Dear reliance,
I'm very sorry to say that u provide wrost service I have ever seen in my life of any telecommunication company I have a reliance no.[protected].On this number I said retailer to check the best offer available nd found offer saying get 10gb 3g data @ rs 359. So after discussing with retailer I made this recharge. And after recharging I got only and only 2.5 gb data which was quite shocking. I talked to retailer about this and he said you'll get benefit as it was offer available on your number. Then I talked with customer care they started making excuses that their system have a problem please call after 2 hrs...then when I called customer care again at number 198 I was unable to contact them ...the call got cut after saying some message.Then I tried to talk them on their website then again I was unable to chat with them.Then I downloaded their reliqnce instacare app on this I found chat option which was also rubbish.it was of no use.then i tried to talk with them today at their fb page I send message trlling about same problem..I got no reply...nd again I tried to call to customer care this tym I tried with different reliance number then again after telling same issue they made same excuse that they hav some system problem CALL AFTER 2HRS...l want ask reliance if they cant provide benefits for offer they showthen why they give these offers to customer ...to cheat people and make money they think that all r foolish and keep on making them foolish nd make big amount of money...!!! This is really shameful and extremely ridiculous. ...I repent on myself that I have a sim card of a fraud company.

Thanx reliance for understanding my problem and gave me full benefit of recharge which was of ts 359 10gb data but I got only 2.5 gb...now after complaning I got full benefit I'm happy now nd special thanx to sunandha madam which made a case nd because of her actions I got full 10 gb data... Thanks sunandha madam :) :)

Dear sir,
I'm happy to say that as you have taken my matter forward to reliance and today I got call from reliance regarding this and they said to send a screenshot of the offer available on my number so that they can verify the availability of offer so I'm sending a screenshot for them so that they can verify that offer was available on my number and other things they can check by themselves with their computer system. But still the matter had not been solved fully.
I hope the matter will get solve as early as possible. I'm attaching the screenshot

    I upgrade evdo cdma to 4g.

    As per telephonic discussion they called me service will be closed on 31st of may
    And you get benefit of 4g speed for internet access.

    But now no one customer care executive give proper date of starting of 4g service.

    Please start my evdo cdma service till you not started 4g service.

    I mailed this things at [protected]@relianceada.com

    But they also not reply properly and not give any reply so far.

    Please do needful.

      Dear concern,
      I have recently ported my mobile no. [protected] to reliance. Also my 2 friends do it. That mobile number is [protected] and [protected]. I had received a call from [protected], [protected], [protected] (Reliance customer care) the guy other side told me that reliance is providing me a plan for 10gb 4g & 2g unlimited data, unlimited calling facility & 3000 local and national sms and the monthly tariff for the rs.497/- + service tax. He told me that collection boy will come and pick the document and will get the application form signed. They asked me for deposit of 400/- each number and the porting code which i provided, when i asking for deposit receipt he told me when payment reached at the office you will get the receipt by e-mail form rcom. Guys came to my office and collected the documents. Dated 28/05/2016 my number is port reliance communication i received a sms that my porting request is accepted the reliance which shows my plan as jalsa497 with monthly rental rs.497/- but 2g unlimited no 4g data, 4000min local and std calling & 3000 sms. I fail to understand who guy signed my form for this plan. I tried many time to contact them from my other number [protected] but they put my number in blacklist. I can't afford for this plan & its a case of fraud, do i need to register an fir against rcom.
      Kindly get me a copy of the application form and address of the concerned vendor. I can't stop using my phone, who is going to bear excess amount until the issue is resolved? Request you to take strict action against these people & cancel the licenses.

        Respected Sir,

        I have been trying to get my netconnect data card number disconnected/terminated.
        Reliance number - [protected]
        Relationship number[protected]

        Though I have raised a request with the termination team, when i call back to inquire the status they tell me that the request has not been taken up.

        I again tried to raise a request and after waiting on the call for 5 minutes they tell me the termination team is unavailable at 5 PM IST.

        So am not sure what needs to be done. I have also sent an email requesting for the disconnection from my registered mail id but have not got any response.

        I request you to look into the issue and get my connection terminated at the earliest.

          My reliance number ([protected]) using postpaid connection from last 8 years. 12 days back have converted from cdma to gsm 4g network. I'm facing lot of signal problem with gsm from the day of activating gsm network. Continuously there is no network showing even after repeatedly setting (Sim tootkit option) & every time restarting phone. Please resolve my problem at the earliest otherwise i need to convert to other network. My alternate no : ([protected])

              I am sorry to say that i can't pay any amount raised by you.

              Due to following reason:

              1.5th april 2016 i received a call from reliance executive to migrate your no.In cdma to gsm. 6th april 2016 i request for porting code and 8th april 2016 my cdma no. Is closed
              When i call reliance store for resuming gsm no. They told me after 2 -3 day your service will be resuming.

              2. After 12th april 2016 he give me the chandigarh head office no. And told that to contact & give a mail to resume your. When i call him he told me that your service already resume but in my cell there is no any network/tower shows that. My billing circle going on.

              3. After 16th 2016 once again i call back & told him my billing circle goes on so please resume my service he is also telling me that when ever your service resume the billing circle goes on that day.In 19th april 2016 he told me same thing. I also send a email to head-office. My billing circle going on.

              4. 20th april 2016 he told me that your amount due last month 515.00 rs. So you pay it as soon as possible. I paid it same day 520 rs. I also send a email to head-office. My billing circle going on. I did not pay any amount.

              5. Once again 24 th april 2016 i call him for resuming my service on that day he take my new sim no. Which is[protected] and told me to call after 3 days. When i told him my billing circle going on his reply is same that after service resume new billing circle started.

              6.In 29th april 2016, i was forcly told him to resume my no. Today otherwise i don't want it. My billing circle going on his reply is same that after service resume new billing circle started.

              7. At last, it was 3rd may 2016 when i receive mobile network/tower/signle in my cell/mobile. The i do the tvp process. About one month i don't take any service for that executive told me your new billing circle starting after tvp.

              But i was shocked when i got a email on 10th may 2016 for bill amount 687.00 rs.
              I called customer care for knowing my billing circle & he told me that was started 9th april 2016 to 8th may 2016. I call everywhere for that false bill but no any solution get. At last i was decided to i can't paid any amount for their result 26th may 2016 my outgoing call stopped due to not paying the false bill. And 9th june 2016 another bill was generated which is also 579.00 rs.

              Sir, it was request to please do some thing for your valuable customer.

                I brought a cdma wipod worth 2600 rs in december 2015 and suddenly in may, i get a call from reliance service center that "congratulations, you have been upgraded to 4g, and we are sending a sim card for free" when asked that my wipod doesn't have sim card slot, was told that i need to buy a new wipod which apparently is being given to me for some discount. When i said that i don't want 4g, let me continue with my cdma wipod, i was told that cdma is being shut from may end.

                1) now, this is complete breach of consumer rights. Why did they sell cdma wipods without informing us of future plans to shut cdma.?
                2) they were not able to tell about the 4g plan cost but wanted us to by reliance only 4g devices in advance. What if there plans are expensive than airtel/vodafone??
                3) i have written 10 emails to rcom complaint board but still no reply on this
                4) nonetheless, since my work is dependent on internet connection and i couldnt loose a second without communication services, i had to buy the new dongle which i had ordered on 4th jun. Till today, the page shows device under processing and cdma services have stopped today without any prior notice.

                I hope mr jr ambani's target of taking reliance to a new low has been fulfilled and some sane person in this company will respond to customers who are the reason for what reliance is today.

                  Respected sir/madam,

                  I'm using reliance wipod internet service from last 2 month and it was working good also.

                  But from last 10-15 days, it is not easy to connect net through device which is showing very poor signals.

                  Today, i had a visited local reliance store to solve the issue.

                  But, its surprising for me that, company has started 4g migration of cdma devices whiout having any prior personal notification & best part is that reliance has make 4g migration compulsory for each customer.

                  Its good that company has started new services, but why should customer bear charges for new 4g devices as cutomer has already had taken new cdma connection with the device 1-2 month back.

                  In my case, i have bought the devise 2 month back at around 3-3.5 k, & i was happy with cdma speed also.

                  Then suddenly i came to know that, reliance has planned to start new 4g service & for that i have compulsory migrate my number from cdma to 4g gsm at the cost of time & money around rs 2.5-3k.


                  Why should i pay extra cost for dongle, if i have dongle already which is purchased 2 months back.

                  I had a mailed complaint on below mail id but it is in wain as there is no reply from customer care.

                  Its not a proper way to migrate people from one service to another without any prior notification.

                  We are suffering a lot since we are the people who are dependent on wifi internet service provider.

                  Instead of solving issues, Reliance communication threatening the customer via mails with the subject : INVITATION FOR CONCILIATION

                  As a customer i really don't understand the reliance customer support. Is this support ?

                  i didn't pay because whatever they have charge is unreasonable & suddenly Reliance communications had stopped CDMA services without providing any prior intimation via or SMS directly .

                  Further to this, Why customer has to pay extra, if he has already paid for CDMA Dongle?

                  Since there is no reply from customer care on my continuous mail complaints/follow ups

                  I had put my complaint on Consumer forum on 14th Jun 2016,

                  & soon I have received auto-generated mail reply from Reliance communication customer care as we will sort out the issue as soon as possible. but it is not yet solve & also I didn't have any another mail or call from reliance communication customer care.

                  & funny part is that, though customer issue is not sort out, company is threatening the customer via third part agents /small groups.

                  I hope that it should be happen again & again, .

                    All calls coming to this number are from bihar and maharashtra and it is also showing roaming signals all the time . I don't know what is reason as i have purchased this sim from greater noida in 2009 .
                    I have contacted on customer care and also forward a complaint regarding this issue on your official website complaint cell .But still no response .
                    I want to confirm is this sim still working or not.

L had talk with your executives like sanjeev, rahul, md, kailash,. All of them told me that server is down for last three days so they are not able to assist me. Cal in next 2 hour. So i will request to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Because in my this is a crime and you people are running company like reliance in very unprofessional way.                         No. Is [protected].
                        In every 10 to 15 days my outgoing & incoming has been barred.
                        I also complaint it many times earlier.
                        But after few days same problem comes on my no.
                        Pls solve my problem & pls make ur services normal.

                        I dnt wanna better but when i doesn. T make any call 4m my cell & its not done then i feel like reliance have very bad service.

                            I have been using the reliance post paid scheme for last 3 month. I am facing too many issues while using this network. I am settled in chennai city, outside of my house i am having full signal tower, but if i enter in my house – signal is fully gone. Calls are automatically cut while speaking.
                            Paying rs700 per month is really too much for me, even though i am paying the amount fully but due to signal issue my business is totally running in loss. Many calls i can’t able to attn & able to call.
                            Since i was an handicap person i can’t attn the call outside of my house all the time. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
                            Note: still now i have been used 4 network, airtel, vodafone & aircel all the three good signal and there will not be much more signal fluctuation. I am facing too much signal fluctuation issues only in reliance network.

                            Still now i have been received two calls from Viswas & Puja. Both of them have promised me that signal problem will be rectified shortly, but still now there is no changes in my network work signal.

                            Kindly do the needful at the earliest. I am not in the position to attn the call outside of my house. Kindly make me to attn the call inside of my house.

                            Almost 10 days completed there is no solution from your side & I haven't receive any call regarding the solutions.

                            Because of your network i am loosing my total business. Kindly rectifiy the issue ASAP.

                              Highly frustrated with customer care on the toll free number provided. Trying to track the activation of an mnp number since morning today, sadly the cce is of no help. The cce told me that if i try to convert the number, which is originally from mah, now in ap, and would be back in mah, i will have to change my number. What i couldn't understand is that when a number belonging to mah was converted smoothly to ap, then why the same procedure cannot be done reverse way? When asked the cce they hung up the phone. Second call: mam it will take 72 hrs😱. When asked can you transfer the call to senior... Mam senior is on another call... I said i will wait... Mam he will go on another call then... Please help me understand how to get my number activated.. Why there is no senior available... How do i know if my problem is escalated.. When will my problem be resolved and who will assist me in understanding the problem

                                I have reliance user from last few years.
                                1-i recharged with unlimited 2g pack and due to speed was slow i recharged with 3g pack because i had some important stuff.
                                But after recharging my 2g pack got lapse and custumer care told me it got lapse because of 3g pack and i cant hold 2 packs together. Thing is i am doing same from the beginning and my data never gets lapsed. So this is the first lie they told me. Also its not anywhere on reliance websites where its written that data will get lapse.
                                2- i again recharged with 198 3g pack and despite there is data left my main balance was deducted without any reason or service activated. Now i have been trying to get in contact with their custumer care but from morning they are saying link is down and come back after 30 min. Is this a third class company where they dont provide the proper information and their system cant hold a link or recover it. 8 hr and i am trying to get the refund.
                                This is not the first time they did that, but this time its going way out of hand.

                                  I'm a Reliance GSM customer. I've around Rs. 75/- balance in my mobile pre-paid account on Friday night, but suddenly in the Saturday morning my account balance was reduced to Rs. 8/-. When I contacted customer care they said it was deducted due to over usage of mobile data, but I already have data pack enabled which still has 2 Mb remaining balance. When I contacted customer care they told me that it was my fault and the balance was rightly deducted. This is simply theft by Reliance GSM. I want my balance back. My Number is - [protected].

                                    I am complaining about reliance communication network.

                                    I am using a number of reliance network from last 3 years. But everytime i had a bad experience from these guyz. Now the complain is yesterday night I made a request for activate a callertune on my reliance number that time they give me a confirmation that Callertune was activated within some time but almost 20 hours ago still it was not activated. Even my hwole balance was also deducted from my account. What a worst service from you.
                                    ENOUGH is ENOUGH, you force me to go against you.

                                      I got Reliance BroadBand connection on Jan 2015 and my number is[protected]

                                      I have paid Rs 649 + tax as the initial payment to Reliance Communications as a 1 month advance security payment. They have mentioned in their terms and conditions that it will be refunded during the termination of connection.

                                      In intermediate times, i felt the connectivity is too poor and there was no internet for 4-8 days in a row. They also processed waiver from the bills for those times. One such time was August bill where i paid 567 as i dint get internet for 6 days.

                                      I terminated the connection But when i terminated the connection, they have refunded only Rs 538 mentioning that the remaining is the due amount that i have to pay on the month of August.

                                      Every month if the customers pay lesser than the bill amount, then they will fined by Rs 100 more. In this case why Reliance care didn't apply fine for me in that month of August itself?

                                      Even i have mailed the 'Rcomwireline Appellatesouth' ; 'Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com', still they are not responding.

                                      So please help me in getting the remaining security amount from them.

                                        i am using the post paid connection alongwith the internet facility. My post paid number is -[protected]. but unfortunately the internet facility is very frequently disrupted and it is restored again after several days only after i lodge a complaint with you.the same status is again faced by me i.e.disruption of internet facility since 05.06.2016.
                                        I would request you to look into the matter and do the needful to get the problem rectified at the earliest so that i my be able to avail the internet facility consistently without any interruptions.I have a great faith in the services of reliance .
