To whom it may concern I had taken free plan on my number [protected] and could not be able to call to any other number, the reason given by your representative is that there is network conjetion .my work is hampered a lot for last one weak. Feb 26, 2017 prash666's response I have been trying to contact customer care from months.Being a regular user of reliance it greatly hurts to mention that my data pack stops working at times and I have to wait a whole day for the data to be back again.I try calling but I recieve no option for contacting customer Care and now I feel I'm changing this sim for good .Its a disgrace I pay so much and get no returns .
