    I am facing the problem of deduction of 5 rs per day from 9 of february 2012 for doing nothing only because of this big fat free store msg. I did complain for 6 times but till date this issue is Ñöt solved. My daduation amount has been reach at 65.

    Kindly please look into the matter to deactivate this .

      Respected Sir,
      I'm reliance consumer since last 3 years. I'm a student in Rajiv Gandhi South Campus-BHU which is situated at Barkachha,Mirzapur. There're a number of students who are reliance consumer as like me.
      But the signal of reliance is too poor that i cant tell u due to which we're facing a lot of problems.
      I am complaining against reliance second time,because they took no action in this matter. and of course they are breaking their customers.
      I submitted my complaints so many times but all are waste. They didn't take any proper action in this matter.

      So please please kindly take some major action in this matter.

        I have registered a problem on 5/2/2012 at 9:40 am regarding a speed issue with my GPRS connection. And the customer care executive given me the Complain id[protected] and said the problem will solve in 4 days.

        but not solved after that I call the customer care to inform them that the problem is not solved and I got those answers.

        1) You are using a 2g pack on a 3g sim. So you will get poor speed.
        I know it doesn't matter if I use a 3g or 2g sim.i will get the speed for which I recharge.

        2) The executive says though I use a 2g connection I get poor speeds.(the speeds are as poor I can't even open my Gmail account, downloading a song in 1KB/s.)
        so is this the regular 2g speed. so what the 2g is for?even your website claim that the speed should be more than 200 kbps.


        3) The executives continuously disconnecting my call. I just want to tell them that I faced the same problem 1 and a half month ago and that time the problem is solved. so if the same problem arise how can the technical department said that the problem can't be solved.

        4) I use a software which gives me the details of my connection. I came to know that the connection is limited to 64kbit/s. This is not fair.i only get speed of 3-5 kbps.even your website claim that the speed should be more than 200 kbps.

        I was said to wait for 4 days, but I am writing this mail cause I got that feedback from technical department. I am writing this letter to you with hope that you will solve the matter as soon as possible.

          i have purchased a reliance netconnect broadband+ modem around a year ago (April 2011), they promised me that i will be getting the speed of 256Kbps & a free website for 1 year, but it give the approx speed of 30 Kbps & no website was given by them. i complained to their customer care & nodal officer several times, in reply they always tell- they are working out on the network problem in my area & will be able to fix it up by 2 months but the months kept on passing by and the problem remains the same. So i asked for concession in bill,they agreed to give me concession on bill till the problem of network continues but after two months(June 2011) they stopped providing concessions, so in return i didn't pay the bill & terminated the connection(July 2011). Now after 8 months they filled a complaint against me in court for not clearing the dues & a lawyer called me & told if you don't pay your bill by today court will issue a warrant against me (without any prior notice). So i paid the bill.
          now kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

            while selling the REliance netconnect datacard , I was promised speeds up to 3.2 mbsp. Let alone that, it's broadband speed is hardly over 0 kbps even when the network is showing full. And even when it is working the speeds are pathetically slow, not even 1/100 th of the promised speed. When I call up the technical support they say bangalore is a network congested area. I want to know that when these BLOODY SWINES (RELIANCE BROADBAND) Cannot provide service to existing customers only then why do they keep adding more customers.

            Can someone please tell me how I can get my money back on the datacard which I've purchased. they are not willing to return the money on it...


            please help.
            Reliance Data Card has a very bad service. The broadband speeds promised are hardly delivered and at only some metro hotspots the service is somewhat ok. The roaming only works on 1x speed and the download speed is hardly .13 kbps.

            We need to file a class action law suite against such erring companies. It is sad that consumers are taken for a ride in our country while the business thrives on un-promised service and lives off our hard earned money.

              dear sir ,
              I'm being charged additional 50 rs every month as CUG Recurring charges every month .my phone number is [protected].

              As i am not in habit of seeing the bill statement carefully, i used to pay the bill without seeing the details ,though this time i noticed the details & found that I've been charged extra rs 50 as cug since past many months , since NOV - FEB 2012 i guess.earlier there was no such charges and i have not given any request as my rel to rel free national, my plan is 440 on net oldest plan of RCOM.

              when i called reliance customer care, they told me that they have no solution for this & they wanted me to go to reliance web world & when i went to reliance web world they also didn't gave any satisfactory response .

              I've been a reliance customer for past 7 years & am not at all satisfied with the customer service after this..
              i just want to request RCOM to deduct these charges from my bill & deduct or give me a refund in my bill by seeing my previous bill history as i was charged rs 50 extra as CUG charges since June-July 2011.
              seeing all this i feel like switching to any other telecoms may be airtel or vodafone.

                My self the user of RIM mobile bearing no.[protected] received a mesage regarding the activation of RM Health with the deduction of Rs.30/- month which i never subscribed .This was previous practice of rim and last year after my complaints in this forum i got back rs.Rs.137/- and this is also a offence of cyber Crime.Please rectify your atitude and never repeat this again.

                  I purchased a new Reliance 3G connection(MDN Number :-[protected]) on 3rd October 2011 . When purchasing the connection Reliance rep. Mr Gaurav Chaudhry demonstrated me the speed which was around 1Mbps. After purchasing the connection (postpaid unlimited 999 Plan) I used to get very less speed - even less than 15kbps. Most of the time no site would open except google.com.

                  I E- mailed many times to [protected]@relianceada describing the problem, they just responded to my email telling that one of the executives will be in touch. After repeated mails one person contacted me. He knew nothing about how to solve the problem and just kept advising me all illogical solutions. The problem was still there. I mailed Reliance and asked to disconnect my 3G service ASAP and also told that I would not be paying any amount for a DEFECTIVE SERVICE.

                  I made number of calls to Reliance customer care no::[protected] ON::
                  09/10/2011 1 time
                  10/10/2011 1 time
                  11/10/2011 3 times
                  13/10/2011 1 time

                  Following 2 request IDs were provided to me ::[protected] ,[protected]
                  After getting nearly frustrated I asked for disconnection AGAIN . Customer care people asked for 4 days to resolve my problem by a technical person BUT no technical person concated me.

                  Finally I called for disconnection on 18/10/2011 ( Request ID :: [protected]) .

                  As can be seen that between my purchasing the service on 03/10/2011 to disconnection on 18/10/2011 (JUST 15 days)I had called Reliance a number of times(around 10 times through call and 3-4 times by email) , NOW RELIANCE PEOPLE ARE HARASSING ME FOR PAYMENT AMOUNTING TO 1500 Rs.
                  THEY EVEN TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE ISSUED A SUMMON AGAINST ME.

                  This is real mess on part of Reliance.

                  I have all the proofs with me with prints of email communication and itemized bill of my mobile showing my communication with reliance customer care. Apart from this I also have all Request IDs noted which were given to me by Reliance customer care.
                  I will file a complaint against Reliance 3G in consumer court if need arises

                    I am existing customer of reliance netconnect plus (Prepaid Plan and no. is [protected]). I have two complaints about their services.
                    1. I had recharge my no. with Rs 1500/- for 6GB data usage for 90days validity on 26-Dec-2011.
                    Up to 20-Feb-2012, My data usage was 4 GB and remaining balance was 2GB, but on the next day I was unable to connect Internet due to zero balance
                    though I had not used the Internet (I have also checked the connection log) and even validity was not expired.
                    After discussion with customer care, they simply told me that your balance is zero. They also not able to give me the details of data usage.
                    And the problem is still there.
                    2. After above issue, I again recharged with Rs 200/- for 1GB data usage for 7 days validity, but still it is showing zero balance and one day validity.
                    I got these plan details from the website. see the attachment_1 and link (http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/Internet/wireless_bb_plans_postpaid.html)
                    When I talked to customer care they told me that I have chosen wrong plan and there is no plan for Rs.200/-
                    They also told about the new information of plans is available on this link (also see the attachment_2) -

                    How can these people give two different information about the plans?
                    I am expecting the refund for Rs.200/- as I didn't get any benefit for the recharge.

                    i have a new conn.of rel.comm.adag phone on with rechage rs.401 then cosutmer care information me u have recharge with 401 rs.1500 balance & 6 month usages this balance but i have recharge 401 then bal.1000 & usages time 3 month only plz

                    hi, i have use reliance net connect([protected]) i was recharge it with 800 (5 gb + unlimited) rs on 15/4/2011 but it was end on 6/5/2011 i was complain this to his customer care but they dose not do any thing.
                    i think that reliance teach the customer they give only 5gb(high speed) + 2-3gb(normal) that's it no unlimited data. please help me.

                      Today i received a call from some lawyer he told me he was calling from delhi and will file a complaint if i dont pay internet bill ,now the real story is i was totally fed up with the relaince broadband , they never gave me the proper service so i called their support and asked them to disconnect my connection i dont want your service , the operator told it cant be done unless you pay your 1 months bill's , i told them i wont be paying a penny because of your stupid service , later they closed my connection after 2 months which i never used because i got bsnl at that time . now suddenly after 4yrs they are calling me to pay for their stupid service . i told the guy do whatever you want to do i am not afraid of these calls . I even asked the guy send me the copy of bill's if he can he said no to me and thats when i told him " jo karna hai kar le " .

                        I have been using reliance datacard since July 2011, but right from day 1 i was facing the problem of no network coverage and low bandwith (as low as 60 Kbps and never exceeded 75 kbps). I was constantly following up with reliance customer care for rectification and assistance, but everytime i get a standard feedback that there is some technical fault / service upgradation in Kolathur area where i live and will get sorted in 1 month. This never happened till Nov'11 when i got really frustrated and called up customer care again to terminate the services. They agreed to terminate the same within 5 days of my call and also promised to give a discount on the monthly bill since i was unable to use the datacard. I was given to understand that my connection has been terminated and discarded the data card. Today, 22nd February i receive a legal notice stating that my connection is still not terminated and i need to clear the dues for the period Dec and Jan. I am surprised and shocked to see this notice since my connection should have been terminated long back in Nov. How can i make payments for the bill post my termination....?? Reliance Communications is trying to cheat me in a big way and forcing me to pay for non-usage. Request to please take this issue forward and advise.

                            I had requested a port-out of Reliance CDMA mobile postpaid number [protected] via Vodaphone.
                            After the end of the validity period of the port-out code, I received a message from Reliance saying the request has been rejected due to the port-out code sent by Vodaphone not matching with the one generated by Reliance.However, when I checked with Vodaphone and Reliance customer care, I came to know that both port-out codes matched (RT681886)
                            I had called the Reliance Customer Care-Chennai Zonal office at [protected], and requested to book a complaint on the MNP port out rejected due to wrong reason, but they refused to take down the complaint stating the reason that they can’t raise a complaint if the MNP port-out code is expired.
                            Subsequently, I have generated another port-out request - RT714477 – and have applied through Vodaphone for MNP again around the 9 th of Feb. I have again received calls from Reliance asking for the reasons for porting out. It has been 13 days since the 2 nd request, and there is no response from Reliance. Whenever I have called the customer care, they say the request is still in process – the same response I got during the first port-out request period.

                            Vodafone — Porting Rejected for wrong reason

                            I send a request for migrating my services. Which was previously rejcted for Invalid porting code, while mstake accepted from their end and was resolved.

                            Then again it was rejected for outstanding bill.

                            My Concerns are:-
                            1) Have you send me any Bill on my address before rejecting request.
                            2) Have you ever send me any sort of intimation about any outstanding balance.
                            3) Have you ever considered my payment details made on 21 Feb 2011 which is Rs 640 against charges of 636. (reciept # DEL035R110221_360576) RELATIONSHOP # 1.19977706
                            4) Once if I had made this payment then why was my porting request rejected, while I paid this bill as to make it sure that I have no amount outstanding. (no bill was sent on my address0.

                            Rather than creating problems to those who are migrating from your network you should have to focus on new strategies which should not be unethical, unproffesional and disgusting.

                            While to keep health relationship with you I made my last payment wthout any issue (Please note I didnt ever recieved the bill) still I walked into your store to make sure that nothing is pending from my side. Because my idea was to rollback my decision of portability after a few time, but you have now forced me now to never use your services in future.

                            Please let me know what amount is outstanding on my number and also what should I do now to separate with you ASAP now.

                              I have a Reliance mobile phone number.

                              The phone number is [protected].

                              It was a billing service.

                              Orginally it was a prepaid service. I migrated to billing as I was assured of great service.

                              Subsequently I opted out of the billing service and it was quite a challenge switching back to prepaid service with Reliance itself.

                              I have been with Reliance over 3 years.

                              As their SIM got damaged because of routine wear & tear I requested for a new SIM at their store at Mira Bhayandar Road.

                              They were kind enough to help.

                              However, without providing me any bill I was made to pay 25 Rs in cash for the new SIM.

                              How can companies like reliance transact in cash without giving a bill.

                              I paid 25 Rs for a go damn sim card when I could have ported out free of cost.

                              In any case I have been with them over 3 years.

                              I expected the SIM to be free. I even tried explaining to the staff at the store my predicament.

                              Otherwise, I may have considered porting out.

                              When I went back from postpaid to prepaid, I was assured a tariff of 1 paisa per second. However, the promise was not kept. I had to do a special recharge with one year validity to switch to a per second pulse rate from per minute pulse rate of 50 paisa. When I did the special recharge I dd not got recharge for only 27 RS or so of the full recharge value and I was made to feel that the company was doing me a big favor by letting me switch to a per second pulse rate. It is only recently that I discovered that my pulse rate is 0.012 Re per second and not 0.01 Re as I originally expected.

                              I appears this company is completely out of sync with the market and market forces.

                              It is hyper convenient for me to port out.

                              Actually, I am interested to know whether this website http://www.consumercomplaints.in really works and helps me drive some sense into the heads of Reliance Communication management.

                                I am user of Reliance GSM since June. My No. is [protected]
                                Whenever I recharge my account, the company deduct charges for unwanted services and refund it after lodging a complaint by me.
                                When I want to call someone very urgent, I found there is no balance in My Phone. It reduced my reputation among my friends & colleagous many of times and I feel shameful to own a SIM Card of a cheater & fake company.
                                This time, it deducted the amount and not giving me proper details that why i am paying for a service which i am not using or used and the representatives of the company is misguiding by telling me to cal after sometime. In last 2 days, I called 7 times to customer care for solution of my problem but noone satisfied me and even they not listening to my problem. Kindle, help me reagerding this as soon as possible.

                                  mera complaine SR No.[protected] hai.sir maine complane cust care /nodel office aur appellant authority mai kiya phir bhi mere problem solve nahi hua hai.
                                  This is the 3rd complaint of mine, Kapil Nanakwani against the poor quality of internet services by reliance.They haven't replied to my 2nd time complaint and also they have not solved the problem of very very low internet speed.Inspite of paying the full monthly charges, i am not adequate a hint of good service from Reliance and being harassed everyday by the very low speed in the Mohali Area. I[censored] r not able to give good service the stop such schemes.it is cheating to the fellow customers.
                                  Today I bought a Reliance 3G Sim and I am getting a speed of 40kbps only. Which is quite slow as compare to 3G. After that I called R Care at 198 & they don't have manners how to talk to a customer. Literally we went into a fight.
                                  I just wasted 1500 on data card then 350 on Sim card, and still I am not getting attention from their operators.

                                    My name is Nandkishor Gokhe. I have mobile number [protected] which I have registered with my younger brother Ritesh Gokhe. I used it for more than 6 months and now the service for the number is automatically interrupted, and when I called to customer care I have been told to submit the documents to RMS(Reliance Mobile Gallery). My brother went to submit documents to RMS Nagpur and he has been told that the number is disconnected permanently and this number is registered with someone else not with you. Now I have given this number to maximum people and Reliance is telling that this number is gone permanently. Can someone please help me out with this thing or Reliance will continue doing this. This is for second time with me only. Don't know how many people in INDIA more are victim of the same issue. I had same issue with Airtel also but they co-operated a lot and solved my issue. In that case I lost my SIM also- still they co-operated and given back my number. And in Reliance case I have SIM with me and they are telling me that who knows you might have stolen it. Means its their mistake and call CHOR to customers only. Please help me with this. And if it is beyond your capacity- Please tell me where to go for complaint. Is consumer court the only way or is there any other way also? If you can help me please help me with this. And stop Reliance to make pay customer for their own mistakes.

                                      I AM USING RELIANCE CDMA MOBILE CONNECTION, BUT DUE TO IRREGULAR BILLS SINCE AUGUST 2011, OCT. 2011 ONWARD I AM NOT PAYING BILLS, SO MANY TIMES I HAVE REQUESTED TO SEND MY PROPER BILL WITHOUT LATE PAYMENT CHARGES, THEIR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ASSURED ME TO ARRANGE PROPER WITHOUT LATE PAYMENT BILL. BUT THERE IS NO PROPER BILL TILL TODAY.

                                      I AM NOT PAYING THEM ANY MONEY. SO MANY TIMES THEY HAVE CONTACTED ME ON MY PHONE TO PAY BILL, BUT I HAVE TOLD THEM TO SEND PROPER BILL.....BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE, BILLS ARE CONTINUE COMING TO ME.

                                      SURPRISING, LAST MONTH THEY HAVE SENT CONFIRMATION, THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED RS. 1000.00 CHEQUE AGAINST MY MOBILE BILL, I GOT VERY MUCH SURPRISED, WHENEVER AS PER MY RECORD I HAVE NOT PAID ANY MONEY, AND I DON'T HAVE MY ACCOUNT IN ICICI BANK. DUE TO MY BUSY SCHEDULES I HAVE IGNORED IT.

                                      BUT JUST BEFORE FEW MINUTES I HAVE RECEIVED ONE MORE SMS ON MY RELIANCE NO. FROM RELIANCE NO. 52811, THAT YOUR PAYMENT OF RS. 1289.00 BY CHEQUE HAS BEEN CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT AGAINST YOUR BILL ON MON FEB 20, 17.44.40IST-2012, THANKING YOU RELIANCE.

                                      I AM AGAIN SURPRISED AND WANT THIS HAS TO COME ALSO IN YOUR KIND NOTICE. I DO NOT KNOW WHO IS AND WHY DEPOSITING MY MOBILE BILL, AND I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS TYPE ANY FRAUD DEPOSIT.

                                      I AM AFRAID FOR THIS FRAUD, THIS MAY BE AN ATTEMPT OF PRESSURIZING ME FOR PAYING BILL OR ANYTHING ELSE.

                                      THEREFORE, I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS FRAUD, AND INQUIRE ABOUT REALITY.

                                      I HAVE PAYING MY BILLS VERY REGULAR BEFORE SEP 2011 BUT DUE TO THEIR IRRESPONSIBLE HAPPENINGS / THINGS I COULD NOT PAID THEIR BILL, YOU / RELIANCE AUTHORITIES CAN CHECK MY CREDENTIALS DURING MY LAST PAYMENTS.

                                      MANY TIMES, I HAVE REQUESTED RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES BY 198 NO / EMAILS, THAT I WILL PAY ONLY YOUR GENUINE BILL / CALL CHARGES WITHOUT LATE PAYMENTS.....BUT THEY ARE MAKING FOOL EVERY TIME.

                                      THEREFORE, PLEASE TAKE A SUITABLE ACTION AGAINST THIS FRAUD.
                                      EVEN I HAVE REGISTERED ONE MORE COMPLAINT JUST BEFORE FEW MINUTES WITH THEIR 198 NO. THERE WAS SOME TUNTUN ATTENDED MY PHONE, I HAVE EXPLAINED HIM ALSO THAT NEITHER I HAVE PAID ANY BILL, NOR I WILL PAY ANY SINGLE PENNY TILL YOU ARE NOT SENDING PROPER BILL WITHOUT ALL MADE LATE CHARGES, BECAUSE IT IS NOT MY MISTAKE, YOU HAVE NOT SENT PROPER BILL SO I AM NOT DEPOSITING BILL,

                                        my name is abitalib saify and my mobile number is [protected]. on 10th of February i had submitted the application for wire-line broadband connection via salesperson name arvind tiwari, mobile number [protected] for which he had charged me for rupees 1050+100 for rent agreement, and gave me the receipt with CAF no.[protected]. sir my problem is that till now they hadn't established the new connection, for which the maximum time for new establishment is 7 days. for this purpose i had visited there office for a couple of times and called them, but every time they makes a excuse that there line is cut-ted off every time they are coming to make a connection. up till now they are giving me the same excuse and when i had asked to refund my money back they said that it will be paid to you by draft within 45 days, which they hadn't told me while making the deal. i had called the customer care also but they are also of no use. so now they are not giving me the cash and not making a connection also. so now i have no where to go, for this delay i am facing problems. so my request to you is that tell them to either make a connection as early as possible or give me the cash so that i can switch to some other service provider.i think that my matter will be concerned seriously as soon possible and justice will be made by you. Thanking you.
