Dear sir,

It is very unfortunate that after so much follow-up and reminding many times, still yet my problem for porting number request has not been resolved yet.
For this i am doing the follow-up for past 7 to 8 months.

While generating porting request ([protected]) the coming / display error is dear reliance customer, your request could not be processed. Please try after some time.
Complain number / ticket –[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected].

After reporting of complain we are getting a massage ; your problem was resolved from our side and there is issue in your handset. Upon checking the handset at the reliance store no problem was found in the hand set.

Kindly resolve the issue on urgent basis to avoid any further delay. & confirm for the same.

    Sir, we bought 5 postpaid connections from the company in october 2016. The cell no. Are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. On the name of manakshya builders and developers. We are paying our bills regularly. On all our hoardings, stationery our advertising materials this numbers are displayed. Suddenly we come to know that company has deactivated our numbers. When contacted they say that we were not using it that is why they terminated it. Though we are regularly paying the bills on time. For this we have lost around 50 lakhs of our businesses.

      I've called customer care yesterday[protected] at 12:13 pm, and I was told that my reliance 4 g dongle ([protected]) is in suspended mode and we are activating it, and it will take 6 hours, and it did not happen. Again, at 06:57pm called the customer care and they said the activation request failed and we activating it again, said by executive who claimed her name is sarojini and the reference I'd is [protected], and yet today[protected] my reliance 4g dongle is showing red signal as in suspended mode. All m bills are clear, and even after that you are harassing the customers by denying your service, which you promised to me. This outrageous, please take necessary action and restore my service. Why does it takes more than 6 hours for you to activate my device ?

Why does it takes this much time when I gave full details to resolve this issue? This is not acceptable.

        Dear Team,

        I have give a request for porting my mobile no [protected], from Vodafone to Reliance GSM 40 days back.

        Harassment done to me:

        1. Got multiple call for reliance executive for kyc and other details, when I had asked to visit at my residence they had denied and asked me to share the document on mobile whatsapp. I had sent all the details multiple time.

        2. After getting multiple calls from reliance team I had asked to short calling me and asked stop porting request.

        3. On 24th Feb, I had received a call from [protected] and he asked to share the KYC on whatsapp last time and number will activate in 12 hours but number was not activated. I have started following him but he had never picked my call or replied my massage.

        4.Last call I had received from [protected] that address verification team had gave negative feedback and my number will port but I will not receive the network till the time the verification got positive.

        5. I am using Vodafone postpaid service since last 4 years and continuously paid the bill every time still I am facing such issue in porting.

        My number [protected] is not working since last night and not able to receive or call any one, and I have lots of meeting scheduled today with number of clients. I am totally handicap because since morning I had call the customer care 100 time but not able to contact team.

        I want my number to be activated by 12 pm at any cost else I will lose my important deals today while will cost me a lot.

        Would like to share my experience for last 3 days after getting Port to Reliance Network-

        1. 4G network very poor speed.
        2. Network not available many times.
        3. Today I am at Manesar and I have no network since last 7 hours.
        4. My friends says multiple times I am not reachable since last 3 days.

        Kindly resolve these issue on priority.

        Feeling frustred, disappointed and dissatisfied..

        Will never recommend anyone for Reliance connection..i had just Port my number into Reliance Com.

        3 days past with very bad experience now 87 days left...egarly waiting to Port to Airtel..

              From the last three days too much issue from reliance occurred, Signal was fine at my home before (till Monday 28 th FEB) now not getting signal, so I'am not able to make or get calls.
              And next issue I'am not able to make STD calls (to mobile) from my number. This is my number [protected].
              Morning for some time its working, yesterday till 11.30 am today till 10.30 am, after that this is the message
              "this route is busy please try again later"
              The CC rep advised me, tell my clients to PORT into reliance, then I will not cause any difficulties, strange Idea, not only 1 CC rep, the other two rep also mentioned the same.
              I recharged with 501 last week for 100 days unlimited STD and Local all over INDIA, now there is no use.

              So far there is no response from Reliance, one week back I gave request for MNP, to port to AIRTEL. Now Airtel is saying porting is rejected by Reliance due to non completion of 90 days. Now the bloody RELIANCE made me to by the sim and a new plan for 501 rs, at the same time providing no service at all. This is absolutely unacceptable and RIDICULOUS...I am totally frustrated with Reliance.

              I humbly request ICCF to make necessary action to prove your competence.

                  My name is Anupam and I am using reliance broadband (compbo plan) in which I am having landline and broadband (2 mbps) both. From 22 Feb my internet is not working and no dial tone is there in landline too. Initially I approached the local technician as I was having his contact number so he told me that DLC is down for that area, issue will get resolved in couple of days.
                  But nothing happened till yesterday, so I approached customer care and registered a complaint (#[protected]. They said issue will get resolved in 24 hours. Just now I had a word with customer care again, now they are saying that I have escalated your issue on proprity basis, you will get solution soon.
                  Then I gave a call to local technician again and he said some strike is going on so this issue will take another 7 days at least. My all work is getting disturbed because of these things. Please get me out from this mess and please tell me the one reason, that why I should pay for this month which is going to generate soon.

                  My Issue is still did not get resolved. And I got the bill generated of 900 INR . Why should I pay the bill, my internet is not working from 22 Feb 2017 onwards till date. If you (Reliance) guyz dont believe me, then cross check with the all connection of Chitrakoot Marg, Jaipur.

                    Company not providing proper waiver and not solving my problem, I pay my previous bill without single day usage of internet and my bill is going up and up without any usage.

                      I was a Uninor customer, change to Reliance two year before giving my ID card and Photos to the local Reliance office, Anna Nagar, Madurai. Now I approached for converting my number to Post paid, and also change to 4 g Sim. But I was told that my profile data is not available with them, hence I could not change to either 4g Sim, or Post paid.

                        I am tired following up with my number portability issue. We have submited all the relevant documents in name of Srikant Karkera to Relaince people. Initially Submitted documents to Sector 31 Gurgoan office. Than later they said they will come and collect from my home after verification. This happend and than on 26th Feb my number was ported from Tata Docomo Karnataka COnnectinn to reliance. But unfortunatelly both...

                          When i hav called on 198 they said that your mobile no is data card call to *355 and when i have called to *355 they said me you have problems with prepaid service and have asked me to call 198
                          No one is helping me and not refunding my money back

                              I want to know my service is deactivate or not, before 6 months I want to quit my services, and I went to approach Reliance Communications staff in Coimbatore ( near kalyan sarees ), They send request mail to someone, and she said after 3 days your services will be deactivate, but still now my service will not disconnected, and I get advocate notice from your side, on that notice denoted 1938rs is due amount for my service. and I call to legal department, They reduced my due amt. as 750rs, I paid that amount next day itself, and legal department said that " if you pay 750rs next day your will be cancel and after 15days we send cancel id to your mail, now I got bill for this month 495rs

                              I maintain all the records whatever you send i.e, ( reduced payment mail, bill, and advocate notice ). I attached that records pictures on this mail.

                              Now, I request you to that cancel my services and send cancel id for the connection asap,

                                  at the time of port reliance executive rishab srivastava mob [protected] told me the plan.

                                  plan was rs 399 & after discount was 299 per month
                                  in this plan outgoing & incoming was free in roaming & in circle & 2 gb 3g/4g data was free & unlimited message free.

                                  but when i recd the bill the plan was 499 p month

                                  i have paid rs 300 at the time of document submition & your executive told me rs 150 will be ded in first bill & 150 in 2nd bill but there was no deduction in my bill.

                                  please clear this problem

                                    I am Reliance customer since 10 years. Reliance's network is deteriorating every year and now my internet doesn't even connect.
                                    I am frustrated with the network and now I want to port to Vodafone.

                                    Vodafone is providing me with a better scheme and a better network.

                                    I sent a port message to 1900 and all I receive is 'Please do not disclose the UPC code to anybody' and the fact is that I have never received the UPC code.

                                    I need the UPC code to switch to Vodafone and Reliance is NOT sending the UPC code to me.

                                    I am handicapped now and if nothing happens from Reliance's side, I would like to file a case against Reliance for not letting to change my operator.

                                      I had subscribed to the Reliance Zero Plan for 24 months by paying Rs 20850 as advance rental.

                                      The rcom website for the said Reliance Zero Plan http://shop.rcom.co.in/gsmzero/83-postpaid-gsm-24-months-zero-plan.html clearly mentioned that from the 25th month onwards, the plan would be migrated to RGMaxValue1499 plan. (An image of the said webpage is attached herewith)

                                      According to the bills generated on January 25, 17 and Feb 25, 17 I was charged at a monthly rental of Rs.3599 till 7th of February (when the plan was changed on my request).

                                      It is hence clear that the said billing at a monthly rental of Rs.3599 was against the T&C of the said Reliance Zero Plan.
