtel outlets and contacted senior executives from bothe thee customer cares . This thee answer I got from bothe thee sides:

                      Reliance : We have ported out your number so terminated your services so go and contact Airtel people . some of theem also told theat resubmit your documents as services are terminated.

                      Airtel : We have not got any response from Reliance so cannot activate your services. go and contact Reliance.

                      Today it is thee 4the day theat I am witheout a number and chasing theese operators to get my number active but theere is no response.

                      This has caused a lot of problems to me.

                      I request you to look into thee manner and do thee needful ASAP.

                      reliance-airtel — number has not been ported from reliance to airtel in 7 days

                      hi,
                      i requested for the portability of my number from reliance gsm to airtel gsm. but it has been more than 7 days and no portability has been done. i have received the message that my documents have been verified, but nothing is done.
                      i am facing alot of problems as the outgoing messages have been stopped from reliance , and number has not been ported to airtel. its like my mobile number has been caught on "no man's land". its really frustrating.

                      Hi Ashutosh,

                      Not only you even I myself face the same issue, in general doing business we expect commitment made by companies to be trustworthy but in case of reliance this is not true.

                      On part of reliance this is a very cheap tactics by them to dissuade consumers from using MNP to change from their network to any other. I contacted reliance customer care yesterday and got the same response, the UPC has expired and so you need to regenerate the UPC and do the whole process again. How does it take 15 days for them to finish a totally computerized act.

                      For generating bills however they are pretty regular.

                      This needs to be followed up via consumer court complains.

                        We have a corporate account of Reliance and we have applied for portability of one number [protected] from CDMA to GSM of the same company i.e.Reliance. We have been following up with them since last week of December with their agent who is dealing with our company account i.e. Prime Marketing and the Web World at Borivali (West) they asked us for certain documents which were submitted and for number portability they gave us one number to send SMS for the code after receiving the code they said it will be done in ten days,it is under process after 10 days when contacted they said sorry we cannot do it is not our department all this took around three weeks than on 21st January we gave a complain to the Nodal officer Mr.Tilak Chatterjee and Mr.Narindra Raheja by email and they sent us a mail on 24th asking on Mr.Daryl to look in to the matter, Mr.Daryl sent us a mail with on Mb N0 to contact Mr.Ishrar and sent a mail to Mr.Ishrar to look in to the matter and do the needful. We contacted Mr.Ishrar rather than he contacting us,he came to our office on 25th January 2012 and took the necessary documents once again and said it will take one day to verify the document and after verification the number portability will be done in 7 working days,so 26th being Republic Day Holiday the verification took on 27th january 2012, so from 27th seven days is2nd February 2012, till today the number portability is not done and when contacted Mr.Ishrar on 4th Feb,2012 he said by today night it will be activated, today morning i.e.6thFeb.2012 when contacted Mr.Ishrar he said he will check and get back in one hours time but did not get back till evening,when at 4.30 p.m contacted him he says I have checked with my back office people in Kandivali they says it is in process I do not know what is this process and why so long it takes, according to TRAI it should be done within 7 days,now he says I cannot help you in this matter you complain to our superior. so what should the customer do if the company is not taking any responsiblity please look into it and get the matter resolved ASAP.

                        dude i have had a similar experience with reliance and have been a victim of reliance and prime marketing promising me stuff and did not deliver. got a retention plan and reliance told me that this is a special plan and all that and told me that these had to be some configuration to be done but all in vein thankfully i have email from the retention team so i am actually planning to file this in the bandra court nodal office has given me a royal run around called them so many times and also have recorded conversation with them spent more money on calling to reliance nodal office than the discount i was expecting
                        bottom line file a case and my issue is lagging for about 7 months and still going on and also claiming for compensation for for mentally stressing me its been more that 50 calls to them
                        request you to do the same dont bank on reliance customer care or nodal If they could help they would but they are just rip offs lets see if this impacts them since they would be following this forum

                          Dear Sir,

                          This is related to Reliance Mobile Broadband number [protected]. Company had changed the billing cycle for customer without taking any consent from customer and they have not done impact analysis before changing the billing cycle of millions of the customer. Due to this, millions of the customer gets impacted, but only very few like me are raising the concern to TRAI.

                          As I have already requested Reliance that as all the services are barred and I am not using any services of Reliance please suspend the account immediately to avoid next month’s rental and we can settle the current amount after discussion with higher authority or nodal officer. Response from Reliance was very surprising. As per Reliance, it can’t be possible. There are only two choices:-
                          1) Either pays overdue amount and request for suspension.
                          2) Or don’t pay bill for next 3 month, it will automatically get suspended.

                          Reliance has not taken my consent before changing my billing cycle and they had charged for 2 billing cycle but they didn't enhance my credit limit. As per process, credit limit should be enhanced if you are generating bill for more than one month. As a consequence, services of broadband are barred since December 2011 even paying all the bills and outstanding bill on time.

                          This is very frustrating as consumer. Please help me to resolve the issue.

                          Please take necessary action against Reliance to avoid these kind of process gaps/issues in future.

                            On 3re february 2012 i've taken a new prepaid [sim] connection of reliance mobile from kolkata, number is [protected], before activating that retailer has talked with their help line regarding the mobile 3g plans, they told him to do frc Rs.103[terrif will be 3gb for 30 days] after that i've paid him for sim 30+103 for 3G frc and 55 for full talk time total rs188. And i've received all with the confirmation massage. After that when i've started surfing i've seen that balance has been deducted from my main account balance, so i've checked my 3g balance but till now the balance shows me 0 mb. So i've talked with customer care *333 but till today morning they are telling me that my documents has been not yet updated so they are help less. In between 3rd to 6th february i've talked with reliance web world also, but they told me that the frc which i've recharged that was for the doingle not for the mobile, talked with customer care they told me that recharge which i've already done that was on more in the system that was not valide now, but i've received that amount with confirmation.
                            So, sir i'm not able to understand what will i do i'm confused for this type of fickle conversation, please do something to help me.

                                    I got Reliance prepaid SIM Card since long time. Somehow the company has activated some scheme and Rs. 30 is deducted every month without my knowledge. I am unable to know still how and why its been done.

                                    May be it should be by mistake, or anyhow. But now I want to deactivate my scheme. How do I do that? There is no such thing described in company's website.

                                    Company's website should display all required information like, available schemes, charges, description, how to activate it, how to deactivate it, in very clear and understandable manner.

                                    Currently, please suggest me how to deactivate that scheme? Please suggest at the earliest otherwise I will be compelled to change my connection to any other company.

                                      Hello to the concern authority,

                                      I regret to inform that reliance employee's are creating fraud by collecting money from customer and not starting their connection.

                                      It all started when i raised a inquiry for reliance netconnection+ on the website as i need urgently one data card. Then next day i got call from dehli sales team from number - [protected]. I have asked the delivery in chennai city as currently i am in chennai, he agreed to deliver and communicated that with respective document i need to pay 1000 cash (1000 as offer is going so discounted price). Next day person from reliance came late and he missed the meeting. 3rd day person name Stephen (number - [protected]) came to collect cash and documents. He also spoke to his supervisor name Edwin (no - [protected]). With promise that card will be activated till mid night Stephen left.

                                      Day went my data card not yet activated, on calling dehli number (20 times tried) phone is switch off. On calling Stephen and Edwin no answers to my calls. On calling customer care the executive says we don't have you any records we cant help you.
                                      Know came to know how Anil Ambani is becoming rich day by day.

                                      Kindly take serious steps to stop such trouble to customer, now my last faith is you people.

                                        Complaint Against Reliance Postpaid Customer care & Nodel Appellate

                                        To Whomsoever it May Concern !!!


                                        I have been extremely disappointed with the way customers are treated !!! I have been running just post to pillars for my resolution !! It has been high time now !!!

                                        Please excuse my language if i may happen to loose my patience while drafting this mail this is again to be owed by your customer care team !!!

                                        I recently got my number migrated from Prepaid to Postpaid (Hoping to get better service and for long term relationship) But you guys have proved me wrong !!!

                                        Getting my line migrated from prepaid to postpaid again was NIGHTMARE to me !! Which i was fortunate enough to get it done with a support of your representative RAM @ Reliance STORE @ Badlapur and nevertheless from Tilak (Nodal Officer). But one of my complaint which was unresolved till date that i am not able to get connected to customer care number !!

                                        I was least concern about this concern till the time meeting this hell pain of my life !! My credit limit given to me at my account was 1400, agreed to the fact that i being new on to postpaid and hope it will increase gradually !! I was getting constant calls from payment reminder team for payment due to my excess usage, i happen to make payments on AS AND WHEN BASIS !! I told the lady caller that i need bill which she assured for EBILL AND HARDCOPY together ! Surprise and Impressed !! I repeatedly told her that i need bill to get it claimed from my office !! She assured me for the same.

                                        I have not recieved any hardcopy thus i failed to get it claimed from my office as i cross claim dates !! I do travel to lot of places @ India hence i couldnt make it a point to visit a store !! N likewise i cant reach your customer care center too :(

                                        While travelling i get my services barred !! Which landed me into trouble ?? I tried contacting customer service number which is given at your website even that i failed coz it was just getting connected to PREPAID DEPARTMENT and they dont have transfer facitlity !!

                                        I have network issues wherein for the entire weekends i have to spend my day without network !! After long day over i get a message as WELCOME HOME ?? Wherein i was at home only !!

                                        MOST IMPORTANT
                                        On 6th jan i have recieved a mail below which i have forwarded ?? Please its self explanatory !! I got the bill of Mr.Balasubramanian R at my mail id ??? I got his itemised bill ?? What is that we have data security ??? How is that you can assure that my bills are not getting shared by someone else ?????

                                        As i cannot reach customer care.. i contacted Nodal Desk and explained entire story or RAMAYAN to Tilak which in turn PROMISED ME CALL BACK FOR NEXT DAY !! It has been 3 days and i havent heard from Tilak !!
                                        If your NODAL desk has such response what one should expect ????? Is this the committment ???? I manage to get his number and dropped him message as REMINDER but no response !!
                                        Today again i called at NODAL Desk but Mithun at Nodal Desk after half hour waiting said that i will get a call back ????????? On what grounds i should trust ?????

                                        Second Level : - Appellate Officer :- Arijeet
                                        I spoke to him for good an hours time and he happen to HUNG UP CALL ON MY FACE ???????????????????????????? This is what your appellate officer response ??????????

                                        I narrated him entire story likewise i did it !! But he in turn seeking evidence and proofs !! Here are my proofs to prove my POINT !!

                                        1) I also need a call log of the outbound calls which i have got it from lady in context to bill of mine
                                        2) Tilak C aware of the entire concern that i cannot reach customer service number which he said is working on since ages
                                        3) I got mail from your customer care of statement of Balasubramanian.

                                        He committed for a call back from PANKAJ when i said that i am recording this conversation he happen to change his statement that he needs to check Mr. Pankaj availability ?? How can you guys be so irresponsible ?????? and then he hung up the call !!

                                        I need following answers ??

                                        1) What is that you guys gonna do for my network ?
                                        2) Coz of your negligence i have not recieved HARD COPY and thus i cannot get it claimed my bill ?? How is that you guys gonna compensate ??
                                        3) Apology letter @ Reliance Letter Head :- Statement Wrongly Sent of Different Customer and Same letter do mention that my data's are not shared ??
                                        4) Mr. Arijeet disconnection of call over my face ?/

                                        I NEED AN IMMEDIATE ACTION OR ELSE I GOT ENOUGH OF EVIDENCE TO PRODUCE IT IN Consumer forum !!

                                        i purchased a brand new rim phone(classic 101) and within 2 days of its purchase
                                        it got defunct. it became useless within 2 days.and its now 2 months and i could not
                                        find its service centre. the address given by the customer care
                                        dont serve the classic 101 phones specifically and the behaviour of
                                        the service centre personnel is not co-operative.IT seems that i have
                                        purchase a trouble for myself. iam helpless and feel that ya a common
                                        man is still vulnerable. Nothing is in my hand.what should i do.
                                        50 minutes to reach a call centre executive(rim) and after that
                                        the addresses they provide do not service my phone(specifically classic 101).
                                        my question is that if they dont have a proper service centre then
                                        why are the selling their products ?..now i dont have option except to
                                        throw the cellphone.
