I want to inform you that Reliance telecom has is disturbing very much
They activate any serive on their on and deducts the balance and for that i have to go far away to reliance world and tell the complain thai also they dont return the balance evertime this is the problem.
Its my humble request to look into the matter.

My airtel cell no. is [protected]
On 13 june 2009, at 9:54 AM.I've recieved a text message from the no. 64611015 written that "Thanks for using(Bollywood Fusion, Animation)subscription service on airtel WAP.You've been charged Rs 15."
But i never used WAP on my mobile.Seeing that, i immediately called up airtel customer care and i'd described my problem, immediately the call was disconnected, but my network signal was full.I thought this might be some network problem and then i called them again, and described my problem, immediately the call was disconnected again.This time i was sure that they are purposefully disconnecting the call because the airtel customer care are cheats, they are earning black profits by deducting balance amount from users no.
I was then helpless.I request you to take serious action against the company
On 26 june 2009, at 10.4 PM.I've recieved a text message from the no. 54321 written that "Thanks for using Bollywood Fusion subscription service on airtel .You've been charged Rs 15."
I have not activated this service .Seeing that, i immediately called up airtel customer care and i'd described my problem, immediately the call was disconnected, but my network signal was full.I thought this might be some network problem and then i called them again, and described my problem, immediately the call was disconnected again.This time i was sure that they are purposefully disconnecting the call because the airtel customer care are cheats.
I request you to take serious action.
I have been having same problem here. However, I have unsubscribed this 2 times and it takes Rs 3 each time to unsubscribe. But whenever I put balance in my phone, that stupid bollywood fusion thing takes Rs 15 or 30 (2x). I'm planning to move to consumer forum. Because customer care of Airtel never listens.

Reliance Communications — Cheating Indian Consumers for Using Reliance Network

Dear Sir

We do not understand why Reliance is resorting to fooling a customer without his knowledge. Is this the way Reliance is posting abnormal profits at their customers cost?

Kindly please note for my cell no.: ([protected]) from 25th Aug2009 you have activated voice mail without our information and request. For this you are deducting a sum of Rs.10 for every 10days.

When we called up your customer care we were told that they cannot do anything in this regard. They have merely given us complain no.[protected] after repeated arguments with senior Ms. Radhika. Your customer care also insisted that if anything has been activated without our knowledge it should have been reported then only. That means there has been deliberate misuse of systems at your end with your will.

We hope this should bring to consumer courts notice as there are millions of reliance users who are being cheated like this every month without there knowledge. A check by competent authority under strict guidance of TRAI should be done under surveillance of Central Ministry and CBI.

Reliance — unwanted subsciption and deduct balance

i have call more than 7 times to unsuscribtion of these service,they say it will be deactive within 24 hour but now on mobile both service is active .and every time my balance is deduct
More than 15 times i call to relience costomer care for deactiving the service

Today i also call relience costomer care but they reapete the same like "maaf kijiye aapko ashubidha ka samna karna pad raha hai"

Reliance Communications — Regarding balance deduction without the consent of consumer

with due respect i want to say that i'm using reliance mobile connection No.[protected]
when i have recharged my a/c with denomination of Rs. 75/- on dated[protected]. after recharging the a/c when i have checked balance was Rs. above 77 aprxx. but when i have checked yesterday the balance was Rs. (-) 7.30/- i'm sure in this period i have made the calls not more than Rs. 10/- i have made calls to reliance custmer care center more than 60 times from yesterday to Today but they are not responding properly.so kindly give me resolution regarding this complaint as soon as possible.

I also face the same problem - Caller tune charges are deducted automatically, without my consent. This amounts to cheating. Myself and a few others are now planning to take legal action.

my mobile no is [protected]...I recharged my mobile for 50 Rs

and after some time i got the message that ur acc bal is low, i

checked my bal and it was 12.00 left, I called reliance customer

care abt that..they told that i have actiavated a service so they ha

ve deducted money from the acc, but i was using this phone from

the last few days only and had not used this no from more than 6

months and never acitvated any survice called " AMAZING FACTS"

The agent was very unhelpful just kept saying this service is rene

wed but when i asked when did i activate it as i know i never did,

could not give any proper answer, i requested to credit the 30.00

rupees they have deducted into the phone again, but just kept say

ing its renewed by u so cannot be done. I spoke to their floor supe

rvisor also , even he could not give any proper answer, he told me

that they had renewed this service before on 28/06/10 and10.00

rupees were deducted then, it means they have taken 40.00 from

me without my knowledge.He even could not answer when i actiav

ated the service as i knew it was just cheating , never requested

for it by SMS or by call.

I please request u to take appropriate action against this, this is n

ot acceptable at all and these big companies are making money

these days by these wrong things.

when i have recharged my a/c with denomination of Rs. 55/- on dated[protected]. after recharging the a/c when i have checked balance was Rs. above 55 aprxx. but when i have checked yesterday the balance was Rs. 1.29/- i'm sure in this period i have not made any calls only use 198 Trai free call number no.. i have made calls to reliance custmer care center more than 20 times Today but they are not responding properly.so kindly give me resolution regarding this complaint as soon as possible.

Reliance GSM — unwanted deduction of 30+20 RS

last month 30RS reduce in my account without information and this month 20Rs again reduce my account balance. Customer care officer also not talk with me plz back to me my balance soon
I am using number [protected] from last three years .Today my balance 15 rupees are deducred from my account.When i contacted to customer care they are saying that caller tone is activated on your number.I am the single user of this phone .If i activated this caller tone then it should be in my knowledge.

It happen so often on reliance number.There are six reliance no.i and my family is using.and this type of problem is so often.

Today when my balance is deducted then i contacted to customer care .When i asked for my balance then they forwarded the message for unsubscribtion.

So i request u to give me my balance back.

Mr. Mohammad aarif ansari, one of reliance customer care executive using abusing language.

Deducting the money from the acc by cheating
Dear Sir,

My name is Bidya Bhushan, iam using Reliance GSM service my mobile no is [protected]...I recharged my mobile for 200.00 Rs and after some time i checked my bal and it was( - )6.81 left, I called reliance customer
care about that..they told that i have actiavated a service so they have deducted money from the account, but i have never asked for any activation of any kind of service . I called the customer care agent on17th Mar.2011
The agent was very unhelpful just kept saying this service is renewed but when i asked when did i activate it as i know i never did, could not give any proper answer, i requested to credit the 45.00 rupees they have deducted into the phone again, but just kept saying its renewed by u so cannot be done. I spoke to their floor supervisor also, even he could not give any proper answer., it means they have taken 45.00 from me without my knowledge.He even could not answer when i actiavated the service as i knew it was just cheating, never requested for it by SMS or by call. They just assured me of not deduting any money from my account by chaeting.

Again I recharged my mobile by Rs.100.00 on 26th Mar. 2011 again they deducted money Rs.26.00 by cheating. Because i checked my balance while going for sleep, balance was Rs. 76.00 and when checked my balance in the morning, it was Rs. 50.00. When after contacting customer care agent again, i didn't get any satisfatory reply.Even i personally went to SECTOR-18, Noida Reliance office but not got satisfatory answer.

I please request u to take appropriate action against this, this is not acceptable at all and these big companies are making money these days by these wrong things.

If, proper action is not being taken by u, i hane another option to go for consumer forum.

Pls. let me know what action has been taken by you.

Reliance — Unwanted Balance Deduction

It’s very hard to write a letter for such a matter. I have been customer of Reliance GSM since start of 2010 and my mobile number is [protected] issued in the name of Amrita Kumari Sharma.
Unfortunately every time I recharge my number, my balance has been deducted. This number is of Jharkhand circle. It’s has always been a painful experience to recharge my number with valid top up as I always have been in loss. I have talked with customer care to deactivate all the services activated in my number but failed to get positive response. The condition is such pathetic that from last 6 months I am not getting trace of customer care service or the number at which these person will pick up my cal.
It’s my humble request to deactivate all the services on my mobile [protected] as my thousands of rupees have gone in water. Now I am left with only one option i.e. to change the operator.
I got a cal from the company customer executive after my first complaint but now once again my balance hsa been deducted. I strictly tod her to deacticate all the services and infact she did it. I dont know the reason how come it ctivates automatically and deducts all my money. This is simply cheating and a fooling the customers.
Waiting for a quick and positive response from your side.

I am using reliance GSM since last 2 years, last 15 daysmy balance is deducting 20 rs..i used to request often customer care regarding this problem. please disactive my any plan..even i did't activate any plan..Customer care representative assured me everytime that their syatem is not working and services down or etc..some days later again my balance deduct. again i complain. thus they have deducted my 30 rs. without any clue..Before the balance deduction , i got a call from different CLI i am helpless. now i am complaining agaist this.. even i will not use this no in future..any one can help me out . Dear Madam/Sir,

This is my second time when I come across consumer court regarding the same issue.
My number is [protected] I am using the service from the last 3 years.From the last 6 month the service provider(Reliance) is deducting the unwanted amount from my balance without informing me.I talked to customer care lots of time regarding this issue,but they said me that you (me) have activated the service for e.g(simple music,jokes,ring tones etc.).Some of the time they told me that your deducted balance will be returned within 12 hours and they do the same.Yesterday they deducted my Rs.10 and again when I talked with the cc, complaint no is[protected] they refund my balance and told me that your service is deactivated.The same thing is going with me from the last 6 months.
I wants a permanent solution for the same.So this is my humble request to u to take the matter seriously and also take serious action against them.

All my complaints to the reliance customer care seems to fall into deaf ears as they are not helpful at all and seems to me that they are themselves confused...so who will help victims of this manipulation? Unwanted deduction of balance in account of activating service pack

I m Sneha Gupta using Reliance GSM no-[protected] since last 3yr, bt m nt satisfy with the services automatically 30rs balance deducted(on date 2nd sep2011) for the music card which is not activated by me,after 2 days my bal agaain deducted for the sms pack that is not activated till now.and i am getting a msg that u have in sufficiant bal in ur a/c for sms pack which is allready deducted on 4 sep in my bal. so why i recived that kind of msg. i am just intract with ur customer care executive sunil on 4 th sep and he told me that sms pack will be activated with 24 hr, and after that i talked some more CSA name robin, vandana and one of vandana's senior, and also i talked pinki. they didnt talk me in a good manner and dissconnect my calls...
finally i went reliance store in noida sec 18 where i met with neetu and arun panchal.. they din't help me out.At last I talked sanjeev and one of his senior surjeet ,his senior told me that my money already refunded on same day(04/sep/11) but i did not get refunds....

and also m complaining relience networks.The n/w is worst in sec12 pratap vihar ghaziabad(201001)

this complaint is regarding my balance deduction in against of reliance communications.sir this is the worst telecommunication network i have ever seen . it is the most worst network of India.they have deducted many times a lot of rs from my account. sometimes the cut 100 sometimes 50.according to the balance in an account..sir my latest balance deduction is of rs 10 and tat's bcoz i had only 18 rs in my account if the balance would have been more they would have deducted more..so sir please see this complaint and ask the reliance network that why they are starving poor ones..sir i am a b.tech student and come 4m a poor family i only have 50 rs in my phone every month and these unnecessary deduction have left me without talking 2 my parents as i live away from my home. sir please take strict action against this communication company and help me regain my balance back . i will be highly obliged.......

The problem is that the i have a reliance prepaid Sim the no is [protected].iam already reliance customer before 2 years bt still here such so much problem in reliance, specly customer care.the problem is that before 1 week i have choice and activated a stv-39 for 1ps/sms plain as per company plain its work 1ps/sms in all over India, after 2 days iamb rec'd a message by company that "YOUR MONTLY PLAIN ARE REWINED SO YOU HAVE BEE CHARGED RS 10". When i call at customer care to resolve this problem then they don't give any satisfactory answer and most probably misguide us. after that nw i try to customer care thn my call are disconnected.. this time i thought the only solution is that to THROW the connection, & broke the Sim and use new operator coz in our country there is no shortage of it and we are rich enough to buy a new one....

There was a balance deduction on my mobile number today evening. When I registered a complain I was told that I had activated a service myself by making a call but there was no such call made from my part. I have faced such a problem a few times earlier as well.

When i registered a complain i was told that i had activated the service myself by making a call but there was no such call made from my end. This is ridiculous because should I sleep at that time or activate such services. Though the deduction was for Rs3 only, i am complaining about it as i have faced such a problem for the fifth time.

I bought a GSM sim of Reliance Smart in Bilaspur in Oct' 11 and from that there is unwanted deduction from my main balance every month without any notification and without my consent. I tried several times to contact customer care center but never got any positive reply. I am fed up with these kind of deductions from my main balance as I bought the sim of reliance with a trust that I will get good service but I am disappointed with the service.
So it is my request to Service Provider Representative to kindly refund the deducted amount and activate DND service at the earliest.

I am reliance prepaid sim number [protected].since 1st april,every other my balance has been deducted for one or the other reason.whenever i call they gave an excuse dat our system is down.they had refunded the money.but now i am fed up.every other day i hv to call them.they activate any pack of their own.i am going to consumer court if no action wil b taken

There is no response from smart care. When i call them they say to hold the call after that they disconnect it.

I am using Reliance CDMA services and 3 months back i had called reliance and requested them to cancel my SMS Pack Services but 2 months back they did the same thing and deducted Rs.39 for SMS Pack without my knowledge and authorization, so i called reliance again and requested them to cancel the services and refund me the money but they denied refunding the money and promised me that the service will be canceled and i will not be charged for the SMS Pack charges, but this month same thing happened and when i called them today i spoke with a Representative name BINA who told me that the service has not been cancelled and they can't refund the money and then without my consent she transferred the call to the Supervisor name SATISH who was not at all helpful and denied to give any information about his EMPLOYEE ID, Exact Place where he is from and His SUPERVISOR's Name...Kindly Help me as its an ongoing problem where Reliance Communications is deducted money almost every month without my knowledge and consent...

My name is Apurba & My numbers are [protected] and [protected] .
I m suffering a continuous balance deduction problem to both of my numbers. After every recharge of above 50 they just activating any type o[censored]nwanted services (vas osian pack,combo joke pack,shairy many more) on my number and they deduct balances, after contacting them they made refund but reducing few balance telling as downloading charges or other,every time. I can't suffer such problem any more. This problem happened more than 6-7 times previous month on both of my number and 2nd time on this month([protected]).

I didn't request for any such service and do not even know what this is for .Your customer care(198) is as usual not responding. So iam requesting the authority kindly resister my complaint, and i hope u would take a serious action against them. I want a permanent solution or i have to stop recharging.

Dear Sir,

I am Karan Singh Rathod & my Reliance GSM no. Is - [protected].
I have face the balance deduction problem since 22 march 2015 to yet without any service subscription.
Daily Rs.10-15/- balance deduction.
When I have call in customer care services they told me please wait for next 6hours we have made a complaine and its resolve in next 6 hours but it is not resolve in 6 days.

So please resolve the issue as per early

    I am a user of Reliance Smart GSM service since last 6 years & I have theree Smart connection. I am astonished theat since last some days witheout any cause thee balance deducting from my mobile. On 18the Feb thee balance deducting near about Rs 100.00. So I am disappointed & want to change my no from smart to otheer network. Pl tell me about number portability.

    Reliance Smart — Deduction of money

    Hi my name is Suchismita Gayen. My mobile no. is [protected]. I am from Bhilai. Smart Service connection is so bad. They deducted Rs. 90/- this month from 25 Oct to 2 Dec in 3 installments. When I called customer care executive they said Mantra pack has been activated in this no. through IVR, which actually was activated by themselves. I even did not recieve the call (company IVR call). This happenned 3 times in 1 month in myn no.. and every time they say the same thing that it has been done by us. I registered a complaint to the customer care executive but no action from the higher authorities has been taken.

    Not only this, in the no. [protected] (my mom`s no.) caller tune was activated without request & they themselves deducted 30 Rs. for the caller tune.

    From my fathers no. [protected] cricket pack was automatically actibvated & every day about 5 Rs were deducted..

    The service of Smart Communicaton has become worst. They do not serve well. Every second day there is congestion in network due to which we are unable to make or receive calls or send message.

    I cant change my no. because most of our colleagues, friends, relatives has these no. otherwise I would have changed it..

    Reliance GSM Service — Undue deduction

    I had called Reliance customer care several times that they are unduly deducting my balance and they said that you had been activated with 197 pack and they are restricting it.

    But all in vain and still now rs 5 has been daily deducted from my balance.

    I will be going to change the service and will never rely on reliance.


    Reliance service is totally Unrelaible.

    Myself Avisekh relaince should be put infront of the court of law what is this mr tata is the biggest fraud i have ever seen a chor in suit.they are deducting my balance and there customer care is also the worst service provider.It happend now that i feel afraid to recharge it because it is deducting at regular interval.he whould be hanged infront of law making public fool.for him 30 rs doesnt cost anything but far a student like me its very much please stop this we plead infront of you.Yes I agree they r really deducting money from balace without any reason.And the most important thing how can they deduct it to such an extent that it goes to negetive balance like -7 or -15.

    They are the worst service and robbing pubic to such an extent that now its out of control.

      my phone number is [protected] which is reliance GSM. & I have 5 other reliance phone no. and every time i recharge my prepaid GSM mobile with any balance more than half of the amount is deducted by reliance without any information. The moment I recharge my mobile immediately my balance is deducted and they say that is is because you have activated some services, which I never did, Neither we reply to any message nor to any reliance alert service, the moment we see any of their message we straight away go ahead and disconnect it. but reliance people are lieing by saying it is done from customer end. I have proof for that. One of my Reliance GSM mobile SIM was not even connected and I recharged that with rs.100 and after few hours when I just inserted my sim card into the mobile and checked the balance it had only few rupees, approx. 60 rupees were already deducted by reliance by just recharging even though the SIM card was not inserted into the mobile. Now they won't have any excuse.

      What I want is Compensation for the harrassment made to me by reliance as they deduct money from my account and to get my money back, I have to be on phone with reliance customer care and fight with them, at times even customer care executive shout and abuse which is not at all acceptable. for the problem created by reliance i have to spent my money, time and mental harrasment which is Fraud, scam made by reliance and it is a torture to the customer. Please provide me justice. Entire India is struggling with the same fraud from reliance. Do we still have justice in India?

            My Airtel number is [protected].For some reason I want to port in to Reliance Gsm.I have submitted all the relevant documents and charge of Rs.50 at Krishnanagar Reliance Mobile Store ( store add- 52/1, DR SACHIN SEN ROAD, LALDIGHI AQURIUM MARKET COMPLEX, NEAR SANGITA CINEMA HALL, KOTWALI ,NADIA, KRISHNANAGAR 741101) on 7th of February.

            As per trai for the mnp takes 6-7 working days to complete.But I waited more than 7 working days and my number still in Airtel services.

            For the confirmation I called up Airtel customer care and they told that they did not received any kind of request from Reliance.

            So,again I contact with that Reliance store of Krishnanagar and they told that they have forwarded my dicuments to reliance and they can not do anything,even I contact with reliance nodal team but they are not giving any response.

            Now, that reliance mobile refuse to refund my money and documents and not getting any help from Reliance end also.

                I, Sangeeta Ahuja, was using Reliance mobile service for past many years. My Reliance mobile number is [protected]. I was very trustworthy customer for the time period I used it. I always paid my bill on time. But recently I recharged my number with International Calling card for Rs. 1100/- approximately. It worked fine for 3-4 times. But then later whenever I tried calling to my desired international destination, the opertor said the destination you are trying to call is not available on this service. I contacted the customer care service at Reliance Communications but they were not very helpful. This continued for around 2 months. I still had the remaining balance of Rs. 900/-approx. for international calling but I wasn't able to use them. So frustrated that i discontinued using my Reliance mobile number. After some time reliance sent a court notice asking me to pay the bill. But we argued that Reliance still has our balance of rs. 900/- apprx. But they didnot listen. Then Reliance Communications started threating us by calling from different numbers and telling us to make the payment. Reliance Communications are still calling my daugher, my son, my husband on their mobile numbers and threating to make the payment. I am very scared for the safety of my family. My question is how could they illegaly have access to all my family contact details and start threating for a very small amount. Please try to look into the matter.                   I AM VERY HARASSED by Reliance. There is an UNWANTED SUBSCRIPTION ACTIVATED (Mitti ke Rang) on my number [protected]. I have been sending sms unsub 1155 to 155223 from last five months. i have all record (conformation sms) for each month but they didn't deactivate that pack. now i am COMPLETELY HARASSED by them.                     I Submitted the documents for 3G Broadband, I got the connection, got Bill and paid as well.

                    after few days i got another bill for another number in My name and address.
                    It looks that the The DSA guys used my document and got another number in my name and they are using it.

                    This is a high risk issue and needs immediate action as the number which they got by cheating can be used in illegal activities.

                    Now the Main issue



                    I have only requested a 3G Dongle My best plan, which I got and paying the bills too



                    But today I got a bill for a Reliance No [protected] , Which do not belongs to me

                    Please note the number [protected] do not belongs to me, I have never requested any such service / number, I never received this number and I don’t have this number.

                    I am not responsible for any activity performed or being performed using this number.

                    And I am not responsible for any bills for the number [protected].



                    This looks like cheating on part of Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd or their agents who collected my documents and got the above number ([protected]) by misusing my documents originally submitted for a 3G Dongle. The DSA and their agent Never pick up the phone.



                    Please deactivate [protected] , cancel the bill sent to me and take appropriate legal action on the DSA or Whoever is responsible for a clear Misuse of My documents.

                    Please take immediate action to avoid further misuse of my documents I entrusted to reliance





                    I have already complained to Reliance Customer care (Request Number:[protected]

                    ) as soon as I received the bill for the number [protected] which do not belongs to me.



                    Please provide me a Copy of the above request number for legal purposes.

                      I WAS INFORMED THAT IF I DO AN FRC(FIRST RECHARGE) OF 103 ,I WILL BE AWARDED WITH 500MB 3G DATA ON THE SPOT AND WITHIN 72 HRS I WILL BE AWARDED WITH 2.5GB OF 3G DATA IF I USE THE SIM IN AN UNIVERSAL DONGEL.
                      I AM USING THE SIM IN AN UNIVERSAL DONGEL (MICROMAX) FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASING THE SIM.
                      BUT IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS OF MY PURCHASE,AND STILL I HAVENT GOT THE 2.5 GB 3G DATA.

                      On 13th October, 2011 i purchased a Reliance GSM SIM card of 3G data plan with submitting all the requisite documents and photographs. As per terms & conditions, with the FRC of Rs.103 the company promises to give 3 GB data in two breakups, 100 MB data is credited in customer's account at the time of activation itself and remaining data is credit within next 72 hours of activation. I received 100 MB 3G data at the same day of purchasing. However, as of now[protected] i have not received the remaining data which i m entitled to. I called up Reliance customer care several times to register my complaint. They gave me the complaint no.[protected] and ensured that it will be resolved in next 72 hours. Now the stipulated time has already elapsed but nothing has been done till now in this effect. Whenever i remind them about my inconvenience, they just ignore it by saying that "system is on upgradation, call after sometime" or "wait for some more time". I am a management student and this behavior of Reliance is very humiliating and harassing for my studies.
                      I, therefore, request the concerned authority to help me and do the needful. For that, i shall always owe his/her gratitude.

                        After 1 week i was not able to use it any more due to network problem.
                        I have raised many complaints in written & also verbal but i have not been helped so far..

                        i told them to restart my services & help me to use it after that i was ready to make all my dues clear.
                        But they did not agreed.

                        Dear sir,

                        My Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID[protected]. In Starting January-2012 I start facing internet disconnection and During this period I had contacted reliance customer care many times everytime I contacted they told that "there is some technical work going in your area, so we cannot register your complain now, when the work will over we will contact you". but no one contacted there after.Then I again contacted reliance customer care on 30th January-2012 and then my complained was registed but solution was provided.Instead of so many Complain no.s registered[protected],[protected], no solution will be provided and then their executives are not registering any complains saying that we are forwading the same complain. it is very very bad service from reliance. I had then asked to stop my connection on 2nd feb 2012. On 5th Feb-12 my internet connection was restored after more than one month, But I told them that I dont need that now, as per my intimation I had already taken a new connection from another service provider.

                        On 7th feb-12 I got a mail that your request has been registered under Service Request ID[protected] and one of our executives will contact you in the next 48 hours.
                        Further to inform you that post cancellation you need to return the instrument or else will be charged Rs. 1500/- for Broadband equipment and Rs. 1250/- for Fixed line instrument.

                        On 7th feb-12 I wrote them that You can take back your instrument anytime and I dont have any bills pending except this months bill, waiver for which I have applied as per below conversation. So it is very clear that I have to return only the instrument to you and have no pending bills to pay.

                        In between they generated one more bill against my account and I have mailed may times to them that please dont generate any such bills bcoz I was not liable to pay.

                        I sent many mails to them regarding the confirmation for disconnection.

                        On 27 feb-12 I got a mail saying;
                        Dear Customer,

                        We acknowledge receipt of your request for termination of the service. We apologise for not meeting your expectation this time for the services provided by us.

                        As requested, termination process is initiated for the subscriber ID [protected]. Kindly note the rental of your service will be stopped from 16/02/2012. Our representative will be visiting you for the collection of the equipment installed by RCOM at your premises for running the services. Please handover the equipment to him.

                        On 20 march they took all the instruments.

                        Then again these people continue raising bills against my account and sending to me.

                        Then on 29th march I again wrote to them that Please refer to ur mail my internet service had stopped from 16/02/2012, and relaince persons took all the instruments on 20th march-12. Now I am not liable for any payment to reliance so pass the service termination information to your billing department also, they are unknowngly generated bills and sending to me.


                        On 30th march -12 I got a mail from reliance saying : This is with reference to your e-mail about billing issue. Kindly note that as checked in the system, there is no due payable in your account.

                        But surprisingly yesterday I got a call from any advocate from Mumbai that reliance had logged a case against you i[censored] pay your bill within half an hour then they will not lodge any case.

                        hi, I have opt for reliance data card after seeing their advertisement tht they are providing 3.1 mbps speed and 1.8 mbps download speed. i hv done the advance payment of 2525 rs for 3 months service i.e. october to december 2012. however i hv never receive the expected services. instead of 3.1 mbps I got 24 to 50 kbps speed which is really pathetic regarding same I hv contact customer care so many times evn lodge complaints and forwarded so many e-mails with attachments of speed test and kept trai mail id in loop. bt every time they told me the service will resolved in next month and in between my 3months got expired. in 3 month service i have contact reliance customer care many times evn not received any bill for same of those 3 months. now i hv contact again to disconnect my services. Instead of me the reliance people should contact me but never. from february onwards I hv start getting calls frm reliance billing offices to pay january bill and I have told them clearly that I dont want to continue any services from reliance and why should i pay bill did reliance hv giving me any compensatory services. every time when I got call i hv to tell them entire situation and at last they disconnect the service bt now they start asking to pay 3 months amount. I think i have done mistake rather than lodging a case I keep talking them in humble manner. Now I have got call frm a no. [protected] reliance who earlier told me he is SI of tis hajari and later he told he is some lawyer he want to dominant and told to pay 1600 or else i hv to pay 17000 later. such people are connected with reliance believe me if tht person stand in front of me i will lost my control only money matter for them rather than services. Even i am not residing in that place frm 3 yrs and I hv got the data card delivery in other state I know evn reliance people not verify my documents address properly only a cell no. but still i am writing and now i am plan and to lodging a case of harrasment and of 420 cheating with customer. i hv all the documents with mail which i have forwarded and the mail replies and complaint no. i want to put tht case so that at least such service provider their people their fake lawyer get a lesson.

                          You mentioned about RS 124.53/- due reflecting in my account. I have been using this card as prepaid connection, how this due come into picture, if any that is your fault.



                          Still I am again saying that I never asked to convert it post paid. From your reliance side some body migrated to post paid with out my knowledge and troubled me a lot. Apart from that you you want put fine to me. I would like to know that have you read my complaint and have understood my complaint.



                          With out my knowledge some body converted to post paid. Asking me to pay fine, it is not fair. Please see from you record I have been using prepaid.





                          For your mistake, why I should pay fine?



                          If you want stop using your connection it is OK, will stop using this connection.

                          Dear Board,

                          I purchased a Reliance Data Cable in the month of September. The hardware cost for the Data Card was Rs. 3000/. The scheme promised, was Rs. 450 monthly rental with first two months rental free. From the first day of activation itself there was connection problem. The same was reported to the vendor who sold me the Data Card. The problem is that the internet is so slaw that it would take minimum of 5 minutes to open a page and majority of times it may not even open the web page. The internet is always down whenever i try logging on. I was promised amazing net speed throughout India and i dont even get connected to the net in a city like Allahabad.

                          I even noticed that the monthly rental of Rs. 450 as promised and signed by me in the registration form was changed to Rs. 650 rental without my notice. I called up my vendor to have the same changed but i dont think that this has been actioned till date.


                          I have not used the internet for more than some minutes as the speed sucks. I feel that the company is not selling internet connection but making a huge profit selling their Data Card.

                          I have asked my card provider to disconnect the card and refund me the data card amount. Which is also not done as i constantly get bills from them. According to him i need to pay my bill first and then only disconnect the connection. I do not mind paying the bill if i would have used the internet. I do not think a company can sell internet connection and not deliver internet connection and still ask for the payment. I have already wasted Rs. 3000 buying the data card which is entire loss to me.

                          I would request this board to escelate my complaint to Reliance officials and sort out my matter. The Reliance data card number is [protected].

In customer service nobody know any plan about datacard plan and description about plan. Reliance Comm every month given wrong amount bill.                           I have reliance date card for internet connectivity. Initially took post paid scheme & in oct'2008 I switched over to prepaid scheme. I did not use it since then ,now I want connect , Iam getting the connection is closed. On enquring the customer care I could know the connection got lappsed since it has not been used for long time. but still about 500 Rs is there in my a/c. I have also received a mail from reliance customer care that the service is active. What shall I do now?. Can The no.be revived & get the benifit of my balance amount?

They are cheating the people and giving faulty device and false commitement.So be careful . If you want to use go to Reliance web world or store. Those people are cheating.                           i have purches dated 20 aug 2010 nakoda netcom. pan card electic bill
                          submit. data card activ 23 aug 2010.24 aug terminated this card. till date date data card not activate.many email sent your dept but no reply. my contact no [protected] surendra kharat.
                          I took the Reliance Data Card and used it till July, after that I was not using it continously. Reliance has sent me the detail bill and asked to make the payments of around 20,000 INR. I have made the payment and requested to close the account. They have asked me not to use the card and they will proceed to close the account.

                          Reliance has not closed the account and continously adding up the charges. Now they are asking me to make the payment and I am not using the card. Please guide me what is the right way to deal with them.

                          We would like to bring to your notice that - we have a data card connection with your esteemed company - the device purchased six months back is completely dead ( God Know what is the quality of the same )

                          We have handed over the same to your local representative Adonis Electronics Indore on 31st March 2011 received by Arun Kumar Choudhary.

                          We have not got the replaced data card yet and have no signs of the same inspite of regular follow up , the local guy says it may take 7 more days or so or even more than that.

                          Who will bear the rent for this duration ?

                          Its your faulty device and your system which is causing the delay and harnessing us completely .

                          Kindly make some suitable changes in the work culture of such a big company - by this kind of experience we really feel like we are dealing with a very uprofessional staff and company policies.

                          We had Data card Account No [protected] from Relinace communication they have disconnected our service in the month of November saying that our chq has been dishonored while our bank statement we have come know that their is no dishonour of the chq from our account , thus they have Deactivate our service and whenever we mail them why you have disconnect our service they are not replying anything about it but they are sending us the rental bill chrgs from the month of November till date i.e April for the Amt Rs 1164 .

                          This is to inform you that I had purchased Reliance Broadband net connection thru internet purchase from M/s VRITI INFOCOM PVT. LTD. B-75,SECT-63 , NOIDA, on 28.04.2011 wide Receipt no.666 dated.28.04.2011.

                          My connection activated on 29th of April-2011 and working up to 10th of May-2011.

                          But from 11th of May-2011 onward my service stop by reliance communication Because of some company internal problem .

                          After so many phone calls and reminder from my side my connection still not working from 11th May-2011 onward. In this regard I had visited your web word , sector -18, Noida on 11th of May-2011, but my problem not resolved .

                          We are holding at least 30 Blackberry’s connection of Reliance series started from ([protected] to [protected][protected] -78 etc. myself holding [protected] as well as personal one is [protected]. Along with these I have taken six month back 1x Data card no. [protected]. Recently one month back we have taken 25 net connect broadband connections series for the same starts from -(MDN[protected].
                          Now problem is this 45 days back I requested to our near by web world at patelnagar to close mine 1x data card service – they given me one toll free no :[protected] I called up request to closed / disconnection they did the same. But after fifteen days automatically the connection was reactivated without any communication. When I received the bill for the same then only I came to know about this .
                          Though without creating any fuss or scene I deposited the payment for the same on 2nd of June .
                          And again put the cancellation request for 1x Data card no. [protected] web world told me I have to again call on toll free no for the same , I did same called up and put my request they given me one complaint no :[protected] and instructed me now again I have to go to WEB WORLD and show this complaint no for disconnection. I did the same on 2nd June Itself .
                          During this process WEB WORLD person who attended me , again instructed me to call onces more on toll free to confirm about the disconnection .
                          This all process proved this single hand helping process or Humiliation !!!
                          Looking for your help and guidelines for the same as earliest.

                          I have reliance data card.I have opted for speed based plan which comprises of 15GB day time downloading and 20GB night time downloading and the speed is up to KBPS but i only getting the speed of 20KBPS ie downloading speed.I have logged complaint and got my data card replaced but again for the second time same issue.I have receive message from reliance that you have used your usage and my downloading speed is 144kbps but my plan is not that,when i asked the customer care they told me to ignore that message but this is second time that my speed reduced.

                          We have purchase a reliance data card with details :
                          Reliance 3G, ZTE RoHS, IMEI no. [protected] with sim no.[protected]. All Bills paid on time and on regular basis.
                          Past 2 months we are facing the issue with the device and have made several complaints to the customer care. Everytime we called, we get new responses and new kind of support in a technical form to make changes in the device setting after plugin. Even we spoke to the Managers / Supervisors and got many commitments but none of them worked. Commitments in the form of problem resolve at their end and technical call back etc.
                          After so many complaints and communications no result obtained. Nor even the service provider get back to us. This is really unprofessional behaviour from their part as every time one calls getting different response, inadequate customer care persons, even disconnects the calls when unable to answer the query and one has to call so many times. Calling and taking help / guidance from customer care is not an issue but not getting proper response and solution and even any service visit or uncaring attitude for customers is not acceptable. Please see the way they can change the device or even give a solution. Why every time we customer suffer by calling many times and even to run here and there for solution or rectification of device. Enclosed Bill and compliant email which was not answered.

                            My Documents submitted on the spot than I contact customer care where I received information that we don't receive your documents

                            Again I personally submitted documents directly to your Main Dealer in Jetpur

                            Than My Mobile outgoing & Incoming stopped on[protected]. Again I visited your dealer office, He send message from his mobile & my number started working with a condition to submit documents up to[protected]

                            I already submitted documents. My number is too much important for me

                            It's very bad experience of me with Reliance GSM. 2 times document submitted. They start number & again stopped with same reason

                            My this number was previously connected with Reliance Company & again I joined with same name & detail so Documents previously also held by company

                            There is no fault from my side. 3 - 4 days outgoing & incoming closed is very bad. I contact your reliance customer care office & main dealer office many times but still My number is barred for incoming & outgoing

                            Please take urgent & start my outgoing & incoming number as fast as possible

                              I refer to a RCOM letter Ref No: [protected] dated 6th Feb, 2012 addressed to myself, an invoice of amount INR 320.5, for Telephone connection provided by the Builder M/S Jewel Homes to my apartment. The Connection was not at all, requested by me.
                              Please note that this application was forwarded to RCOM signed by builder, for the Intercom Connection to be provided by builder free of Cost to my apartment. The system was installed for a period less than 2 months in the year 2009, and was removed without any notice, as the residents objected for a system provided by builder, not complying with the contract.
                              Now, RCOM is charging INR 320.50 from me, claiming that I used the RCOM connection. I regret to mention that I don't agree with this claim, as the instrument & connection was in the apartment for Trial period in the name of builder and later removed, without completing Handover and Commissioning. Please contact the Builder Jewel Homes for the Payment of same.

                                I m using reliance gsm no [protected], i recharged with 77 rs on 15 Feb to get reduced call rates on std reliance calls, but i have nt recvd any benefits yet....till yday when my last plan was active i was charged 0.5 paise per minute for STD reliance calls but when in recharged 2day the call benefits were not available.I hope bringing my prblm to this site will gather sm attention fm company.

                                  Today I recieved a call from the number "[protected]" saying that I'd some pending bill amount of rs. 4,500 on my reliance broadband connection and if I don't listen to him a warrant will be issue against my name from delhi highcourt and I'll be penalized for Rs. 1,00,000. He said I'd only an hour to listen to him.

                                  I'd reliance broadband connection 3 yrs back and I got the connection cancelled for poor service and bad connectivity. After the cancellation of service they've generated a bill and I'm surprised to hear from them that I'd to pay for it. The call was most like a threat as if I'm a criminal absconding from crime scene.

                                      i wanted to change provider in the month of july as i was getting a amazing corporate deal for calling and 3g so was looking to port out just then got a call from (prime marketing) reliance retention team they offered me a plan to which i agreed to and a rep came to my house and got my signatures on some forms that said i wont move my provider i agreed to it and after a few months i noticed my bills and was not getting all the benefits that i was told for which i have a email and when contacted reliance cc they gave me a weird plan info i said its not mine and to support it my bills helped me then approaced nodal with some hope they agreed to my explaination initially but then was not getting all the data benefits i have email them so many times they just dont understand now and i fortunately have voice recordings of the conversations and the email
                                      the amount are piling to be more than Rs.5000

                                      need some intervention regarding the same or help to approach it legally as i am mentally haressed and its not a small amount please help me

                                        My connection got terminated in November 2011 after number of complaints, my connection was not working from september 2011 but i have been charged for september 2011 & October 2011. and after giving request for reversal they have reversed charges of 8 days, actually i should get reversal for these 2 months since my connection did not work at all, and clearly their customer care centre executive has told that there is was a cable problem so it did not work, but i dont understand, why i should make a payment for this period, and they are repeatedly sending me alerts for payment.
                                        Below complaint shows some of my complaint numbers:
                                        I have a relaince broadband connection i am using it from the past 6 months, it never works continuously, every time there will be issue for every month mostly it will work for 10 to 15 days, every time we call the customer care they say that we have registered ur complaint, it will be resolved in 24 hrs and they provide s some junk complaint number as reference, but no one will respond to our complaint and if we call for the next time they say that we dont have any complaint registered.
                                        From 12th Sep to 25th Sep regularly i.e. each day i have given complaint and each day they have taken a new complaint saying that i dont have any complaints or my previous complaint is closed saying that resolution is provided, i dont understand how they can close a complaint without resolving the issue.
                                        And there customer care center people gives such a worst response i dont understand how they train their people they are really worst, they speak to customer as if they are there slaves.
                                        when i called up customer care center on 25th they said that i have only 1 complaint registered on 16th sep i.e.[protected]inspite i registered more than 10 complaints) and that too it is closed saying that problem resolved.
                                        My both Landline and Broadband are not working but they are not at all bothered.
                                        now i got fed up hearing relaince name, since i am using Reliance mobile and Broadband, for both i am experiencing very worst experience.
                                        again i have resgistered new complaint on 25th sep:[protected], lets see what happens to this complaint, i request all of you not to go to Reliance, he just shows up offers but once we get in, we will see the depth.

                                        None of you are not responding, what i need to do, i have placed a request for Termination of my Broadband and Telephone connection twice but no one is responding, please terminate my connection, i am fully satisfied with ur worst service.
