I got the data, but what about problem faced by me :
1. Mailed 10 times to your customer care mail id, - but till now no revert
2. Complaint no. 198, have no option to lodge a complaint regarding issues. No ivr options available there
3. When i talked with chargeable no. Then your executive said that, we can't help, we can't register your issue. I have a full call recordings for this conversation.
4. Same issue faced my me before 1year, reliance doing this type of mistakes again and again, to harass the public.
5. Mental pressure created by co., because
Every one is money minded same as co., if co. Provided services in exchange of money, then why user suffers always.
6. Mailed to your appellate care many times, but no response received till. Is this service of appellate authority??? Very shameful services provided by appellate authority.
Give me the reply of all these problems.

Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My original CDMA plan was 40GB data with unlimited CDMA 1x data in Rs.999. I was offered 4G upgradation on terms of maintaining same benefits and rentals .
I am submitting the mail copy which mentioned that offer.
