I have ported my sim from MTS to Reliance GSM postpaid which was activated on March 1 2017. As I was willing to get good services from your end. Unfortunately I was really disspointed by knowing that My services as well as my sim card was deactivated on March 4 2017.
I have called customer services alot of time but it is really sad to say that I was not treated well, got worst answers from your end as well as poorest services i have observed till date.
I hope to get your attention now and my services will be activated soon.

    Sir, I request you that I lost my Sim card with handset(Nokia x2) . When my customers and friends call on this number other person is taking calls when I call on this number and asked about this number, he end the call and switch off mobile phone. I purchase this Sim card before 2 year something and number Is [protected]. Plz sir deactivate this and restrict misuse of this and after deactivation inform me about deactivation information . this Sim card is on my own name shubham prajapat. I purchased this Sim card from udaipur city rajasthan state.

      I was a reliance FWP line consumer since last 8 years reliance has closed down its CDMA service in April 2016. My Line was closed and all dues cleared in May 2016 itself.       The reliance executive which had called up was not aware about the details of complain. I had to repeat the full instance once again. She informed that she will have to verify whether My complain is coorect and will call back .
      But she did not call back which shows lack of interest of resolving the issue

        I am sorry to inform you that from 8/3/2017 i am not able to connect to internet.I am totally fed up of registering complaints. No action till date has bren taken against the complaints registered. This is really worst service i have ever received.

          I bought this number [protected] a year ago. Few months back I paid my all bills and visited the Reliance store requested to close the number as I don't need any more. They told me to call customer care. I contacted customer care and requested the same, he replied me that okay Madam we will call you back. And he never called me back. After one month I got a call from Reliance customer service and they told me to pay the bill of Rs.699. I told the customer service girl that I already told the reliance care to close the number after making all the payments. and she replied that you must visit the Reliance store (again even I already visited one month back). After 3 months, customer service keeps calling me in my other number and threatens me that they will send court notice If I don't pay Rs.1800

          I have attached screenshot that now the customer service asked me to tell the termination id. How will I give?? I called customer service 2-3 times and they haven't guided me. They never told me the process.

          I don't want pay anything because its their fault.

              I am a customer of Reliance Communications for last 7 years and I have been paying my bills online for last few years. For last one year, I am not able to pay my bill online because of some problem with Reliance Payment Portal. As I enter Invoice No. and Invoice date, the next screen says - " Payment Amount is greater than Invoice amount".

              This stops all further activity on the payment portal and I can not pay the bill.

              A screen shot of this portal is attached herewith.

              I have complained to the customer care center, talked to the senior persons for a number of times, but nothing happens, other than false assurances.

                Please refer to your emails of 1-3-2017 and 9-3-2017. I once again reiterate as under:

                "No Network Problem" continues from 4-1-2017 . After conversion of CDMA to GSM, I did not get network regularly. Every now and then, I have been complaining through emails but to no effect. I have been receiving stereotyped emails in reply, without applying mind.

                Extract from Email of 1-3-17 from Smt. Priyanka Joshi and Shri Vinayak Ghare,
                Officers - Customer Care, Reliance Communications Limited is reproduced below :

                " Your complaint regarding (Network issue), has been registered vide Service Request ID:[protected] and same will be resolved latest by 03:47:32 March 04, 2017."

                I also reproduce herewith the contents of my email of 8-3-2017:

                "I have already informed you vide my email dated 2-2-17 and even earlier that there is 'active divert' of my No. [protected] to my another cell when no network. I am again informing this because you may be mistaken by a ring you get on calling my No. [protected], which is from my another cell.

                I have already informed in my telephonic talk to Smt. Priyanka Joshi that I have noticed long back a display on my cell, "Simcard update started". It is evident that this network problem is not related to either location or congestion of network. Please stop
                beating around the bush and befooling your customers. Time and again I have told you that this problem cropped up after CDMA was converted to GSM. Just think as to how many months this problem is going on reflecting your inefficiency !

                I don't know, how long you will make me suffer. You assured us that the problem would be sorted out by 4-3-2017 but the problem is still continued as before for months-together! "

                  I spoke to a person from Customer service and his name was Murugasen,
                  I have never seen a customer service agent talking to me like he spoke.

                  I am sure he was drunk and he was a little abusive, I hate your services and please resolve the issue and once fixed I am going to cancel my services.

                      I am user of reliance broadband having customer ID[protected]

                      My broadband is not working. I made a complaint yesterday around 12 pm. They said it will be resolved within 24 hours. But the issue was not resolved. So i made another complaint today near about 2 pm. But still it's not resolved. My question is why customer is going to pay the monthly charges if your company is providing that type of service. I am literally fed up of reliance service. Almost every month problem occurs on broadband connection. At last, i just want a permanent resolution of this. Because every time the promised were broken by reliance service. If this can't be resolved then please do a last favour to me i.e. permanently disconnect my connection and i promise you will never go to use any reliance service. Hoping a positive response from your side.

                          We belongs to Bareilly District (UP). We have using a Reliance GSM Sim last 8 years...
                          but Reliance GSM service is very poor service for calling in Bareilly (UP) many times no signal in city and always busy... when i do call show massage network busy... i tried reliance customer care number *333 but always busy ... continuesly 1 hrs.. i tried.
                          Then we can say that reliance gsm is not satasfactory service in UP very much poor service. one time i call tol free no. that said me it will be resolved but not solve from 4 months.

                          i if problem will do it continue i will change company

                          I HAD RECHARGE UNLIMITED CALLING PLAN 198.
                          I am not satisfied working of outgoing calls only 2 days working right after two days we facing same problem. Very bad working.
                          What is the problem of your system tell us clearly. I had done very boring of your network busy/ Call ended problem. Very very poor working.

                            Rs 5 is being deducted from my prepaid balance every 1-2 hours. this happens regularly till my balance is completely exhausted. On complaining online using My Service facility I got reply that the deduction was made against ild messages. Which I found stands for international messages which I never did.

                            Next when again same thing happened I called the customer care but there they said they are helpless and don't know why it is happening even when I have no VAS activated. They were even able to tell me my balance details.

                            Till now if i guess over Rs100 have been deducted and don't know how long its gonna happen.

                              Subscriber id-[protected], broadband is not working from 3rd march. I have lodged complaint on 4th march with complain id[protected]. I was told by customer care that your issue has been put on priority basis and the issue will be resolved within 24 hours.Now its been 6 days and the issue is still not resolved. I get same reply from customer care every time. Now the customer care toll free number is also not working.They gave the gurgaon office address but when I call their it says that the number does not exist.This is highly unprofessional behavior from Reliance
                              I need a solution or else I will have no other option but to discontinue your service.

                                  I would like to inform you that the payment for the month of Feb 2017 against phone number [protected] is already paid via Paytm.
                                  I am not able to use my phone number(neither I can call nor I can receive) from two days as it is saying :
                                  No credit left on your account.
                                  so I am missing my urgent calls.

                                  The due date specified was 14 March 2017, I paid before that.

                                  Could you please check it on priority.
                                  Even after dropping a mail to them, I did not receive any response from their side.

                                      Sir/Madam, I have raised compliant on 7th March 2017 against reliance communication, even today 8th March my balance is reduced around 15/-1. I am not able to connect reliance cc through IVR . I always keep my mobile data off and connect through wifi to access whatsapp, even though my balance is reduced when ever I access whatsapp.Please consider my problem and take necessary action.

                                      Frequently occurred Network Problems during Call..Network is NOT AVAILABLE (Sometimes showing as "Not a Registered network" or "Emergency Call only") even the Network coverage displays 1 or 2 points [Samsung Duos and Asus Zenfone etc, has the same Error only with Reliance GSM) ..

                                        As per previous mail no solution at the time, morning i am calling to 198 no and talk with Mr. Ankush sharma told to me no complaint register for your query for call drop.And 152 recharge regarding previous 06 days reliance company not solved the issue.What is the company policy regarding customer phase problem pls give me reply as soon as possible.

                                        As per your information problem not solved but previous two days i have receive massage from RM Reliance Dear customer w.e.f.14 mar, your favourite RC 152 benefits is getting revised .to know the details. but no benefits revised fake msg and customer care no 198 not connected so reliance company not solved the issue from 05.03.2017. Thanks for your response next time not using 152 recharge or other froud recharge.

                                        If your complaint is not get resolved from your service provider after repeated complaint means you go to TRAI for the same. TRAI only having right to control the service providers.
