Reliance Communications Limited — carrying out a fraudulent activity

i had activated a 98 rupees mobile internet plan in which they were
providing me 650 mb, but they had given me only 167 mb and after that
they charging at 10ps/kb.
i had given request fir changing my plan to 99 and activating std pack
399, but they had only activated std pack.i m already having 599 plan
that gives me unlimited reliance 2 reliance all over india.so it's self
understood that y should i go for std pack without changing my plan.now i
had given request for termination of my connection they are asking me
to wait for 15 more days.they are only trying to do fraud and cheat the
