As like every reliance cdma customer i had also switch over to 4 g spectrum as they had made it compulsory.
They lured customers after giving me promise that my cdma data plan and its rental benefit will not be change even if i switch to 4g
I bought 4g mifi device from them and my connection changed in 4g also. But suddenly at the end of july my connection stopped working. I inquired and got to know that my billing is pending 500 rs. But actually when i had got invoice the bill was in minus.
I visited reliance web store they gave me detail and explained that some mistake was there so my billing was generated wrongly and i need to pay rs.500. I paid the amount.
Still then also my connection did not start and asking on customer care they answered that my due is rs. 7000 and my plan has been changed. I argued that my unlimited plan of 999 should prevail and they must inform me.
But representative was not agreed.
I came to know that they have looted many people like this.

I have submitted above mentioned complain and My dongle NO. is [protected]. This is for reference for reliance.
My original CDMA plan was 40GB data with unlimited CDMA 1x data in Rs.999. I was offered 4G upgradation on terms of maintaining same benefits and rentals .
I am submitting the mail copy which mentioned that offer.

It's been 50 days now.i have sent almost 10 mails.i am getting the same copy pasted message of patience all the time. no solution yet.my reliance number is[protected].my order id is [HRGQDKQPU].       I have complained and wrote many mails more than a month but still awaiting for revert and assistance from Management team of Reliance Communication.
      I have being with the company from more than five years and had good relation in terms of service, Had small issues but it was solved and well taken care in past.
      I am really not sure what went wrong with Reliance Communication that i didn't receive any response on the poor service experience. I have issues with broadband device which had problem and told me that need to update on 4G but due to updation without any intimation company can't stop the service of device.
      Now i have asked to submit the documents as company don't have complete documents of mine but from past five years no one has asked me for any such things and never faced issue then how come suddenly the problem arises.

      Please i want to close my account with Reliance communication and not interested to have any relation whereas i have to cry for help and assistance from company.

      Please request you humble yo discontinue my broadband service.

        Dear sir

        It was nice treat to take and use your reliance wipod (no. [protected]) last 4 months. i will be happy to share my moments with you last few days.

        1. i got no network last 2 months.
        2. i registered termination request on july'16 and disagreed to take rs. 900/- rental for 5gb 4g data plan.
        3. termination request process and zero outstanding showed.
        4. i got a call from mr. shaw (from ph.[protected] and told me that as i was unable to use the wipod so bill amount will be reversed.
        5. i took a 3g dongle connection in rs. 495 retal for 5gb data plan.
        6. i got a bill of my wipod of rs. 728/-.
        7. i called mr. shaw in 30357334 for reversal, but unanswered.
        8. i called nodal @ [protected] and mr. mathre told me that unless i pay rs. 728/-, no termination request will be processed.
        9. i got no 4g simcard, no 4g device, no usage and still i have to pay charges for 4g.


        This is how exactly you love to treat your customers. of course i will pay rs. 728/-, but i will definitely go to the consumer court within a very short span of time for justice. when i did not agree and give/send any confirmation mail for rs. 900/- 4g_5gb plan the how could you charge for that and the time harassment as well i am facing for the same. (as you never specify in the up gradation form that my 4g plan rental will be rs. 900/- and i am supposed to get 5gb data)

            I am very disappointed with reliance service due to arbitrarily deduction of balances without any appropriate mean.my rel no is [protected] and which got recharged on 31 jul with Rs 30 (as in full talktime offr available at *129#).on same day I had started loosing my balance after successful recharge automatically without my intervention.when I had called customer care to seeking their co-operation for fine restoration; they are reluctant toward issue and keep on blaming that I had subscribed such a arbitrary services. I would like to assure that I had not subscribed such type of any services. This deduction is totally illicit. In this incident I had lost my whole balance costing Rs 30 .so its my request that that look into issue fairly and grant me as deducted balance. Thank you.

              Hi,


              This is to bring to your notice that I have received an inflated Bill for the month of July'[protected] to[protected] amounting to INR 6723/-.

              I have been a Reliance customer for the past 7 years. I have been using the Reliance Netconnect since year 2009 and never ever have I faced such an issue.


              I was using Reliance netconnect and was happy with my old plan((HSD_DATA 999 monthly rental unlimited plan)) and service. Suddenly one day my internet connection was stopped. I had no idea why the connection was stopped. Upon checking with the customer care I was told that Reliance is bringing 4g services and will need to upgrade my existing internet connection to 4g. I was told specifically that you will no longer be able to use the netconnect and you have to upgrade to 4g. This was the reasons the services are stopped on your number. I kept on wondering why there was no official communication made to the customer. I would have made other arrangements for my internet. I have been regularly paying my bills for past 7 years and this was not I had expected.


              Based on my discussion with the customer care it seemed like I do not had any other alternative then to go for the 4G service.So after coming to terms with the customer care explanation it seemed I had no choice than to upgrade to 4G to continue my internet service.
              For that I had to request for a 4g device at a discounted price.

              When I was ready to buy the new 4g device I had explicitly asked the customer care about the tariff plans. I was simply told that all your old plans will remain as is and carry forward to 4G.You will be paying the same bill amount but will get 4g services. Never was there any mention that there will be any change of plan when I will be moved over to 4G.Based upon that explanation and only that I decided to start using the 4G services.


              All this time that I was under the impression that I will be billed as per my regular plan (HSD_DATA 999 monthly rental unlimited plan). Today I was astonished to see that I am being billed 6723/- for 4G services. On top of that to my utter disbelief I see I have been enrolled to 4G_1100_5G plan without my consent or knowledge. All this while I had received zero communication from Reliance while these changes were made to my internet plan.

              I feel there is definitely some mistake in billing such a big amount.Request you to please rectify the bill and my internet plan so that I can make the payment.

              Please make the necessary amendments and oblige.

                Its been more than a week now I didn't hear anything from the customer care team, neither received any acknowledgement to the emails I sent to Appellate authority, datacard support team, customer care etc...

                My only concern is I have been paying as per the regular plan rs.999/- assuming which I continued with the migration and it was clearly mentioned in the 4G upgrade form that "there is no change in current data plans".

                I paid for the device Rs. 899/- and the existing one which I bought 6 months ago is now useless for which I lost Rs. 1600/-.

                All of sudden my service was suspended and after inquiring I came to know that due to excess usage it got suspended and I have to pay the bill following which they will activate the service.

                The regular bill amount is Rs. 1143/- inclusive VAT.

                Now I got the bill for the month of July which is Rs. 4689/-

                why am I suppose to pay Rs. 3546/- extra when it is clearly mentioned in the 4G upgrade form that there is no change in current data plan.

                If there is any change in data plan Reliance CC team should have informed me prior to the migration so that I would have never bought the device neither migrated to 4G.

                I need a quick response on this issue at the earliest.

                I request the concerned department to revise the bill amount and terminate the service right away.

                I don't want to continue with Reliance anymore.

                One of the worst & disgusting customer care I have ever seen.

                  I made complaint thru E-mail on 27/07/ 2016 at 4:34 PM, regarding Internet Connectivity Problem on my Broadband connection ID[protected].
                  On 28/07/ 2016 at 4:28 PM Arti Pharalay Officer-Customer Care, Reliance Communications Limited. responded thru their E-mail informing me the SR No. as[protected] and also it will be resolved within 24 hours.
                  On 28/07/2016 at 16:26 hours I also received the same Information thru SMS from 52811 .
                  On 28/07/2016 at 17:25 hours I received another SMS from 52811 informing me that SR No.[protected] has been processed.
                  I raised another mail on 29/07/ 2016 at 7:41 PM with a regret that after passing 48 + hours the SR No.[protected] is not resolved and Internet connectivity problem remains Intact on my Broadband connection .
                  On 30/07/2016 at 10:28 PM Adil Dhanan Officer-Customer Care, Reliance Communications Limited. Inform that –
                  “ We have escalated the issue to the relevant team, who will look into this matter and resolve it on higher priority. “
                  On 30/07/2016 I received SMS from 52811 informing me the SR.No. as[protected] and also that my Request will be Resolved in the next 02 Days .

                  On 02/08/2016 at 13:29 hours I received SMS from 52811 informing me that SR.No.[protected] has been Processed.
                  From above two SMS of date 28/07/2016 of 17:25 hours and 02/08/2016 of 13:29 hours from 52811 regarding SR Nos.[protected] &[protected] respectively It is quite clear that You are befooling your customers by giving them False Information regarding Resolve of their Complaints.
                  This shows a very Grim picture of your working system as well as Negligence in performing the responsibilities by your Engineers in resolving the customer concerns.

                    I got the data, but what about problem faced by me :

                    1. Mailed 10 times to your customer care mail id, - but till now no revert

                    2. Complaint no. 198, have no option to lodge a complaint regarding issues. No ivr options available there

                    3. When i talked with chargeable no. Then your executive said that, we can't help, we can't register your issue. I have a full call recordings for this conversation.

                    4. Same issue faced my me before 1year, reliance doing this type of mistakes again and again, to harass the public.

                    5. Mental pressure created by co., because
                    Every one is money minded same as co., if co. Provided services in exchange of money, then why user suffers always.

                    6. Mailed to your appellate care many times, but no response received till. Is this service of appellate authority??? Very shameful services provided by appellate authority.

                    Give me the reply of all these problems.

                      I applied for a broadband fixedline connection in the month of march and was informed that the connection will be established in 2 days later after 20 days we cancelled the connection as it was not given stating that there is some local political problem. Its been 3 months i have not received my refund cheque. The manager rajiv is not receiving my phone calls.

                      Please take necessary actions and provide me with the refund cheque.

                        My name is vipul modak. i was using reliance cdma internet service (wipod) from long time, rental plan activated is rs. 599/- per month with unlimited internet. i have paid last month bill before due date but internet services are not working since 25 days.

                        I mailed to "appellate authority mr. vishal gurung"
                        (email id - 'rcomappellateauthority. [protected]@relianceada.com'). but he do not have time to solve his customer issues. he must have forgot his responsibilities.

                        When i visited to reliance customer care centre borivali (west), they told that my cdma connection is already deactivated. they have changed my plan to rs. 900 /- per month without my consent and even without prior information to me. now they have charged rs. 792 /- for july month without any clear calculation and explanations. customer care representatives are not resolving my problem.

                        I faced many problems in my work also. either activate my cdma connection or refund me my business losses due to no internet connectivity

                          Reliance netconnect+ in name but no network connectivity or even disconnection of connection. I had a netconnect+ postpaid connection [protected] which i wanted to terminate due to the problem of not working almost dead for more than 30 days. After raising it with the customer care for 7 times, for which there was no response, i had to ask for termination of datacard. Since it was postpaid it was billed even though i did not get to use it in the whole month. Finally i had to argue with the customer care to take up my request for termination and paid rs.1380/- for paying zero data. They gave service request no[protected] and got closed after two days without terminating the connection. Again (On aug 01.08.16) i made complaint to their call center to terminate net connect connection and gave another service request no[protected]& they need 15 days to terminate connection... What a joke. It seems they are waiting for another billing cycle to collect bill amount for their non existent network. Pathetic customer care. Still waiting for termination of connection

                            Reliance data card no. [protected] bill plan rs. 918.00 every month (usage of 10gb at higher speed thereafter at lower speed)

                            I am using reliance net connect broadband since 6+ yrs now from reliance comm. however, in may / june 2016 they had upgraded to 4g and asked to purchase the new dongle as the cdma would stop working.

                            It was clearly intimated during may / june 2016 before going ahead with 4g that the same bill plan will be continued and we need not pay any extra for this 4g service expect the dongle. (please listen all communication during may / june 2016 at reliance customer care where your staff have clearly mentioned that. even your outlet at mgroad, nr. poolgate, pune have mentioned the same thing).

                            However, on 31st july 2016 when i received the bill, the bill was not the same and charged @ rs. 2, 368.00 for usage above 10gb. when i called customer care, they said that since you have used more the bill has come.

                            I asked them when have they intimated that the bill plans would be changed for 4g and select what plan you needed. they have not informed in any way that the bill plan would be changed or anything like this. i have also informed them that i would be paying only the regular bill that i was previously getting and to revise the same and send again. they asked me to email the query which has been done.

                            I have emailed reliance communication on rcom. [protected]@relianceebill.com, [protected]@relianceada.com, 'rcomappellateauthority. [protected]@relianceada.com' but have not received any reply to this.

                              I am using datacard number : [protected] from reliance communication
                              As reliance were shutting down cdma network i called them for up gradation and lte query
                              When i was i asked to customer care before migrating to 4g/lte, they said data and plan will be same as before (Cdma plan) you just buy wi-pod for lte.
                              So i bought a lte wi-pod, but when lte started now my plan changed from 10gb to 3gb. They changed my plan from 799 (10gb) to 700 (3gb) without information or intimation.
                              This is very wrong approach from reliance communication, rcom lie initially and convince me to buy lte wi-pod and once i bought it you changed plan.

                              Please look into my case and provide solution.

                                  I have been a reliance customer for the past 4 years. My reliance number is [protected].

                                  In the month of may 2016. I received a call from one of the customer representative of reliance informing me that they are going to be suspending the cdma network and they will be migrating all of the users to 4g network. I enquired about the additional charges and they informed me that they will not be changing my plan as long as i have a reliance wi pod 4g service.

                                  I confirmed to the representative one more time that my rs 999 + taxes unlimited usage plan will be same or will be changed. I was informed by the representative that they will not change it. I even verified this on the reliance forums that the plans will not be changed.

                                  At the end of may our netconnect dongle stopped working and we did not receive any internet for 4 days. I enquired with my local reliance store and they informed me as they are changing the networks and that’s why the service is unavailable. They also informed me that i will need to purchase a 4g sim card and then activate it on the website.

                                  I purchased a new 4g sim card even after i had received a message from reliance stating that my new 4g sim has been dispatched for free. I received this sim card after 5 days.

                                  I even purchased the wi pod from the website for rs 899. I received it in june and was informed by the customer care that the service will start in the 2nd week of june.

                                  The service only started in the last week of june, at even that was after i contacted my local store and they performed a software patch on the 4g sim. The services were activated after 48 hours and the speed was still the same.

                                  On 27th of july, i was unable to access the internet using the wi pod. I contacted the customer care of reliance and they informed me that my plan was for 5gb data at 4g and then additional data at additional price. I informed them that my service plan was for 999+ taxes for unlimited data. They stated that reliance does not have any unlimited data plan. I was shocked to hear that the service and plan that i have been using for almost 4 years is not valid.

                                  I enquired about the promise from reliance that they will carry forward our existing plans and not change the plan even after the migration process is complete. They say that they have changed the plans for all the customer to 5gb plan. I informed them that i had not received any message from them related to the proposed change (I receive multiple sms for different services and unnecessary messages) i was not even informed when my 5 gb data was used to know that my charges has been started. I logged onto the system multiple times over the last one month but there was never any mention of the plan changing, nor a single call or email informing that the plan has changed.

                                  I informed the representative that i would like to discontinue the services immediately. He informed that i can transfer the sim card to anybody in my blood relationship. I told him that i wanted to disable the connection effective immediately. He noted down my details and processed my request for cancellation. He promised me that i will receive a call within 48 hours confirming that my service has been cancelled. He also informed me that i do not have any outstanding dues or payments. I confirmed to him that i will not have to pay any more payments as i have cancelled subscription and service on the start of the billing cycle. He confirmed that as yes.
                                  I did not receive any calls from them for the next 4 days.

                                  On 1st of august i received a message informing me that i have to pay rs 12383 for the month of july, 2016. (Are you kidding me with this message. 12383 for a service that was supposed to be unlimited and only rs 1100). I called the customer care and they informed me that their team tried to contact me on 31st of july. I informed them that i have not received any calls from them and i have only received an sms for the bill payment. (You can send me reminders for bill payment but not to inform me that my plan has changed that to without my confirmation. You call and harass me to purchase a 4g sim card but you cannot call me to inform that the plan has changed).

                                  I checked with the customer care about this and they said that i do not have any outstanding dues or payments. I even confirmed that i will not be using the service and my subscription be cancelled. They said that they have an confirmation that my service has been discontinued.

                                  I am very disappointed with reliance communication for this treatment. Until this fiasco i was a staunch supporter for this service and promoted your services to all my friends and family. Because of this illogical treatment i have decided to go with a regional service provider who does not promise moons and delivers crap.
                                  I wish that you will just send me a confirmation email on my registered email that my service has been discontinued. And be rest assured i will not be paying you anything as your customer care team has informed me that i have no pending dues.

                                  Please help me with this as a courtesy for being your loyal customer for almost 4 years.

                                    I have been using reliance wipod internet from feb 2016 and my data plan was truly unlimited 3g plan of rs. 999 (1150/- with taxes) with no data limit.
                                    My wipod no. Is [protected].

                                    On 10th july, reliance upgraded my device from 3g to 4g stating the benefits will be the same. However, when i confirmed with customer care around 10 times, they said that my data plan for reliance wipod 4g is converted from truly unlimited 3g to 25 gb 4g + 2g unlimited at same price.

                                    My data consumption was around 17 gb this month. Reliance sent me a bill of rs. 4862/- which is not possible according to the plan they gave me.

                                    They changed my data plan to 5 gb limited plan. They never informed me about changing the plan. After a month straightly they sent me the bill. There was no communication from reliance by any ways (No sms, mail, call).

                                    On contacting customer care they start misbehaving and are lying telling me that they sent me email about my plan. But, there was no communication sent from their end. Their behaviour is fraudulent.

                                      I asking more than month for prepaid conversion of my postpaid datacard but they are not at all responding. They always tell me to come after few days since reliance 4g upgradation they couldn't do the process i mentioned and i went their for more than 5 times, the answer is same

                                        This complaint is unresolved since a month. I have made numerous calls and emails to reliance and haven't received any response till date!!

                                        Today morning i have received a bill amount of rs. 4566.00 from reliance that is supposed to be paid by 16th august. While i believe that my current plan (Including taxes) is rs. 1494 per month for unlimited usage.

                                        Firstly, i received numerous calls and smss from reliance for converting my current cdma connection to 4g. I did so by going to local reliance store and purchasing a sim. The connection was down for more than 15 days in the month of june. The dealer at reliance store told me that i just need to transfer from cdma to 4g with the help of a 4g sim (The guy took 30 rs. For that, while that was supposed to be free) and my plan will be same until further notice. He further added if the plan is going to be changed, i will be notified by rcom.

                                        Consequent to aforementioned plan change without intimation, i won't be able to pay this much amount of bill because i was neither aware that the plan has been changed nor reliance intimated me through call/sms/email that my plan is going to be changed or has been changed.

                                        I, therefore request you to kindly revise/prepare the bill accordingly.
