This is Savitha Mani, my Reliance datacard MDN no. is [protected],
I want to know my service is deactivate or not, before 6 months I want to quit my services, and I went to approach Reliance Communications staff in Coimbatore ( near kalyan sarees ), They send request mail to someone, and she said after 3 days your services will be deactivate, but still now my service will not disconnected, and I get advocate notice from your side, on that notice denoted 1938rs is due amount for my service. and I call to legal department, They reduced my due amt. as 750rs, I paid that amount next day itself, and legal department said that " if you pay 750rs next day your will be cancel and after 15days we send cancel id to your mail, now I got bill for this month 495rs
I maintain all the records whatever you send i.e, ( reduced payment mail, bill, and advocate notice ). I attached that records pictures on this mail.
Now, I request you to that cancel my services and send cancel id for the connection asap,
