I dont know if any concerned person is ever going to read this for they are paid for nothing. They work only for their company and they do not have the least responsibility towards the customers. I have a reliance gsm prepaid number, in which I recharged the 198 pack offering unlimited local and std calls. But this bloody thieves have blocked all routes in my number since the day of recharge. Now I am unable to call anyone out of Delhi. Not a single std phone call can be made. Do you even realize what problems customers go through coz of your negligency and stupidity.

And the customer executives reliance is fostering are great duffers and born liars. They dont know to speak properly but they know how to fool customers. If you ask them to lodge a complaint they'll refuse, i[censored] ask to forward the call to a senior, they disconnect your call.

Dear Reliance, I guess you forgot your basic policy to serve your customers. Friend, you could charge 500 rs instead of 198 but could make the service better. Serve well or burn in hell.

    Dear sir,
    On 4-march-2017 at about 7:45 pm i checked my speacial offers by dialing *129# on my reliance number [protected]. There was a offer was showing that rchz with rs. 52 and get 1gb data for 28 days validity. While after recharge i just got 10 days validity with 1gb data.
    When i contacted to the cc, there senior executive (Vijay verma) told me that your offer is applicable for 10 days validity. You are lying. He even talked me rudely and tell me that they will never give me the extra benifits even i complained to any consumer board. I asked him to arrange me call back for me with there assist team but he refused this also. I have call recording of that guy. If you tell me i can upload that here. Please help me sir.
    Please provide me my extra benifits.

    From today morning i am seeing lot of complaint against Reliance communication against "My offer' service that the offers were not provided as mentioned in that. From that it may be noted that they are attracting customers by the way of showing message like this. Also all the problem faced peoples would not come here and complaint against this. only 1 out 10 only came here and complain the same. So dont believe that My Offer service and do recharge. Consult the shop keeper and do the recharge of you may ported to any other reliable network.

I recharged my no for 200 rs on 24/2/2017..D since from this date 5rs a keep on deducting from my main balance now my mobile balance is 110 rs .D I even didn't subscribed for any plans .Am gonna complaint against this.how can u deducte amount from from no.D even mention any valid customer care number.plz refund my full 200 rs..

        I had recharged rs. 501/- for each of the above mobile nos in the first week of january 2017.

        However since the past two weeks or more the local and std outgoing has been deactivated by the service provider.

        Number of complaints to the customer care no and at their gallery in kalbadevi, mumbai 400002 has yielded no results and even complaint is not being registered nor complaint no given. Due to the above i am facing heavy hardships and financial losses and mental agony for which the service provider is responsible as they have collected the charges which are valid for 100 days, and the charges paid are for unlimited local and std calls to all network

        The common statement by their representative is network problem but for how long? And why collect charges if service can not be provided?

        I shall request you to kindly ask the service provider to reactivate the std and local calls and also provide me compensation, as i reserve my right to file a consumer case against reliance communications for their illegal action

          I first requested my service termination vide Service Request ID[protected], Dt 3-Dec-2016. Then there was email and telephonic folowup every couple of days.
          Then I logged another service request[protected] on Dt 9-Jan-2017. Then there was email and telephonic followup again.
          Then I logged another service request[protected] on Dt 16-Feb-2017. Then there was email and telephonic followup again.

          Inspite of this RCOM failed to respond to so many requests and emails. There is absolutely no sence of customer service in RCOM. I have email acknowledgements from RCOM for each conversation and every time I was told that somebody will contact me within 48 hours. I had conversations with your call centre agents multiple times and similar promises were made but never honored.
          The service has finally been terminated on 1st March 2017. Now RCOM has sent me bill and asking me to pay for it. I cannot pay for srevices that I have not used and had done all that I could do to get the service terminated

            I recharged my sim with Rs.152 unlimited std and local call for 28 days of validity on 8th February 2017 but I can't make any call. My offer will be expired on 7 th March.The customer care executive said that it is because o[censored]pdation of net work. Please find a solution for this problem before the expiry date and provide additional date for the expiry or refund my money.

                Hello There,

                This is regarding broadband connection for Subscriber ID[protected]. Connection is not working from 24th Jan 2017. First request was raised on 27th Jan 2017, complain No:[protected].

                Local Engineer told that fiber is cut and will be restored in a day or two but after week called again customer care and same answer that it will be resolved soon. Issue already escalated.

                After many follow up call, wrote to [protected]@relianceada.com on 14th Feb 2017, got response on 16th Feb 2017 with new service request no - Service Request ID[protected].

                After that till today, I have been calling customer care and every time getting same response that issue has been escalated and it will be resolved within 24 hours. But I am not getting any call regarding this service request. I do get calls for payment reminder but not a single call service request update.

                This force me to stop reliance connection and move to other provider who are offering cheap and good service and better customer care.

                  Reliance Communications asked me to upgrade to 4G from CDMA and with this I shall be able to continue with the same old plan and same old monthly billing value (INR 1200 for 40GB data) but only update is the network change. I bought a mifi device for 3800 from reliance. But now they started charging me ultra high price (INR 800) for mere 3 GB data. To this when I complained, their CSR said that as they have recently migrated from CDMA to 4G their plans are not upgraded yet and I shall be getting the same old plan shortly. I kept on paying the monthly dues on time for the past 8 months and finally out of frustration I did not pay January 2017 bill and complained to Reliance but now they have started threatening me by sending SMS that they have lodged a court case and I shall hear from their lawyer. This is pure duping customers, misguiding customers and now blackmailing customers.

                  Expecting a quick remedy to the issues I am facing and I am very sure that thousands of other customers are also facing the same problem.

I never subscribed for this in the first place and last month also 60 rs were deducted from my balance. I request for a full money back as soon as possible. This is not the first time something like this has been activated automatically so I also request for deactivation of any such service on my number

                    Thanks I have received this month's 60rs back. But shouldn't I be getting last 2 months payment also as I didn't applied for this subscription and also didn't used any bit of it.
                    I couldn't check that last month bcz this number was with my mother and she couldn't find why this balance was deducted

                      I applied to port my rcom prepaid to airtel prepaid. Rcom dept on getting the request called me to know my concern. I said i am getting unltd calls and 1 gb 4g data for 345/-. I see similar pack only for new customers in rcom. She said you can also avail that by recharging with 198/-. Now when I recharged with 198/-, i got an sms that your pack is activated with 3g data and acct balance is 0.01. Cant imagine they could cheat like this. I will soon be history for them.

                              Hi,

                              I'd like to escalate the issue of my pending refund from Reliance Communication for my Reliance mobile.

                              I had a Reliance Postpaid connection, I got it converted to prepaid by paying all my dues. However, my bill was also deducted from my credit card as I had set my Reliance bill for auto deduction.

                              I have raised the concern with the customer care and escalated it further but it seems that they are not willing to refund this. I can provide all the communication I had with them and their appellate authority during last 4 months. This has consumed a lot of my time and energy.

                              Please can you take action to get this resolved at the earliest.

                                It always says network busy, and I call to customer care they said it is a technical problem.
                                I cant understand what kind of issue it is?it is not resolved until now.

I call to customer care they said to me offer is not valid for my mobile no. I can’t understand what kind of issue it is? And Last one n half hour call is going on customer care executive (executive name: SAMONTI) but did not transfer my call to senior executive from Last one n half hour.

                                  My mobile number of reliance gsm ([protected])from which rs.49 has been deducted in last four days and it is not first time, many times balance has been deducted from this number and costume care executive don't attended call nor refund the balance. From last 2 years more than rs.1000 has been deducted from this number. So please help to refund my balance.

                                      - I'm really tired of raising complaints.
                                      - my freakin internet is not working for almost one freakin month.
                                      - been using it for the last freakin 8 years and all of a sudden it stopped working.
                                      - customer service number not functioning.
                                      - I've never delayed my bill payment but with this kind of pathetic service, I've had enough.
                                      - whoever is reading this, please connect me with the higher authority to whom I can escalate this issue.
                                      - also, FYI, an attorney called to follow-up with my bill payment. for which service should I pay??

                                        My phone balance is continously deducted by rs. 5 /- from last 3 days. I m contacting to your customer care today but they said we can not refund your balance because you complain about this matter after 3 days. We are not activating any service of reliance then why my account balance is deducted.
