[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Unfair Balance Deduction from my account | |||
Respected Sir 26 rs were deducted from my reliance number [protected] I recharged my cell with 60rs on 30 Apr 2014 and I got a full talktime of 60rs thereafter again I recharged my cell with 60rs on 28 May 2014 So total I got 120 rs balance On 29th of May 2014 I activated 94 rs mobile net pack via sms and got 1.5GB of data usage and the remaining balance was around 26rs Today when I checked my balance I was shocked to see there was no balance in my account I tried calling customer care but they are not giving any proper response and they have blocked my number Please refund my balance ASAP Was this information helpful? | |||
