Dear Sir/Madam, Reliance is one of the premier telecom company of India now slated for world recognition. I was a very big fan of the brand RELIANCE and enjoyed the following services for over 4-5 years now. Wireless Broadband account number-[protected]. Mobile -[protected]. I purchased a new connection of wireless broadband named netconnect+ on 22 dec. 2012 with a advance rental plan by paying RS 2477 from reliance web world, bharti artist colony, vikas marg ,new delhi -92. Mr. Ravendar kumar who is F.C.A. there, deal with me n assured me that 3G is not working properly in INDIRAPURAM where i want to use it n suggest me to take netconnect+ whose speed is upto 3.1 Mbps and on average 2 Mbps can be recieved normally.Everything was normal there and I reached home with that connection, It takes several hours for the activation and no customer care executive was there to help me when I called up in customer care, the reason behind that is the sysyem down problem at your end, finally after many attempts successsfully i activated that connection after 3 days of purchase,Ravinder (F.C.A)-[protected] , who give his no. to contact if i got any problem in activation don't recieved my any call in that 3 days, after activation I see that the SPEED is 0-20 KBPS ONLY. I CAN'T understand what hapeen to the speed that was promised about 2 mbps by Reliance web world. I complained about this on the very next day thats 27 DEC. 2012. but MR. Rohit who is team leader there told me that there is a conjestion problem in some areas and it can be in proper speed in 1 or 2 days. The problem remain same in the day or night whenever i go for the use of internet. I called up in customer care on 29 dec. 2012, MR. PRASHANT recived that call n assured me to sort out the problem in 5 days, no complain no. was given by them. The problem was increasing day by day as i cant use internet properly and a simple work on net takes many hours to complete.Finally on 14 JAN. 2012 I REACHED to your WEB WORLD with DATA CARD AND MY LAPTOP and show the 0-20 kbps speed to MR. ROHIT(TEAM LEADER).They make a case of the problem whose no .is[protected] n promise me to sort out the problem in 5 working days. As all the staff n seniors are liars of this web world, nothing was done at there end ,I only recieved 2 calls in these 5 working days who suggest me to change the mode of connection, delete temporary files, disk clean up etc. but thats not effects the speed of broadband. Again on 27 Jan. 2012 I went to your web world and ask them for the proper solution as the speed of broadband was same at your web world and in the other laptop of your web world.It was again promised by mr.ROHIT KUMAR that the problem will be sort out in next 5 days and our ENGINEER will visit at your place AND sort out the PROBLEM. Again I recieved same calls from customer care who suggests the same thing earlier but I convince them that I do each n every thing, but the problem of speed is same and not increasing even more than 20 kbps.Moving further I called up in NODEL OFFICE for this total incident that happens with me,they give ME a complaint no. again on 30 JAN. 2012 THAT IS[protected], and again same fake promise of 5 days to remove thet remedy. After COMPLETION OF 5 DAYS THAT IS 4 FEB.2012 I WENT AGAIN WITH MY DATA CARD N LAPTOP TO YOUR WEB WORLD AGAIN,here I meet a new person MR. AJAY KUMAR who is STORE MANAGER there, HE ADMITS THAT THE MAIN FAULT IS IN THE DATA CARD,I THANK GOD N THANK TO MR. AJAY KUMAR WHO DETECTS THE PROBLEM BECAUSE ALL OTHER PERSONS IN THAT WEB WORLD ARE MAKING FOOL TO THE CUSTOMERS BY LYING THEM N BY FALSE COMMITMENTS. BUT IN THE EVENING I SEE THE REAL FACE OF THAT STORE MANAGER WHO DETAINED THAT DATA CARD FROM ME TO CHECK IT BY THE SERVICE CENTER.MR. AJAY KUMAR WAS ABSENT IN THE EVENING WHEN I REACHED AT 6 PM THERE TO COLLECT THE DATA CARD BEFORE HIS DUTY TIME THATS 6:30 PM. AGAIN MR. RAVINDER AND MR. ROHIT WAS THERE.THE DATA CARD WAS SHOWING SAME SPEED 0-20 KBPS BUT THE SERVICE CENTER DECLARES THAT THE DATA CARD IS PERFECT. THE REASON BEHIND THE ABSENCE OF MR. AJAY KUMAR IS THE COMMITMENT THAT THEY MAKE WITH ME TO CHANGE THE DATA CARD EVEN AFTER THE WRONG DECLARATION OF SERVICE CENTER. I CALLED HIM MORE THAN 100 TIMES ON HIS NO. THAT IS [protected].GIVEN BY HIM ON THE RETAIN LETTER GIVEN BY HIM WITH A 1 DAY TIME TO RESOLVE THE MATTER.ON MONDAY I CALLED UP AGAIN TO MR.AJAY KUMAR TO KNOW ABOUT THE DATA CARD , THEY TOLD ME THAT A SOFTWARE UPDATE WAS DONE BY THE SERVICE CENTER AND ITS SPEED IS NEAR 1 MBPS AND I CAN COLLECT IT FROM WEB WORLD. BUT TODAY WHEN I WENT TO WEB WORLD TO COLLECT MR. AJAY KUMAR AGAIN ABSENT TODAY BUT NO ISSUES FOR THAT , MR. RAVENDER CHECKED DATA CARD FOR ME AT YOUR WEB WORLD AND AGAIN IT SHOWS THE SAME OLD SPEED OF 0-20 KBPS, I LOST MY PATIENCE TOTALLY AND WENT TO CONSUMER FORM OFFICE AT SAINI ENCLAVE.BUT THEY SUGGEST ME TO GIVE A LAST INFORMATION TO THE SENIORS -

NOW MY DATA CARD IS IN YOUR WEB WORLD from last 5 DAYS AND I TOTALLY LOST MY FAITH ON RELIANCE.
ITS ON HIGH AUTHORITIES TO CHECK THE WHOLE MATTER AND TAKE SOME ACTION TO THIS WEB WORLD. I WANT MY DATA CARD WITH PROPER RUNNING SPEED AND TOTAL RENT TO BE REMOVED FOR THE LAST PERIOD OF 1.5 MONTH.or RETURN MY TOTAL MONEY THAT I PAID FOR CONNECTION, BECAUSE ITS YOUR WEB WORLD FAULT...
- Also, please suggest a redressal forum to inform other customers such that they don't face similar issue. Above all, My simple point is before i go to consumer forum i must try to understand the relevant factors to harass a customer and not do anything.
PLZ DO SOME NEEDFULL ACTION FOR COMPANY TO SAVE CUSTOMERS FROM THIS TYPE OF FRAUD N CHEATING BY MR. ANIL AMBANI.

On 6th of February 2012 one of your executive named Ashok Kumar sent another representative Santha Kumar to my residence and collected 1200 from me promising that he will provide me the Reliance Broadband connection by the very next day and the same will be activated within a day or two. He gave me an acknowledgement which was in the form with the CAF No - [protected].
Right from the day on, I haven't heard back any thing from him and abusing me when I tried calling his number. Till date I haven't received Broadband connection and got a verification call on 10th February 2012 from [protected] at 7:30 pm, I really don't think that this call was from Reliance Broadband as 7:30 pm is not an appropriate time for any verification or marketing calls.
On 12th February 2012 I raised a complaint by calling the Reliance Customer Care [protected] at 10 am and been informed that will get a call back within 24 hours and again 13th February 2012 morning at 10:30 am I raised another complaint by calling the same number and been informed the same regular statement as will be receiving a call within 24 hours. Not even received a single call regarding this till now and I don't know where my money is.
Sent mails to [protected]@relianceada.com and [protected]@relianceada.com and got a standard response stating that will reply within 24 hours. Spoke with your Nodal officer on 14th of February with the same standard response.
I'm now feeling cheated in the name of Reliance Broadband and I need this to be addressed ASAP.
