When asked in customer service they told that you have activated above VAS on further inquiry they themselves don't know what it service does this VAS provide also they denied to refund

    My mobile no is [protected] & I have complained about the Unauthorized amount charged by the Reliance Communications & after complaining I have got my money back. But again after 2 days inappropriate Rs.40 have been deducted from my balance, Rs 20 again for VAS ShemarooVP Reliance GSM service & Rs.20 for VAS Hungama Voice Ckt. I want my money back & deactivate all VAS services from my number ASAP. Thank you!

      My No. [protected], Please deactivate all the VAS services and refund my amount. I am FED UP with this now.
      Now and then I am loosing my balance. I have already stopped all the VAS services and when I sent STOP to 155223 I got the reply that I don't have any active VAS service, then why I am loosing my balance. Please do the needful.

      Thank you for the timely respond. I received my deducted amount back, but today at 9.35 again same thing is happening, today 5.00 charged from my Main balance for VAS techzone. Looking forward for your kind cooperation and prompt action.

              I started getting calls from reliance for changing my idea prepaid connection to reliance postpaid connection from ph. no. [protected], the caller told me that all my calls (std & local) & all text messages are going to be free as they would be providing me 899/- plan, i opted the same plan, they hampered my work by keeping my idea number dead for 10 days & then i got a sim. i got a text of 499/- as my first bill which i deposited, then i got other bill of more than 1100/- for which i called customer care, then they told me that i do not have unlimited outgoing so i requested to deactivate my connection, this took a month and i did not get any response, again i got a bill of 1313/- for which i complaint to discontinue my services, my call was transferred to retention department(Ms Kaur) and she apologized for the inconvenience and promised me to give Jalsa Plan 599/- if i pay my bill of 1313/-, i paid the bill but again my next bill of more than 1185/- came, i am really annoyed with this pathetic service of customer care and the service provider..

                  I am using Reliance CDMA prepaid mobile number [protected] from the last five years. I am staying in Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi. From last three weeks i am facing network problem in my mobile number, even from last few days incoming calls are also stopped.

                  I am not able to make any calls/sms while I am at home. All the services start to work nicely as soon as I leave my home and move to another place just 1 km away. It works everywhere in Delhi except for my home. Signal bars show full, however none of the services work. else in rest of places everything is perfectly fine .

                  I have tried to contact Reliance Customer Care several times and also sent mail to "[protected]@relianceada.com" but unable to get this issue resolved. Therefore, you are requested to kindly intervene in this matter and arrange to resolve this issue at the earliest as i am facing lots of problem in lieu of it, hence i request you to kindly take immediate action on this .

                  Yesterday i had a discussion with a lady associated with Reliance Communication sitting at mobility world at Munirika ( New Delhi) as per her there is some installation is going on in Katwariya sarai to enhance present network of 3G to 4G, due to which n/w issue is coming .. kindly check with your network team and let me know tentative time to resolve this issue as till now i am still facing the same problem ..

                    My name is Govind Kumar. My phone no is [protected]. I have ported my no from MTS to Reliance CDMA. Everything is working good but since last four days, I am not making to make an outgoing call at any random span of time. Incoming is working. There is balance in phone and I have recharged with a monthly free local calls (unlimited). I don't know what is happening. Suddenly outgoing works and suddenly it says "Peeeeeeeeee Peeeeeeeeeee Peeeeeeeeee", really irritating. And the most great thing about Reliance "Its more easy to meet God than making a call to reliance customer care". Abe salo tum pahle apne network to theek krlo, baad me dunia ko service dena. Khud ka phone to kabhi lagta nahi he, chale he dunia muthhi me krne. Why don't you reply the complaint emails. Fix this problem ASAP.Opting reliance is the worst thing in this world.

                                Its second day since I'm unable to make outgoing calls from my phone in evening. Other morning it works fine but In evening I cant make outgoing calls. Network bar is also full, i can receive incoming calls and can make call to customer came but your service is very bad that your executives don't even bother to answer. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to answer my call but finally I have to hang up the phone.

                                    i have purchased reliance wipod max worth 1799 rs through payumoney website on 27/01.2016. But they delivered wrong product that is reliance wipod worth 1199 rs instead of wipodmax. when iam asking the relaince authority person named ritesh, he is saying we have no stock so we delivered that product.In that case they have to inform me and cancel the order. And when i said i will return the product and refund me they are not accepting and not responding after that. But taking payment for 1799 they deliverd product worth 1199, they have cheated me. i have all proofs of payment, and also contact number of reliance person name ritesh.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      I purchased wi pod for 1200/- from sales guy whose contact number is [protected] from chennai on 28-feb-2016, after the confirmation from him about the network feasibility in my area (Urapakkam)
                                      I given all the relevant document (Address proof, photo), however, till today the number is not activated. I tried to call the guy who sold the dongle to me, but he never seems to pick up my call.
                                      After a week i forwarded the documents to one of reliance executive through mail.
                                      Called multiple times (More than 20 of calls) since 29-feb-2016 for activation to customer care, but i did not got any proper solution. Luckily the number was activated after a week days from purchase.
                                      - i really do not understand why reliance relying on unauthorized people who barely responds to the call post purchase?
                                      - i really do not understand why there is no professionalism is maintained
                                      - i really do not understand why the activation takes more days despite giving all valid and required proofs?
                                      I am frustrated of the worst service at the beginning itself...
                                      The pain followed, even after activation, the networks seems to be not connecting properly, very frequent dropouts and furthermore, the speed of the network has been less than 0.5 kbps, however they promised for upto 14mbps.
                                      I tried to reach out the customer care for resolution but the issue is still remain till now, they gave the request number[protected]. I know the they could not do anything as there is no proper network for reliance in urapakkam, chennai.
                                      I am asking for refund of the money taking the product back.

                                      This is Guy told me that he would refund the amount and take back the dongle if there is no network/doesn't work/not satisfied with the speed.

                                      I am getting 14mbps. Reliance also not coming forward to resolve this issue. I tried to call this sales Guy to refund the amount, but he never picks up the call if I dial from my mobile number. When I tried from other numbers, he picks up the call the call but does not respond properly.

                                      Please friends, stay away from this cheater.

                                      Please never accept any datacard before checking the speed etc... otherwise you will be the looser to these fellows.

                                      I tried many times to customer care (more than 50), either they seem to be not reachable with long waiting, if it happens to be reach them, they never give a solid solution... very worst service :(

                                      It has been more than 10 days now... I think no point in waiting more than this time period.

                                      The issue is not getting resolved, your support team is not able to give proper response about the timeline for the issue to get resolved and I am sure that your technical team is incapable of solving the issue. Then what is the point in having a customer support and technical support.

                                      They do not have common sense to update clearly about the timeline when I have a fortunate to talk to them, because most of the time the line is busy, made me wait for more than 5 mins on hold.

                                      Hey reliance customer care, I asked your team to close my account and deactivate. But your team ask me to pay 400/- for not using the datacard.

                                      How can I pay for your datacard, where there is a still an issue ongoing and could not use the datacard as it does not give more that 15KBPS. Not even a 2G speed, takes ages to open google.

                                      Why are you hesitating to take a request for cancelling/deactivating my account. You are not taking that request as well, saying you do not have any option.

                                      I will better throw this dongle with the card and see what happens... I cannot be beggar behind you guys...

                                      As per one of your customer care exec, wave-off the bill amount so far as it is useless... and not working... and close/deactivate the account... thats all I need at this point...

                                      I could fight with you guys, I sent mails to customer care and appellate authorities, asked for cancellation.

                                      Issue is not resolved. Not responsible for any future bills generated.

                                      Below is the mail I sent.

                                      Funny that today I received the bill amount 552/- though the dongle/data card unusable. I called the customer to wave off the amount and they did raise a request. And followed by asked to cancel my account, however, they asked me to me hold the line for couple of minutes, then finally told that their higher authorities were not available to respond asked me call me back.

                                      I called them for the second time, this time also they asked the same question about the issue and asked to hold for few mins, after few minutes of waiting, they finally said they don't have option to take the cancellation request.

                                      Third time I called the appellate authority, this time, the executive picked up the call said the same thing asked me to contact customer care or the store...

                                      Fourth time I called the customer care, then also the same answer, finally I gave up.

                                      Why the hell, for new connection they come and fall on our feet to take new, but for closure, we have to beg them...

                                      Every time I called to customer care/appellate authority, I had to wait minimum of 20 - 30 mins, then the same answer that they did not have option to can the account.

                                      This is my final written confirmation about the cancellation of my connection. I do not want to call these guys here after...

                                      I am not responsible for any future bills generated here after.

                                        I am using Reliance CDMA prepaid mobile number [protected] from the last five years. I am staying in Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi. From last three weeks i am facing network problem in my mobile number, even from last few days incoming calls are also stopped.

                                        I am not able to make any calls/sms while I am at home. All the services start to work nicely as soon as I leave my home and move to another place just 1 km away. It works everywhere in Delhi except for my home. Signal bars show full, however none of the services work.

                                        I have tried to contact Reliance Customer Care several times and also sent mail to "[protected]@relianceada.com" but unable to get this issue resolved. Therefore, you are requested to kindly intervene in this matter and arrange to resolve this issue at the earliest.

                                        I purchased Wi POD for 1200/- from sales guy whose contact number is [protected] from chennai on 28-Feb-2016, after the confirmation from him about the network feasibility in my area (Urapakkam)

                                        I given all the relevant document (address proof, photo), however, till today the number is not activated. I tried to call the guy who sold the Dongle to me, but he never seems to pick up my call.

                                        After a week I forwarded the documents to one of reliance executive through mail.

                                        Called multiple times (more than 20 of calls) since 29-Feb-2016 for activation to customer care, but I did not got any proper solution. Luckily the number was activated after a week days from purchase.

                                        - I really do not understand why Reliance relying on unauthorized people who barely responds to the call post purchase?
                                        - I really do not understand why there is no professionalism is maintained
                                        - I really do not understand why the activation takes more days despite giving all valid and required proofs?

                                        I am frustrated of the worst service at the beginning itself...

                                        The pain followed, even after activation, the networks seems to be not connecting properly, very frequent dropouts and furthermore, the speed of the network has been less than 0.5 Kbps, however they promised for upto 14mbps.

                                        I tried to reach out the customer care for resolution but the issue is still remain till now, they gave the request number[protected]. I know the they could not do anything as there is no proper network for reliance in Urapakkam, Chennai.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        Who has informed / confirmed you that the problem has been resolved. From more than three weeks the network problem persists in my area but there is nobody in your team who can resolve this issues or may be you do not want to resolve this issue intentionally. Even after informing you, you are not able to resolve this issue, then what is the purpose of having a Customer Service Team.
