Dear sir/madam,
I purchased wi pod for 1200/- from sales guy whose contact number is [protected] from chennai on 28-feb-2016, after the confirmation from him about the network feasibility in my area (Urapakkam)
I given all the relevant document (Address proof, photo), however, till today the number is not activated. I tried to call the guy who sold the dongle to me, but he never seems to pick up my call.
After a week i forwarded the documents to one of reliance executive through mail.
Called multiple times (More than 20 of calls) since 29-feb-2016 for activation to customer care, but i did not got any proper solution. Luckily the number was activated after a week days from purchase.
- i really do not understand why reliance relying on unauthorized people who barely responds to the call post purchase?
- i really do not understand why there is no professionalism is maintained
- i really do not understand why the activation takes more days despite giving all valid and required proofs?
I am frustrated of the worst service at the beginning itself...
The pain followed, even after activation, the networks seems to be not connecting properly, very frequent dropouts and furthermore, the speed of the network has been less than 0.5 kbps, however they promised for upto 14mbps.
I tried to reach out the customer care for resolution but the issue is still remain till now, they gave the request number[protected]. I know the they could not do anything as there is no proper network for reliance in urapakkam, chennai.
I am asking for refund of the money taking the product back.
