sir i have requested for the portability of my number [protected] from smart to uninor. i had done what is needed to be done for that service.....even i got my portability no i:e EV396111 on 12/08/2011. but till now i haven't got that done.....even i got a call from smart about why i am porting to uninor...but no action has been taken till now....please let me know what should i do now to get that service soon.

      when i call muradabad reliance web world number [protected] witch is provided by lucknow reliance office he told me he is fully authoresed for convert any postpaid number into prepaid number
      bcs in gajurlla nobody interested to take reliance dealership.

      Please note its your side problem i am not responsible for this problem than why my postpaid connection convert into pre-paid.

        today[ 22/08/11] i got message from 54646 informing me "dear user ,your free trial for bipasha fiteness tips will expire tonight post which you will be charged rs 7 wk.if you wish unsubscribe, sms unsubbft to 54646." when sms sent to 54646 for unsubscribtion their quick reply sms "please try after some time" was there . I repeated many times ,BUT RESULT WAS SAME. I DONT WANT THIS SERVICE, WILL YOU DO SOMETHING TO GET ME NOT CHEATED !

          Dear Sir
          Despite making repeated complaints I hve still not received my refund. Please help.
          I had taken a braodband connection in Kanpur in the name of MR GOPAL DAS GAUR. I had always paid regularily & always made advance payments for my broadband connection. Due to some problem at the company end my connection was terminated. At that time of termination of my services my broadband account had a negative balance of Rs. Rs. 56252.64

          This is to bring to your notice that despite writing to reliance customer care ([protected]@relianceada.com) i have still not received my refund till date.
          Requesting you to please do the needful as i will be forced to take legal action against reliance communication.

            I ported TATA DOCCOMO Rajsthan number [protected] ,in to Reliance GSM service on date 01/08/2011.Sir my number is ported successively in Reliance GSM after 7 days on date 07/08/2011.But the next day on date 08/08/2011, my incoming is barred,than i contact the reliance customer care, nodal officer rajsthan,my nearest reliance mobile store, my area TM,but all are note giving me any satisfy reply, and i contacted many time.than i contact TRAI office, they said me for 7 day,but after 13 day my service are note normal.please help me sir on this matter.

              Dear Sir,

              Every months reliance is deducting some amount from my prepaid balance without informing me. When ever I called up reliance costumer care they use to talk with me and put me on hold after that they cut the call.

              I asked one year recharge currency information as well as amount they have deducted from my balance without informing. But they never ready to give this information.

              Even though they told me you have activated so and so services but i never activate any service from my side.

              This behavior is really mentally disturbing me, i want the verdict as soon as possible and charge good amount of money as fine so that they should not do the same with others.

                My Reliance Smart no. is "[protected]". From 10.08.2011, they've subscribed CRBT service, My Tunes service, caller Tunes automatically on my no. and wrongly charged for them. I've lodged complaint to the customer care ( service request no.[protected] on 11.08.2011. They assured me that these services have been successfully deactivated by sending sms confirmation. But again they've send me sms by telling that
                my service have been renewed. How can it be possible to renew one service after it has been deactivated? Again I've called cutomer care several times, but they told me that it is my fault, and they harasses me several times. what type of service is it? From 15.08.2011 customer care did not answer my call. Again they send me sms telling to recharge my account so that they can charge the renewal fee of automated subscription service. I am afraid of recharging my account. So, please help.

                Smart Reliance — the call is not going to mauritius no.

                I m trying my Brother-in-law's number in Mauritius from last 15 days. But the call is not going. The number is +[protected]. Whenver I dialled the number it says "this facility is not avaliable on ur Reliance India Mobile". Plsss find out the problem and solve it as soon as possible. My number is [protected]. I have already compalined in Customer Care Service many times. The complaint numbers are 80443561 and 81756850.

                Smart Reliance — Not able to use value added services

                I regret to inform you that first of all I have not registered for the LOVE TIPS Service provided by you, but automatically I received a message that this service is activated on your number & charged Rs. 30 for 30 days.
                Now when I called to customer care (58200) they don't agree with it and said that it is your mistake, finally now when I try to use this service by dialing the number: 53030148 it says check the number.
                Now when I called them back they told me that its a message service and I will be receiving the message after 24 hours then 72 hours inspite of my repeatedly saying that its a dialing service. Sometimes they disconnect the line. They don't want to listen to my complain and told my saying as wrong.
                Then they keep on avoiding me for somedays like this.
                After that they agreed that yes it is a dialing service, now they told that the number is changed to 53030184 I tried it but useless.
                After that whenever I call them they say that there server is not working or slow which is a method to avoid.
                Last night when I told them that I will make a complaint of yours they told me to harshly and rudely that Do what ever you can do and disconnected the line very harshely.
                The matter is not the money, its the matter of your prestige, your service, your hospitality.
                Nobody likes Reliance but some trust in Reliance, so I request you not to break that trust, otherwise what happen is that I also change my view and say that reliance is not good, which is not true as I think till now.
                So hereby I request to kindly look into the matter and acknowledge me the same, a quick and appropriate action will be appreciated.

                  I m using Reliance since 4 years.
                  Many times Reliance charged me wrongly. i filled complaint many times but Reliance does not resolved.

                  Today, 19.08.2011
                  Is date for my renewal pack for SMS 1P. Rs. 26 And Internet Pack 51 Rs.51.
                  Sms pack renewed but Internet pack not renewed. By this Rs. 10 deducted for Internet usage.
                  I talked with customer care for my problem they renewed my Internet pack at 11PM.
                  4 PM they again charged 51 Rs. And deducted from my balance..at around 6 PM my SMS pack automatically De- Activated (this balance already deducted from my Balance) by this reason they chaged me Rs. 1.5 Per SMS for 5 SMS i sent.
                  I m using 1P. Per second plan but automatically converted in 1 rs per minut.
                  Total they charged me 71 rs. That not justified....
                  Pls help me to file complaint in Consumer Court....
                  All knows How Reliance is Charging...why don't Consumer Court taking by action.

                      I am P. K. Mistry having Combo plan Landline + Broadband connection of Reliance communication (My landline Number:[protected].

                      It's already been more then month my landline + Broadband connection is not working, i already did complaint of the same to Makarpura Reliance Office 7 times but i could not get any response. Later on i talked with nodal Officer of reliance comm. at Ahmedabad office several times but they are also just give fake commitments only.

                      Very pathetic service. Its been 4th time in this year that my connection gone blank.

                      I will not be liable to pay Money for the time period i have not taken service of reliance communication. i want compensation for the Inconvinience caused to me as well as Monetory loss hapened to me due to non-working of my Landline Number+Broadband connection.

                      Please give me a solution for the same as soon as possible.

                        I have Reliance CDMA connection with no [protected] under the name Mahendra Kumar Sahoo.

                        I have recharged my no with Reliance R2R 599 plan. from whic i am getting 30 mins of national Reliance to any number free talk minutes.The balance information for that amount can be known by dialing *226 from your number.

                        From last month I am unable to use the service ,so i am unable to know my pending daily remaining balance info.Since then i have been trying to get the help from Customer care but no fruitful results. Sometime the customer service representatives provide wroung informations like u can get this baalance information by dialing this and that no.
                        I receive no result except the fault asurances.

I am trying to deactivate my "1p SMS pack" since the last 6 months but my complaint is not lodging at their given number 53739 for unsubscribe.whenever I try,the message comes " Sorry,the service you have requested is temporarily unavailable.please try again later" and when I call on customer care,it always shows network busy and when I do get through to customer care executive they are unhelpful and rude..
                            Therefore,my balance is reducing every month unnecessary.Please take necessary action against this.

                              its a matter of shame for us one one hand we are fighting with corruption an other hand these mobil companies are engaged in making money.whole nation is celebrating our national festivel our INDEPENDENCE DAY, and reliance company is LOOTING indian people by deducting such unfair charges without pre information to the customers. i would like to draw attention to the company chariman and CEO Mr.AMBANI BROTHERS to please stop making money on the most important day to the contry. we are the customer becouse of whome you are in the top bussiness man in the world. please honour our national festivel.

                              you have charged 100times more then regular charges dont you people feel shame on going on looting on this day also.

                              if you are going to deduct such amount then its your duty to inform us regarding the tarrif on these important days. your company always broadcast new plans and pacakges frequently. this information regarding sms charges can also be broadcasted but you people had cheated us by not brodcastiong this information.

                              if you have shame and honour for our country then please credit the deducted amount back and dont repeat such things, every time indulge in making money money how long these unfair means of looting, harrasing our citizen will increase your life.. all have to leave what ever have been earned in this world only...what you will take with you from this world......?

                              at least respect our INDEPENDANCE DAY, stop making money on atleast these day

                                For the last four days,it has become uncertain for me to calculate the mini statement of my account.
                                earlier my call rate was 3min/rupee.But now what is call rate,i myself can not predict. Talking for 12 min,it costs RS 18/- and for 22 min,its RS 33/-

                                  I have a reliance CDMA connection taken from Kolkata, ([protected]). Few days back I had received a message from reliance that one of its services is activated and the charges for the same has been deducted from my account. On calling to Customer Service, they told that the service can be discontinued but NO money would be refunded to my account. On querying why so, I got a rude reply that the what they can do at max is discontinuation of activated service and i should not keep line busy asking explanation wasting their "kimti samay"!!!. That kind of things has happened to me for another 2 times and the same reply I received from Customer Care!!!!

                                  In this circumstances I would appreciate if you kindly look into this matter and take serious and stringent steps again RELIANCE Communication for stealing valuable and heard earned money from customers like me. This is pure cheating. Until and unless they are slapped with a heavy fine for this they will keep stealing money and cheating people like this way.

Most of time my mobile shows out of network and when we talk to customer care they said it will resolve in next 1-2 days. but the problem is still continue.

                                      i Anil jaiswal complaint customer care in reliance india mobile from last six month about 60 to 70 times that cricket pack start automatically.

                                      i complaint to customer care than they stop it but again start in next day.
                                      my balance is used / reduce due to this pack.

                                      it became so long , than where i will complaint nest to discontinuing this service

                                        Hi,
                                        I bought Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ datacard on last month. Connection was activated and after sometime I got a verification call. I informed that you guys have wrongly updated my communication address and please correct it. Then they immediatly suspended the connection asking to resubmit address proof document. I took all the pain and resubmitted the address proof on 2-Aug-2011 to Reliance Communications Store, Franchise - Bhavish Global, Bank Colony, Bangalore. Mail - bhavishglobal.[protected]@gmail.com, ph[protected], 26696746. But the connection is still not active.

                                        My concerns are
                                        1) The connection is suspended and the mistake done by one of the Reliance agent.
                                        2) I am not having internet connection for more than a week now.

                                        I am tired following with Reliance and please suggest what to be done.

                                        Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — Reliance Broadband - No Connectivity or very Slow Data rates

                                        I am using the Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ from a year now. The connection was taken in Hyderabad ad then i moved to Bangalore. From the past several months, say form Jan 2011 to August 2011, the speeds on this so called 3G connection has been pathetic to as low as 10kbps when the TRAI has ordered that the speeds for broadband should be above 256kbps. Since mine is a 3G connection over CDMA, i was expecting at least 500kbps so that i can use the connection to check my emails and use Google Talk to some extent. Since Reliance has proved to provide me with Poor Quality of service like 10kbps data rate on a 3G connection, both of this is not possible since Google email and chat service cannot work on so low speeds.
                                        My complaint has been overlooked for several months now, stating that the customer density in my area is grown and so on, which is not my problem, but reliance has the liability to put more towers to provide the customer base with good quality service at least for valuable packages they have give to customers. My connection terms are for 10Gbps per month and monthly Rs 900/- + taxes. My Reliance data card number is [protected] and the complaint number is[protected].
                                        Since I am paying this amount irrespective of their service until Aug 2011, they are showing more and more reluctance to resolve the issue in their hand. So i have decided not to pay anymore and have asked them to disconnect and free me form their pathetic service quality. They are now not providing any confirmation on disconnection and also charging me on the minimum rental for all the months of no service as well as no promise of quality service too.
                                        I have decided to write this email after over 20 email conversations since i do not want to talk to their untrained customer care professionals and also not going to pay any charges here forth to reliance with respect to their services.
                                        More over, since I have been mentioning the poor service quality for a while and they are reluctant to provide me with the logs related to the same form their end, since i cannot make logs at home for their services, i assume the only way to get maximum value for my money is to not to pay anymore. So If Reliance is listening, i appreciate they would take notice of this and work with their customers effectively.
